Dolce Amore Resort

Este hotel tiene todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia lo más agradable posible. En su restaurante podemos afirmar las 4 personas que estuvimos que se come la mejor pizza del mundo. La piscina está muy bien y el tamaño de la habitación está bastante bien. Además todas las habitaciones tienen el el balcón orientado a la piscina que es de agradecer. Contratamos con ellos dos tour para días distintos y también lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias a Alvin nuestro conductor por ser como un familiar y a todo el equipo del restaurante/hotel porque lo pasamos genial en los 3 días que estuvimos allí.

De nuevo, los gallos por la mañana. Ya saben de ello y en el Hotel te proporcionan tapones para que no te desvele ni el gallo ni el tráfico cercano a las habitaciones.

Food is outstanding Rooms are great

Property is well done, as with everywhere in the PH motorcycles are modified and annoying. Because the property is close to the road, convenience and ambiance are in conflict. Maybe someday the government will start enforcing the laws. For a few reasons I wouldn’t vacation in the PH again. Too loud (motorcycles, chickens and karaoke) taxis, tricycles and tuk tuk drivers always ripoff the tourists

They have the best Italian restaurant and gelato in town. Clean and nice swimming pool.

It is a little bit far from the beach. You have to catch a Toktok but it is accessible in the area.

The staff were amazing. Rooms were fantastic. Good location. Helped us with rentals. Great pool. Very relaxing

Het personeel is vooral bezig met het restaurant en daarmee minder met de hotelgasten. Ook liggen de prijzen over het algemeen wat hoger.

Staying here was an amazing experience. Being connected to the hotel and having access to the restaurant, the number-one restaurant on the island, made it easy to dine there. I highly recommend scheduling a reservation, because I was the only one, but if you’re more than one person, it may be hard. At 7:00, they have a line out the door and people are waiting, so it stays like that for a while. I would highly recommend it, and I ate there four times in the three days I was there. The food and the staff are amazing. One of the best restaurants I’ve experienced in terms of teamwork, the kitchen and the floor work together very smoothly. The ice cream is delicious. The spaghetti at Ragu is delicious, the pizza is delicious, and it’s very affordable at the same time. I would absolutely go back just for this place.

Everything about our stay was incredible, the room was comfortable with great aircon, the pool was never crowded and kept clean, the food at the restaurant was something else and the staff were so lovely. I celebrated my birthday over my stay and the staff went above and beyond to fulfil my partner’s special requests. Everything was kept clean and the food at the restaurant was 10/10 and well worth the price (even though a bit pricier than other places on the island). Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Siquijor!

Freundliches und zufrieden wirkendes Personal, nette Eigentümer, sehr sauber, kurze Wege, gemütliches Ambiente, schönes Zimmer, leckerstes italienisches Essen außerhalb Italiens, Rollermietung und Transfer lief super unkompliziert, wir haben zu jeder Zeit kostenloses Wasser bekommen, schöner Poolbereich, alles wirkte sehr durchdacht (es gibt z.B. Wäscheleinen im und außerhalb des Zimmers). Wir haben und rundum wohlgefühlt, würden sofort wieder kommen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Uns hat alles gefallen! Es gibt absolut nichts negatives zu berichten. Auch wenn die Preise etwas höher sind als in anderen (vor allem einheimischen) Restaurants, fanden wir dies aufgrund der uns gebotenen Qualität vollkommen okay und angemessen.

Vooral het personeel was zo vriendelijk. Alles werd voor je geregeld. Heerlijk eten.

De achterburen hadden veel herrie. Ook het toilet maakt de hele nacht geluid. En de douche zou iets beter kunnen.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant, à l’écoute et serviable 😊 Le gérant était également très présent et attentif au bien-être des clients. L'atmosphère est agréable et chaleureuse sous le signe de l'italie. L’hôtel dispose d’une jolie piscine ainsi que d’un excellent restaurant, un vrai plus.

La chambre était un peu petite pour deux personnes, mais la jolie terrasse compensait. Il peut y avoir un peu de bruit la nuit, mais l’hôtel met des boules Quies à disposition.

We had a wonderful few days at Dolce Amore, the resort is more boutique style with 8 rooms and we felt very well looked after, the Italian couple who own the resort were there to great us when we arrived and everything was taken care of by the amazing staff. The rooms are very clean and modern with recently installed electric showers and strong Aircon units and it was a treat to have such a lovely pool and not too many people to share it with. This is without mentioning the incredible authentic Italian food served at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, we were blown away by the quality of ingredients, the authenticity and the standard of service. Thank you for having us!

