We had a great stay at Nipah Guesthouse. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was also great, within walking distance to Teluk Nipah Beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The owner was very kind, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We were very happy and comfortable during our visit. Highly recommended! 😊

Frühstück wird in der Unterkunft nicht angeboten, jedoch steht in der Nähe vom Pool, für alle zugänglich, ein Kühlschrank, Wasserfilterautomat für kaltes und heißes Wasser sowie Zubehör zum Kaffee/Tee machen. Dazu werden von der Gastgeberin Brotaufstriche zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben außerdem frisches Obst (Ananas und Mango) sowie Joghurt von ihr bekommen :-) Liebevoll eingerichtete Pool-Area, nah am Strand, ruhig und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The guesthouse is a great place to stay, mainly because of the super kind family who are running it. The rooms are simple but clean and with good ac. The pool is not too deep but big enough and the garden is very pretty. The hornbills visit the garden plenty of times, as do the monkeys sometimes. Breakfast is not included but there is a pantry you can use with good facilities to make your own and the family surprised us with fresh fruits or other gifts to add to our own bought breakfast. Would deffinately stay here again!

Eigenlijk niets. De verblijven zijn niet groot maar voor ons was dat geen enkel punt. We zijn grotendeels op pad gedurende de dag

Ongelofelijk schoon verblijf. Het gehele terrein met de ca. 8 accommodaties wordt zeer schoon gehouden. Inclusief de accommodaties zelf. We verbleven er 4 nachten en na 2 nachten werd ons gehele verblijf schoongemaakt en linnen vervangen. De gastheer- en vrouw zijn zeer aardig, noemen je bij naam gedurende je verblijf en zijn altijd bereikbaar. We voelden ons erg welkom. De gedeelde koelkast, broodrooster en servies, maakten een zelfgemaakt buiten ontbijtje mogelijk. We kregen elke ochtend vers fruit! De locatie ligt op ca. 10 wandelminuten van Coral Beach. Daar heel fijn gezwommen en gegeten en gedronken. Een "Hornbill" stelletje woont in een boom dichtbij en komt vaak even langs. Een waar paradijsje in Teluk Nipah.

Het paradijsje ligt aan een straat die uitkomt op Teluk Nipah Beach, met aan die straat kleine mini markt winkeltjes, souvernir winkeltjes en wat eettentjes. Wij liepen door naar Coral Beach omdat strand daar ruimer is. Beide straatjes (dus van paradijsje, als weg naar Coral Beach) zijn afwisselend wat 'rommelig' en 'moderner'. Maar dat is juist de minder toeristische charme van Pankor wat er bij hoort, volgens ons.

Dieses kleine familiengeführte Guesthouse ist der perfekt Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Cottages sind einfach, aber blitzsauber. Und die Gastfamilie ist eine der herzlichsten, die wir je kennenlernen durften. Es ist einfach eine wundervolle Oase!!!

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part des hôtes. L’emplacement du logement était super. Les chambres sont propres. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires et le calme de l’endroit ! Petit plus pour les fruits offerts chaque jour par Alia. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Geweldig lieve eigenaren. Staan altijd voor je klaar. Schoon. Lekkere douche. Schone handdoeken wanneer nodig. Regelmatig een extraatje in de vorm van wat fruit.

Het zwembad is een dipping pool. Lekker ter verkoeling! Maar wel fijn om te weten dat het geen zwembad is.

Alles! Fantastisch plek om onze reis te beginnen. Prima kamer, fantastisch zwembad, leuke (mede) gasten en super gastvrije eigenaren. Dank jullie wel voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Wat een heerlijk plek, wij hebben 4 nachten bij Nipah Guesthouse door gebracht en vonden het heerlijk, het is zo relaxed bij het zwembad ontbijten en na een dagje met de scooter over het eiland of van het strand , weer afkoelen bij het zwembad, De eigenaars zijn hele lieve mensen en helpen met alles, ook voor kinderen een perfecte plek om te verblijven, een echte aanrader.

