this resort will never bore you. Lots of water activities. The gears are free for snorkeling activity, the snorkeling area is just right infront of the beach. You can also request a guide if you don't have confidence in exploring the waters. Pool is clean and enjoyable even for kids and adults. Great view, the deluxe room is exactly what we saw on the pictures and even exceeded our expectations, superb service and staff.

We had an amazing experience at Southseas Beach Resort! The diving experience was absolutely fantastic, with great service and so much extra help throughout. Our dive guide was awesome — very professional, friendly and made the whole experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully kept. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absoluut een aanrader. Ons verblijf was erg verzorgd, ze hebben oog voor details en de kamers zijn mooi en handig ingericht. Het zwembad is netjes, het ontbijt lekker, het personeel vriendelijk. Ben, onze divemaster, gaf me veel vertrouwen, het duikmateriaal is van degelijke kwaliteit. 10 op 10!!!

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Exorbitant hidden fees —total rip-off!Breakfast was advertised as included, yet they charged me extra for a latte with zero prior warning about additional beverage costs. Extremely unprofessional and unfair!

Their whale shark watching tour costs 2,500 PHP per person, which is 1,000 PHP more expensive than other vendors. I booked it thinking they’d offer priority queuing or skip-the-line access, but there was absolutely no difference from going to the port by yourself. Direct tours at the pier cost 1,500 PHP, and I found a local operator for just 800 PHP! Terrible room conditions: The duvet cover does not fit the quilt at all, making sleep unbearable. The room lock was broken and extremely tricky to operate; it took me five full minutes to figure out how to lock the door. We also had no hot water due to faulty room equipment, and the staff who came to fix it had an awful, uncooperative attitude.

Le cadre et la localisation avec piscine et plage privée où il est très agréable de faire du snorkeling. Le petit resto sympa même si carte un peu limitée. Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, pour organiser des plongées ou des excursions à Oslob ou Moalboal

Petite structure alliant confort et calme à proximité du centre de Santander. Les chambres sont très propres, bien équipées. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, toujours disponible et efficace.

Nous avons tout adoré ! Personnel très très très souriant et sympathique c'est très agréable. Lit très confortable. Déco très jolie. Jolie piscine vu sur la plage. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Bon cocktails et bon repas à midi comme au petit déjeuner ! On s'est régalés. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

The girl staff in the restaurants still has alot of room for growth. She could have smiled a little and be cheerful to the customers. She seems like not in the mood.

Amazing stay, so peaceful and relaxing right on the water, walk in and snorkel and see tonnes of marine life and coral, insane experience especially earlier in the day - so many schools of fish, would stay again. Also kayaked out to find turtles, kayaks and paddle board available free of charge for guests so we used them several times. The water is crystal clear and clean. Resort feels extremely safe and was immaculately clean and tidy and the team and so friendly and lovely. They also take you free of charge locally to the Seven Eleven and ATM. Close to Whale Shark swimming, the resort arranged everything and took us there and looked after us. The pool is awesome too. Such a fabulous stay looked after by a wonderful happy team of people.

We have been there couple days and we all agree that there are nicest people we ever met! It was perfect place to stay and diving too. Staff will help you with everything and they have many trips you can do and don’t hesitate ask them for any tips for whatever you wanna know

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent.

Guest experienced could be improved by having a dedicated smoking area aqay from shared spaces like the pool, and beach front especially if there are kids.

Eric the Manager was very helpful with all requests all the staff where friendly and very helpful Ben the dive instructor and all the other dive instructors looked after everyone the hole stay was fantastic and would definitely stay there again

Tolles Resort mit schönem Pool und tolle Tauchmöglickeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren besonders wegen dem Tauchen hier. Diese Tauchgänge mit dem Team waren einfach ganz besonders schön. Professionell und haben sich auf uns und unsere Tauchgeschwindigkeit (langsames tauchen) eingestellt. Wir hatten zwar unsere eigenes Equipment dabei, aber konnten sehen, dass auch deren sehr hochwertig ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden hier wieder her kommen. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war besonders toll. Wir fanden es auch super, dass wir unsere Wasserflaschen jederzeit auffüllen konnten und dass auch sonst Glas und kein Plastik benutzt wurde. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Für uns war das Essen nicht soooo gut, wie bei unserem Aufenhalt die Tage davor. Die Portionen (wir sind Vegan) waren kleiner als gewohnt und haben uns nicht gesättigt. Im Vergleich zu Deutschland sind die Preise natürlich sehr günstig, aber im Vergleich zu "vorher" war es "teurer und kleiner". Auch haben die Bilder der Gerichte nicht mit der Realität zusammen gepasst. Zum Beispiel (für meine Tochter) auf dem Foto 10 Chicken Nuggets Ketchup, angekommen sind 6 Nuggets und eine mini portion Pommes. Einem Teenager sind 6 einfach zu wenig. So war die Enttäuschung für sie "groß" und wir haben eine zweite Portion bestellt (also 2x bezahlt). Wir haben dies beim Personal angesprochen. Im Endeffekt ist es Luxusjammern. Und wir können den Aufenthalt hier trotzdem sehr empfehlen.

