Need modernization. Pluming is leaking, wc exhaust fan were not function. The electric sockets are exactly 4, two for tv, one for fridge, one for kettle.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious, which made our stay comfortable, and the location was great… right on the beach with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. It offered a good variety of food and was excellent value for money.

The exterior of the building looks quite run-down and gives the impression that it’s abandoned, which is a shame because the hotel has great potential with a bit of maintenance and freshening up. Our room also had a noticeable unpleasant smell. Additionally, the shower-over-bath had no shower curtain, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor every time we showered.

Die Lage ist direkt am Strand mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Strand. Schöne ruhige Lage und sehr gemütliche Zimmer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und herzliche Personal. Bestes Hotel in Salalah. Vielen Dank.

Right on the beach; our room was huge, and the staff are delightful. Very relaxed, laid back place.

Ich habe vor einigen Jahren schon mal eine Bewertung geschrieben und daran hat sich kaum etwas geändert: das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Lage des Hotels an dem wunderschönen Strand ist traumhaft. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Balkon (vorher das Hotel anschreiben und um Stühle auf dem Balkon bitten) und Meerblick buchen, um sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Es gibt kostenlose Liegen am Strand und große Strandtücher an der Rezeption. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das WLAN funktioniert inzwischen richtig gut! Für einen Kurzaufenthalt direkt am Strand ein perfektes Hotel.

Mit ein paar Investitionen könnte man aus dem Hotel viel mehr herausholen. Die Bäder müssen dringend neu gemacht werden, sie sehen schon ziemlich gammelig aus- sowohl die Fliesen als auch die Armaturen müssen erneuert werden. Als internationales Hotel müssen ein Safe und ein Fön standardmäßig im Zimmer sein. Zimmertür lässt sich nicht von innen abschließen. Balkone müssen renoviert werden (Schimmel!) und Sitzmöglichkeiten geschaffen werden. Die Terrasse draußen könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden.

Lage ist ausserhalb der Stadt, 10min mit Auto. Wir hatten Mietwagen, so war es gut. Hotel am Strand, schön. Am Tag nur für Touristen.

Frühstück mittelmässig und eher teuer. Fast keine Restaurants direkt in der nähe.

Vor allem die Lage, mit Taxi die Märkte und die Stadtmitte gut zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Kleine Restaurants in der Nähe.

Nur eine Steckdose im Zimmer, Badezimmer etwas klein, keine Steckdose, nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Kein Nachtlicht.

Hotel direkt am Strand. Deluxe Zimmer sind groß und das Bad ist ausreichend

Ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Hotelfassade ist etwas schmutzig. Dafür war die Übernachtung zu teuer

Direkt am Strand, es gab Liegen und man konnte sich große Strandtücher an der Rezeption mitnehmen. Man ist gerne ins Wasser gegangen. Die Zimmer sind groß, ebenso das Bad. Unser Balkon bot seitlich Blick auf den Strand. Morgens kamen die Jungs mit den Pferden vorbeigeritten was einen schönen Klang ergab.

Das Bad roch oft etwas modrig und musste gelüftet werden (Tür mit Schuh oder Tasche aufhalten)

Si lo que quieres es relax de playa sin estar en un resort, es tu sitio. Buen precio y justo en la playa.

Quiza le falta un poco el servicio de bar en la playa pero puedes entrar y con tranquiliodad pedir lo que quieras. Buen sitio.

Beste Lage, direkt am Strand. Kostenlose Liegen unter Sonnenhüten sowie Strandhandtücher sind inclusive. Einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Morgens und nachmittags kann man den Fischern bei ihrer Arbeit zusehen. Im Foyer kleines Café für Cappuccino (öffnet leider erst um 8:30 Uhr). Sehr hilfsbereites Personal (ermöglichten uns einen Zimmerwechsel in die oberste Etage)

Bagno decisamente sporco al nostro arrivo, ristorante con meno della metà del menu…

Grande chambre, personnel gentil, souriant et efficace. La plage était propre (nettoyé tous les jours). Transats et serviettes fournis.

