Reviewed Sep 7, 2026انه قريب من البحر الشقة تعتبر عائليه و فيها كرسي طفل وبعض الالعاب .. وبالنسبه لعائلة مكونه من 5 اشخاص قد تناسبهم و توفر عليهم لأن سعرها معقول
اولا غير صحيح الخدمة الفندقية حيث لا يوجد احد لاستلام الحقائب ولا تحميلها ولا يوجد تنظيف للشقة ولا تغيير مناشف الاستحمام التي كانت رديئة جدا وذات رائحة رغم تغليفها بالكيس..!! و أغلب الاثاث متهالك… وباب الشرفة لايغلق تماما لوجود كسر او خلل فيه حيث تدخل الرطوبة منه.. والكراسي الخارجيه بالشرفه متسخه و متهالكة. هناك اشياء تم ذكرها كمرفقات ولكنها غير موجودة بالواقع مثل ( محمصة خبر - حوض استحمام - مروحة ) ولايوجد مياه حنفيه للشرب في المطبخ ولا توجد قنينة مياه في الغرف!! أما بالنسبة الى مستلزمات الحمام فالموجود فقط علب شامبو مختلفة مستعملة و جل استحمام ((تم استخدامهم )) و موزعين على الحمامات ولا يوجد فرش اسنان او معجون او اعواد قطن الاذن كما هو متعارف عليه كمستلزمات الحمام وشرشف احد الغرف كان عليه بقع و متسخ و ارسلنا لهم صورته و طلبنا منهم تغييره وكان التلفاز لايعمل و ايضا تواصلنا معهم و قاموا بتغيير الرسيفر باليوم التالي..!! وشفاط الحمام في الغرفة الماستر لايعمل!! الغرف بدون سجاد فقط في الصالة قطعة سجاد واحده المطبخ .. فيه سكر و ماح و شاي و اندومي و بعض المعلبات المتبقيه من نزلاء سابقين. نصيحة .. احضار شراشف للسراير او سبراي ديتول كما فعلت … و بالنسبه للاستقبال من المطار فقد تم ارسال طلب لهم عبر موقع بوكينج وتم الرد باليوم الآخر والاعتذار عن عدم رؤية الرساله..!! وكان ذلك عند وصول طائرتنا و تواصلنا مع شركة لاستقبالنا من المطار الخروج صعب في الشرفة مساءاا لأن المكان في المساء مخيف و مظلم . كتجربة لن اكررها

تأخر في تسجيل الدخول حيث لم يرسل المضيف موقع السكن مع أني راسلت أكثر من رقم لطلب إرسال الموقع وتوجهت حسب موقع السكن في موقع بوكينق ( ومعروف الذي في الموقع ليس بدقيق) ووصلت إلى سكن بنفس الاسم وحولني على مكان آخر الشيء الثاني لايتوفر مناديل وأكياس نفايات مع أهميتها

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Хороший вариант с отличным расположением . Вполне себе пригодные для жизни апартаменты. Перед поездкой ожидала, что будут хуже. По итогу все прошло хорошо. Перед заселением в вацапе прислали сообщение с инструкцией по получению ключа. Так что либо покупайте местную сим-карту, либо подключитесь в аэропорту к вай-фаю. Квартира оказалась чистой и просторной. Расположение отличное. В квартире были: чистые полотенца, постельное белье тоже чистое, шампунь, бальзам, жидкое мыло, туалетное бумага, средство для мытья посуды, губка, соль, сахар, чай, сушилка для одежды, детский стульчик, детские игрушки для песочницы, кастрюли, сковородка, к которой не прилипало ничего при жарке, набор тарелок, чашки, ложки, вилки. Кондиционеры при заселении были включены, значит, они работают, но больше мы их не включали, жарко не было. Вода в душе была горячая. Да, мебель уставшая, но нас это не напрягло. Приоритетом была чистота. Квартира просторная, светлая, с балкона отличный вид. Представитель собственника всегда не связи. В целом мы остались довольны.
В ванной не хватает крючков и шторки, на кухне приличного ножа.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025The apartment with beach view was great. Big and clean. Two bathrooms and wash machine also big advantage. Very close to beach(2 minutes). Restaurants in 5 mins walk range and even less. There is a bar in crown plaza where they serve beer and cocktails, 5 mins walk as well. It is further from the city center but that's not a problem as it's 10 minutes drive or 1 OMR for taxi. Owner was friendly and helpful. Great stay over there!! 😊

I requested cleaning supplies as some were missing and others had only a few drops left. The host's response was shocking and made me feel as if I had stolen them! The listing stated "check-in from 12 am until 12 am," but this was not true in reality. I requested a bedsheet change and was asked to leave the old ones in front of the apartment. They remained there by the door for two full days. The main door is very old and requires a lot of effort to lock properly. The apartment needs some renovations to the furniture. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent.

Very old furniture with zero decorations. No idea how it got rated 8.4 on booking the flat is back dated to 1980s style. Old and over used bed sheets. I had to buy a new pillow caps and spray perfumes on the bed sheets. Will not recommend to any one. I really feel sorry to pay almost 3000 dhs for 4 nights on this place. No idea of the other flats condition but mine 404 is bad. I went through google review on the same flat and found the same comments. Very bad experience and low level accommodation.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025The caretaker Rana is adorable & so kind & was waiting for us when we arrived. He helped us with our luggage & showed us around the apartment. He responds quickly to any questions. The apartment is spacious & comfortable with everything you need. Good to have a washing machine, drying rack & ironing board & iron! We self catered but couldn’t get the oven to work. We reported the problem but this is yet to be fixed. We used the hob. The view front the flat is wonderful & the balcony a big bonus. We liked the surrounding area & there are many local cafes & places to eat. We loved our week here & would highly recommend this apartment. It’s not 5 star luxury but it’s very good value & perfect for a family or group.
On arrival the apartment block looks a bit old but don’t be put off as the apartment is really nice.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2025The location is amazing, just 1min from the beach (and a really nice beach). A lot of parking spaces around and some shops and restaurants. Rana was really nice and friendly and punctual for the pick up of the keys. Good beds. Very good price for this big apartment. It has a balcony, where you can see the beach from with mosquito nets, which was great.
The apartment looks a bit outdated and there could have been more kitchen equipment, but for that price you really can't complain

The Rooms were very dirty. All the walls had big stains in it. The AC was dripping water. The bathrooms were smelly and very unclean. The bed linen had hair and not clean. The only beautiful thing at the apartment was the view.

The property is located just steps away from the beach, offering breathtaking sea views right from the balcony – perfect for enjoying sunrises or unwinding after a day out. What I loved most was its proximity to great restaurants, including some right at the nearby Crowne Plaza hotel. My time at Beautiful Salalah Beach Apartment was absolutely wonderful, and my only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! The beachfront location and stunning views made it the perfect getaway, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. With so much to explore nearby – from the beach to great restaurants – I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay to fully experience everything.