The location was great and so easy to find. I love how our room was close to the beach and there’s also a pool that you can use even on mid-day. The highlight for me was the free use of kayak, snorkeling gear and stand up paddle.

We experienced low voltage during our stay. The lights on our room kept turning off and on but the staff were fast in fixing it. WIFI was a little slow.

The location was quite easy to find through waze. The complimentary breakfast was good. The rest of the food we ordered was really good. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms are clean, nice, and smell good. Since this is mainly a Dive Center, they don't have a beach area or a pool for kids.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The place was very beautiful.

My family enjoyed our stay there. It was crowded and it felt we had the whole resort to ourselves. The staff is very attentive. My kids congratulated me for finding a great resort. Small but it felt cozy and boutique. And their assistance with our oslob whaleshark was very organized. Thank you.

The a.c. in our room is not to our liking. We booked 3 rooms, the other 2 (king beds) ac were fine. The twin was the one that didnt work properly.

Excellent stay for the whole family! The location was perfect, but the real highlight was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They truly made our stay a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The property was so serene, clean, and the rooms are big 😇 Food is love as well. The top most worthy to mention are the staff. They are wonderful, and very helpful.

Luogo molto rilassante sul mare e Immerso nel verde. Solo una decina di stanze che si affacciano su un bel giardino. Architettura e materiali eleganti e di buon gusto. Ambiente piccolo e ben curato. Dopo il primo giorno ci si conosce tutti. Anche il personale è molto carino e caloroso. Io lasciavo la porta della camera aperta perché tanto non serve allontanarsi. Comodissimo avere tutto nel raggio di 10 metri dalla stanza: piscina, mare, diving e ristorante senza doversi portare dietro borse. Comodissimo avere il divemaster (Ben) sempre presente. Per fare un’immersione dalla riva basta anche chiederlo sul momento. Ci sono alcune zone di coralli e una grossa tartaruga che vale la pena vedere. Wifi starlink 28 down e 21 up. Un giorno mi sono messo a lavorare dal giardino facendo passare il cavo del computer fuori dalla finestra con il mare sullo sfondo. Stupendo. Letto grande; prese usb vicine al letto; tv con porte hdmi accessibili. Interessanti le vetrate a specchio trasparenti solo dall’interno così si può guardare fuori senza essere osservati. Doccia bella a vedersi ma non molto potente. Giardino molto curato. lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e di buon livello. Sapone shampoo e balsamo buoni. C’è il frigo in camera e ci sono distributori di acqua da usare liberamente. Nei dintorni ci sono altri boutique hotel simili che fanno anche da ristorante. Alla sera ho sentito qualcuno fare karaoke ma complessivamente siamo piuttosto isolati. L’ultimo giorno dovevo prendere l’autobus per Moalboal che non parte dal municipio e mi ci hanno portato in macchina senza chiedere nulla.

Non c’è l’armadio; solo un’asta con 3 attaccapanni e un filo in bagno per stendere. Livello di rumore in camera di notte tra i 40 e i 50 db(z) con principali fonti di disturbo galli, cani e motorini nelle vicinanze. Pulizia buona ma c’è un po’ di polvere in giro, aloni sullo specchio, un po’ di formiche e qualche zanzara. Se siete particolarmente gustosi magari portatevi l’autan.

Staff was phenomenal! Everyone went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. I dove with Ben twice which was great! Staff helped us book Ticket on the ferry for our next destination. I'd stay here again!

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating and attentive. They value their guests. It’s a very homey property with very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good and easy access to meals at the in-house restaurant. A very wonderful property overall. We would recommend to friends and family.

- there were loads of bugs even inside the room (mosquitoes, ants, spiders and the like) an electric insect repellent would have been useful. Kuya was kind enough and came to the rescue as soon as we asked for help - the bathroom had a leak and the shower was very low (I’m 5’4 and it’s nearly touching my head with no adjustments)

The excellent staff! Very nice and helpfull even if you are not their customer yet. The room is also great and the resort is perfectly located near shops, restaurants and Oslob.

The only thing I would reccomend to improve is the food. I say this in hope I can help you to get a 10 out of 10.

Everything. This place is was perfect for us for a stay pretty close to the whale sharks ( by car) . We had a warm welcome although we arrived late and had a nice breakfast

The accomodation is even better than in pictures ! Very helpful personel, aways glad to help you plan your next adventures. The resort is small, easily accessible and in a very quiet location. Morning wake up with the sun shining over the ocean gives you some nice pictures opportunities The location is perfect as it allows you to access both east side and west side of the island, splitting the driving time efficiently

The staff was exceptional! 100/100!!! Ethel was a ball of positive vibes, she's fun to talk to and was very accommodating. Plus she gave us recos for restaurants & bars to visit. Taline is a cutie, always ready to help with that sweet little voice of hers. Kuya Khaloy's (Gardener) stories are a great morning energizer for us. We talked about anything under the sun. Never a dull moment with him. The Southseas boys are great too! Overall - the place was a great choice for our 27th wedding anniversary ❤️

Not really a dislike but maybe a little bump during the stay. Our AC wasn't working well on the 2nd night. Shout out to the resort manager (sorry, forgot his name) he was quick to decide and tell the boys to transfer us over to a different room so we stay comfortable and relaxed. ❤️

Ihana pieni, rauhallinen resort meren rannalla. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta, jonka kautta saa järjestettyä retkiä. Ravintolassa hyviä ja edullisia annoksia ja aamupalalle saa valita neljästä vaihtoehdosta mieleisen. Kajakkeja sai lainata rannasta ja kyydin sai bussipykille tullessa ja lähtiessä.

