Las vistas, el sitio es espectacular. La cama es cómoda, el colchón estaba bien.

Como ya ha comentado gente, el acceso requiere esfuerzo, especialmente con maletas, pero si quieres quedarte con lo positivo las vistas merecen la pena y escucharás menos ruido. No hay agua caliente para la bañera que hay fuera

There were narrow concrete steps and narrow sloping unlit path that went for approx 250m to get down to the villa from the road. There were maintenance issues like broken door handles and no hot water

Una piccola realtà a conduzione familiare, molto gentili e garbati. La colazione è stata molto casereccia,ma buona. Vista sui monti spettacolare.

Non è stato fatto presente nella descrizione dell'alloggio che vi è una "bella" discesa con parecchia pendenza e con gradini annessi dove è stato difficoltoso scendere i bagagli. Ma nonostante ciò sono stati molto graziosi nell'averci aiutato.

The views were stunning. Pomo and his wife Ayu were a great help and always willing to please and cooked a great breakfast.

La centaine de marche pour remonter sur la route est fatiguante, environ 15min. Nous avons eu de l’aide par le personnel. Dommage nous avons eu des voisins très très bruyant.

The view and staff were perfect. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. The property was well maintained with a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our experience.

The shower water wasn’t hot enough for me and the walk down the path to the unit was more intense than anticipated when bringing as much luggage as I did. It was worth the trade off though.

It is unfair of other guests to leave low reviews because of the stairs to the property. This is clearly noted on the posting, and upon booking, you get another reminder that the cabins are not easy to access and require walking a lot of steep stairs. So, it is a feature, a benefit for some, and for those who do not want that - they should not have booked it. The location is perfect - so many people stay down in the village where it is foggy and noisy, but this place offers the most beautiful view of the sunrise at Mt Batur. We stayed for two nights, watched the red sky from our bed and had breakfast with the rising sun, and took a taxi to the hiking route start once the sun was out and climbed Mt Batur - no guide, no crowds on the top apart from a couple of other people, just fantastic. Seems like a much better option than hiking in the middle of the night to have a cold breakfast with dozens of other people on the top. The cabins themselves are really well constructed and are being maintained with much care. Our cabin was spotlessly clean, even better than the 4* and 5* places we stayed in other locations in Bali. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a thick duvet for the cold nights as well as a fan for the hot days. The staff who are on site is available for anything at any time; we had a few minor requests that were addressed immediately. Breakfast is basic but much appreciated - it is a remote cabin after all. We wanted to customise it a bit, which was possible, and could pick what time we wanted it. The best food spots in the area are a 2mins walk, and a 5-minute drive. The steps are a problem, and you do need to be in a bit of good shape to walk them up and down. The staff helped with our suitcases without us asking for it, and not expecting anything for it. Overall, having stayed in multiple locations in Bali, some 4x the price of this cabin, it was our favourite location and would strongly recommend it.

The owner can make it a part of the package for the guests' bags to be carried up and down the stairs, as 99% of people would be able to do it, esspecialy with a suitcase.

As almost everyone says, the walk. I‘m fit so not problem but still very annoying. Bring earplugs, dogs barking all night! But the biggest minus is the amazing bath tub. How can you have a bathtub with such an amazing view and then no hot water?!? In general the water temp is too low there, but the bathtub you can‘t even fill 10cm with hot water.

That it was so cold in the night, first night we were freezing, also with the 2nd blanket, could’ve known before, also that the location around is not so welcoming and we had to go around 10 min to the hut

Per arrivarci con i bagagli non è stato semplice, bisogna scendere a piedi giù nella montagna, non è vicino. Poteva essere un bel 10, ma a causa di questo problema metto 6.

Le panorama est fantastique surtout avant le levé du soleil.

Il est préférable de venir avec peu de bagage.

THE VIEW! stunning, breathtaking and one of the main reasons we chose to come to kintamani. Room was nice, the bath water however wasn't very warm and took a while to fill.

The stairs, we are 38 & 36 and it was abit sore on our knees getting down and up the stairs. The flies and all the noise from the jeeps, and dogs.

I am really not one to complain but we did not have a good time at this hotel. The people were friendly and they helped us carry our bags which was a massive help because the place is so far and the narrow road is so steep. The view is also nice one you finally get to your room.

