El lugar es super lindo con espacios muy agradables para estar afuera y habitaciones super espaciosas y limpias! La anfitriona es una de las personas mas amigables y serviciales que he tenido el placer de conocer. Me ayudó con todo, y mi estancia en Phong Nha fue increible gracias a ella.

Homestay familial excentré mais bien desservi par des taxis ,motos. La propriétaire est venue nous chercher à Dong Hoi à la sortie du train. La piscine est un atout non négligeable. La cuisine est d'excellente qualité

It’s far from town and she told me TOURISTS CANNOT RENT SCOOTER WITHOUT FULL MOTORBIKE LICENCE WHICH I HAVE. ROAD WORKS IN FRONT OF GUESTHOUSE. NOISY AND DANGEROUS. Then dropped me off 1 mile before the bus stop saying “I can’t take you cos you don’t have helmet”. So why didn’t you get me a helmet? Rubbish hosts. Wish I’d stayed somewhere else. Crying poverty. Begging for money. Girl you got guesthouse with a pool. More than I’ve got. Disgusting behaviour.

Ons verblijf in deze accommodatie was een grote teleurstelling en voldeed op meerdere punten niet aan de verwachtingen die op Booking.com werden gewekt. Wij hadden twee kamers gereserveerd van 20 t/m 23 juli. Vooraf hadden wij via de berichtenfunctie aangegeven dat wij vanwege een nachttrein vroeg in de ochtend van 21 juli zouden aankomen. Bij aankomst bleken onze kamers echter aan andere gasten te zijn verhuurd. We moesten vervolgens meerdere uren wachten totdat deze gasten waren vertrokken en de kamers opnieuw waren schoongemaakt. Dat is onacceptabel wanneer je een bevestigde reservering hebt. Bij het uitchecken ontstond vervolgens een discussie over de betaling van de eerste nacht. Omdat wij een groot deel van die dag geen gebruik konden maken van de kamers, wilde ik hierover in gesprek. In plaats van een redelijke oplossing werd gedreigd de politie te bellen als ik niet direct het volledige bedrag zou betalen. Om verdere escalatie te voorkomen heb ik uiteindelijk onder protest betaald. Daarnaast liet de accommodatie op meerdere punten ernstig te wensen over: * De algemene hygiëne was onder de maat. * Overal waren kleine vliegjes aanwezig. * Het zwembad zag er slecht onderhouden uit. Het water was zichtbaar vervuild en de circulatiepompen stonden gedurende ons verblijf niet aan. * Eén van de airconditioners functioneerde nauwelijks, waardoor de kamer nauwelijks koel werd. * Medewerkers kwamen zonder toestemming onze kamer binnen terwijl wij afwezig waren. Dat voelde als een ernstige schending van onze privacy. * Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt, van matige kwaliteit en stond in geen verhouding tot wat je op basis van de foto’s en beoordelingen mag verwachten. * Ook bij de scooterverhuur werden afspraken niet nagekomen. De scooters worden standaard zonder benzine meegegeven. Wij vroegen om 2 liter benzine, maar we kregen twee flesjes van 750 ml. Het meest teleurstellende was echter de houding van de eigenaar.

It is super clean, the owner is very friendly and always want to provide us with the best.

Our family like everything about it! The food there was very good and tasty first of all, the drinks were great and l like the Mango Smoothie. Second, the room is cozy, warm, and comfortable. Lastly, the view and the atmosphere feels good in the morning!

I don’t think my family has any negative thoughts about the poverty.

The owner was the nicest we have found in our travels. My husband fractured his elbow at a waterfall and she found us some pain relief cream, so sweet. She took us to the cave and waited for a few hours while we hiked about and also took us into town to grab a boat for an excursion. Her cooking is so good that we rarely felt the need to go to another restaurant! Her little son is so cute, he really enjoys interacting with the guests. The pool was perfect after a long day of adventuring.

Có chổ để xe ô tô. Nhưng cũng không nhiều tầm 3 chiếc đậu trong cổng rào homestay.

Nếu đi theo maps không đúng vị trí làm mình phải tìm biết bao lâu mới đến được homestay. Tuy nhiên khi đến được rồi thì dễ đi cho lần sau.

Gérante totalement absente.Restaurant fermé.Location scooter défectueux non changé malgré notre demande idem pour une ampoule de lampe de chevet.Nous avons pourtant payé cash à notre arrivée avec supplément 6h30 du matin au lieu de midiet laissé un pourboire pour les enfants.C'est le seul établissement à garder nos passeports en otage pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour alors que les autres le prennent en photo et à prendre une caution en CB qui j' espère ne sera PAS DEBITEE. Le matin de notre départ nous avons du chercher nos passeports sur un comptoir à la portée de tout le monde car il n'y avait personne.Pas de petit déjeuner donc.Cet établissement n' est vraiment pas sérieux.Aucune considération pour les clients.On a l' impression d'avoir été pris pour des c... malgré notre ouverture d'esprit qui nous a permis jusqu' ici de rencontrer des gens fabuleux et accueillants.C'est la première personne antipathique que nous avons rencontré.Il y en aurait encore à dire mais je vais arrêter là.

