Het zwembad wordt niet schoongemaakt. Er ligt allemaal zand op de bodem. Dit ziet er gewoon vies uit. De apen nemen er ook een duikje, personeel doet geen moeite om ze te verjagen.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Booking for two rooms (Triple sharing and double sharing) and request for connecting set). Fullfill my request. Call to the property & put a remark also while doing the booking. One room ready at 1pm, so we going out for lunch first and put all the bag to the room. Breakfast style have to choose one main course, the rest food got buffet style. Likes fruit, cereals, toast bread, roti canai, bihun goreng. Breakfast placed limited, have to choose your time slot also.

The mini refrigerator in the room need to be replaced / repaired as the odor was really bad and could be a health issue if used.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Los recepcionistas muy amables y atentos en todo momento. El desayuno muy completo y en una terraza muy agradable. La habitación amplia y espaciosa. Muy cerca de la playa, cruzando simplemente la carretera. Alojamiento totalmente recomendable.
Nuestra habitación daba justo a la selva que se oían los pájaros toda la noche, pero al final del día acabas tan agotado que no los oyes.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und bräuchte ein Moskitonetz weil bei die Türen nicht gut abdichten. Zudem bräuchte das Zimmer und inbesondere das Bad eine Grundreinigung. Auch die Bettwäsche war schon vergilbt.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The location was excellent, a stones throw from the beach. Very close to a great beach restaurant and the ATV place. We loved the breakfast, top quality and they were great about my partner’s nut and egg allergy.
The room was a bit dingy and basic, with a very weak shower. But clean and the beds were very comfortable. The monkey problem they had was quite bad. They chased us out of the resort on our way to dinner one evening, very aggressively!

La piscina è ampia e bene tenuta e la colazione abbondante. Il personale è sempre stato più che disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. La spiaggia è vicinissima: basta attraversare la strada.
Per quanto sia bello, l'albergo ha decisamente bisogno di qualche intervento, in primo luogo all'impianto elettrico e in secondo luogo al condizionatore che emetteva un'aria eccessivamente umida. Un po' stucchevole il dover fissare il giorno prima l'ora della colazione

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Die Lage zu einem der schönsten Strände der Insel ist super. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer über zwei Etagen mit Balkon und fanden es herrlich. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, beim Frühstück wurde jeder Extrawunsch berücksichtigt und die Organisation des Frühstücks war ebenfalls top. Poolhandtücher, Cappuccino auf dem Zimmer, der ständig aufgefüllt wird für einen ersten Kaffee morgens auf dem Balkon sowie ein kleiner Kühlschrank für ein kaltes Getränk am Abend machen das Zimmer perfekt. Wir haben auch mittags mal die Küche in Anspruch genommen. Auch das war superlecker, ebenso wie die zum Pool servierten frischen Fruchtsäfte.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Ich bin Pool-Fan und habe die langen Öffnungszeiten des schönen Pools von 08:00 - 21:00 Uhr sehr geschätzt!
Fällt mir nichts ein außer dass die Zeit zu schnell verging 😉.

It was very lively. The staff were polite and accommodating. Breakfast was included and the food was not bad.
Curtains were old, needs replacing as they’re starting to have the tiny black spots.

Inside the room was old and not very clean. It looked like the hotel did only standard cleaning for years and never any deep cleaning. As a result, after 20 years in operation, the dirt and soap scums, and all that yucky stuffs are visible in the corner, on the shower pane. Just look away when you shower. Ina addition to the buffet breakfast there was also the menu breakfast to order from, 4 choices everyday, at least something fresh.

Unser Zimmer lag im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck. Das war sehr beschwerlich. Frühstück mit Festlegung für Zeit und Auswahl am Vorabend "bisschen wie bei Corona." Wenig Unterstützung beim Ausleihen eines Mofas oder bei Weiterreise.

Loved the beach to the right of the hotel. Hired sun loungers from the massage man for 5 ringgits. Daddy’s Cafe right on the beach a big bonus.

Loved the breakfast: you had to pre-order with a choice of 4 dishes. 2 Western egg choices, 1 sweet dish (waffles/pancakes) and 1 local dish (like nasi lemak) and there was an additional buffet (with choice of toast, fruits, rice porridge, vegetables). Also the staff was very friendly!
We liked everything of the resort. Watch out coming here during Ramadan: a LOT of the restaurants nearby are closed. We could only have dinner at Nipah Deli and Daddy’s place during our whole stay, or we had to take the taxi for a +-15 min drive to the nearest Chinese quarter

Прилетают птицы-носороги, периодически орудует банда обезьян, кормить их нельзя и надо закрывать окна, когда никого нет в номере. Один раз на завтраке стащили прям с тарелки кусок хлеба, оставленный без присмотра:) Завтраки неплохие, частично шведский стол, частично - по меню. Пляж через дорогу. Бассейн чистый, есть зона джакузи и для малышей. В отеле много семей с маленькими детьми. Удобная кровать, чистый санузел. Рядом есть магазин и хорошее кафе в 5 минутах ходьбы. В общем отель очень понравился, живописный чистый и уютный!

Chambre de luxe spéciale au 4 eme étage sans ascenseur ouf !! La chambre demanderait un peu de rénovation !!

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Le personnel est attentionné et a l’écoute. Il est très bien situé. Proche de la plage et de deux bons restaurants les pieds dans le sable. Propre et bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner au top. Ambiance familiale et calme. Il y a des calaos des singes aussi c’est sympa

Hôtel vieillissant, la personne qui se trouve à l’accueil n’est pas super sympathique et aidante par contre le personnel de chambre super !