The place was really hard to get to. They let us know that there would be stairs which we are fine with but they didn't say 1000 stairs. It took about 12 minutes to go down and about 20 minutes to come back up. There was no way to get luggage down so everything had to be carried by hand up the very steep hill. Once we got to our room, we saw that the bedsheets had stains on them. None of the cutlery or crockery was clean and in the morning the forks they brought for breakfast still had bits of old food on it from the previous person. Our new suitcases got damaged in that climb as well. For us it was a massive regret and we wished that we had booked somewhere else. We feel bad because it is a family run business and we really hardly ever give a bad review and we are quite adventorous but we did not enjoy our stay here at all. There was also no small fridge to keep any drinks cold.

Great view from the cabin and the on site staff were terrific. Cabin is quite comfortable without air-conditioning as Kintamani has a fairly cool climate

The cabins sit about 70m down inside the rim of Batur crater. They are accessed by steep stairs which was a bit difficult for me(fairly fit 64 year old) but may not cause any issues for younger and fitter people. A mini fridge would have been nice to have in the cabin to keep drinks cold.

O quarto tem uma vista incrível e estava limpo e bastante confortável. Não há A/C mas tem uma ventoinha que arrefece. No entanto em junho apanhei noites frias e nem precisei de ligar. Bom pequeno almoço, apesar de simples, servido no quarto. O staff é muito disponível e simpático. Ajudou-me com a marcação do Jeep tour e também com um táxi que me fez deslocações.

Apesar de terem avisado várias vezes, o acesso ao hotel é bastante mais desgastante fisicamente do que eu achava que ia encontrar. Tenho boa forma física e ficava sempre ofegante nas subidas (muito íngreme e com muitos degraus). Não recomendo para pessoas sem excelente condição física, nem quem viaje com malas pesadas. Alguma dificuldade em regular a água quente (apesar da pressão do chuveiro muito boa).

Adorei o local, ter uma banheira no exterior é só espetacular, de sonho mesmo. meter agua quentinha e estar a ver as estrelas, de outro mundo. E a paisagens ao nascer do sol é de tirar a respiração, senti-me como num filme. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e as pessoas locais que nos recebem muito amaveis e atenciosas.

Há uma escadaria bem grande para subir e descer, mas eles avisam isso, o que é incrivel e vale super super apena subir e descer estas escadas, recomendo que vão de mochila porque mala de rodas realmente não funciona aqui.

Het uitzicht tot 14.30. Let op als je dit boekt. Want iedere dag van het jaar is het vanaf ongeveer 14.30 compleet mistig en zie je echt niets meer van het mooie uitzicht. Dit is schijnbaar normaal voor deze omgeving. Accomodatie is trouwens schoon.

Dat het compleet mistig is romd 14.30 . En dat je om bij accomodatie te komen heeeel veel trappen moet lopen. Wij hebben een goede conditie. Maar dit vonden wij toch best een pittige workout.

The view was incredible, we read the reviews about the decent down to the villas so we were prepared for this. It’s a long way down with a lot of steep steps so only book this villa if you can manage steps and don’t take suitcases. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast was surprisingly really good. Super quiet and remote (only 3 bungalows and 1 bungalow for staff). Bathrooms were clean and gorgeous. Nights can be cold but they supplied extra blankets.

If anything a little bar fridge would help. No food down there and it’s a long way back up.

Plus points for location. Amazing views of the mountains and lake, the last rays of sunset and the fabulous sunrise make the £45 cost of the place seem cheap. That’s the end of the good bits

Wondered why they wanted to know exact time of arrival….someone had to be there to meet us to guide through the building site, then the 100m or so of a very steep down slope followed by 168 steep steps The room itself is dated and in need of modernisation so don’t believe the nice shiny pictures on booking.com Door handle broken, bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months, dirty towels, marks on bedding and generally dirty, oh and a kettle that takes about 25 mins to boil Breakfast served to the balcony, some fruit with an omelette, chips and fried bread….very weird

Nothing that I didn’t like, we knew about all the stairs so that wasn’t a problem. We left 2 bags with the host family up the top and only had 2 small bags.

