Good location and view

Nous avions réservé un loft de 100m2 , l'annonce est fausse , nous avions.s environ 50 a 55m2. Le restaurant étant en travaux , nous avions le choix de se faire livré mais la qualité n'était pas au point. Le prix du logement y est donc très excessif .

The views were AMAZING 😍 and changed sooo many times in our stay! Staff were super friendly! Breakfast was Devine and they also had a good evening meal menu. Would have been nice to have spent a bit more time there to look around as there was more to see than I expected. Natural Hot springs pools only 10/15 minutes away.

It would have been great if they could have organized a scooter hire for our stay as we would have been able to explore a lot more in the area.

Das Bad hat so sehr gestunken, dass wir es kaum ausgehalten haben. Wir hatten die Tür einfach verlassen und sind nur zum wirklich allernotwendigsten herein gegangen. Leider war es aber überhaupt nicht auszuhalten. Das Bett war leider auch völlig verschmutzt. Überall Flecken auf den Kissen und Laken.

Everything. Eswcially the Fantastic view from riom. Staying at this homestay near Mount Batur was one of the most memorable moments of my Bali trip. Waking up to sweeping caldera views of Mount Batur right from the property is absolutely surreal. It is perfectly‑located for the sunrise volcano hike — we headed out early for the summit and returned to enjoy a satisfying breakfast surrounded by volcanic mountain scenery. The crisp mountain air and quiet surroundings create a peaceful retreat away from busy tourist zones. The staff are warm and helpful. If you are chasing Mount Batur’s volcanic landscapes, this place delivers an authentic highland experience, highly recommended for hikers.

Le fait que des gens de l'hôtel nous aient lancé des gravats pour s'amuser depuis le haut du bâtiment, devant même les concierges, et que personne ne réagisse. L'humidité ambiante, les taches douteuses sur les draps et le fait qu'il n'y ait même pas une éponge dans la cuisine, j'ai dû l'acheter moi-même.

So many stairs if you stay in the loft, about 150. Then there is the noise from adjacent room if you get noisey neighbour.

The view from the balcony and the pool is amazing. This location is undervalued big time.

Der Pool ist toll und die Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung.

무엇보다 뷰가 미쳤습니다. 바투르뷰 홈스테이라는 이름이 찐이었어요. 바로 옆에 있는 아카사카페랑 똑같은 뷰를 이틀 내내 즐겼어요. 그리고 룸서비스로 시킨 음식도 좋았어요. 시간이 6~8pm으로 제한적이긴 했어요.

그렇지만, 숙소의 시설은 낡아서 좀 보수가 필요해요. 그리고, 주변에 레스토랑이 없고, 그랩 배달 시켰더니 거의 1시갓 걸렸고, 기사는 추가요금을 50k나 요구했어여. 그냥 뷰가 전부인 곳입니다.

Alot of stairs but totally worth it for the serenity you have in the accommodation!

The family room for parents and kids stay is fabulous. We were welcomed by fresh local oranges and Coca-Cola tins in the refrigerator. Beautiful view of Mount Batur and the lake. Friendly staff and great housekeeping service. Bottle water fountains in the lobby and the hallway. One bedroom is good enough.

The room was spacious enough. The utilities are enough. The view was magnificent. I truly love the view!

The sheet for the big size bed was not clean enough. I doubted it was changed tho. There was blue stain, like a crayon stain. There was coffee stain on one of the mugs and the spoon. The management should pay attention more. The stairs to the pool were torture for my knee 😅😅😅 Maybe cleaner place will make every penny worthy

Het uitzicht is geweldig. Het bed is comfortabel en de loft is ruim.

Het personeel was niet op de hoogte van onze komst en niet heel vriendelijk. De loft was niet goed schoon. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was daarom niet goed.

La vue est magnifique! Le homestay était très bien! La literie très bonne aussi.

Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et saveurs fades. Énormément de marches, escalier pentu pour descendre à la chambre et remonté à la réception puis dans la rue.

Stunning views and very convenient location

It is not maintained which is a shame because it has lovely views . The bathroom door didn't close properly / broken , the balcony door was broken and there was a bad smell from the bathroom that didn't go away during our 4 night stay . There was also a bad smell outside our room between the reception and the stairs to the pool

Mooie kamer en badkamer, wel gehorig van buren en bovenburen om 6 am. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer en balkon maakte veel goed. Personeel vriendelijk.

Had a really nice stay. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had an absolutely beautiful view of Mount Batur right in front. The location is also very convenient since it’s on the main road, which makes getting around easier.

The only small issue we had was the stairs. There are quite a lot of stairs going down to the property, But to be fair, the staff do help with carrying luggage, which was very appreciated.

This is such a special place! I stayed in the Loft and it was so peaceful! The room was clean, modern, comfortable and just very calming! The view is breathtaking! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool area needs to be freshly painted.

LOCATION !! Batur View offers possibly the best views of Mt Batur and the crater lake. The room was comfortable, if a little small, spotlessly clean, wifi reliable, and breakfast simple but adequate. I'm a regular at BVH, a recommendation in itself. Parking is available.

Location was great and the view was amazing.

The pictures of the room did not match the actual room. There was an open gutter smell outside all the time, the room hardware was old, balcony door was super creaky and the facilities were just sub-standard.

Mein Zimmer und der Schrank rochen modrig, da die Wände feucht waren, jedoch war das verdeckt mit Verkleidung.

