The ocean cliff accommodation has amazing views and very spacious. Really incredible

The beach bungalows are not as nice and do attract cockroaches especially at night when it’s dark. Only access to the cove is by long tail boat and you have to pay for it unless you are checking in and out so it makes it expensive. The restaurant prices are also higher because you have no other option.

Unser Bungalow war sehr versteckt und ziemlich weit oben in der Anlage. Es gibt ein Shuttle Service- das liebe Personal bringt dich immer wieder zu deinem Bungalow nach oben.

Der Strand ist super schön anzusehen,nur es sind zu viele Steine drinnen um richtig gut schwimmen zu können.

Unterkunft ist etwas abseits, mit einem schönen Strand, wenn man es ruhig möchte ist es perfekt.

Это интересно и уединённое место. Трансфер из порта до отеля бесплатный только при заселении и выселении. Нас привезли в отель на лодке. Наземном транспортом добраться в отель невозможно, только по воде или пешком через гору (через смотровую площадку). Там есть маленькая тропа, но очень крутая. Нас зарегистрировали и повезли в номер на маленькой машинке. Вверх, вверх.. верх.. Заселили нас в самой верхней номер на горе возле джунглей... Сначала мы были намного недовольны и не понимали как мы будем ходить к морю и обратно. Но потом отдохнув всё оказалось не так страшно))) Подъём вверх от пляжа к номеру занимал около 7 минут. Территория большая и ухоженная, всё очень красиво. Поэтому поднимаясь и спускаясь мы наслаждались красивыми видами. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, нам было достаточно. Вид с кафе очень красивый. Это хорошее место для того чтобы заняться снорклингом. Красивые рифы, много разной рыбы и ежей. Там выдают маски для снорклинга, но у нас были свои. Когда плаваешь нужно быть внимательным так как часто проезжает лодки. Особенно классно было заниматься снорклингом утром, когда ездят ещё не очень много лодок и вода более спокойная и прозрачная. Для того чтобы съездить в порт на лодке с отеля в одну сторону цена билета 300 Бат за одного человека. Можно взять в аренду каяк 200 Бат час. На территории отеля есть очень маленький магазинчик. С отеля по крутой тропе через джунгли можно подняться на обзорную площадку, вид с которой открывается просто неимоверный. Подъём у нас занял 30 минут 20 минут с которого был очень крутым. Спрей от комаров не особо помог, поэтому лучше одевать одежду, которая закрывает тело. Поздно вечером мы наблюдали как летают большие летучие мыши. В общем классное, уединённое место. Нам очень понравилось!

Nos tocó una habitación muy alejada de la playa y no teníamos casi vistas y el camino hacia la habitación era una cuesta arriba muy empinada

Camerieri seduti al telefono. No personale in spiaggia. Devi prenderti il lettino da solo e portartelo in spiaggia, ugualmente il telo devi andare in cassa a prenderlo e a riportarlo. Nessuna zona comune, nessun ingresso, nessun servizio. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà: nell’unica sala che funziona come colazione, pranzo, cena, bar, locale non ci sono né tovaglie né tovagliette né tovaglioli (al contrario delle fotografie). Tutto è trascurato. Ugualmente nella camera non c’è nulla per sedersi o poggiare la valigia, nessuna mensola nessun armadio nessun tavolino. Sei costretto ad ammucchiare i vestiti sulla valigia a terra. Anche in bagno, ho dovuto poggiare le mie cose per terra. Le lenzuola puzzavano di panni non asciugati bene, di cane bagnato, tra l’altro c’era solo un piumone invernale per cui o quello per dormire o niente (nemmeno un lenzuolino). Zanzariere bucate, anzi martoriate! Non c’era nemmeno un tipo di servizio, non un gioco, un’amaca, un mazzo di carte, un’area comune. Spiaggia senza ombrelloni, senza postazioni, senza niente! Lettini di plastica scomodi e rotti e sporchi. Quando sei in camera vuoi uscire, quando esci non c’è niente da fare ed è scomodo anche rilassarsi quindi vuoi rientrare in camera, un incubo. Nulla di elegante che ti fa sentire in vacanza. Per mangiare c’è questa unica zona dove si fa tutto (colazione pranzo cena merenda…) con menù plastificati e sporchi, nulla di invitante da ordinare, anche se chiedi di portare i piatti uno alla volta, te li portano tutti insieme senza un ordine né criterio. Finisci per mangiare tutto freddo. Pensavi di fare una cena piacevole e spendere due ore? No, in 15 minuti hai mangiato. Non c’è un divano, una poltrona, niente. Forse due sedie di plastica… Raggiungibile solo con la barca. Ci sono 3 shuttle al giorno quindi praticamente puoi andartene giusto qualche ora durante il giorno ma poi dalle 16 (orario dell’ultima navetta) sei di nuovo intrappolato qui. Un incubo.

