I booked one sea view family bungalow with two rooms in 70 meters cost THB 19,500.00 While check in, they only provided two separate rooms with no seaview. At last they change to provide one sea view bungalows with two queen size beds in 40 meters cost less than the room I booked. Booking.com is now helping to claw back the different charges. Besides, many flies was flying on the plates while eating. The staff chatted each other and smoke at the beach behind the guests. Massage pricing THB 400 for one hour seems reasonable. However , they said needs THB 600 if I asked for concentrate on foot and head To be honest , it is not recommended

The location was phenomenal. Snorkelling right from the beachfront. The staff were kind and generous, even offering to show the children how to make delicious smoothies. The fire show was breathtaking. Phi Phi Relax truly delivers on its name. Would come again in a heartbeat.

Das Phi Phi Relax Resort ist wirklich ein ganz besonderer Ort und genau das Richtige für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und Erholung suchen. Wir haben die fünf Tage sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

We had the most amazing stay here for 3 nights, we genuinely could not recommend this resort enough. Excellent value for money. The resort organised a boat trip for us to see Maya Bay, Monkey Beach and lovely sights. It was so secluded and private. The staff were amazing, too and so so friendly.

The beach features soft sand, and the untouched jungle rising up the hillside creates an incredible, peaceful atmosphere. The water is crystal clear and full of vibrant, colorful fish that are so tame you can snorkel right alongside them. It truly felt like a tropical paradise!

Sounds from passing longtail boats are noticeable at times, and swimming is best at high tide due to rocks further out.

The beach is absolutely beautiful — crystal-clear water, soft sand, and such a peaceful vibe.We originally booked 3 nights and ended up extending our stay for another 3 days because we loved it so much. This place is perfect for families with young children and for anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing holiday. With our three small kids, we weren’t planning to go out in the evenings, so having dinner at the hotel’s beachfront restaurant every night was truly a joy. There’s also a fantastic trekking path from the hotel to Tonsai Pier — a great morning activity — and you can even spot monkeys in the forest, which was an unforgettable experience for the kids.The staff is amazing, super friendly, and genuinely wonderful people.We really hope to come back one day!

L'emplacement est superbe, dans une baie isolée, plage avec snorkeling. Comme son nom l'indique, idéal pour se reposer. Les prix du restaurant sont très raisonnables et la cuisine excellentes. Les bungalows sont super ; ne sont pas tous rénovés mais le confort est suffisant.

Un peu bruyant en journée avec les A/R incessants des bateaux qui acheminent les touristes venant faire du snorkeling dans la baie.

Non mi è piaciuto pagare 150 bath ogni volta che volevo prendere la barca dell’hotel. L ultima barca che ti porta in hotel da Phi Phi at pier sarebbe alle 17 quindi non c’è troppo che fare perché hai un po’ i minuti contati

La simplicité, le calme, la nourriture, la beauté de l’océan en sortant du bungalow.. Un grand merci pour tout le personnel adorable avec un intérêt particulier à la mamie kate ( pas sûr du nom) qui a été incroyable!

Location truly incredible! Feels like your on a remote island with locals. My football mad son loved the 5pm football match with the workers on the beach. Exactly what was needed to escape the hectic Phuket/Patong. Snorkelling was incredible, rooms basic but beautiful overlooking beach/sea. Staff were incredibly welcoming, cocktails were cheap and great, food was good and the red snapper special freshly caught by the fishermen was great. We had 2 children, aged 11 (girl)and 14 (boy). They enjoyed snorkelling, looking for the crabs which were easy to find on beach and loved beach football. We went on a tour from the resort on a thai long boat to other islands

Het is even wennen aan het feit dat je redelijk geïsoleerd zit. Je kunt niet zomaar naar het centrum lopen of rijden. Je bent afhankelijk van een boot. Die van het resrt vaart maar een aantal keren per dag. S' avonds is het helemaal niet aan te raden om met een longtailboot nog te gaan varen.