De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren was ongekend, zo gastvrij, geïnteresseerd, behulpzaam. Alles was perfect schoon en goed onderhouden. Het zwembad was heerlijk, en dit alles op loopafstand van prachtige stranden. We hadden hier nog veel langer kunnen blijven. Echt een stukje paradijs op Pangkor Island.

Clean with comfy bed and well air-conditioned. It is basic but everything that’s needed and excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to stay again. Extremely friendly couple owners who went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Fruit gift in mornings was very kind. Good shower and great pool. Quick walk (<10 mins) to couple of great restaurants (breakfasts from 11am) and the beach.

Thank you to Alia and her family for making us so welcome. What a beautiful piece of paradise. We would definitely staff again! ;) The pool was a perfect and the cottages were lovely with everything you needed. we went to stay somewhere else for one night.....and then returned here. I can not speak more highly of this beautiful guest house. A short walk to Coral Beach and kitchen faciltiies. You MUST stay here!!!! We are two travellers from NZ who travelled to many parts of malaysia and this one was special

We werden zo warm ontvangen door Alia en haar man. De accommodatie was schoon en we werden in de watten gelegd met vers fruit. 10 minuten lopen van het strand en winkeltjes om de hoek. We zouden hier graag terugkomen!

Bedden waren een beetje hard, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

De rust van het guesthouse was fantastisch. We hebben genoten van de enorme gastvrijheid. We kregen regelmatig vers fruit, onze ferryticket werd omgeboekt, yogurt werd gehaald, we werden echt in de watten gelegd. Met klap op de vuurpijl kregen onze kinderen bij vertrek een knuffel die de rest van onze reis mee zijn gereisd. De sfeer, de locatie (je zit zo op het strand), het zwembad (heerlijk voor kleine kinderen, want niet diep) en de accommodatie zelf waren helemaal top. De huisjes basic, maar meer niet nodig en dat weet je van te toren. We raden iedereen aan hier te verblijven en wij zouden zo weer opnieuw boeken. Geweldige plek! Superlatieven tekort!

C’est super ! Ça fait un moment qu’on voyage et on a dormi dans de bons hôtels mais ça fait vraiment une différence des accueils comme le votre, on les comptes sur les doigts de la main alors merci d’avoir rendu ce séjour si simple et agréable, on s’est senti comme à la maison ✨

Fantastickí a priteľski majitelia, ktori spravili všetko pre to, aby sme sa citili prijemne. Napriek tomu, ze pobyt bol bez raňajok, rano nás pani majiteľka privitala s tanierom roti. K dispozicii domaci džem a maslo, cely den pitna studena i tepla voda aj kava. Bonusom predlženy check-out až o 12.00. Kedykoľvek by som sa vrátila.

The owners here are just so wonderful and truly care about their home and your experience. We stayed in the super cute triangle cottages, which have everything you need: A/C, an ensuite, and a TV. Bonus it has a small pool and the unexpected, kind gesture of a complimentary breakfast snack each day (which was vegan-friendly by default, a major win for us!) They provide lovely extras like beach mats and even offered to let us borrow flip-flops for the beach. They are always there if you need them but you never feel disturbed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they even helped us order a taxi. 5 mins walk to cafes, restaurants, beaches. Great location as its not on the hustle and bustle of the main road. Thanks for the Bahasa advice :) <3

Just a tip: because they are huts, the walls are thin, so bring earplugs. It’s to be expected for this style of stay. Also pillows very hard. But overall highly recommend and would definitely go back!

From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed. We felt right at home immediately. We received detailed explanations and tips on everything there was to do on the island. The cottage was very clean, as were the entire garden and the swimming pool. We were regularly asked if our guesthouse needed cleaning, and the towels were changed frequently. In addition, we were offered a tasty treat every day: fruit, yogurt, or Malaysian dishes. The yogurt was even fetched especially for our twins. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and the tranquility, and the location is perfect. Our 3.5-year-old twins enjoyed themselves immensely, just like us. Thanks again for everything!

