Notre hôte nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et d'informations très utiles. Tous les deux ont été très accueillants. La maison est à l'écart du bruit d'Ella, le cadre est absolument charmant

Everything was wonderful! Well located, super clean, amazing garden and a breakfast that you could feed a whole football team. Owner was super helpful and advised and organized for us everything we needed. Trips, cars….

Neels nous a très bien accueilli. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour faciliter notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le cadre typiquement sri-lankais . Tout en étant à deux pas du centre ville, c’est très calme avec un jardin attenant et le réveil au chant des oiseaux. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petite chambre extrêmement propre .

La casa è curatissima, immersa in un giardino delizioso. La stanza molto pulita con un bagno grande e altrettanto impeccabile. Host molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione buona e abbondante. Ci hanno servito 2 marmellate fatte in casa, deliziose. La posizione è perfetta: centrale ma sufficientemente discosta dal caos di Main Street.

The location was really good! People there were really lovely and helpful, took us on a trip to the team factory and lipton seat! Great value for money and Ella has much more to offer than we realised!

The room wasn't the best decorated and could do with air-conditioning or ceiling fan and maybe an upgraded mosquito net. We didn't have the most comfortable sleep because of bugs. A fridge in the room would of been a touch but I'm sure if we had of asked they would of let us use the fridge.

A very nice place to stay. 5 minutes walking distance to city centre. Owner was so cooperative and nice person. Feel of forest. A very calm place to stay.

The first night we stayed in a room with no ventilation and a very strong smell of sewage. It was so bad, we needed to sleep with the door open. When we got up the next morning, we had been devoured by bugs. After three weeks, we still have scars from the bites. We asked the manager to give us a different room that came with additional cost and similar conditions. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. The place is a bit out of town but you can still hear the loud music pounding at night. There is a terrace, but it is next to a room and we felt uncomfortable as you could hear everything.

Das Haus liegt in einem schönem Garten etwas am Rande des Zentrums mit Nähe zum Bahnhof, dieser wird nachts nicht befahren. Zur Hauptstraße mit Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften sind es keine 5 Minuten. Zum nächsten Supermarkt nur 2 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr lecker, vor allem die Pfannkuchen. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Úžasné místo, nedaleko města ale klidné. Skvělá rodina byla velkým pomocníkem při jakémkoliv plánování. Nádherná zahrada plná ptáků. Útulný obývák, kde jsme se synem mohli dělat úkoly.

Krásné ubytování s příjemnou zahradou. Pokoje jsou čisté, hezky vybavené. Hostitelé jsou milí, se vším poradí, za poplatek nabízejí praní prádla.

Idéalement placé car suffisamment proche de la rue principale pour y accéder rapidement à pied et suffisamment à l'écart pour ne pas subir le tumulte de cette même rue. Chambre nickel. Le gérant est adorable.

La atención del dueño al principio fue correcta,

Las fotos de publicidad no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, la habitación pequeña y de la ducha no salía casi agua, se lo comentamos y nos dijo que era lo que había. Al final pactamos con él el precio del viaje de salida, nos dio un precio y cuando llegamos al destino el conductor nos cobró más en la aplicación te dan un precio de habitación y llegas y te dan el cuarto de limpieza.

Really nice old house a bit away from the noise of the main street. Host was super friendly and helpful and took us to see the sights in his tuk tuk for a very reasonable price. Great breakfast at a small additional cost.

My stay at Eeshani Guest was very pleasant. The property is extremely clean, and guests are requested to leave their footwear outside, which helps maintain great hygiene. The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent — just a 2-minute walk from the city center. A special thanks to the host, who was very kind and went out of his way to help me during my stay. Highly recommended!

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die ons met zijn tuk tuk naar het station heeft gebracht. Hele mooie tuin met genoeg zitplaatsen. De ligging was ook heel goed. Nog geen vijf minuten lopen naar de hoofdstraat maar je slaapt heerlijk rustig. Hele goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. We komen graag nog een keer terug

Alojamiento bien ubicado y a la vez muy tranquilo. Neel y su familia son muy atentos y agradables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, repetiría sin pensar.

O quarto era confortável e limpo. O que fez a estadia ser ótima foram, sem dúvidas, os anfitriões muito atenciosos e queridos. Neal, o proprietário, me levou a passeios por Ella que fizeram que as lembranças da cidade sejam incríveis! Recomendo o lugar e que faça passeios com Neal e seu tuktuk. Vale verificar com a acomodação se o quarto tem janela para a área externa, o jardim é bonito.

Sinto dizer que o quarto que reservei não tinha vista para o jardim como anunciado na booking, mas sim uma janela que dava para o interior da casa (embaçada e que não dava para abrir, o que era bom para respeitar a privacidade). Então, o quarto acabava sendo mais fechado e escuro. Como não fiquei muito no quarto, já que Ella tem muitas coisas a explorar, a estadia acabou sendo ok, mas essa parte me decepcionou quando cheguei.

Leuke plek zeer dichtbij het centrum. Lieve man die het runt en waar je in huis zit. Is bezig om een kookstudio buiten te bouwen, dus leuke extra's volgen. Ontbijt was lekker, iedere dag anders en gezellig met andere toeristen die er zitten. ook een keer buiten de deur gegeten sochtends want er zit genoeg leuks. Voldoende plekjes in huis en de tuin om lekker te zitten. De kamer zelf is wat klein, bedden zijn zeker wat klein 140cm met zijn tweeen en ook nog een klamboe die naar binnen valt, maar dat namen we voor lief. Onze douche werkte niet super, zachte straal en vrij koud. Niet bekend of dit in elke kamer zo was. Gastheer helpt graag met tips, brengt je weg of kijkt wat hij voor je kan doen. Zeker een aanrader deze plek.