Suihkusta usein kylmää vettå ja heikolla paineella. Saisi olla enemmän hyllyjä/kaappeja tms säilytystilaa vaatteille ja toinen yöpöytä olisi myös kiva.

The property was beautiful, as well as the design and cleanliness of the room. The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and helpful. We loved the location, we had our own car to drive around (i would recommend that). I would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed every minute.

Probably the most amazing place I've ever stayed. Literally beachfront with a pool that looks onto the sea as well. The views were incredible. Lots of chairs looking onto the sea to enjoy the views at all hours. The bed was also really comfortable and the breakfast service was good, the staff asked in advance what time you wanted breakfast served and knocked on our door when it was ready. Dinner service was good too but best to order in advance as it takes them a while to make the dinner.

I didn't like the fact that the prices the resort charged for taxis/tours were really high. Since the price they quoted was so high we decided to make our own arrangements and always ended up saving at least 40%! Also, some of the members of staff were a bit unapproachable, although they were alright in terms of responding to our requests.

Really nice and supportive staffs and diving instructors and assistances. Food and diving price are reasonable. Amazing diving sites such as sumilon island and whale sharks

Our stay at this resort was truly fantastic. Everything was at the highest level, from the accommodation to the service. The atmosphere was wonderful and the surroundings were beautiful, making it easy to relax from the very first moment. The food was excellent, diverse and always fresh, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We also had the chance to use scooters, which was perfect for exploring the area and made the whole experience even better. We would especially like to highlight Ben, who organized an unforgettable whale shark watching experience in Oslob. Everything was perfectly arranged and we did not have to wait in line. On his recommendation, we also visited a resort on a small island, which turned out to be a perfect choice and one of the highlights of our trip. They also arranged a transfer to Cebu airport, which made our departure completely stress free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would gladly repeat and highly recommend to everyone. Úžasná oáza klidu, vše perfektní

Fijne kamer, fijne sfeer. Mooi zwembad (net vernieuwd). Wordt ook regelmatig gebruikt voor een duiktraining. Maar ruim voldoende tijd om “vrij” te zwemmen. Een van ons heeft duikles genomen. Bhen is een ontzettend goede instructeur, legt heel duidelijk uit, straalt vertrouwen uit, en is een uitermate vrolijk mens! Goed materieel. Kayak (zonder meerkosten) beschikbaar. Pickup/dropoff bij busterminal of ferry en ritje naar de ATM; niets is teveel. Lieve medewerkers en lekker eten! Plus een goed bed. Wat wil een mens nog meer😊😊!

Eigenlijk niets. Het enige wat jammer was, was dat we op de dag van vertrek foto’s zagen van wat we niet hadden gedaan in de omgeving…. De Tumalog-waterval. Daar tipt nauwelijks een andere aan…

Все сподобалось, єдине що трохи розчарувала вечеря в місцевому ресторані - риба була дуже пересмажена і геть суха, але я зрозуміла, що на Філіппінах з кухнею загалом є проблеми

Приятная территория, несмотря на некоторые ремонтные работы, они не мешали. Просторный номер со свежим ремонтом, хорошая сантехника, комфортный матрас и хороший персонал. Расположение у моря, но пляж каменистый и скорее всего купаться будет не комфортно. В пешей доступности ничего нет, но не далеко можно доехать до городка. Хороший WiFi: но лучше ловит на рецепшн.

Был запах, скорее всего после ремонта. В душе не дождался тёплой воды, но мы не спрашивали, возможно это можно было исправить. Завтрак слабоват, но можно заказать дополнительно за небольшие деньги.

Wir haben im Vorfeld die Kritischen Kommentare gelesen und können diese nicht bestätigen! Das Hotel war grossartig., sauber in einem tollen Zustand. Das gesamte Team ist unfassbar hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Poolber3ixh ist ganz neu und wir fanden diesen sehr sehr schön. Ebenfalls haben wir Tauchausflüge gebucht - auch hier was alles wunderbar!

Très bon centre de plongée PADI, très bien équipé. Organisation parfaite dans une très bonne ambiance. Merci à notre moniteur de plongée Ben pour sa bonne humeur. Très bel hôtel, ambiance familiale. Belle chambre, grandes baies vitrées qui ouvrent sur une terrasse et un beau jardin. Beau front de mer. Merci à Ericson et Sony, belle rencontre.

Pas de bar, de cockails, c'est dommage au coucher du soleil!