Die Freundlichkeit der 42 Beschäftigten.. Wahnsinn diese vorbildliche Teamarbeit. Die Lage ist eher ok aber gut, wenn man viel mit dem Roller die Insel und Strände erkunden möchte. Die Zimmer sind wirklich klein aber super sauber und tolle Betten. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 8 und es lag am weitesten von der doch sehr befahrenen Straße entfernt, daher war es recht ruhig. Das Restaurant war jeden Abend brechend voll und es war immer eine super Atmosphäre. Wir als Gäste wurden bevorzugt schnell einen Sitzplatz zu erhalten. Spitze war das Frühstück welches man gerne auf die eigene Terrasse serviert bekommen kann. Der Smoothie war der Hammer. Die Strände sollte man mit dem Roller anfahren… die perfekten Schnorchel Plätze liegen ca 30 min entfernt.

Der Pool war recht stark gechlort . Und man muss wissen, dass man täglich von italienischer Musik begleitet wird:-) Witzig, man lebt plötzlich in Europa gepaart mit Philippinen

* Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and they stored our bags no problem.

Restaurant was excellent, good Italian food and tasty gelato.
Host was quick to offer to make arrangements for our transportation back to the ferry terminal in their trike. We rented scooters through the resort which was super convenient. Within walking distance to the beach for sunsets but it's nicer on a scooter or a trike.

* Just a few comments to enter something in the
"dislike" box, nothing major and we would stay here again. There wasn't a chair or stool in the room to use the desk. They provided earplugs on check in which concerned us. We didn't use the earplugs, the air conditioner provided enough white noise. The restaurant is very busy, (make a reservation early.) Our room was pretty quiet after 10.
A sate would have been nice for cash, cards and passports etc.

Très bon accueil de toute l’équipe, le manager de l’hôtel est extrêmement gentil et accueillant, il nous a donné des supers recommandations quant aux plages et a la marée encore un grand merci à lui ! Toute son équipe était au petit soin ! Il est situé proche des différents restaurants de san Juan et à 15 minutes du port de Siquijor en tricycle. En plus, les pizzas de l’hôtel sont exceptionnelles au restaurant de l’hôtel !!

Rien tout était parfait

Ha sido un placer, empezando por la simpatia de las chicas que llevan el hotel y el restaurante. La piscina es preciosa y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, para mi perfectas de tamaño para dos personas con su terraza, tienen colgadores por todos los lados y una estanteria para dejar la topa. También disponen de un punto de acceso en cada una de ellas propio con lo que no tuvimos ningun problema. Desayuno y restaurante espectaculares con pan de verdad y de las mejores pizzas que he comido fuera de Italia. Al ser huesped del hotel reservabas en el día para cenar y no habia ningun problema.

Wij hebben hier een super verblijf gehad. Het eten was heerlijk en het personeel was super vriendelijk. Ik kan deze accomodatie echt iedereen aanraden.

A bit of noise from the street on the rooms close to the road but it did not bother us.

The staff were amazing, beautiful, helpful, thoughtful people working here. The restaurant is world class. Up there with the best salads I’ve ever had.

We had four wonderful days at the Dolce Amore! This place is simply perfect: the rooms are very clean and lovely, and there's a large balcony and a beautiful outdoor area with a pool (which is bigger than it looks in the photos). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The best thing is that you can have the pizza delivered to the balcony and eat it there. And the pizza: simply delicious! A really tasty pizza. We spend a lot of time in Italy too, and this is a very tasty pizza! The hotel's location is also ideal; many cafés and beaches are within easy reach by scooter. We can really highly recommend this hotel!!

Es handelt sich bei dem Resort um eine süße und moderne kleine Anlage mit einem Pool. An das Restaurant grenzt das Resort eigene Restaurant. Hier haben wir im Urlaub unsere beste Pizza gegessen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Mit einem Roller ist von den Resort aus alles zu erreichen. Das Personal was immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle sprechen ein sehr gutes Englisch. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sie haben uns geholfen ein TukTuk zu mieten und haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Das eigene Restaurant macht die beste und leckerste Pizza, auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Schöne Strände sind direkt in der Nähe aber man kann auch gut am Pool entspannen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden.

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, sodass man den Verkehr der Straße hört. Aber man bekommt gratis Ohrstöpsel vom Personal.

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - sie haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert! Pizza und Eis sind sehr lecker 😋. Oft wurde kommentiert, dass es eher laut ist. Haben wir so nicht empfunden, da die Fenster gut isoliert sind und das Restaurant auch ab ca. 21 Uhr keine Bestellungen mehr annimmt.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a few days. This island is quieter than others with friendly locals. Pool is clean and warm. The restaurant is excellent and worth visiting. The pasta was the best I have ever tasted. Staff were very helpful and always cheerful.

The property does have a degree of road noise, which they accept and supply ear muffs. The one next to the road would be very noisy. We were lucky as we were in the third one back. If you want solitude then this place isn’t for you. A small discount off restaurant meals would be a bonus for guests.

Dejligt sted med flotte og rene værelser. Fantastisk restaurant, skønt personale. Vi fik vasket tøj, lejede scootere gennem stedet og bookede også tur til Apo Island herigennem (hvilket var fint nok, men snorkling direkte fra stranden tæt på Coco Grove er bedre).