For a family with kids or people who just want to stay in the hotel and don’t leave the beach it is okay. But for those who doesn’t, I don’t recommend it! The last boat from the hotel to center of phi phi, is at 5pm and to return they just have at the next day at 12 am… you can always pay a taxi boat but it is very expensive!! And you can’t walk to the center cause it is literally more than 1h in the florest and there’s no light after 5:30pm… so basically you have to have dinner in the hotel… and we wanted to make a tour with other companies to explore the phi phi, and we couldn’t because of the boats… we asked if it wasn’t any possibility for the boat waiting for us, cause the time between the departure from the pier of the hotel’s boat and the end of our tour was like 30min… and they don’t let us so we had to book the tours with them which was a little more expensive… Like I said, if you are with kids and don’t wanna leave the hotel and just lay down on the beach the all day… go for it… but if you want to explore, to eat in other restaurants, I would pick other hotel

Not much to say here, the facilities are as expected for a 3 star hotel, but the location and staff make it feel like a 5 star!

EVERYTHING!!! I’m not going to lie, when I arrived and saw no tv, radio or any trace of technology in our room I was a little worried 3 days might be too much, but boy was I wrong. From the moment you land on the island you are shown such complete care and attention from the staff you feel instantly at home. The food, the drinks, the nightly entertainment by the crabs on the beach, the tropical fish you can snorkel with on a longboat tour with the staff; make it impossible to pick a favourite activity. Though to be honest for me it was definitely a tie between the beachside room & the snorkel trip around the cave. My partner would say the Amazing staff and meeting real life monkeys, but there was so much more than that it’s actually impossible to choose!!!! The whole staff on the island really gave this trip a special edge. Genuine care and thought went into every effort they made for us, by far our most favourite destination of the entire trip!

If you add anything extra, robes in the room would be the perfect touch

Our room was right on the beachfront, and everything was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, the internet connection was excellent, and snacks were available for purchase. There was also a great variety of breakfast and dinner options. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. To get to the town center, you’ll need to take a long-tail boat. The resort also provides a long-tail boat shuttle service according to its scheduled times.

The location was beautiful, it was also nice to get some quiet after exploring other areas of Thailand that are constantly busy. The beach + sea were stunning and the hotel offered a bunch of outings which meant we didn’t have to go to town to find places to do different things.

El lugar es un paraíso! Con su playa privada. Se encuentra a 20 min en barco desde el Pier de phi phi. Ellos te buscan y te llevan al hotel por 150 THB. El hotel está pensado para desconectar ya que no está cerca del centro. Podes hacer snorkel, kayak y algún paseo en barco a otra isla. Tiene un restaurante, comida muy rica. Los bungalós son cómodos. Lo mejor del hotel sus empleados, siempre atendiendo con la mejor predisposición. Son muy amables. Gracias!

Sugerencia: pondrían colocar un minibar en las habitaciones ya que te dan agua todos los días y sería ideal poder tenerlas refrigeradas.

Het was onze eerste keer in Thailand, We kwamen hier naar toe om weg te zijn van alle drukte en tot rust te komen en dit is 100% gelukt. ik kon het me niet beter inbeelden dan dit. Dit was de beste vakantie die ik ooit heb gehad. De locatie was letterlijk zoals in een film : helder blauw water, goud kleurig strand en perfect uitgeruste kamers. Mensen zoals het personeel hier vind je heel zelden. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze staan altijd voor je klaar, makkelijk om met te praten en lachen, maar weten ook wanneer je een moment voor je zelf nodig hebt. Je hoeft hun niets te vragen, want ze doen altijd alles vanuit hun eigen. Mr. Wee was onze ober, een van de meest unieke en respectvolle mensen die ik heb ontmoet,ขอบคุณ Mr. Wee ! Elke avond organiseerde de staff een voetbalwedstrijd op het strand, als voetballer en voetbalfan was dit een van de hoogtepunten van mijn vakantie. Hartelijk bedankt aan iedereen die heeft me gevoetbald en mij heeft doen lachen. Nog maals super bedankt aan @relaxbeachresort en team voor een van de mooiste dagen van mijn leven !

