The room was lovely, spacious & very clean. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly & warm if they tried. The went above & beyond to assist with any of my requests & helped to organise surprises for my husbands birthday! They were absolutely wonderful!

If i was being really picky, face washers could have been provided & more toilet paper!

Location close to restaurants and shopping

Very run down, issues with construction noise which we were moved to villa next door. Had nails sticking out of floors around the pool area, strong smell in the bathrooms, not the best layout when travelling with small kids. Cockroach invested under floors around pool. beds very uncomfortable and towels and sheets could do with an upgrade.

It was comfortable, clean and great location. The breakfast was yummy and plenty of options. The staff were so accommodating and lovely. Had a great chat with the groundskeeper Ketut while he cleaned the pool and watered the plants. Bless him, he came and rescued a baby chick that fell into our villa. We loved that we could have massages and mani/pedi done in our villa. The pool was fantastic. We got home yesterday and have already booked next year.

I wouldn’t say we didn’t like it, but I’d say it’s a 6 minute bike ride to the beach, not a 6 minute walk.

This place is so beautiful and a lovely easy place to stay - easy walk to the beach and shops - but quiet at night - 2nd time we have stayed and we will be back again next year- thank you for being such beautiful hosts :)

Our only complaint would be the couches in the living area are very uncomfortable. But having said that you rarely get comfortable couches anywhere in Asia.

The pool and bath were amazing!

Would have liked bedrooms downstairs but really only small complaint. And my son slipped on the wooden floors when they were wet and hit his head quite badly, we just put a towel down on that area when using pool.

Location was good, but more than 6 minutes walk to the beach. I did like the water filter in the room so we didn't need to purchase water from the store. Breakfast was also good. Pool was spotless and all rooms were very clean

The Villas are such a lovely place to stay. Angga is such a lovely fella who made sure that all of our needs were met, our villa was always made so neat and tidy and nothing was ever to much for him to help or accommodate us with. He is always gracious, friendly and kind! Ketut was also such a lovely, caring and helpful man, who attended to anything that required doing in our villa, his friendly nature, smile and the way that he taught our kids about balinese culture made our trip even more memorable. The Villas would be lost without Angga, Ketut and also Okta who always met us with a smile and made sure our stay was pleasurable and enjoyable.

Beautiful staff, great location.

The villa should be amazing and on paper is but the reality didn’t measure up. Location is really handy. Facilities are pretty good in the villa. 2 equal rooms was great as stayed as 2 couples & pretty big. Clean bathrooms most the staff were really lovely & helpful. The maintenance/gardner & Angaar were absolute standouts & stars.

Everyday at least 1 thing broke & a number of things broke multiple times and were broken on arrival. It just caused a lot of stress. Also there is only 1 villa key so traveling as a group is hard. In theory someone should be a reception and able to let you in but often that wasn’t the case or the other guy working there (not Angaar or the maintenance guy) would ignore the bell & not come out to reception, leaving us unable to get back into the room a number of times. We did request an extra key but was told not possible, even if we paid for it. Also, you could lock your individual bedroom which was great but some days the cleaner had a key & some days they didn’t which left us without toilet paper & fresh towels. Also, sometimes the cleaner replaced the towels & sometimes they would take the old & not replace. There were basic things missing from the room eg wine glasses, towel rack for pool towels. 2 pool towels provided for 4 people. List of things that were broken, some fixed during stay some not: AC, front door (so couldn’t lock), safe x 2, power shorting out (had to turn off all power when not in villa & unplug chargers etc), rats & mice, water cooler/boiling, deck boards are really dangerous with exposed nails & cracking, slanted toilet in ensuite, TV, extra toilet clogged the whole time. Just very un-relaxing. There was also construction going on next door the whole time but that’s pretty normal for Bali.

The location is fantastic and close to shopping and highly recommended restaurants and the popular Garlic lane. Short walk to the beach also. The villa is roomy and comfortable and the staff are absolutely amazing.

Didn't stay long enough

Villas were beautiful. Pool was delightful & a good size, spacious bedrooms which were both upstairs and accessed by external stairs from the lounge/kitchen/dining. Nice cool aircon. Main Legian street was a few minutes walk & easy access to plenty of markets, restaurants & shops & a gym. Would be happy to stay again. Staff were lovely & very obliging.

Noise from scooters & workmen on a building site next door. Luckily it wasn't constant. Not the villas fault though. They did ask them to turn music down for us one night.

The reception staff were amazing, extremely nice and willing to help in anything we needed. The location of the villas is great. Short walk to the beach, Legian Street, Padma street and all the shops and cafes. The pool is very refreshing and the downstairs kitchen facilities are a great convenience.

A minor complaint would be that the deck around the pool might need some updating. It’s looking a little bit tired. There was also an odour in one of the bathrooms, but the staff did the best they could for us.