I enjoyed everything about the property. I was disappointed with lack of dining choices and of those available ( and open)the quality was mediocre at best. Pangkor island is not for you if you are a foodie.

Das Besitzerpaar ist sehr nett & zuvorkommend. Sie sind sehr bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sie erklären alles unfmd geben Tipps zum Strand & Essen. Es hat Kaffee & Wasser wo man sich immer bedienen darf. Auch hat es einen Toaster, Geschirr & einen Kühlschrank, um sich selber etwas Frühstück zu machen. Tisch & Stühle sind neben dem Pool vorhanden. Wir bekamen noch frische Ananas & Bananen zum essen. Tolle kleine Unterkunft, kein Luxus aber mit Liebe geführt.

We fall in love with the place. The place was very clean. We love the whole vibe of the place.. relaxing, quiet, but still nearby to the main attraction of Teluk Nipah. The owner was very friendly. They updated us when the room was ready. They even switched on the a/c upon our arrival as we updated them our arrival estimated time. The owner provided free breakfast for the two days we were there. The place is very nearby to a hornbill watching spot. So, u get to watch hornbills flying around the place in the morning.

The guest house is peaceful and really well maintained. It is family run and the family are engaging and delightful. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The chalets are most comfortable, the pool is clean and of a size that suits both casual swimmers and those who might prefer to swim a few laps. Two coves are close by for great swimming and casual dining on the beach. Could not recommend more!

Everything! We loved the place, the owners, the garden, the little kitchen outside. They gave us fresh fruit everyday en we had a nice contact with them. The kids loved the swimming pool. If we could, we even stayed longer after one week. Loved this place so much!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is a peaceful beautiful place to relax and swim and read, and the pantry with fridge and plates and all is very convenient to make some food and eat it at the tables outside. The airconditioning is working perfectly and we loved we could watch a little Netflix from our bed. Everything is super clean. And the hosts are very welcoming, kind and helpful. Our favourite stay in Malaysia!

Die Gastgeber waren super toll, immer behilflich und wirklich immer sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt willkommen, wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Anlage ist klein aber sehr sehr schön und wurde ständig vom Besitzer renoviert, gepflegt und geputzt. Wir würden jederzeit gleich wieder kommen, danke für alles!

Badezimmer etwas klein für grössere Menschen

距离海滩大约300m，有自己的游泳池，酒店房间很干净，酒店老板自己也住在类似的房间里。老板很热情，而且很贴心地为客人提供了沙滩垫和其他支持。老板每天会定时投喂一对野生巨犀鸟夫妇食物，给我们带来了近距离观察巨犀鸟的机会。

和这次马来西亚其他的酒店类似，同样不提供一次性拖鞋和毛巾，因此建议入住的人自己携带。另外酒店体量毕竟还是比较小，因此没有太多的电器设备，例如洗衣机之类是没有的。

The owner’s are just delightful, helping with everything you need. Little items for breakfast to advice on where to go and sorting out leaving tickets, times and taxi. We couldn’t have asked for more. What a beautiful place. We will be back.

Alia and family were great hosts, very informative and made sure we had everything we needed. I had a special request for my girlfriend’s birthday and she made the day extra special with making sure we had the room decorated.

I cannot fault the property at all.

I think this guesthouse is the best place for people arriving to Teluk Nipah. We read some reviews online and on « Le guide du routard » about Nipah Guesthouse, and they all described how welcoming were the owners, Anuar and Aliya. It is so true! They welcomed us with warm smiles as soon as we checked in and were very resourceful for any questions we had. The place is constantly cleaned and renovated, and it shows. It is spotless and charming, with many plants well taken care of. The place we got had good beds, perfectly working shower (the best in our Singapore-Malaysia trip) and had lots of little details that made the stay easier (as in a drying rack outside for swimsuits and towels). The pool built by Anuar is a very good spot to relax, with lounge chairs and cool high tables around it. Breakfast isn’t usually included but was graciously provided to us while we were there.

