Fabulous Homestay! Stayed in the Garden bungalow and was very impressed with the room, facilities and service. Room was clean and well equipped. The Homestay itself was so pretty and very peaceful! Quy and his family were so welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful from the moment of arrival! Breakfast had lots of variation and was delicious. Overall, great value for the stay and 100% would recommend to anyone!

Leuke locatie bij de rivier, heel behulpzame eigenaar. We arriveerden laat in de homestay maar hadden via whatsapp al een uitstap enzo kunnen regelen.

Accueil très chaleureux. Les chambres ont chacune leur propre entrée. L'ambiance familiale est très agréable. La piscine est un réel plus ainsi que les magasins au coin de la rue.

Situation un peu décentrée. On a besoin d'un taxi pour tous les déplacements. Notre hôte nous a aidés pour les réservations des taxis.

The pool was wonderful, breakfast was great, Quy would set up any tour or private car or bus transport for you easily. Gardens were beautiful.

A bit far from the center, but you have restaurants around. Although there are many lights in the room, it is very dark and hard to work with laptop after sunset.

We had a wonderful stay at Tropical Valley Homestay. We really loved the room, the beautiful bungalow surrounded by lush greenery, and above all the warm hospitality of the host’s family, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Quy was absolutely fantastic. He helped us organize transfers, tours, and everything else we needed during our stay, always with great kindness and efficiency. Don't be discouraged by comments about the location. It's true that the property is a little outside the very small ‘center’ of Phong Nha, but Grab works perfectly and the ride takes only about three minutes. Quy also provides free bicycles and rents motorbikes, so the location is not an issue at all. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Il proprietario di casa cerca di aiutarti in tutto quello che puo quindi questo è il grande plus del posto. Oltretutto si puo cenare e pranzare direttamente sul posto. La camera è spaziosissima ed è l’unico posto in vietnam dove ho trovato il balsamo! I letti sono molto comodi

The host was amazingly helpful, and responsive in communication to ensure everything is taken care of throughout our stay. He recommended and arranged the transportation to get to and from his Homestay. It was the perfect base for us to experience Phong Nha and Ke Bang national park adventures. Highly recommended !

I stayed at one of their villas for several days. The host was very accommodating. I will definitely consider returning if I take another tour in Phong Nha.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Tropical Valley Homestay à Phong Nha. Bien plus qu’un simple hébergement, c’est une adresse où l’on se sent immédiatement accueilli avec chaleur et simplicité. La famille qui tient le homestay est absolument parfaite : disponible, attentionnée et toujours prête à rendre service, tout en restant discrète. Une hospitalité vietnamienne comme on aime en rencontrer lorsqu’on voyage. Une mention toute particulière pour Quy, le patron. Il est d’une efficacité remarquable. Qu’il s’agisse de résoudre un petit problème pratique, de donner un conseil ou d’organiser une activité dans la région de Phong Nha, il trouve toujours rapidement une solution. On peut véritablement compter sur lui, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsqu’on séjourne plusieurs jours et que l’on souhaite découvrir les environs. L’ambiance est familiale, chaleureuse et authentique. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour, mais surtout de l’accueil de Quy et de sa famille. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation à Phong Nha.

Nous avons passé un super séjour auprès de Quy et de sa famille. Les enfants ont même eu beaucoup de mal à partir… la piscine est très agréable, les lits sont confortables… bref, un séjour parfait !!! N’hésitez pas à faire une étape au Tropical Valley si vous passez à Phong Nha.

Tout, la gentillesse du patron, la qualité de l'accueil, la beauté des lieux, la propreté et la qualité des Bungalows, la piscine ultra agréable après une bonne journée de treck... Bref, un sans faute et pour un prix imbattable. Toute la famille recommande ! (et nous étions 6 dsns 3 Bungalows, donc on a pu tester !!)

Sfeervol hotel in Phong Nha. We verbleven in een comfortabele bungalow met ons gezin. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel heeft een fijn zwembad.