We stayed on the main land in Phiphi for 2 nights and spent our final night here at the cove as we saw from reviews that it was expensive to get to and from the main land everyday and that there is set times for the boat etc.. definitely recommend doing it this way as we spent the entire day/night on the cove and enjoyed the private, peaceful beach. There is a golf buggy to bring you up the hills to your room and down again when departing. Staff very nice. We borrowed snorkelling equipment for free. I wouldn’t stay here more than one or two nights as getting to and from the mainland is an additional effort! There is a mini shop on sight also! Super peaceful and beautiful location

The boat is only free for check in and check out it does state this but easy to miss! The sea is fairly shallow and rocky but cool to borrow snorkelling gear. Be careful as we saw sea urchins! The restaurant was fine not the best food but did us for one night, can see how it would get repetitive and is expansive for what you are paying for. Our accommodation was up a few hills didn’t bother us but if you think this may affect you I’m sure you can call the reception and ask for a buggy.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et il est extrêmement tranquille et reposant. Les bungalows en bambou sur la plage sont magnifiques avec une vue incroyable.

Mooie locatie! Leuke hutjes, aanrader is met uitzicht op de zee. Zou er niet langer naartoe gaan dan 3 dagen.

Alles op het eiland gaat via de boot. Lopen is lastig en erg lang in de zon (savonds zie je niets). Boot overdag is okay geregeld maar in de avond is het lastig terug te komen vanaf het dorp en vrij duur.

Incroyable! Endroit paradisiaque entouré de végétation luxuriante, plage paradisiaque, personnel au top. Le petit déjeuner est appréciable et la cuisine est bonne.

Le lit d'appoint est un matelas au sol, pas confortable du tt, ça mérite d'être amélioré .

From the minute we stepped off the boat our stay at The Cove was exceptional. From the friendly, helpful staff, to the beautiful beach Bungalow and the stunning beach, we wished we had so much longer than 2 nights here. Everything about The Cove is unforgettable. To walk out your front door and step right into clear blue waters and spend the afternoon snorkelling is unmatched. I would highly recommend whilst here, doing the half day boat tour. It was the most magical experience. We will definitely be back to stay longer next time.

Staff were so lovely i can’t fault them at all! I would say if you are looking for a very relaxing holiday this is for you however if you like to go explore the town etc in phi phi this might not be the best for you! The resort offers a taxi boat at certain times in the day and also offers a very expensive private taxi boat, however at the pier in phi phi there are many taxi boats that are very cheap so we used that on the way back some of the days! general cleanliness was good however there were lots of creepy crawlers which is expected as you are in a remote part! Lastly you have access to only one restaurant on the resort which was lovely but the menu isn’t huge :) Beach and sunset was lovely through however there isn’t much entertainment either :)

