מון המקסימה לוותה אותנו מרגע ההזמנה, דרך פתרונות הגעה למקום והצעות לפעילות באזור. בערב ערכה ארוחת ערב מיוחדת לכל האורחים בהומסטיי וגם שרנו ביחד והיא למדה אותנו קצת על השפה והמנהגים בויאטנם. החדר בסיסי אבל מרוווח, נוח ונקי. האוכל טעים ברמות והם דאגו גם להתאמות וענו לבקשות שלנו. מיקום מעולה ויש אופניים חופשי לקחת לטייל באזור.

The staff doesnt speak english very well. A lot of the times when we ate in their restaurant they tried to upcharge us.

Lovely home stay with an amazing family! Moon made us feel right at home and looked after us so well. Our room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. We were given fresh towels and offered a room clean halfway through our stay with no extra charge. The dining area has a beautiful view and is cozy with hammocks. The family own 3 lovely dogs who greet you on arrival. They are all so well behaved and love cuddles! Lastly, i celebrated my birthday whilst at the home stay and Moon organised me a birthday cake as a surprise which was such a lovely touch! Thank you so much!

Great room and communal facilities, with a lovely view from the dining area. Moon was extremely helpful in coordinating the stay and organising tours and transport. Good vibe around the place -able to chill out but also family dinners to chat to others. Happy the dog is also the cutest dog I have ever seen.

Moon et sa famille ont été des hôtes exceptionnels : attentifs à notre bien-être, de très bons conseils, et ils ont organisé nos activités sur place. L'endroit est magnifique, la piscine fantastique, et les vélos mis gratuitement à disposition sont un vrai plus. Chambre très confortable, petits-déjeuners et repas excellents. Nous en garderons un souvenir fabuleux.

The place is simple but comfortable and clean, but what makes this place so wonderful is the atmosphere and hospitality. Moon is a host with a big heart. Very quickly, we felt a warm, generous, and homey experience. We wanted to stay longer, but all the rooms were already fully booked. It was an emotional goodbye.

Moon is the best host of Vietnam! She is such a outstanding nice person in every case. Also she and her whole family are making you feel part of their place. Wonderful food!

La vue est splendide, et nous avons eu la chance de vivre des moments uniques : assister à un cours d’anglais avec les enfants et partager un chaleureux dîner familial. Moon s’investit avec une énergie admirable pour apprendre l’anglais aux enfants, afin de soutenir le développement local et leur offrir de meilleures perspectives pour l’avenir. C’est inspirant et porteur de sens. Elle a également organisé nos transferts de nuit, notre trajet vers la prochaine étape, ainsi que plusieurs excursions avec une grande flexibilité. Les plats préparés par sa mère et sa sœur étaient délicieux, authentiques et pleins de saveurs. Les chambres sont très simples, mais l’atmosphère générale, la sérénité du lieu et la générosité de la famille rendent l’expérience exceptionnelle. Un endroit paisible, des personnes formidables et un engagement admirable — nous recommandons vivement !

Le personnel aux petits soins. Moon et sa famille sont adorables. Un conseil: rester dîner à l’hôtel un soir. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment. Le repas était authentique. Note pour les voyageurs avec une arrivée tardive, ils ont été très arrangeants et sont venus nous chercher en voiturette de golf à 2h du matin…

We had a very comfortable room. The room was kept spotless. We had two good working air conditioners in the room. All the people working there were very nice. The owners were very flexible organising transfers to Dong Hoi. I would definitely stay there again.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié l’insistance de la propriétaire pour nous vendre des excursions qui étaient beaucoup plus chères que lorsque nous les avons faites par nous même. Nous avons été dérangés par des travaux faits juste à côté de nous lors des petits déjeuners alors que nous recherchions un peu de calme en famille…

A unique superb and warm service in a nice quiet place in Phong Nha. A good breakfast (especially the pancakes, the hot/cold chocolate and the coffee) and a lovely pool. Rooms are big and convinient. Highly recommended.

J’ai adoré la vue sur les rizières, la gentillesse, la bonne humeur et les conseils de Moon. Super ambiance. Repas et cafés excellents, un des meilleurs repas pour nous au Vietnam. Je recommande cette homestay. Le Family repas est également très s sympa et très bon.

La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación en general estaba bien. El ambiente muy tranquilo. En moto se tarda muy poco en llegar a la calle principal.

