Resulta muy cómodo poder contratar con ellos mismo los tours, el alquiler de motos, etc. Dan solución a cualquier tipo de problema. En el hostel suelen hacer fiestas, puede que por ser temporada baja no había mucho movimiento porque intentamos bajar 2 noches y no había nada, 1 de ellas estaba hasta cerrado. Al menos el centro estaba cerca, a 15 min caminando. El personal es super amable.

Se nos fue la luz bastantes veces, pero lo bueno es que vuelve rápido, es algo habitual en toda filipinas, no fue en el único sitio que nos pasó. La cama es verdad que no era muy cómoda o al menos para nosotros, demasiado "blanda" a la que te sentabas ya tenias la forma hecha.

Great location! Just outside the crowds of General Luna but near enough to hop on a scooter to all of the amazing restaurants nearby… although the food at the beach resort - Goodies - and also Happiness Hostel is also very good. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Loved the little pool and walking down the beach to swim at high tide. Had a couple of really great massages there too!

The WiFi lets it down a bit, not the best connection, but there is phone signal.

Great location, great staff. The generator was not working properly when I was there but the staff was so informative and helpful so it was not even a problem.

Fijne locatie, aan zee voor rust, maar ook zo op straat waar restaurants en winkels elkaar afwisselen. Prima plek om het eiland te verkennen.

Voor mij geen probleem, maar villa ligt naast de beach bar, daar komt soms meer geluid vandaan, ook in avond of begin van de nacht. Werd bij aankomst al aangegeven door receptie. Ik ben een keer wakker geworden van geluid, maar dat was na 2 min ook weer klaar.

I like how accessible the place is. Everything you need is nearby—from public transportation and convenience stores to great hangout spots. Although it’s conveniently located, the area is quiet, and the ambiance feels like a peaceful provincial escape that helps you refresh your mind. It’s also just a short walk to the beach, where you can unwind. While swimming isn’t allowed, you can still spend time there, even at night, listening to the waves or simply enjoying the view. If you’re looking to swim, they also have a pool. Overall, I’ve had so much fun and the staff there are very kind, accommodating, and friendly. What a stellar service by the way. Special mention to Ms. Kim. Kudos to your great customer service!

In a great location close to everything, cozy and spacious rooms. The pool is stunning and fun and the staff is perfect!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The garden was stunning!

El personal muy atento y servicial. La habitación estaba limpia, cama cómoda y tenía piscina al aire libre para darte un baño agradable.

El agua de la ducha salía con poca presión. No disponía de desayuno pero te ofrecian un 10% de descuento en su restaurante. El restaurante tiene el inconveniente de que no tienen ni la mitad de los platos que ofrecen y el servicio es muy poco resolutivo y eficiente.

Staff, location and facilities were all great

Genuinely kind and helpful staff. The resort location is really nice on the beach with a nice quiet area and the surroundings of the resort are nice.

The only problem was the shower not working from time to time…

One of my favorites it Siargao! staff are so friendly, rooms are great, the little beach bar is so nice to work from or just relax, great location. And a very cute cat named Pilar :)

The room was very clean, enough within walking distance and also parking for bikes and plenty of tuktuks outside. Staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed.

Friendly staff. Denis, Milo, Rise, Fatima and all the other staff greeted me everyday with a smile and a chat. The resort is in a good central location. The cafe and restaurant serve great food and coffee. The staff made me feel very welcomed.

Staff were lovely, good facilities close by like the cafe, bar, restaurant and pool. Extra amenities like laundry and massages offered too. Overall the room was a good size and nicely furnished. We booked some tours through the resort which were good.

Our toilet continuously smelled like waste from the moment we arrived, it could be smelled from the main room. I only brought this up with staff at the end due to assuming a leak so I’m unsure what action would have been taken if it was brought up earlier. Unfortunately, this resort is not Filipino/ locally owned. I wish I had done research before as I personally would prefer to support local. nevertheless the majority of staff were Filipino/local.

The property was in an excellent location with great amenities like massages and yoga classes. It felt like a wellness oasis and the ocean facing lounge area is definitely a unique gem.

The room was spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a good in between from the surfing places at Cloud 9 and close enough to General Luna that was most lively.

Beach front was very disappointing - it was mangrove like and rocky, not a sandy beach. The AC in the room was located away from the sleeping area and although there was a fan, the room was stuffy throughout the day and also in the night. Was liveable but not ideal. The shower head in the toilet was also faulty and worked periodically.

L'environnement de l'hôtel très sympathique, et calme (on n'entend pas le bruit de la route). Il y une piscine et le bar de plage est sympa. Le personnel est très sympathique, disponible et réactif. Bon emplacement entre General Luna et Cloud 9, au calme mais bien placé. La chambre est ok, le balcon est grand.

La salle de bain est en mauvais état et pas très propre. La chambre mériterait d'être refaite, on voit le jour à travers la porte et les fenêtres, les murs ne sont pas en très bon état. Le prix : nous avons personnellement eu un très bon prix grâce à une offre booking mais le prix annoncé sur place par l'hôtel est bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, und sauber. Bettkomfort war sehr Gut. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Restaurants und noch eine Bar mit Meerblick. Da zu dem Resort auch ein Hostel gehört, gibt es einen eigenen tourveranstalter, es gibt zudem verschiedene Themenabende wie Quizshow, 2 mal partynight.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war wie auch im Rest von Siargao für die Philippinen sehr teuer, daher ist das Publikum auch international und keinen einheimischen. Der Meerblick der Bar täuscht etwas, denn schwimmen kann man hier nicht. Bei Ebbe weicht das Meer etwa 150 Meter zurück und der Untergrund ist felsig. Warum es keinen Kühlschrank in einem Zimmer für 65 Euro die Nacht gibt, kann ich nicht verstehen

Lovely Resort next to the beach with a nice bar and a Café with really good breakfast. Happiness Hostel is just across the street, which also offers Yoga classes, which I really enjoyed.

Don’t rent the bikes with them: very rude, super picky with the videos reviewing the minimum scratch possible to not give back the deposit (other places don’t even ask for it). I grabbed the bike with two lines in the gas tank, gave it back like that and yet they wanted to deduct part of the deposit. Never again, other places have better prices and are more flexible. The hotel personal on the other hand was very nice to us.

Villaen ligger for sig selv og med den smukkeste udsigt. Huset er pænt og rent og nød at vi selv kunne lave mad i udekøkkenet. Personalet var meget venligt og serviceminded. Happiness resort kan i den grad anbefales.

We had a wonderful stay at Happiness Villa in General Luna and would absolutely come back. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor kitchen — it was such a cool experience to cook our own seafood that we bought fresh from the local market. It really added something special to our stay. The staff were truly outstanding: always caring, helpful, and kind. A big thank you to all of them for making us feel so welcome and taken care of. The restaurant was also great, with delicious sandwiches and other really nice food options. There are loads of activities that guests can join every day, so it’s easy to meet people and always have something fun to do. The location is also perfect — close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the noise. Overall, an amazing place with a great vibe, great people, and great experiences. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

We had bath robes and towels on the first day but then they took them and only gave us a towel each from the second day onwards ( the quality of the towels was very bad , they were very consumed and thin). The wifi often didn’t work. But overall experience is absolutely worth it!