There is no locker or safe place to keep your value things can be good to have. The smell in the room is super strong after they come to clean.. maybe use a different product? A bit expansif for what it is but I can recommend

The view on Mount Batur was the best. We watched the sunrise from the balcony.

The room was dirty. The staff barely spoke English. The glass door to the balcony was stuck and hardly opening.

Ничего. Это ужасно неухоженный и грязный отель.

Сначала показали номер, в котором вообще невозможно находиться. Жуткий запах плесени, все стены в сырости, мебель вся побитая, кусков дсп не хватает. Я отказалась от этого номера. Стали показывать категорию ниже, на каком то вообще техническом этаже. Потом говорят, ну не нравится, не селитесь. Только деньги при этом не возвращают. После получаса каких то перешептываний и моего отказа заезжать в эти номера, нашелся другой номер, тоже весь покоцаный, но хотя бы без запаха. Постель, наматрасник были грязные, попросила поменять, на меня так смотрели, как будто я прошу что то необычное. Слышимость, как будто все живут в одном помещении.

Staff are lovely and the view is just insane! Facilities and restaurant are fine, the reason you stay there is definitely the view, so gorgeous!

Veel trappen lopen om de kamer te berijken ,meer dan 60 treden van ongelijke hoogte. Voor ons (70+) was dit te zwaar We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken.

This loft is definitely a good stay to have for the view of mountain and lake! It's breezy cold at the balcony that feels like recharge in nature 😁 it's too bad that we are not able to swim in cold pool,else it would be a great experience to swim which looking over the spectacular mountain view. The warm shower in the bathroom is just perfecto! Chilly weather - warm strong 🚿- beautiful view - with free Netflix to watch! Not to forget,they even gave use free coca-cola; the botol, chips and fruits for our stay! Our little family of four with two young kids love this loft a loadz ~ it's a must stay place! What's more,it's right beside the famous AKASA cafe.

Everything was great! Just a little walk up and down the staircase is needed, so suggestions for those coming to best just check in and spend whole day and night in the loft(you can order room service food too) 🙂

This is a partial cut and paste of a previous review of Batur View. The views from Batur View are spectacular, possibly the best from along the volcano rim. I've been a regular at the Batur View Homestay for some years, and stay there for the views of the volcano and lake. If up early, the torches of the trekkers can also be seen snaking their way up the mountain, but you need to be out looking from about 0300!!. The changing panorama is quite spectacular, with low cloud moving through, and visibility varying from <50 meters to infinite. The accommodation is a bit above budget, very clean, and quite pleasant, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The restaurant is quite good, reasonable prices, and the included breakfast is adequate. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Wifi was fast and reliable.

Room is bit small, but adequate. It can't be bad, I return!!

環境不佳，陽台門無法完全密合，蟲子、蒼蠅會飛進室內。杯子、毛巾也都非常的髒。 床單及枕套沒有換，前一位住客躺的皺摺都還在 像是重新將床單擺成整齊模樣而已。 設備老舊，馬桶不能沖水。 雖然和員工反應後有及時更換和修復，但體驗非常不舒服。想好好放鬆的心情完全被打壞。 擁有有這麼棒的景觀及友善的員工，應該把設備更新，讓住客有美好的體驗才不會浪費。

The location is in the main road, easy to reach. You can see awesome sunrise from your room. Food was average. Staff so friendly and helpful. Many restaurants nearby also there are minimart front of the hotel.

After took a shower the bathroom floor was wet all night like little flooding.

Ze hebben niet aangegeven dat je alle lampen en gordijnen uit/dicht moet laten in de avond. Er zaten honderden motten in onze kamer.

Las vistas al volcán

El olor, las escaleras, las zonas comunes muy sucias, y demasiadas escaleras para todos lados, la piscina era como bajar para ver una cascada. Las paredes son de papel se escuchaba todo.

Estaba bien , la habitación muy limpia , con hervidor, toallas y agua caliente . Lo único es pensé que eran todos loft y solo me dieron una habitación con baño privado pero puede que me haya confundido yo sola. Tiene restaurante que es el único de la zona que tiene opciones veganas para comer y es muy barato.

El restaurante podría mejorar un poco la comida, es exageradamente picante aunque pidas no picante. El desayuno no estaba mal pero puede mejorar. El baño es demasiado húmedo ! Se le queda olor y una vez que te duchas ya no se seca. Igualmente son comentarios constructivos, a nivel general el lugar está bien .

The only good thing about this place is the amazing view of Mount Batur. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. +1 point for this.

We booked this hotel in Kintamani for two nights, but after the first night we decided to leave — the conditions were that bad and honestly pretty unsanitary. The room was dirty, dusty, and clearly not taken care of. There was almost no hot water — just slightly warm at best. The windows didn’t close properly, so the room was full of insects. The worst part was the bedding: it had stains and holes, and looked like something they had thrown out long ago but kept using anyway. The towels were just as bad — old and unpleasant.

You can’t beat this view! Don’t even need to hike or jeep as the view is incredible.

No fridge or safe in the room, the patio door didn’t fully close so flies kept getting in the room. Very basic options for free breakfast.

Location is good as lake and mount Batur can be seen from the balcony. Behaviour of staff was good.

1. It's not good for elderly people as one has to climb so many stairs to and from the room. 2. Bathroom and linen were dirty and were with foul smell. 3. Breakfast was very limited in variety and quantity.
