The location is very good, and the apartment was very clean. We really appreciated the extra items provided in the kitchen and the thoughtful amenities in the bathroom. Everything was well prepared and comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved is the mattress, as you can feel the springs when lying on the bed. Upgrading the mattress would make the stay even more comfortable.

Both the rooms were amazing, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good place for a family to stay even though we booked at a short notice everything was ready for us to stay. Very satisfactory experience.

We haven't stay even for 10 mins . We left the room. They told to check in room number 301. Once I revived they changed the room. Now proper answer. Rude answer. No refund as well atleast no courtesy call back from the manager.

It was all good

Good location, facilities, cleanliness, staff (Shams). The washing machine was a plus.

Top floor meant the AC took longer to cool the room but they provided a fan. Placement of electric outlets in kitchen.

Considering the fair price you pay, don’t expect full comfort. Location is a bit far off and you need a car or completely rely on taxis (that sometimes took quite a bit of time to get there). The one thing that would really make a huge difference is to change the mattress. It gave both of us a difficult time.

Не часто получается,что при заезде не надо бежать в ближайший магазин и искать средства для мытья посуды, салфетки,тряпки, стиральный порошок. Здесь было все для комфортного быта. РАНА,управляющий этого места , был всегда на связи и быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы. Мы жили там 10 дней, поэтому было достаточно времени понять и оценить это место. Вид из окна на океан потрясающий.

Geniale Lage sehr nah an einem der schönsten Strände Dhofars! Unglaublich liebes Personal. Danke Rana, für das willkommen fühlen, deine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Es ist toll, dass es einen Balkon gab und man mehr als genug Platz hatte direkt vor der Unterkubft zu parken. Praktisch auch, dass es auch Einweggeschirr gab, um am Strand Früchte zu frühstücken und dass es einen Wäscheständer gab war auch sehr praktisch. Wlan und Klimaanlage gingen super.

Contact avec l’hôte chaotique, ne répondait pas à mes messages booking ou whatsapp alors qu’il était connecté ( c’est une agence d’excursion à Salalah) autant vous dire que nous souhaitions des excursions nous n’avons pas essayé de les contacter pour cela. Nous sommes arrivés à Salalah en période non touristique tôt au matin après 13h de bus, et alors que nous avions demandé à l’avance si nous pouvions avoir un check in plus tôt, l’hôte nous a répondu très tardivement et nous avons dû attendre épuisé alors que l’appartement était libre depuis des jours. Tous nos autres logements à Oman ont été très gentils et flexibles pour le check in et check out sauf celui ci! Comme il n’y avait pas d’heure de check out sur le site nous avions demandé si nous pouvions rester jusque 17:00 et alors même qu’il n’y avait personne après nous l’hôte a demander un supplément très onéreux si nous voulions rester, ce que nous avons refusé. Si vous voulez faire comme les hôtel ayez au moins les standings des hôtels! ( ustensiles de cuisine pas propres et moisis). Aucune amabilité ne pense qu’à l’argent.

الشقة تحتاج إلى تغيير في الأثاث ليكون أكثر راحة وجمالًا، كما أن الغرفة تفتقر إلى العزل الصوتي، فكل الأصوات من الخارج تُسمع بوضوح.

Я пыталась отменить бронирование сразу после того как забронировала, за месяц до поездки, но хозяин вообще ни разу не вышел на связь ни со мной ни с букингом!! Считаю, что такой негостеприимный хозяин , который игнорирует сообщения от своих гостей и агрегатора поступает неправильно . Я осталась очень недовольна! Если нет связи с хозяином до проживания, то что говорить если туда поедешь ! А если возникнет необходимость связаться с хозяином во время поездки? Ужас просто! Никому не советую. Полный игнор своих клиентов и это в такой красивой и гостеприимной стране!

Good location, flat was clean and enough for 3 persons. The keeper was very helpful.

Some electricial appliances are rusted. The elevator was broken during our stay but the keeper helped with our luggage.

الشقه كانت نظيفه جدا، وكل شي متوفر فيها ، لوازم الطبخ متوفره، غساله مع صابون الغسيل، ضيافه الشاي و القهوه ، الأنترنت متوفر والمنظر جميل

Beautiful and clean and tidy property Mr Rana was a good host. Everything you need is there from the coffee amenities to the cooking equipment, towels shampoo even powder and sunscreen(even though there is not much sun in Salalah 😄). There are some board games also and a prayer set. They also have an extra sofa bed which is nicely set up when arrive for a third person. The building has a security camera and a lift so it's easy to go up with big luggage. We had a beach view which is nice when you are on the balcony that was a 5-minute walk from the apartment. What's good is they have their own tour company which helps you to go around places and attractions with no sweat and at a good price.

It's a little bit in the middle of nowhere, so if you don't have your own means of transportation, then I wouldn't recommend it!

Location Very far from city i dont advice it unless you have car and they don’t collaborate for late check out they come and ring. For me last day at 13:00 what i know even 5 stars hotel they complementary late check out for extra hour

The online pictures don't do the location much justice. Although the building is nondescript, don't judge location by google street images. When we visited, the park opposite the block was closed presumably as it is off season and looked unattended. The apartment building itself is acceptable, the studio room was cosy and functional. There is no room make up service - this is a self service accommodation, bedroom, lounge and kitchen all in one. When we visited there was a caretaker staying on site. Lucky, as the saucepan in our room was burnt and there was no hand wash in the bathroom but Anwar had it replaced within minutes. I am grateful for his assistance during our stay. This property is located very conveniently for the Dhareez beach - a great place to visit for a stroll and a snack. There are also a lot of street food type cabins which open in the evening. There are also some restaurants near the beach. If you want to buy bread or discover other modest eating places, you need to walk 24 minutes (or drive 5 minutes) to As Sultan Qaboos Street. I did not see any local convenience stores - but then I didn't have a need as I was able to drive to a large retailer if needed. From my point of view the property is in a good location and mainly offers great accessibility to the east and west points of Salalah. It is conveniently located and easily accessible by car. Be aware, Oman does not offer many pedestrian or public transport options so ensure you research how you will get around. There was good communication from the apartment owner who checked what our expected arrival time was, and gave clear instructions on how to find the apartment key. The arrangement was simple - I collected the keys from a key safe outside the apartment door. There was a washing machine in the bathroom if needed - didn't use it.

A little effort in attention to detail would make this accommodation better. Minor housekeeping issues such as non-functioning cable TV remote, missing A/C remote, burnt saucepan, no hand soap may appear inconsequential but forms negative opinion of an otherwise good place to stay.

The location is in a close proximity to city centre and the beach. They dont offer breakfast but there are plenty of coffeeshops around.

There noise of the people renovating the place from early morning. You also could hear everything that happens in the building as the sound proof is very poor.

It's in a good location near a beach and down the road are street food stalls. Sadly the beach is a non-swimming beach but has some good restaurants. Got a small kitchen and fridge.

You will need a car to get around or get a taxi everywhere but I'd has decent parking put front. It was fairly noisy for our stay as the locals like to celebrate after the football. Sadly no AC remote. There was a washing machine but an old one we couldn't really figure out.

On arrival, no staff member from the property was available. Mr. Anwar from building company haded over key. No tea or coffee was provided. Room service / cleaning was not done during stay.

Very nice location near the Arabian Sea. The host is very nice. There is a security guard in the house, with whom you can arrange everything even at midnight :) Very clean. Very quiet except for the Sultan's birthday, but that is only once a year :) The kitchen is well equipped. There is a kettle, despite the fact that in one of the previous comments it says there is none. But we usually ate something in the city anyway.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters.