The weather

Located on a very beautiful and quiet beach. Views are gorgeous from the bungalows. Water was calm outside the resort so good for swimming. My Thai massage was excellent and the massage lady was so kind! Feels like you're really sleeping in the jungle (because you are) - the place is no frills but it was a cool experience for sure.

Extremely inaccessible - the hike to the resort is over an hour so you can't do it at night or with bags, and via boat it's easier but they will only pick you up a few times per day. So if you have a late arrival or want to go out in the town at night, good luck! Last boat runs back to the resort at 4:30p so you basically have no choice but to eat at the resort every night... as for the restaurant, the staff were very nice but the chicken I ordered was inedible and grey. I ended up eating a packaged ice cream bar for dinner. The boats to the pier only run twice per day and sometimes they just won't run them even if they say they will; this unfortunately happened to me and they said because I hadn't booked it ahead I had to wait 3 hours for them to take me to the pier AFTER the boat was supposed to leave. I don't know how I would've booked ahead considering I had just gotten there but even when I did tell them days in advance, I had to remind reception multiple times and each time it was though it was a brand new request. There was a cockroach in my room and multiple geckos, which is nobody's fault because it's in the jungle, but it felt really unclean. The bathroom especially is basically outdoors and had so so many bugs. The view was BEAUTIFUL from the bungalow though. The place was very very quiet and lowkey - this is a pro for some but keep in mind that you aren't walking distance to anything else if you get a little bored

Secluded beach front resort with a private beach and stunning views. The property faces the sunrise which is stunning, no sunsets. It is quite and very peaceful and relaxing. There was a good selection of food and drink to choose from. The 'tree house' room was nice, and had a perfect view of the ocean. We even had a family of monkeys pass by. The Mango Laasi was perfectly refreshing. There is a path to the other part of the island (a little confusing but you will get there, especially with maps on the phone). On the other part of the island is much more lively and there is a 7/11 where you can buy some snacks and other bits. However, they do advise not to keep food in the room due to insects and animals. However, this journey is long especially if you don't go the view point way (costs money). We did the long way there, and went to the view point on the way back which cut a lot of time off of the trip, plus the view was nice. Staff was super friendly and chatty and seemed to be having a good time.

As it is so isolated, you are restricted to what they are able to offer in terms of food and drink. It is expensive, but understandable as they have unconventional ways of getting supplies. There is no fridge in the room which meant water got warm relatively quickly as we had the fan only room but we did not mind as we knew this ahead of time. There was also no hot water - this was fine most of the time as it was nice to cool off but can be a bit uncomfortable if you are not expecting it.

Il resort è in una spiaggia privata lontana dalla confusione di Phi Phi Island. Inoltre la barriera corallina è proprio di fronte la spiaggia quindi si può fare snorkeling tra un sacco di pesci colorati. Il ristorante molto buono e lo staff super gentile. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Unico inconveniente quando una sera un gruppo di ragazzi appena arrivati ha fatto confusione con musica alta e urla fino alle 3 di notte e nessuno dello staff è intervenuto. Noi e altri turisti l’abbiamo fatto presente il giorno dopo e lo staff si è scusato e la situazione non si è più ripetuta.

We stayed 1 night in the beach bungalows. Absolutely stunning location and a perfect quiet spot. Food was lovely and the kids enjoyed playing football with the staff on the beach.

Everything was absolutely exceptional. We truly loved every moment of our stay. The staff were incredible and did everything possible to make our experience perfect. They also helped me organize a surprise for my boyfriend, which meant so much to me. We had beautiful special arrangements on the bed and a dreamy romantic dinner. The massage was amazing, so relaxing, especially while surrounded by nature. For us, this place felt like a fairytale. We even went kayaking, which made the experience even more special. The location itself is breathtaking; it truly feels like stepping into paradise. The food was excellent, and the cocktails were just as amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical and unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful two-night stay here. Took about 20 minutes from phi phi island.The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. The environment was calm, peaceful, and very soothing, making it a perfect place to relax. The private beach was beautiful and very clean, and we loved spending time there. One of the highlights of our stay was the sunset dinner by the beach, which was arranged and executed perfectly by the staff with great professionalism. Everything was beautifully managed, and the overall experience was truly memorable. At this point, I would definitely love to visit this resort again in the future, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

C’è ben poco da dire, è un paradiso. Abbiamo prenotato un bungalow con aria condizionata piuttosto alto e la vista era mozzafiato! Ristorante buono e con prezzi giusti, servizi buoni e staff molto gentile. Grazie, è stato bellissimo!