Lovely place run by a local family. The owner was super helpful with recommendations and let us borrow one of her bikes to get around town.

Wir hatten einen Roller, daher wollten wir diese Lage. Abgelegen und ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Zimmer gross, Bad auch.

Über die Besitzerin können wir nicht viel sagen. Sie war beim check in da, nur Schlüssel und Zimmer gezeigt. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive, sie sagte 7 - 9 uhr. Um 7.30 war niemand da. Haben gesucht, geklopft...10 min. Gewartet, dann gingen wir enttäuscht. Beim Check out, war nur der Sohn da...der natürlich nichts wusste. Wir suchten die Unterkunft wegen dem Pool aus, dieser war komplett hinüber...Sie versuchten den pool 2 Tage wieder zu reinigen. Total schade... Es gab kein Warmwasser am Abend. Zimmer 3 im 1. Stock, die Matratze vom linken Doppelbett war zur Wand hin...schimmlig

Pas eu de chance lors de notre séjour mais pas de chauffage et d'eau chaude alors qu'il faisait froid ! Manque d'isolation du logement.

Nice breakfast , nice coffee , friendly staff , firefly’s in the back field.

A door Handel on the balcony door was missing. , we could have been locked out. Sink drain plug malfunction , no balcony seats , caterpillar droppings all over the balcony , pool looked dirty so didn’t go in , a warm welcome drink was not what was required , a cold one would be better.

Room was spotless, really lovely, staff were great and really accommodating to us arriving at 3am which was so nice so we could get straight in bed after a long journey! Able to rent motorbike on site and have laundry done really nice over all!

It’s a shame the pool was dirty, didn’t see anyone in it at all

The staff were not very helpful. It's a 50 minute walk to town although there are restaurants on the way. The pool didnt look very clean.

Wir haben uns, bei unserer Gastgeberin Huyen, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und sie half uns, bei unserer Organisation, die Tage zu gestalten. Die Tage der Ruhe, bei Ihr und in der Natur, in ihrer Ursprünglichkeit, haben uns sehr gut getan.

Such a beautiful place with a very kind staff member, such a kind a welcoming attitude. The pool is so clean and lovely, it was raining but still had to go in! Breakfast was great. I was sceptical of the hashbrown but it was a big potato fritta. Personally very much enjoyed - although it would be even better if they had tomato sauce. Room was spacious, bug free and felt quality.

C'était propre et le lit très confortable. Avec une belle vue et le personnel très sympa. La femme qui tient ce homestay est adorable et vraiment pro.

La.pisicne est inutilisable car pas traité c'est dommage. C'est un peu loin du centre, obligé de louer un scooter.

The owner is friendly, but hit us up for the hard sell on tours as soon as we walked in, hadn’t even seen the room yet.

Intermittent hot water, but that’s pretty normal. Out of the main drag, but the owner organised motorbikes to rent for us.

Mooie en grote kamer. Het eten was heel lekker. De locatie ligt een beetje buiten het dorp, wat rust en een mooi uitzicht geeft, maar je bent dus wel vrij ver van restaurants en nightlife.

We stayed a couple of nights here last week and enjoyed the free breakfast and meals. The swimming pool was great after a days exploring caves. Plenty of room in the bungalows too.😁

We had bikes so not a problem but a little bit out of town but easy to rent a scooter if required.

Great location just on the edge of town, super peaceful and went to sleep to the sound of crickets. Nice big room. Breakfast was great too.

Couldn't seem to get any hot water for a shower despite turning it on as shown and waiting 10-20 minute or more for it to heat up. Used the laundry service, sadly about 3 items were returned ripped. Would recommend finding an alternative if you need clothes cleaned.

Hotel is really nice, nice bungalows and comfortable beds, everything was clean and the sheets were soft and warm blankets. They let me borrow an umbrella to go into the city when I asked if they had one. Far from the city center but quiet and nice, what I was looking for.

I asked in the morning if laundry could be ready at night, they accepted (probably not really understanding what i asked) but had no dryer so laundry was still wet. I was lucky I came back 2 days later to pick up everything or I would have had to take all my wet clothes as is. And I asked several times to pay but they kept on postponing : at the end, when I had to finally pay, they said that they had no change at all (weird for a hotel) and I had to give every smaller banknotes I had (luckily I had some or I would have had to give much more than the actual price) : it's true that it was kinda late like almost 10pm but please let me pay before the moment I have to leave. The ladies were still very nice though and the place as well, beautiful, and very polite children !