Alles super 👍😁 Tolle Unterkunft, nettes Personal und eine herausragende Gastgeberin machten unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Schöne ruhige Lage am Rande des Ortes und die luftige Bauweise der Bungalows, welche stets für ein leichtes Lüftchen sorgte, bescherten uns gute und erholsame Tage zwischen den anstrengenden Dschungel Touren. Het meest gezellige en gastvrije verblijf tijdens onze reis. Moon was de beste gastvrouw, ze heeft ons last minute ontvangen en ons dezelfde dag nog een leuke uitstap laten maken. Wij raden ook de familydinners aan, hier tafel je gezellig met andere gasten tijdens een overheerlijk Vietnamees diner. Alles was optecht met liefde gemaakt.

Séjour vraiment agréable. Le personnel est adorable, la vue de l’espace restauration est apaisante. Le mood est très familiale, Moon est toujours là pour aider et pour discuter avec vous. Un peu excentré du centre mais ils proposent des vélos gratuits donc 0 problème (5 min en vélo pour rejoindre le centre). Je re commande !

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay here. Moon is incredibly helpful with organising day trips to see the caves & trekking as well as local recommendations etc. We had a lovely family dinner on our first night that I would recommend to everyone. We hope to be back very soon, thank you for such a memorable and incredible couple of days!

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw! Biedt veel hulp aan op maat van wat je graag wilt doen en op welke manier. Ze kan tours aanbieden, maar toen we zeiden dat we het liever zelf deden. Kon ze ons ook direct helpen aan een chauffeur. Of brommers. Verder konden we ook genieten van een family diner georganiseerd door de gastvrouw. Als laatste natuurlijk ook gewoon propere, grote kamers en een leuk zwembad

Loved everything about this property. We had a wonderful stay. Warm friendly helpful people. Moon is lovely and creates a very beautiful atmosphere. So far the best homestay we have had on our trip. The food is by far the best we had in the whole of Phong Nha.

We had the best time staying with An and Moon at their homestay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed the food and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The pool was clean and refreshing after a long day and it was nice to have the dogs around for extra company. They helped us arrange our first tour and then when we found the crowds a bit much, A drove us to see the other two locations we were keen to visit, which was extra special. We ended up staying longer and were very sad to leave. Will definitely return in the future and stay longer.

A little out of the main centre but easy to get around walking or via bikes they had available.

Een heel fijn hotel op een fijne plek in Phong Nha. Het is echt een hotel gerund door familie en Moon is als contactpersoon een super fijne vrouw. We hebben ons heel welkom gevoeld en de kamer en ontbijt waren echt heel goed. Super aanrader voor in Phong Nha!

In de ochtend wel geluid van de omgeving zoals een haan of mensen, maar dat maakte het voor ons alleen maar extra sfeervol.

We wish we could have stayed longer! Moon and her family and amazing hosts and put in a lot of effort to make sure you feel at home. The homestay is beautiful and comfortable. Food was great and the hosts were accommodating and friendly. We can't wait to return.

Schönes kleines Homestay mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Der Pool ist super für eine Abkühlung. Die Umgebung ist für zahlreiche geeignet. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Moon hat uns auch die Bustickets für die Weiterreise besorgt. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

The host and staffs are 10/10 - very friendly and attentive. Dinner is VERY good with affordable price (we got the grill combo for 3 people).

A bit far from attractions (about 3km from Phong Nha Ticket Office) which is not really a big deal as we travel by motorbike

Where do I start! The hosts were friendly and so welcoming. They were so knowledgeable on activities and things to do in the area. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep for the 2 nights we spent here. Food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend doing the family dinner, it was absolutely lovely. Best coffee ☕️

The host, Moon, her family, and the staff were very hospitable. We had a lovely stay here. Moon helped arrange our transport to and from Dong Hoi train station at a reasonable rate and spent time telling us about the available activities in the area. The location was also great for us as it was peaceful and quiet away from the noise of the boats on the river. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds and pillows were so comfy! One side of the room faced the rice paddies and hills while the other side overlooked the pool and courtyard. The food was also great, and we ended up eating most of our meals there.

The homestay can arrange motorbike rentals for you, however, I recommend researching other options beforehand unless it is just to get around the main village. It was 150k per day (not 24hrs though, had to be returned by 8pm) excluding gas. The bike was in pretty poor shape and we had a few issues. I want to emphasise this is not the fault of the homestay, they tried their best to resolve the issue with the bike rental people and arranged a new bike for us for the next day but unfortunately it was just as bad. We were planning to go to Paradise cave but couldn't make it there with 2 people despite the bike people saying it would be fine. I suggest looking at other rental options if you plan on taking lengthier bike trips.