Nokļūšana līdz istabiņai. Drausmas. Tā ir traģēdija! Esmu labā fiziskā formā, bet tādā karstumā pat man tas bija - too much! Personāla izmantošana bagāžas nonešanai un uznešanai! Tas nav darbinieku pienākums! Biju ieradusies agrāk, pirms reģistrēšanās izgāju apskatīt pilsētu, atgriezos- jūsu bagāža, kas bija 20+ kg, jau ir nogādāta istabiņā! Nu ok, izbrīnijos, pat nopriecājos, bet, kad devos uz istabu, ieraudziju tās kāpnes, tās pat nav kāpnes, stāva kalna nogāze ar betona plāksnēm, pajautāju, kurš nonesa to smago koferi?!?!? Man parādija smalku, trauslu sievieti! Ko?! Jūs nopietni?! Kā var tā izmantot darbiniekus?! Vājas sievietes?! Viesnicas īpašniekam ir jāizskata šis jautājums- vai nu atstājat smago bagāžu reģistratūrā un dodaties uz savu istabu tikai ar pašu nepieciešamo vai arī tas ir extra maksas pakalpojums darbiniekiem, kas būtu ne mazāk kā 100 tūkstoši rūpiju katrā virzienā! Esmu bijusi viesnīcās, Bali, kur šāda bagāžas sistēma strādā!

There are a lot of stairs!! We were aware there would be some stairs but not that much. Overall it is worth it for the view but very difficult to carry the luggage up and down

Het is een zeer net en schoon huisje. Het uitzicht is adembenemend zo mooi! Het ontbijt is goed. Je zit hier wel wat meer tussen de lokale mensen m.b.t. locatie. Veel restaurants zijn op tijd gesloten.

Je moet wel een een kleine 5 tot 10 minuten naar beneden en naar boven lopen via een hele steile helling. Maar dat staat ook veelvuldig in de reviews. Dus je moet beetje fit zijn en niet slecht ter been. Ze willen wel graag helpen met bagage.

More of a challenge than a dislike...the walk in & out with baggage should not be taken lightly. Particularly for the older person.Well worth the effort though.😯

Views are breathtaking. Having a bath whilst looking out to the mountains! If you are someone who doesn't want to get up at 3am for a hike/jeep but wants to experience the amazing sunrise in the area, this is a great way to do it! Room was super clean and the comfiest bed I've slept on in a long time! Run by kind people. Having a bath looking out to the mountains was incredible!

Room and breakfast is basic, you have to be prepared with everything you need. The walk down was absolutely fine for me but on the way up I had to take a few pauses. Worth it for the view and comfy bed. Bath water could be warmer.

Amazing sunrise, great delicious breakfast and lovely staff!

When we arrived, a staff member helped us with our bags. The view from the room is absolutely amazing. The room has all the basic amenities you need and is clean. The staff member who checked us in provided limited information, but he was friendly and available when needed. The breakfast is okay.

We had read in reviews and information that there are steps leading to the hotel, but we didn’t expect it to be this extensive. It takes about 10–12 minutes to walk to the rooms. The path is steep, and in some parts it’s just concrete without proper stairs. Going down is manageable, but going back up is quite challenging. So keep that in mind. A clothing rack would be a helpful addition for hanging wet clothes.

The view is great over Mount Batur and the lake valley. The outdoor spa is quite special.

The cabins are down a very steep and narrow walking track with a 100 metres or so drop from the road and about 170 steps. Very difficult with luggage, and dangerous if wet. Cabins are basic.

Het uitzicht was geweldig. Erg comfortabel bed en prachtige badkamer met warm water . Het personeel was superlief .

Eigenlijk was het een behoorlijke klim om bij je huisje te komen maar daar werd je vanaf het begin al door het management op gewezen, dus ik wist het . Personeel heeft geholpen met bagage .

I had a wonderful stay at Pondok. The tranquility of the place is amazing, and the sunrises were absolutely spectacular, with beautiful views of Mount Batur and the surrounding landscape. I was warmly welcomed by Pomo, who was very attentive throughout my stay (he’s also learning Spanish, which was a nice touch). The highlight for me was definitely the breathtaking sunrises.. if you’re lucky, you can see a sea of clouds at the base of Mount Batur in the caldera. Just a short walk to the main road, there are convenience stores, warungs, and an ATM. The temple (Pura) is nearby, and the street can get busy during ceremonies. The stairs are manageable, nothing difficult. WiFi worked well, and the breakfasts were delicious.