Die Gastfreundschaft ist unglaublich! Wir haben uns rundum bestens versorgt und beraten gefühlt. Es ist wirklich ein Geheimtip, wenn man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang mit gutem und preiswertem Essen in Daddys Café am Strand genießen möchte. Fußläufig in 10-15 Min. ist alles zu erreichen, was man braucht. Von kleinen, preiswerten Supermärkten bis Restaurants und Bootsverleih/transport. Es ist alles sehr einfach gehalten, aber unglaublich liebevoll und engagiert geführt. Wir würden wiederkommen!!

Immerhin bietet die Unterkunft WLAN im 2,4 und 5 Ghz Bereich an - auch wenn recht instabil. Aber man sollte bedenken, dass man hier eben etwas weiter weg von großen Metropolen ist. Mobil ist das Internet je nach Anbieter ausgezeichnet.

After a busy two weeks exploring Malaysia Nipah Guesthouse was the perfect place to rest, listen to the birds, appreciate the wonderful garden and hospitality. Anua and Alia are the most wonderful caring hosts, wanting to ensure their guests have the best stay possible, and providing little extras like a beach mat that was very useful. Anua brought fresh fruit from the market at the other side of the island each morning, and I enjoyed talking to him about the plants he grew in the garden. Diva the cat was an added bonus for me too. The little cabin was delightful to stay in, very clean and comfortable. Yes the mattress was firm as others have mentioned but I slept very well on it. 200 metres to a gorgeous quiet beach. During the week it is very quiet and apparently over the weekend there are many street stalls and is a lot busier. As a single older female traveller I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this lovely oasis and I would love to return one day. Thank you both so much

Very informative host! Love the glass window on the upper floor, it gives a different vibes and experience for an "A" shape cottage! At night, just a walking distance, you reach a happening street!

The bed and pillows seem OK but we couldn't get a good sleep somehow.

A wonderful place to stay on the island. The owners were very welcoming, treated us to their traditional breakfasts, and were always ready to help with any questions we had. The room is simple, and some might find the shared shower right in the toilet inconvenient. The room has air conditioning, a fan, and a TV. The sea is just 5 minutes away.

Grounds were immaculately kept, rooms were super clean and had everything you needed to have a good time, pool was amazing and clean. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure everybody had an amazing time and making sure that everybody is taken care of. There was nothing I would change about my stay. I would 100% go back.

Fabulous place to stay with the friendliest hosts

From the moment we were met by the exceptional hosts our stay was seamless. Rooms were clean and well maintained our hosts looked after us and even gave us some unexpected Malay breakfast’s. Hot and cold filtered water is provided with tea and coffee. A toaster is available with free Marge and jam in the communal area if needed. Property is in a quiet location close to both beaches, amenities and Hornbill feeding. We recommend this property

The warm, friendly welcome was lovely together with the overall appearance of the accommodation and grounds. The useful tips and tasty breakfasts were very much appreciated. This is a great place to spend a few days exploring this island, especially for families. Everything has been carefully planned and provided with much love by the owners.

The bed was a little hard for us. The shower room would benefit from a toilet roll holder with a shield to protect it from getting wet.

Zeer eenvoudig verblijf, heerlijk rustig, goed onderhouden complex Super aardige stel, Aliyah en Anouar, stonden altijd klaar als je vragen had. Alhoewel ze geen ontbijtservice hadden, kregen we iedere ochtend een bord roti canai aangeboden Aliyah haalde zelfs voor ons yoghurt en vers fruit uit het dorp Op 5 minuten lopen zat je op het strand, stukje verderop 2 restaurants met terras aan het strand

De doucheruimte met toilet was nogal klein, geen haakje om je handdoek op te hangen tijdens het douchen Smalle steile trap naar de slaapkamer boven