El hotel está genial, nosotros tuvimos una cabaña enorme y preciosa para tres , el sitio es idílico. Pero tienes que tener claro a los que vas porque allí no hay nada que hacer, que si es lo que buscas, es tu hotel. Sin embargo, si quieres hacer excursiones y ver las aphi phi, hay que saber que solo se puede salir en taxiboard, y los precios son abusivos , ida y vuelta son 300 baths, que en nuestro caso eran 1800(45 euros), eso hasta las de la tarde, a partir de las 4,30 el doble osea 90 euros, y el restaurante vale el doble que en el centro, y ya no hablemos de las excursiones que eran el triple

Emplacement excentré - loin du port où tout se passe. Pour y aller l’hôtel a des bateaux qu’il faut réserver à l’avance mais qui sont payants. Étant loin du centre/port vous ne pouvez pas contacter les agences pour prévoir des excursions. Celles proposées en ligne ont pour point de rendez-vous le port donc il faudra aussi payer le transport de l’hôtel jusqu’au port. L’hôtel propose des excursions mais attention ils demandent un groupe de minimum 4 personnes sinon ils considèrent ça comme un groupe privé et bonjour le prix multipliés par 3/4…. Salle de bain mal isolée, attention aux petites bêtes si vous n’aimez pas ça (cafards).

Absolutely loved The Cove. The staff were amazing, the hut on the beach was just like out of a movie. Had a wonderful time, just relaxing on the beach and swimming in the sea 🌊 😎

Het was een hele mooie lokatie maar heel moeilijk te bereiken. Je zit echt gevangen in hun verblijf. Om van de lokatie naar de pier te gaan vragen ze ongeveer 8 euro pp enkel Het is mooi voor mensen die het geld er voor (over) hebben. De toeren die worden aangeboden duur. Want het draait steeds uit op een privé toer! Ik heb er veel geld achtergelaten zonder dat ik veel keus had, we waren er met drie. Restaurant ook duurder dan elders en eigenlijk heb je geen PhiPhi eiland gezien buiten hun kleine strand en verouderde infra. Zou niet slecht zijn om daar eens een investering te doen want nu was het allemaal net NIET. De uitzichten op terras was wel mooi. We kregen ook een “upgrade” Mijn twijfels over dat dit echt zo was!

The location is much more isolated than advertised. Every trip requires a 30-minute boat ride each way, so you lose at least an hour every day just on transport. The shuttle operates on a very limited schedule, and if you need a different time, you're expected to pay around USD 100 for a private return boat. This completely changes the experience and should be made much clearer before booking. The value for money is poor: the rooms don't even have a proper wardrobe, the buildings and sun loungers are old, and the restaurant is well below the standard expected for a property at this price. If you're charging premium rates, guests should receive a premium experience. I wish I had known these details before booking.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – direkt am Meer mit kristallklarem Wasser, einem privaten Strand und kostenlosen Liegen. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir mussten während unseres Aufenthalts zweimal das Zimmer wechseln, was völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos organisiert wurde. Es wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen und alles verlief ohne Probleme.

Die Lage ist zwar wunderschön, allerdings ist das Hotel sehr abgelegen. Ohne den hoteleigenen Shuttle kommt man praktisch nirgendwo hin. Der Shuttle kostet 300 Baht pro Person und Strecke, was auf Dauer ziemlich teuer wird. Der eigene Strand war sehr dreckig und nicht gesäubert. Um den privaten Strand sollte man sich schon kümmern und den angespülten Müll wegräumen. Das Hotelrestaurant ist deutlich überteuert. Der Service war langsam und das Essen hat uns leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt – für die Preise hätten wir wesentlich mehr erwartet. Die Sonnenliegen haben keine Auflagen und sind dadurch recht unbequem. Außerdem sind die Strandhandtücher sehr dünn, stark abgenutzt und wirken nicht mehr besonders hochwertig.

La experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado para el precio que cobran. La ubicación está mucho más aislada de lo que parece al reservar. Cada vez que quieres salir o volver debes tomar un barco de 30 minutos por trayecto, lo que significa perder al menos una hora al día solo en traslados. Además, los horarios del barco son muy limitados y, si necesitas un horario diferente, te cobran alrededor de USD 100 por un viaje privado de ida y vuelta, algo que debería informarse claramente antes de reservar. La relación calidad-precio es muy mala: las habitaciones no tienen armario, ropero ni ningún espacio adecuado para guardar la ropa o el equipaje, por lo que prácticamente hay que dejar todas las pertenencias en el suelo. Las construcciones y las reposeras están bastante deterioradas, y la calidad del restaurante no está a la altura de un alojamiento de esta categoría. Para empeorar la experiencia, el Wi-Fi se desconecta constantemente (cada pocos minutos) y hay que volver a conectarlo una y otra vez. Si van a cobrar tarifas de un hotel premium, deberían ofrecer un servicio realmente premium. Mi intención con este comentario es ayudar a futuros huéspedes a conocer estos detalles antes de reservar, porque a mí me habría gustado saberlos de antemano.

L’acccoglienza non piacevole e le tariffe per il taxi boat sono folli, costano più del soggiorno, inoltre molto limitate (2 al giorno). Praticamente si è bloccati lì, anche per i pasti solo menù turistici. Il gestore non ha detto neppure un “mi dispiace” per il mio voluto check in anticipato, date le condizioni. Una trappola.

Very beautiful resort.. artistically arranged on top of hill with private beach.. spacious rooms and amenities.. rooms have balconies with chairs for sunbathing or someone can enjoy rain in private space.

The property is far away from main commercial area. The property provides boat service for Check-in and Check-out services only.. if anyone wants to go to the commercial area of the island, the property charges heavily. Also property doesn’t provide buggy services for general movement.. so when you climb down to the beach or to the restaurant you will have to walk uphill to your rooms.. which can be very difficult in rain..

Location is unbelievable- peaceful, tranquil and perfect. The beach literally steps away and the jungle just behind you. The noises of the surroundings are beautiful. We snorkelled in the beach and it was nice

The beach and surroundings have a lot of rubbish - I found myself picking it up everyday. I seen a lot of staff around and couldn’t understand how this wasn’t noticed by any of them. I loved how remote it was but please ensure u bring good strong mosquito repellent. Also we couldn’t open our door one night at 11 pm and no staff could be found to assist. We phoned but no one answered. We couldn’t lock our door from the inside at night

Nos encantó por que es una maravilla, las vistas, el lugar en sí, es precioso. El lavabo amplio, la cabaña con su balcon. Te vienen a buscar a la habitación y te bajan a la playa porque hay que caminar.

No me gustó nada la sensación de tener que depender totalmente del hotel, no hay taxi boats a demanda, hay horarios. Salen a las 8h/12h/16h y son 300 bath, despues a partir de las 6h salen dos más y el precio por persona es de 600bath. Es carísimo! Tienes 20 minutos hasta el centro en taxi boats. Luego además, en cuanto a la comida no tienen mucha variedad, se quedar cortos. Hay un market donde hay poca cosa también.

Très bel hôtel avec de belles installations et un personnel sympathique et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et le service de navette pour accéder aux chambres est appréciable compte tenu du relief du site.

En revanche, l’établissement est assez excentré, ce qui limite les alternatives à proximité et oblige souvent à payer des tarifs élevés sur place. Nous avons également été déçus par la vue depuis la chambre, qui ne correspondait pas vraiment à celle présentée sur le site en raison des arbres. Enfin, il faut être vigilant avec les singes qui circulent autour de l’hôtel, certains pouvant se montrer assez agressifs. Correct pour une nuit.

Ruido de lagartijas en la habitación toda la noche, una rata en la habitacion sin tener comida en ella. La ducha medio rota, horarios del barco super reducidos para que a la vuelta, si quieres volver de noche desde el puerto de Tonsai, te claven 1400 bats. Algunos miembros del personal con mala cara y sin ganas de trabajar. La comida del restaurante a precio de guiris, en fin, no recomendable.