Wir haben ein Bungalow direkt auf dem Strand gebucht und es war genau so, wie abgebildet - 10 m vom Strand, sehr ruhig, Paradies. Unser Bungalow war gross genug und bequem mit separatem Bad (Dusche), Terrasse mit einem grossen Platz zum liegen. Frühstück im Restaurant am Strand, wo man auch tagsüber essen konnte. Sehr gute Küche. Man könnte auch vom Ort diverse Ausflüge buchen, Massage usw.

Alles war wunderbar.Gerne wieder.

Attention il faut savoir que pour aller dans cet hôtel il est nécessaire à votre arrivée de prendre un bateau car l’hôtel est vraiment excentré (dônc frais supplémentaires) prix vraiment plus élevé qu’ailleurs (c’est une île). Beau cadre avec belle plage.

Lugar incrível, muito perto do mar, comida boa, funcionários super simpáticos, bela vista, para quem quiser ficar calmo.

Dois pontos, que são mais críticas construtivas para melhorar ainda mais as estadias. 1 - como fica no norte da ilha o transporte acaba sendo mais complicado, mesmo o hotel tendo transfer de barco com preços justos em horários específicos e limitados, se vc perder o horário do ultimo terá que pagar uma nota em um taxibolt particular. Poderiam disponibilizar mais horários de transfer. 2 - mesmo sabendo que não tinha ar-condicionado, e que possuíam ventiladores, eles eram um pouquinho fracos, apesar de comprimem seu trabalho, talvez seja um problema pra pessoas mais calorentas. Seria interessante o hotel no futuro passar q disponibilizar climatizadores/ar-condicionados portais de chão. Nenhuma dos dois pontos diminuem em nada a experiência incrível que tive lá.

Prachtig! Echt veruit de mooiste locatie van onze hele reis door Thailand. Huisje was super schoon, we hadden front row aan het strand. April/mei is heet dus we hebben wel veranderd van “met ventilator” naar “met airco”. De bar ligt daar prachtig, we zijn 3 dagen niet weggeweest van het resort, wat overigens alleen per boot kan, of via een pittige wandeling door de jungle. Die is niet aan te raden als je niet top fit bent 😉 het is echt even tot rust komen. Als je aankomt op de pier denk je echt, wat is dit voor een druk mierennest. Zelfs in het laagseizoen. Ik wil niet weten hoe het er daar in het hoogseizoen aan toe gaat. Maar zodra je dan aankomt bij relax resort heb je de mooiste tijd van je leven ❤️🙏🏼 ik wil het geweldige personeel nogmaals bedanken. Oh ja en het snorkelen, met de snorkelmaskers die je er voor paar bath per dag kan lenen, is geweldig!!

The beach and restaurant is great.

The stay was acceptable, but not ideal, and it’s not a place I would return to. One thing to be careful about when booking is whether the room has a fan or air conditioning. I booked a fan room, but the heat was unbearable, and upgrading to an air-conditioned room cost an additional 1,000 Thai Baht. The pictures look a bit nicer than the reality, although it wasn’t terrible—overall, I would describe it as average. On the positive side, the beach is great and the restaurant is also very good. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from crowds, this could suit you. However, it’s quite remote. Boats only run a few times a day to the main port, and it’s a bit far, with additional costs for transport.