We vonden het een beetje gek dat de grote regendouche-douchekop ontbrak, maar met de handdouche die ook vrij hoog opgehangen was konden we ook prima en comfortabel douchen.

Quy and his family were exceptional hosts - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. They were very informative about the area too.

Alles! De locatie is leuk, langs de deur is er een kleine supermarkt. Onze kinderen vonden het zwembad fantastisch. De gastheer en zijn familie zijn enorm vriendelijk. Wij hebben meerdere uitstappen gedaan met hun, eerlijke prijzen!

Could be cleaner. Did not like the lack of privacy - doors are made of glass and everyone can see the inside of kitchen always.

Các món ăn ở Home có định lượng rất rất ít so với giá tiền, nêm nếm ko hợp khẩu vị gia đình mình lắm. Bữa ăn sáng gồm trong tiền phòng rất lèo tèo, đoàn 11 người lớn ăn và 2 trẻ em ăn mà cbi theo kiểu mang lên mấy cái nồi cho mn tự chia. Trong khi tiền ăn sáng kèm tiền phòng tính ra hơn 100k+/1ng cho ăn sáng mà để định lượng ko biết ai ăn ai đừng 🥹🥹

Bungalow muy cómodo, camas grandes, cuarto de baño completo y todo muy limpio. Los jardines, la terraza y la piscina son un pequeño oasis. La família que lo gestiona es encantadora.

Phòng vệ sinh phía bên trong nên hơi bí vì không có hút mùi hay cửa sổ thoát khí. Mỗi lần có người vào đi wc rồi mở cửa là mùi bay vào phòng.

The view, the location. Even though out of the way it was very quiet The food was good and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was a bit firm but that seems to be the case with everywhere

Firm bed. If you want to go into town you'll need to hire a scooter. I had my own bike and they provided everything I needed including someone to give me a massage. But it could be a negative for anyone looking to explore by foot or bicycle. Not for me though.

Nice part of town and very good breakfast and pool. Owner organised a bike and tour for us with no hassle at all - very helpful

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön!! Wir hatten ein kleines Häuschen für uns. Das Bad war außergewöhnlich schön und komfortabel. Quy war ein sehr sehr netter und bemühter Gastgeber, der sich sehr um uns gekümmert hat. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Lediglich das Essen war nicht nach unserem Geschmack, da es für Vietnam sehr ungewürzt war. Aber es gibt außenrum genügend Möglichkeiten

Lovely family running this property. We had a deluxe bungalow, and it was clean and huge. We did feel that the Aircon had difficulty keeping up, especially with the heavy duvet for sleeping. A fan was provided which helped. Providing a lighter blanket might help keep the cooling requirements down? Nice quiet area. The pool was great with pristine water and no chemical smell. Food was tasty!

Felt right at home, quiet, clean and great location, delicious free breakfast and Quy and his family go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Thanks 😁

This was probably the best hotel we stayed at during a fortnight in Vietnam. It's a bit off the beaten track, but the bungalows are modern, clean and have delightfully icy air conditioners. Quy, the host, was a man of many talents, organising trips, bus tickets, scooter rental and more. Breakfast was nice, although the coffee was rough (very rare in Vietnam). The swimming pool has bar stools in the water. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The location was a bit out of town, but that is arguably a plus, as the traffic was quieter. Overall, this is a lovely hotel.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat bei der Organisation bei der Rollervermietung geholfen. Wir konnten ein Early-Checkin machen, da wir morgens angekommen sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Das Zimmer und das ganze Homestay ist sehr gepflegt.

Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful and there’s a nice friendly ambience created by Quy and his family. The location is quiet - a bit out of town but this suited us. The family’s cooking is delicious!

We loved the owner Quy who was super helpful. This is a family run business that is in a relaxed wee town. The tourist attractions of the caves are good value and fun to do .

Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig - man bestellt ein Gericht von der Menükarte und wenn man davon nicht satt geworden ist, muss man den Nachschlag bezahlen !

Mir haben vor allem die ruhige, naturnahe Lage und die entspannte Atmosphäre gefallen. Besonders geschätzt habe ich das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal und die familiäre Stimmung. Auch die gepflegte Anlage und der Swimmingpool haben mir sehr gut gefallen.

Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es nur wenige Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, sodass man für mehr Auswahl oder Unterhaltung ein Taxi nehmen oder einen Roller mieten muss.

For the money, compared to all our other accommodations, it was not that special. The towels were very thin and the breakfast not that good.

Als je aankomt rijden verwacht je niet wat er achter is. Mooi complex. Mooie, grote en luxe slaap-/woonkamer en een mooie badkamer (stort-/ en normale douche). Luxe dikke handdoeken. Zijn vrouw kookt alle maaltijden en dat kan ze goed. Eigenaar is heel enthousiast en ook commercieel en bied direct allerlei trips aan. Ik hou ervan.

Ligging. Weinig te doen “buiten”.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Die Zimmer, das angebotene Essen. Auch das Personal war in jeder Hinsicht hilfreich und nett. Ein sehr familiärer Aufenthalt.

The main operator Mr. Quy went over and above to make all the guests stay comfortable and accommodating. The property was in a great location, a short bike ride from the main town. The little cabin was adorable and very well done and very clean.The pool was so nice.

The family owning the homestay is lovely and ready to accommodate any requests. They put a lot of care to make sure your stay is as good as possible. The bungalow where we stayed was very clean and comfy, and we really enjoyed our staying there. Great location too!

We had a little bumpy check in. It was in the middle of the night, so not ideal, but i think it can be improved since we were told it was ok to check in at that time

De sfeer in de Homestay was geweldig! Met de lieve familie van Quy die het met zn allen runnen! Onze dochters vonden het heel leuk met Lisa, hun dochtertje. En het is zo gezellig dat de opa en oma ook rondwandelen en meehelpen. Wij vonden het fantastisch en wij vonden Phong Nha ook geweldig!!

Very comfortable beds, good shower, very nice host who took care of everything just perfect. Good breakfast also. We arrived in the middle of the night ( 3 am) from Ninh Binh and including pick up at the bus everything was prepared and organized very well so that we could get into our room right away.

Maybe not much restaurants and shops nearby, so you have to walk for 20 minutes to go to the center, but we knew that and it was no problem. 1-2 restaurants and a mini market are very close, rest a bit further away

Tout. Monsieur Quy est très gentil. La villa est bien entretenue bien arborée le personnel est aimable. Les chambres sont très confortables très propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut il est bien placé vraiment je recommande le petit déjeuner est varié (et il y a des pancakes et une excellente salade de fruits). Et il a des excursions avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Nur Kleinigkeiten, als Tipp: Handtücher sind fleckig und alt. Frühstück kann im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften noch weiter entwickelt werden.

Die Unterkunft war außergewöhlich sauber und gepflegt, auch der Garten rund um die einzelnen Häuser. Der Eigentümer mit seiner Familie haben alles dafür getan, den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Der Transport hin und zurück wurde zuverlässig organisert. Man kann dort Abendessen, die Frau des Eigentümers kocht und das sehr sehr gut :-) Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auf Nachfrage organisiert der Eigentümer auch einen Scooter. Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber fußläufig gibt es alles was man benötigt, inkl. Restaurants, Massage und kleinen Supermarkt direkt daneben. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Wonderful welcoming and helpful family. Qay was super helpful arranging our arrival from Hue, our cave tours, mountain bike rentals, and our car ride to Dong Hoi. Easy!

Mr. Quy ist absolut hilfsbereit & super lieb. Er hat uns zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit geholfen. Die Bungalow sind super groß, alles sauber, die Außenanlage mit dem Pool ist sehr lieb angelegt und gepflegt