El personal te ayuda muchísimo en todo lo que se refiere a la estancia y dudas de que hacer en la zona. El hotel tiene una zona de restaurante/cafeteria con muy buena comida.

Phong Nha is a lovely place, and Moon is a wonderful host. The room was comfy, the AC worked perfectly, but what I will always remember is how amazing the breakfast was (we are vegan, and they had plant-based milk, and the veggie pho was class!). The "centre" is probably 30 mins by walking, but we took cabs, which is just about an euro, give or take. I would love to go back again, and if I do, we are definitely staying here. Highly recommended! The Phong Nha Vegan restaurant is just 5 mins walk from here, and we pretty much had all our meals there and never got bored.

מקום מהמם חדרים נקיים מאוד ובעלת המלון מקסימה תמיד דואגת לשלומכם, מציעה שירותי כביסה במקום, בנוסף יש בית קפה במקום שזמין לארוחות בוקר צהריים וערב, בעלת המקום מציעה גם טיולים בעיר במחירים מעולים אדיבה אכפתית ומסבירת פנים ממליצה מאוד על המקום!!!

The room was lovely (and had AC). There is luggage storage. There were plenty of options in the included breakfast and Moon had great recommendations of things to do in the area. The cafe/restaurant area was cute and so were the owners (vaccinated) puppies! We had a lovely family dinner on the first night we arrived. The food and drinks are delicious. People staying there were social. Moon and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped us book our cave tour and transport to the duck farm too.

There were some ants in the room. The bathroom gets hot. (+ Dont forget to wear bug spray when you leave your room in the evening as there's quite a few mosquitos roaming around outside)

Accueille par la sœur de moon, le séjour s’est très bien passé. Elles se sont chargées de me planifier deux sorties en grotte (phong nha et paradise cave). J’ai passé deux jours merveilleux. Il fait parti de mes meilleurs homestay depuis plus d’un mois que je suis au Vietnam. Elles ont également reservé un easyrider pour une visite au jardin botanique ainsi que mon voyage pour mon prochain homestay.

Very nice homestay in a quiet neighbourhood. Moon and the team were all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is basic but decent and tasty.

The room we were given wasn't the room we'd booked. It was supposed to be a double room at 484ft2 but it felt more like less than 300ft2. When asked, apparently, they got our room mixed up but couldn't quite work out why or if the descriptions were wrong.

Best homestay I had in a while! The family running the homestay is the sweetest! They make sure you spend the best time while you are there. The dorm is simple and comfy. The view on the rice fields from the shared area is really peaceful. And the family dinner they are organizing is the best way to meet people. Highly recommend!!

This was one of the best places we stayed in our 3 month trip in Vietnam! Absolutely the best staff and Moon (the owner) was so kind and helpful. They host family dinners every couple of nights where you get to enjoy homemade local Vietnamese cuisine. The staff even got us some bananas to snack on before our early morning runs which made life much easier for us! They also have bikes you can use at your leisure which makes getting around the area very simple.

She organised a brilliant day tour as well as transport around Phong Nha and to Hoi An. Местоположение хорошее, спокойно, красивый вид, рядом есть место, где можно прогуляться или покататься на велосипеде. Внутри есть кафе, с прекрасным видом на рисовые поля и горы. Единственный момент, который не очень понравился, это то, что нет москитные сеток и кондиционер дует на кровать, но справедливости ради, надо заметить, что во Вьетнаме так практически везде. Может это просто так принято здесь и не принято в моей стране. Хозяйка Moon, всегда готова всем помочь, спасибо ей за это! В целом, это хороший вариант для остановки в Фонгня и я бы рекомендовал его другим путешественникам. P.S Vietnamese pancake with banana and honey was amazing!

Book here!! Moon is the most generous and helpful lady and her homestay is like a boutique hotel. Everything you need is in one place - laundry, bike rental, tours, shuttles and buses between destinations, drivers for your own tour and the restaurant has the tastiest food. Moon helps you with anything. She is truly the loveliest host and all the staff are beautiful too. The pool and gardens are stunning. The location is perfect too. You are away from the hustle and bustle nestled between rice paddies and the river. It's perfect after a long day of caving and adventure. You can settle in and come back

The shower temperature is constantly changing, and water pressure is low The cord for the kettle was too short. Shocking sleep due to church service call out starting at 4am and continued to 6am when the local rooster then took over.