Beautiful location and loved our Ocean view villa. So wonderful to wake up on a secluded beach. We loved the jungle walk over the hill to viewpoint and then down into the town. Boat Ride back to the cove only 20 minutes. Love to come again! Thanks to lovely staff!

we stayed in a beach bungalow as a part of our honeymoon and it was my favourite stay during whole trip in thailand the staff is amazing from check in to check out everyone was very nice, attentive one day after the trip we came during storm and staff went our way directly to the sea with towels and room key towels are changed every day, water and coffee is refilled every day I see people complaining about the location but it clearly state that boat is the only way to get to and from hotel so you know what to expect it is aperfect and peaceful gateaway from the mass tourism of the island

The view is just gorgeous! They have boats wjo get you from the ferry pier to the hotel - with fixed shedule. The room was nice.

It was loud in the night after 12 o clock. The restaurant is okey but for the drinks they could improve.

C’est une des plus belles plages qu’on a vu. L’environnement de l’hôtel est incroyable. Cependant comme l’hôtel est vachement isolé, nous avons trouvé que c’était très cher ( l’unique restaurant , les excursions , les activités …). L’emplacement de l’hôtel nous a pas posé problème car l’endroit est paradisiaque. L’univers des chambres en bois est sympa, mais ce n’est pas le plus confortable.

Precisé sur booking que le lieu n’est accessible qu’en bateau et qu’il y a des shuttles. Mais seul l’aller et le retour pour le check out est inclus. Sinon vous.payez 300 baths la traversée par personne. C’est scandaleux. On a aussi cassé un verre ils nous ont facturé 100baths scandaleux alors qu’on est parti au bout d’une.nuit et qu’ils ont gardé une nuit. Tres decu

La camera che ci hanno data era meravigliosa, in alto, molta privacy e vista sul mare. La struttura è molto semplice e anche il ristorante non è memorabile ma nell' insieme è un posto favoloso in cui tornerei. Il tour privato in long boat (piuttosto caro sinceramente) è stato bello e lo staff gentilissimo. Comodissimo il piccolo negozio di alimentari.

Non tutte le camere hanno una posizione così favolosa quindi cambia molto se non ti capita o non chiedi quella con vista e privacy.

Sin dudas el mejor lugar , si bien estás alejado tenes una tranquilidad y vistas únicas! Podes acceder caminando a uno de los miradores más lindo de la isla! Reserve 2 noches y luego ya estando en el lugar reserve 2 más! Increíble 10/10

The staff were over qll lovely and over all the place was lovely.

Now this is why ive given it such a low score. My electrics went at about 11pm one night. The air con went down. I tried to contact staff but had no reply. I tried a few times during the night as I couldn't sleep due to the heat. By the morning I finally spoke to reception and they sent a person out to fix the problem that took 3 hours to fix. Now hears the really big problem. They said they sent a person out to me but I didnt reply. This was a lie and I have time stamped video taken a few times during the night to show I was awake the the faulty electrics. This ruined my trip with them and I would go back as the trust is gone and no level of compensation was offered.

À l’arrivée à la descente du speedboat, beaucoup de bateaux proposent de vous emmener à l’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas vu celui qui était venu nous chercher gratuitement bien qu’il avait un panneau mentionnant l’hôtel. Du coup nous avons payé 1500 baths l’autre bateau longue queue. Important de prévenir l’hôtel de l’heure de son arrivée.

La plage et la vue donc vraiment magnifique

L’hôtel est accessible uniquement en bateau. Sauf que les taxi boat sont très chers. Vous êtes donc bloqué à l’hôtel. Les prix sur place sont déraisonnables. Chambre plutôt décevant. Presque pas de pression pour l’eau.

Très bruyant, impossible de se reposer tranquillement sur la plage. La mer est une vraie autoroute bateau ⛵ en continu avec beaucoup de bruit. De plus l'hôtel est très éloigné de koh phi phi il faut prendre un bateau a chaque fois pour se rendre sur l'île ce qui est cher + long et vraiment pas pratique. Ça triple les prix de tout Le jeu n'en vaut pas la chandelle.
