Everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly and supportive, and the security and overall service were excellent. Special thanks to the travel agency staff for their assistance and support. I would also like to give special thanks to Pimpila for her exceptional support during my stay and even after my return to Oman, especially in helping us obtain the required missing information. It was truly appreciated.

Staff of reception ladies were very, rude night shift and morning shift were rude and they forgot to clean the room and excuse was they were busy hotel and had so many guest, the lounge was not clean and buffet was so hot and no AC available, the staff on floor were very nice but reception need training in customer service, also the hotel is very old and not clean, Instagram photos felt scam

The lights really need to be looked at especially at the villas. And there was water dropping from the upper villa

מיקום מעולה מוות אדיב הוילות מדהימות יש הסעות חינם לקניון ולפטונג מי שהוילה הכל כלול שם מבחינת השתייה פחיות מקרר חטיפים וממלאים כל יום מקרר מטבח הכל מעולה לפחות בוילות

המלון עצמו די קטן אומר בעלי אם לא לוקחים את הוילה אז לא יודעת כמה הוא מעולה, אני אפילו לא הלכתי לראות ברמה כזו לא הייתי צריכה לצאת מהוילה😅

اعجبتني مساحة الغرفة والنظافة بشكل عام تعبئة الثلاجة بالماء والمشروبات الغازية ( كولا - سفن - بيرت ) كل ما انتهت ومجانيه والترتيب خدمة إغلاق انوار ومصابيح الأضائة بجهاز تحكم واحد بالقرب من طاولة السرير البلكونة وجمالها وفيها منشر للملابس يوجد شطاف بدورة المياة والموقع المسبح كبير جداً خدمة مناشف تستلمها مجانيه من عند الإستقبال ادا أردت الذهاب الشاطئ او احد الرحلات البحريه موظفين جداً بشوشين وخدومين عندهم سياره نقل إلى الشاطئ في أوقات محدده سيارة قولف تنزلك إلى الشارع وترجعك لان المنتجع على جبل

الأفطار غير منوع ومعظم أكله هندي لفي الفندق مكشوف وكذالك ممرات الغرف يعني غير مكيفه

الغرفة كانت قريبة من مدخل النادي الرياضي والمسبح

كانت إقامتي في المنتجع رائعة جدًا. المكان هادئ ونظيف، والغرف مريحة ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز. طاقم العمل كان في غاية اللطف والاحترافية وبالاخص موجي (Moji)وكانوا دائمًا متعاونين ويحرصون على راحة النزلاء. المرافق ممتازة والأجواء جميلة ومناسبة للاسترخاء. وقريب منها كل الخدمات المول وشارع العرب وشاطي باتونج …أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة، وبالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة وأنصح الجميع بالإقامة فيه….

Great Room with A pool access and a pretty design of Towels like baby Elephants when checking in . Great location & Nice breakfast but not many options there if u are vegetarian .

The pool was super cold & with the rainy season it was hard to swim , I wish the water was heated . Plus there’s no coffee pods machine in the room its only on the menu of the tv but not available in reality . Only the sachets of nescafe are provided .

Everything is great except food. but the view is amazing. The cleanliness is perfect. Spacious. Modern. etc

The food. The chef shall be matching the standards of such hotel. The steak was chewy and the pesto pasta was super oily. This doesn't match the luxury of the hotel and the price of such food.

Clean and big rooms with great views. Great staff always willing to help. 18 minute walk to bangla road if you want loud nightlife or smaller chill out bars and restaurants on nanai road which are great. These are on road outside of hotel. 20 minute walk to patong beach which is great in low season. Ideal location for either a relaxed or lively night..

Very clean, everything in this resort was extremely clean. The staff were always very attentive to every detail. ALL the staff here were extremely helpful, polite, respectful and always had a smile. The location is also perfect, it’s a 3 min drive to the shops and beach with transport that is provided by the resort.