Love everything about this stay, the family were great and the host went above and beyond for me and I’ll forever hold them dearly in my heart. You can rent bike rentals, activities and food through the host. Highly recommend staying here, it nothing but beautiful and the rooms are amazing and the food is the best. Love them all

Quiet. We had a scooter so the distance to town was not a problem. It is a bit of a distance to the main town and boat docking if walking. Breakfast was good but she tried to charge us for it. We enjoyed happy hour one evening and also tried to charge for all drinks. The room in bungalow was comfortable. Too bad it was raining as we would loved to have enjoyed the front and back balcony.

No place to hang anything. Towel rack for towels only. The shower room nice and large. The shower had spurts of hot then cold, not a constant even temp.

The location was peaceful, the staff were lovely and accommodating. The linen was spotless and beds were comfortable. Very affordable. We would stay again!

Had an great time at Hueyn's place! Rooms are clean and beautifully arranged. It's a bit outside of the village, so perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. The view is also remarkable.

My only issue was the menu, which was not very vegetarian friendly. The fact that the restaurants are a bit far makes it more of a problem that it had to be.

The location was excellent! Serene, peaceful, fabulous views, a stunning garden with many different areas to relax in & enjoy, including the swimming pool. They offer the service of booking any of the tours & transport that's on offer in town for the same price with pick up & drop at the door. For the days when not on an adventure tour, they arrange for scooter or bike hire for the day, again delivered to the door & same price as in town. The meals were delicious! I recommend the fruit pancakes or omelette & baguette for the free breakfast & any of the other meals on the menu, all competitively priced. We cannot thank the family enough for their hospitality & making our stay so easy & enjoyable.

To far from the shops and not getting any housekeeping done for three day and having to go and ask for water on arrival then being told that2 small bottles was all we get for three day Then breakfast being told there was no tea or coffee to wash down a dry bun with peanut butter on it was just not on Didn’t even go for breakfast after that went into town and had real food Gọi

This is a family homestay with the most incredibly kind family. Dinh and his wife made us feel very welcome and would do anything to make our stay perfect!! The kindness was out of this world and we couldn't have asked for a better time in this accommodation, would 💯 go back and recommend to others.

Breakfast was a very tasty omelette with bread roll and nice Vietnamese coffee. It was at one end of town, so very peaceful and the owners extremely friendly and very helpful booking our cave tour for us as well as organising transport to the bus when we left

The rooms were basic, but clean. Neat and tidy, so no complaints

The quietness around the homestay.

The cabin was not as what was in the pic. No cupboards to even keep the clothes. The owner tried to sell a very expensive day trip to the caves. The location of the homestay is very remote and difficult to access after a certain time in the evening. The owner billed us additional to what was agreed to for taking us to the caves, also we were forced to ask the owner to drop us to the bus stop at 3 times the average taxi cost as taxis are not available post 6 pm at the homestay location.

The hosts were amazing and so helpful in arranging a transfer from Dong Hoi + motorbikes rental during our stay. They also cooked breakfast and dinner for us and it was delicious!

The bolero shaped pool was a nice perk, but it could have been cleaner.

Absolutely stunning location; beautiful views to the surrounding fields and mountains from the bathroom. This homestay is not in the central part of the town so you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the village life but it’s still super easy to get around to all the main sites with a scooter. A lovely family lives on the property and runs the homestay. They are kind and very accommodating. They arranged a scooter and all our transportation. Highly recommend staying here.

cleanliness should be improved and Aircon is so noisy. Bathroom was not cleaned before.

Swimming pool was dusty.

Nice location, just down the road from the main town road. The owner kindly let us borrow bikes and it was about a 10-15 min cycle to the busier road with restaurants. The owners were very kind and friendly, helping us with the tours and general questions. The food was good value for money, with breakfast included.

The water for the showers was a bit cold. It would not have been an issue if it was warmer. We had overcast weather and about 15 degrees so a warm shower would have been welcome. A minor inconvenience in the overall hospitality.

Family environment, quiet, clean. Friendly host and nice dog. Set in a rural area, yet not far to walk to town.

It was a shame I was the only guest.

The staff was verry anty social, the only question they asked me every morning was if i wanted to book a tour. The fact that i didnt, and visited everything on my own initiatif made them egnore me the rest off the day. Only to the people who spend money where treated like guests. So dont stay there if you only need a room!

Great location just outside town and I'm nature...you can see water buffalo, cattle, chickens etc from the balcony. It was cold when we arrived and owner gave us a portable heater... banana pancakes for breakfast...fridge in room which is handy