Fijne villa met privézwembad. Vriendelijke medewerkers, goede service en prima locatie. Het was een prettig verblijf in een levendig gedeelte van Kuta met het strand op 8 minuten lopen en vele winkels en restaurants op loopafstand.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Bali Villas. We requested a 2-bedroom villa, with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs as hubby and I have hip, foot, and back issues so our adult son stayed upstairs. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean and comfortable. Everything you would need was on hand. All the staff were friendly and attentive, in particular Angga and Okta. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when I purchased a wall hanging that was too large for my suitcase and too delicate for checked luggage, Angga was there with a saw and saved the day. There is a small salon opposite and 2 laundries on the lane. It’s only a short walk off the main road and we never felt unsafe at night. My only criticism, and it’s a small one, is that it’s a little more than a 6-minute walk to the beach, but we expected that. Probably more like 10 – 15 minutes, depending on pedestrian traffic. You would have to be super fit and sprint to the beach at midnight with no traffic to get there in 6 minutes. It’s still not far though and didn’t hinder us with our injuries. We’re definitely planning another stay!

We loved the location,short easy walk to shops and beach..Staff were so lovely,friendly and very attentive if we needed anything..The pool was cleaned daily and was such an awesome size for a 2 bedroom villa..The bedrooms were huge and had so much natural light..Beds were very comfortable too..An older style Villa,but very clean and comfortable..We will definately be back!

Staff members (Okta, February) are friendly and prompt in providing service. Overall, it is a nice, clean villa, close to the beach, restaurants and market. Nice breakfast provided.

Some minor issues in the villa - The air conditioner in the ground-floor bedroom kept stopping after 4-5 hours at night. The flush in the ground-floor toilet is not working properly. Water was dripping from the ground-floor air conditioners, which were fixed by the staff upon reporting them. Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash soap are a bit of low-cost products.

BBV is AMAZING!!!! We travelled as a family of 4 and everything was done to make our time here relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much to ask from the hosts. They were all fantastic.

Can be noisy as it is on the corner of 2 relatively busy streets. Room cleaning could be a little better but not a big deal at all.

The unit we stayed in had damage to the timber floor in the bedroom iand appeared to have been like that for some time. The dining table chairs would be the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in (hard). The whole unit needs some money spent on it to bring it up to an acceptable standard. It was probably lovely ten years ago but has been let go.b

The properties are tired, the decking around the pool is rotten and loose in places, the rooms are ok but again the flooring is worn kettle does not work properly, there is no TV service. The photos are either edited or from a good few years ago

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was well appointed, clean with good water pressure and full size kitchen. Room service meals were really enjoyable. Lovely safe grounds with staff available till late evening and security posted throughout the night. Would happily return!

Road noise was a little loud early morning. Mostly bikes, but the location made this a happy tradeoff.

Personnel au top, possibilité de se faire servir le repas dans sa chambre ainsi que le petit déjeuner, sans oublier la possibilité de bénéficier d'un massage dans sa chambre !! Toute l'équipe est sympathique. Ils vous feront passer un moment inoubliable !

We celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary and the staff went over and above to make our anniversary and stay so memorable and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived the care given was exceptional from assisting with decorations, hair and make-up, transportation and putting our special celebrating together was truly amazing. They also assisted with arranging a day tour and Balinese Cooking Class. From the bottom of our hearts we wete so appreciative of the exceptional care that we were shown by all the staff. They gave us a beautiful bear and note when we left which was such a beautiful gesture.

Beautiful Bali Villas from the first communication to my check-out were exceptional. The staff are so kind and friendly. The facilities are excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend Beautiful Bali Villas or stay again. The little gift on check-out was truly so kind and greatly appreciated.

De locatie en de villa is ruim. Prima bedden en badkamers. Zwembad lekker ruim .

Dit verblijf had van mij een 10 gekregen als de eigenaar het onderhoud beter voor elkaar had gehad en bij aankomst nieuwe gasten alles even nakijken of alles naar behoren werkt . In een van de vier slaapkamers werkte de airco niet naar behoren en lekte water , kledingkast waar de schuifdeur niet open te maken was zonder geweld , in weer een andere slaapkamers kwam er nauwelijks water uit de regendouche. Dit alles gemeld te hebben werd er wel gelijk actie ondernomen en na behoren gerepareerd. De hygiëne in de keuken was niet ok en ruikt muf . ( geen gebruik van gemaakt) Berg ook alle etenswaren goed op voor de mierenkolonie die daar woont. De houten planken vloer rond het zwembad liggen planken los en steken schroeven en spijkers uit dus let daar op. Ik heb er een bloedblaar aan mijn teen aan overgehouden. Op dit moment van schrijven zijn ze de villa's aan het opknappen wat naar mij inziens veel eerder had moeten gebeuren. Ik hoop ook dat de keukens meegenomen worden wat ik betwijfel.

So quiet and private. The pool temperature was incredible, you can swim anytime of the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

1 bed in the room was so comfortable, the other had a harder mattress and not as comfortable.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. Our villa was comfortable and clean. i would definitely book here again.

The geckos were a bit much but then again it is Bali after all and unavoidable. The aircon in the bedroom did not work that well.