Au moment de la réservation ce n'était pas clair qu'on n'avait pas vue plage avec le tarif choisi et on a dû payer un supplément sur le prix annoncé pour avoir une chambre avec vue mer.

Unmittelbar an öffentlichem Strand mit lokalem Leben gelegenes Haus. Man fühlte sich mal mitten drin. Meer zum Wellenhüpfen, aber nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Pool mit knappem Blick aufs Meer gut genug zum Schwimmen, sauber, drumherum wenig Flair, um sich dort aufzuhalten. Am Strand zum Hotel gehörige Liegen und fest installierte Schirme. Fußläufig ein paar Imbisse. Parken direkt vor dem Haus möglich.

Personal sehr wortkarg, sagte weniger als nötig.

Struttura hotel un po' datata, sarebbe necessario un ammodernamento.

Beds were rock hard. Asked the lady at reception if we could change rooms and she was very rude and unhelpful. The hotel is very basic. The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel right on beach, cafe for cappuccino in lobby, hot water in shower, good bed and desk.

The windows on our floor, the 1st floor above street level, were filthy and irritating to look through to the great view of the beach. The bathroom had a glass wall without shades which you see the person inside, especially when the lights were on.

The location was good. The hotel is right at a beautiful public beach with some parasols and chairs. It was nice to have some local life around, like families having picnics at the beach, horses from the stables near by, some simple restaurants and supermarkets next door. The room was spacious and the bathroom good. There was a good size pool even though in the next building.

We were there six nights at the end of the season. The service was not so good. It felt like nobody really cared if we were there or not. We got fresh towels, water or toilet rolls only when we asked for it. Nobody cleaned the room during our stay. We asked twice for cleaning but nothing happened. Nobody even took out the trash. Sometimes we put the trash outside of our room and they picked it up from there. There was a person in the restaurant who seemed to work hard, but the menu was boring and much shorter than it looked like.

All good. Quiet and comfortable the price is awesome. Right in front of the beach.

Our ocean facing King room had a fantastic view of the ocean/ beach. Room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable with one pillow each. AC was working fine. wifi was of extremely poor quality 65Mbps and often non-existent. Bathroom shower is small, low water pressure and needs an upgrade. We had no water for 4hrs one night. The outer Hotel building looks molded and could do with a paint job to make it look more attractive. The hotel offers towels for the beach. Breakfast for 4 Rials could improve with some more healthier options, breakfast had boxed chicken nuggets and fried samoosas, a few fresh fruit/ salad items and pastries, bread and jams. Veggie omlette, beans, sausages and mini pancakes. There are no "Resort" facilities.

- good location of the hotel right on the beach - nice and helpful staff, they made us a Karak tea on request - spacious room with a view of the beach - breakfast for 4 OMR was good, we missed fresh vegetables and better coffee than instant, but they cut the vegetables for us on request, which we appreciated

- the hotel facilities are nice, but unfortunately neglected, especially the cleaning- very dirty windows and curtains, so when you want to look outside, it's all splattered with bird droppings, the windows on the staircase are so dirty that you can't see through them. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel would have looked much better - the faucet by the sink could use a replacement, it's very corroded - my friend caught a flea or a bedbug from the mattress, he was bitten by it in the morning, it would need pest control

This 3 star hotel is in a quiet beach front location a 10 minute drive from the centre of Salalah town. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant which is open for breakfast and dinner, but only until 9.00 pm. There is no bar but if you want a beer the Crowne Plaza is a 10 minute walk along a road with pavement and street lighting.

The location was amazing.. right on the beach where you can watch both sunrise and sunset. The hotel is a short walk along the beach from some cafes and restaurants. The room was huge - comfortable bed, good AC, fridge, sea views. Breakfast was a buffet available in the restaurant with a good selection of hot and cold foods. Reception staff were very helpful and were able to assist with my request for late check out.

I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once. I don't know if this is normal.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great if you want to either in one or another direction from Salalah