Отличное тихое место, с невероятно прекрасным видом, с собственной ванной!Чистый уютный домик, есть туалет и душ с горячей водой, вода горячая в порядке - полностью набрал ванну, напор не снижался. Однозначно советую!

Единственный минус , большое количество мух, было бы здорово поставить какую нибудь электроловушку для них, но это мелочь, все остальное перекрывает этот недостаток.

Beautiful location, room had an epic view of the sunrise over the mountains. The hosts were lovely and accommodating. We were delivered a beautiful breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Pomo is the best!

This was a perfect little get away from the busy road above. Nestled in the hillside away from everything with a stunning view of Mt Batur in front. The view speaks for itself. We were greeted and walked down by friendly hosts and given a welcome tea and biscuits. We were doing a trek the following morning and the hosts accommodated this with a change in breakfast time. They gave us some local advice about places for dinner and then left us to enjoy the view and peace. The hut was small but had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable.

The steps/hill down to the accommodation are hard going - this cant be changed and is just part of the rural location. We were warned in advance by other reviews and by the hosts. Anyone with heavy bags or mobility issues will likely struggle.

Helt otrolig utsikt mot berget! Jättemysig hydda och de som drev stället var så snälla. Ganska brant bit ner till rummet. Det var rent och fint. Kom med te och fika. Tyvärr åkte vi en dag tidigare pga lite dåligt väder och lite för lugnt i kintamani för vår del. Då hjälpte dem oss med väskorna upp för den branta backen. Han inte heller testa frukosten pga vandrade upp på mount batur.

Завораживающий вид. Дорожка сложная, но ради такого вида можно немного спорта. Вилы чистые, завтраки хорошие. Спасибо команде, всегда были на связи и помогали. Организовали нам поездку на водопад Секумпул.

The only real reason for rating the place lower is access. They do email to say there are "some stairs" to navigate, but it's actually 250m if stairs, a VERY steep concrete ramp and at least a 70m drop.

Потрясающий вид (особенно на первой линии), довольно уютно и симпатично, вежливый и заботливый персонал, Стоит совсем недорого. На одну ночь ради вида - идеально вообще. Завтрак правда очень хороший. Здорово, что есть крытая парковка для байка.

Если оставаться дольше чем на одну ночь, то есть нюансы: 1. Спускаться к отелю и подниматься обратно - хорошее физическое упражнение. 2. Бойлер, видимо, небольшой, поэтому вода горячая исчезает довольно быстро. 3. Каменная ванна пропускает, удалось набрать чуть меньше половины ванны - дальше закончилась горячая вода. 4. В номере нет: - кондиционера (актуально в жару), - обогревателя (мы были в начале марта - нам было актуально), - холодильника, - чайник греет ооочень медленно.

It was absolutely beautiful! The views are unmatched, the bed is super comfortable, the water pressure is great, the room is clean and really spacious. They even left us a little anniversary surprise, which was super cute! One of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed :)

La vue est exceptionnelle sur les Volcans. Les hôtes adorables, discrets et serviables. Petit dej local et varié quand on prend une longue réservation comme moi. Chalet simple, sympathique et joliment paysagé. Petit plus, deux bouteilles d'eau tous les jours et chambre faite dès qu'on le demande; Et la gentillesse de porter les bagages dans les escaliers qui mènent au chalet. Je les ai appelé "les escaliers de la mort" 😂 très bon exercice pour moi qui suis en convalescence 😅 Les hôtes m'ont même concocté un étendoir de fortune pour faire sécher mes vêtements. 🤗

Pour moi qui ai le sommeil léger, coin bruyant . Le chalet se trouve dans une cuvette lié au volcan et chaque bruit est amplifié. Les chiens qui aboient, les cyclomoteurs et les camions qui transportent la lave. C'est dommage!

Foods don't have any options, and the location is uncomfortable. . I had to go down the hill for a quarter miles. Going up is a nightmare, so many stairs and in the rainy season is slippery

Местоположение, чтобы дойти до отеля, нужно преодолеть крутой спуск по ступенькам от основной дороги. Вид, конечно, при хорошей погоде на рассвете открывается хороший, но будто бы этот спуск (а потом и подъём) того не стоит и сильно разочаровывает.