موظفة الاستقبال تتدعي انها تفقد كوت الاستحمام وتطلب مال مقابلها للأسف بينت بها اني لم اخذه معي ولكن قامت بحتجاز جواز السفر الخاص وبينت لها انني لم احصل عليه منذ البداية ولاكنها اصرت وطلب من تفتيش الحقائب وبالفعل سمحت لها بالتفتيش ولكن لمن تجد شي هذا يسهم من تقليل شأن النزلاء

La localisation est top.

Les réceptionnistes sont très désagréable et n’ont aucun sens du service client, j’ai demandé à chauffer un sandwich elles me l’ont chargé 100bth je n’ai jamais vu ça pourtant c’est censé être un hôtel 5*, les cartes accès à 400bth c’est vraiment très bas de gamme comme service .. Le petit dej pas très diversifié et les serveuse encore une fois pas du tout serviable, on a l’impression de déranger a la moindre demande, je ne comprends pas les notes qui ont précédé car je m’attendais vraiment pas à ce service dans une ville aussi touristique que ça.

מקום מהמם עם שירות נעים וחייכני , בלובי אין מזגן אבל יש מיזוג , יש שירות הסעות מהלובי ללמטה כי זה הר אז אין מה לדאוג כל פעם שאתם יוצאים וכנ״ל חזרה למלון . מגוון אטרקציות לסגור במלון כגון סדנת בישול . בריכה ענקית ומהממת ביופיה . נהננו ברמה שהוספנו שם עוד כמה לילות ואפילו חזרנו אחרי זה . מלון על רמה שווה לגמרי את התמורה במרחק הליכה מהשוק המרכזי של פטונג ומרחק יותר קצת מהקניון הגנגל . מיקום פצצה שלא קרוב לכל ההמולה .

Un peu relou les ascenseurs car nous étions loger au dernier étage et il faut changer 3 fois d’ascenseur mais à force on s’y habitue

Picked a place that looked decent and quiet in Patong for one night just to watch Mauy Thai that night. The hotel was very clean and comfortable though. Close to the chaos of Patong but far enough for a quiet abode. In fact bed was more comfortable than at my Luxury hotel stay the next few nights in Nai Harn

Parfait le petit déjeuner tout

Ein tolles Hotel! Mit Flughunden am Abend die dort ihre Kreise ziehen. Gute Cocktails. Tolle Lage, man muss nicht immer Bangla, dort ist um die Ecke auch alles vorhanden. Sehr edle Bettwäsche! Essen vom Feinsten.

Dass man sich am Pool kein Getränk mitnehmen durfte.

הכל, המלון הכי מפנק שהיה לנו בתאלנד. חדר עם בריכה פרטי גדולה,הסעות.מהחדר ללובי/מחוץ למלון שאטלים/הסעות למרכז פאטונג.

אישתי לא אהבה את הארוחת בוקר אבל בעיניי כל הארוחות בוקר בתאילנד אותו דבר.

The journey to my room was too far. I had to take 3 elevators to my room and they were extremely slow. It’s summer time and I strongly suggest the team to install a ventilator or a cooling fan system in the elevators at the very least.

كل شيء اعجبني. السعر كان مناسب جداً، الطاقم ممتاز بكل شيء، خدمة رائعة، واشكر موظفي الاستقبال على حسن تعاملهم وتجاوبهم.. وكم أشكر حسن على استقباله الرائع لنا.. ومن حسناتهم أنه كان المفترض اخرج الساعة 11 فطلبت التأخير إلى 1 وسمحوا لي بذلك بسبب يعود لي فاشكرهم جزيل الشكر، وإذا برجع بلاشك بحجز عندهم مرة ثانية.

ما كان فيه تنوع كفاية في الفطور فقط.

The location and the staff!! Both exceptional! The location was perfect - just an easy walk into patong but not right in the middle of it so it was nice and quiet but also convenient. The staff were absolutely incredible and everything was so seamless and there was always a smile on their face and they were always ready to help with absolutely anything. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious with great air conditioning and water pressure and it was always so clean. It was such a welcoming and lovely experience and I couldn’t recommend this place more. Can’t wait to return!