Amaizing place to stay, I felt like I'm home here. The owner is such a lovely person, more than helpful and welcoming, and her sister as well. They have amazing energy and vibe and thay made my staying even better. Helping with all things you need ( transport, tours decisions, taking and keeping your stuff safe while you go to a tour..) the place is soo nice, nice garden, perfect area for hanging out, chilling and working as well..next time I come here, I am deffinatly staying here

Moon, die Gastgeberin ist extrem freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und Aufmerksam. Ihr Staff ebenfalls, nicht alle sprechen englisch aber das gehört in einem Homestay dazu, vieleicht währe ich gar irritiert wenn fas nicht so wäre.

Es gibt nichts das mir nicht gefallen hat, die chillout-Zone ist in anderen Orten geräumiger, aber darüber kann man locker hinweg sehen.

Everything! Rooms are clean and comfortable, there's a pool to enjoy (our little one especially liked it), very varied and tasty breakfast. The host is wonderful, she helped us with everything (tours, bus tickets, she even got me a shoe dryer when I came back from the tour in soaked shoes). I highly recommend!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming to everyone! I highly recommend the family dinner as you try new foods and meet lots of friendly people who are staying there too. Beds are very comfortable, facilities are great such as hammocks, pool, and amazing views by the dining area. Moon, the owner of the home stay was amazing and even gave us a lesson on speaking Vietnamese:)

It is not in the town centre but honestly you don’t need to be in the centre, the homestay has everything you need and any tours will pick you up from your hotel/homestay.

Cannot recommend this homestay enough. Moon and her family really make you feel at home. My bus got in at 3am and her husband came to pick me up. I was hesitant about the mixed dorms as a solo female traveller but I felt really safe and taken care of. You can book buses and tours directly with Moon, and take bicycles out for free to discover the town. The restaurant overlooks the fields and is really peaceful and the food is delicious! Definitely recommend joining family dinners.

We stayed at Moon's place with our two children and really had a lovely time. The staff is so friendly with the kids, the food is really good (and it is very convenient that you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner there) and the location is perfect to explore the surroundings. Moon and her family made our stay very special and helped plan tours and transport. We can absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back one day!

Die Kommunikation vorab war extrem umständlich und aufwändig per WhatsApp. Wenn man nicht mobil ist, liegt das Homestay zu weit außerhalb.

This was my favourite place in the whole of Vietnam. Moon was so friendly and helpful - the place was charming - lovely and clean - very good breakfast and Family Dinner was a real treat - eating a meal with other guests from around the world. Moon sorted us a caving and trekking trip which was fabulous - I loved phong nha - so laid back and chill. Highly recommend staying at An An - thank you Moon

An an homestay felt like a home. Moon and the other staff could not do enough. The food was amazing. Moon helped me to book tours and also local motorbike riders for another trip. After deciding to get a taxi to my next location, moons husband drove us to the next location. Phong nha is an amazing special place and so is this accomodation. I will be back again to spend more time exploring this area.

Ein hübsches freundliches Homestay mit tollem Essen - früh schon und im Laufe des Tages gibt's eine Speisekarte, die keine Wünsche offen läßt, einschließlich legendär toller Smoothies so für zwischendurch. Abends gibt es Family-Dinner an einer langen Tafel oder man kann sich leckere Sachen aus der Karte aussuchen. Die Zimmer sind schön und perfekt ausgestattet. In den Ort sind wir mit Fahrrädern aus dem Homestay gefahren und wir haben von Moon auch eine Fahrradtour empfohlen bekommen. Überhaupt ist Moon eine fröhliche Chefin im Homestay, die immer da ist, Fragen beantwortet, viel über Vietnam erzählt, Ausflüge empfiehlt und auf Wunsch bucht. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt.

Отличное расположение гестхауза. До причала можно дойти пешком минут за 30. Движение на дорогах не сильно энтенсивное. Хозяин забрал ночью от автостанции. В номере минибар, холодильник и все что надо. Отличнейший бассейн, очень спасает в жару после экскурсий. Хозяйка всегда на связи по любому вопросу. Отдельно хочу отметить ресторан с большим выбором вкусных блюд. Ели только там! Завтрак по меню на выбор, несколько блюд.

Немного дороговаты услуги трансфера, в 2-2,5 раза дороже такси. Но цену озвучивают сразу, никаких неожиданностей. Зато удобно

We loved everything about our stay. The family are so kind and considerate. They helped with every part of stay in phong nha including transfers and fabulous excursions. Truly fell in love with the place and was so sad to leave. Thanks Moon and family. You work so hard and it pays off.