Extremely relaxing. Staff were so friendly and so helpful. Carried your cases everywhere for you. Food and drinks were all great. Staff always clean the beach and always have the place extremely clean. View is stunning and hotel offers kayaks, snorkelling equipment and tours directly from the hotel beach. The cocktails were excellent and I had such a relaxing time. The boat transfers are helpful too and they coordinate them with the ferries from the main port which is ideal. Snorkelling was also great and you could see lots of fish around. There is also a walking trail view point up the hill behind the hotel which is a 30 min walk uphill that looks out over phi phi. You can also walk back down to the main pier if you don't want to take a boat. Although it's advised not to walk when it's dark due to snakes. Prices are very reasonable for an excluded hotel as they could charge you whatever you wanted and you would be forced to pay... They also put everything on a large tab for your entire stay which you pay at the end. Extremely handy as you don't have to worry about taking out money/cards. This includes everything you use. Our tab had laundry, drinks, food, snorkelling equipment, room upgrade and massage. My girlfriend would highly recommend the massage - 1 hour massage for under £10

Although the location is beautiful, it is quite secluded. You need to get a boat to the main pier (ton sai). The hotel offer these but they only run at specific times. Last one going out is at 12:30pm and last one back from pier is 17:30. Therefore, if you want to see the lively part, you either need to come back to the hotel at 17:30pm, or a private boat which can cost up to 2000THB. This is a downside but it is helpful that the hotel offer a boat service for only 150THB per person. If you're looking for a holiday exploring then this isn't the place for you, this is great for a relaxed holiday where you are happy staying in the same area. I stayed for 3 days and wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer as there are limited things to do. Would not recommend for anyone who struggles to walk as the rooms are a walk up uneven steps. My room was up a steep hill, around 40 steps to our room, which was not stated when booking. You also have to get off a boat into the water and walk over the beach which some people may not enjoy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, like laying on concrete. There was also intermittent power disruptions in my room, therefore during the night our air con would switch off. It's also unclear when booking that there is no air con. We booked a 'fan room' which is literally 2 fans and the cabin had a lot of holes. We upgraded for £35 for 3 nights to an Aircon room which was a lot more secure and had Aircon plus a fan. Also a lot of animals around that area so if you aren't an animal person, it's not for you. There were monkeys on the beach, lots of crabs on the beach, lizards/geckos as you walk up to your room, and one night we had a cat at our room door looking for food.

Sehr schöne Anlage, traumhafter Strand und kristallklares Wasser. Das Bungalow ist einfach aber ausreichend und hat ein bequemes Bett. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vor allem Tran war sehr herzlich.

Keine Liegen am Strand, lediglich Stühle. Im Bungalow wird jedoch eine Strandmatte zur Verfügung gestellt. Teilweise sind die Bugalows mit steilem Aufstieg zu erreichen (dafür schöne Aussicht). Für uns kein Problem, wenn man aber eingeschränkt im Gehen ist, würde ich empfehlen vorgängig eine Anfrage für ein Bugalow beim Restaurant zu machen.

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem sehr schönen Strand, der definitiv das Highlight des Aufenthalts ist. Perfekt zum Entspannen und Geniessen.

Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Kühlschrank, was gerade bei warmem Wetter sehr unpraktisch ist. Zudem fehlt eine Klimaanlage stattdessen gibt es nur einen Ventilator, was den Aufenthalt bei Hitze weniger angenehm macht. Auch die Anbindung ist eingeschränkt, da es nur einen kostenpflichtigen Boots-Shuttle in die Stadt gibt.

I loved the location, very nice beach for snorkeling, my daughter loved it. Very good and still affordable food at the restaurant, very nice staff, Wawa was the best! Definitely very enjoyable experience. We stayed at the AC cottage. The view itself was so satysfying ...

This resort was absolutely perfect, like a mini paradise and a great mix of relaxation but also a nice bar for the evening.

Die Aussicht vom Bungalow war wirklich wunderschön. Man fühlte sich mit der Natur verbunden.

Название отеля Relax вполне соответствует.Тихо, спокойно, неторопливо. Еда отменная, всё свежее, много фруктов. Пляж чистый, в баре много коктейлей, персонал очень приветливый.

Минусы в бунгало не было нормального шкафа и холодильника. И приезд омрачил Booking, который взял оплату на 42 евро больше, без объяснений. В отеле тоже отказались говорить на эту тему. Обидно.