Vi ville nok fravælge dette sted en anden gang grundet beliggenheden lige op af vejen. Kaffen var vi skuffede over - taget i betragtning af, at det er et italiensk sted, men maden er uovertruffen. Generelt føles det mere som en restaurant med værelser - og mindre som et resort med tilhørende restaurant.

Very clean & comfortable. The evening meals was exceptional as very fresh & all made in house. The breakfast was tasty also. A good location to visit the island & an excellent motorbike rental 150 yards up the road & little Stores 100 yards down the road.

I personally think guests staying at the property should be encouraged to eat their with a complimentary 10% discount?

Genuinely amazing stay at Dolce Amore, with no complaints. Staff arranged a quick scooter rental at a fair price and also a taxi to the port when checking out. The pizza in the restaurant is absolutely lovely - tasted like proper authentic Italian pizza which was a nice luxury.

Tutto .. padrone di casa degno di questo nome .. si è adoperato per far funzionare bene la Wi-Fi . Servizio lavanderia economico. Pick up da e per porto eccellente ! Affittano direttamente loro gli scooter! Non abbiamo provato il ristorante ma c’era sempre coda quindi significa che era buonissimo !

Forse si potrebbe prevedere la colazione inclusa ma comunque tutto eccellente !

The pool area was well maintained and the restaurant was truly amazing. Especially the pizza’s.

The rooms were quite basic and the overall finish felt rather modest. The sound insulation was poor, and it was often quite noisy. We could hear the neighbours watching reels on their patio late at night, which of course isn’t the owner’s fault but it was quite annoying. A few windows did not close properly and there were noticeable gaps under the doors, which also made it easier for insects to get inside. During our stay we experienced some plumbing issues. To their credit, the owner addressed the problem promptly and offered us a complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill, which we genuinely appreciated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! You can truly feel that the entire staff puts their heart and soul into this place. We are currently traveling through the Philippines, and this was – if not the best – definitely one of the best service experiences of our entire trip so far. The food is simply outstanding. We honestly did not expect to have such incredibly good Italian cuisine here – it was a real highlight. The host is exceptional and takes the time to personally connect with each guest, which makes the stay feel very special and welcoming. We genuinely had a fantastic time and would come back anytime. P.S. We cannot relate to some of the negative reviews mentioning street noise. We had absolutely no issues with noise during our stay.

接客が素晴らしかったです。 一人旅でしたがスタッフの方とおしゃべりできて楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 掃除も行き届いていてとてもお部屋もきれいでした。

ビーチフロントを期待していきましたが歩いて行くには山道を15分くらい歩いていかなければならずトライシクルやレンタルバイクで行くのが良いです。

Our stay at Dolce Amore was absolutely fabulous. All the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The girls working there are always smiling and provide top-level service. Their English is excellent, which makes everything very easy and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant is outstanding. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Siquijor: delicious food, great presentation, and excellent service. It’s a real pleasure to have both a great hotel and an amazing restaurant in the same place, especially in such a convenient area of Siquijor, close to several tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Locatie was goed, ontbijt was niet inbegrepen maar je kon a la carte bestellen en dat was lekker. Avondeten was geweldig evenals de service

De accommodatie was geweldig. Mooie ruime kamers en een heerlijk zwembad. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Het eten is op zichzelf al een reden om hier te verblijven. Waarschijnlijk het beste Italiaanse eten in de Filipijnen.

Ik kan niets bedenken

Erg schone kamers die ruim genoeg zijn. Fijn dat je een balkon had en ook het zwembad is erg fijn. Heerlijk restaurant waar je kan reserveren als hotelgast (dit kan niet als je geen gast bent). Bed lag lekker. Fijne badkamer met lekkere warme douche. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Scooter kon geregeld worden door het hotel en ook vervoer naar de haven.

Veel geluidsoverlast van de weg en hanen bij de buren. Wel kreeg je oordoppen van het hotel. Verder was het fijn geweest als er een watertap was waar je zelf je flesje kon vullen. Je kreeg wel elke dag nieuwe flesjes, maar is minder handig en minder milieubewust.

We had an amazing 3 days at Dolce Amore. Super friendly staff, excellent Italian food, a nice pool and a good room. Would recommend this to people visiting Siquijor.

Petit hôtel très soigné avec un bon restaurant qui semble être “the place to be “ et personnel adorable.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel sert de la cuisine italienne de bonne qualité, bonne pizza mais le prix de la pizza reste très élevé pour les philippines.

Confort d’un motel avec Chambre en rez de jardin avec une petite fenêtre donnant en vis à vis direct avec le restaurant très bruyant et l’obligation de fermer les rideaux , très peu de rangement , oreiller et linge de lit de mauvaise qualité , pas de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix.