Very friendly staff and family. Right in the centre, but quiet enough with a set of ear plugs - you can't help the noise from the pubs and restaurants. Neil offered a tour of the water falls and temples.

Power kept going off during my stay. Relied on phone light several times. Water pressure in shower was awful, hot actually went off.

The room was very comfortable and the Inn is surrounded by beautiful gardens within a few minutes of the Main Street of Ella. Neil was extremely helpful and generous with his time, finding the best price for a long taxi journey for us and getting up very early to see us away. We are so grateful to Neil.

La mancanza dell’aria condizionata, le finestre non avevano zanzariere e di notte non si potevano tenere aperte per il rischio che entrassero animali o insetti.

La casa esta apartada de la carretera, pero a 2 minuts caminat. El personal es molt atent i t'ajuda amb tot el que pot proporcionant conductors, explicant activitats i els millors llocs de Ella. Els esmorzars son molt bons i abundants, amb menjar local i fruita que si vols t'en donen més per les excursions. També tens una font d'aigua embotellada per omplir les teves ampolles Els llits son còmodes Tens ventilador i mosquitera a l'habitació

Falta una miqueta d'espai per les maletes en l'habitació de 4.

Gli host disponibili, simpatici e cordiali. La colazione ottima, con prodotti freschi e del posto. La struttura è immersa in una cornice naturale meravigliosa. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, inoltre si trova in una zona molto centrale, in 2 minuti si raggiunge la stazione ferroviaria e in neanche un minuto, il centro città. Consiglio vivamente, peccato aver trascorso una sola notte.

The guest inn is a perfect oasis in the middle of the city! It’s walking distance from the train station and to the centre. It is a little paradise only 2 minutes walk from the busyness of the town centre. The breakfast was super nice! The family extremely welcoming! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy to stay over here to enjoy the peace in the beautiful garden!

Neel le propriétaire est super agréable et de bons conseils. Très bons petits dejs. Le logement lui même est bien tenu , propre et équipé . Pas de Clim mais à Ella les ventilateurs suffisent amplement. Super bien placé .

Es war sicherlich die komfortabelste Unterkunft unserer Sri Lanka Rundreise. Bequeme Betten, sehr schöne Zimmer, freundlich Atmosphäre in der familiengeführten Pension. Die Besitzer unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen tolle Infos und Fahrten zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehr fairen Preisen angeboten. Das optionale Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir genossen, es war typisch Sri Lankisch, abwechslungsreich und super lecker - sogar mit frisch gepressten Säften. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

الغرفة بسيطة و نظيفة ، اقمت بمفردي و كنت قد اخترت الغرفة الصغيرة الموقع اقل من خمس دقائق مشي من محطة القطار ، لا تتوقع كثيرا من الغرفة و لكن توقع الكثير من المضيف ، انه شخص مهذب ، ودود ولطيف جدا و يحاول مساعدتك و توفير كل سبل الراحة لك وفر لي رحلة سباحة في الشلالات بمبلغ جيد غير مبالغ و استمر معي طول الرحلة ،

الوصول للمكان مظلم قليلا بالليل ، ماء الصنبور كان ضعيفا بعض الشيء

The location is great, just a few steps from central Ella. The owner is really friendly and helpful and the garden setting is beautiful.

I had one of the lower-priced rooms, so it was quite small and dark, but it was comfortable enough for a short stay and the price was very reasonable.

We had a lovely stay at Eeshani Guest Inn. The rooms are small but nice with Mosquito nets and a fan. It was tidy and the shower even had !hot! water, which is not so common for home stays here. The owner is super friendly and is happy to help you out and give you information about everything. He also does tours with his tuk tuk.

WiFi not working very well, bring a pair of earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and like to sleep in.

The very helpful hosts took us on a wonderful tour of the waterfalls and found a driver for a further trip around the island. The breakfasts were very tasty. In addition to the usual dishes, we were treated to different national pastries. The house is very clean, you can feel the hand of an excellent owner. The plumbing is beautiful and comfortable.

The small size of the room was compensated by the opportunity to relax in the common guest area. It's comfortable, thank you!

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and wonderfully comfortable—everything you want after a long travel day. But what truly made it special was the family. Neil went out of his way to help us with everything we needed—always with a smile. We spent hours playing cards and board games with his son Aruth, who quickly became our little buddy. So many laughs, shared jokes, and joyful chaos—memories we’ll always treasure. And then there's Neil’s mother—a soul so warm, wise, and comforting, it felt like being wrapped in sunshine. Her energy is the kind that stays with you long after you leave. If you’re looking for more than just a stay—if you’re looking for connection, kindness, and genuine warmth—Eeshani Guest Inn is the place. We didn’t just feel welcomed. We felt like family.

Séjour parfait ! À deux pas de la gare, proche du centre d’Ella tout en étant au calme dans le jolie jardin de la maison. La chambre était très propre avec de l’eau chaude ! Mention spéciale pour notre hôte qui est d’une gentille incroyable, de bons conseils, bienveillant. Ils proposent un service de taxi, laundry, petit déjeuné (très bon!) et donnent de très bons conseils de visite ! En plus d’être très bien, c’est aussi une belle rencontre ! Si nous revenons au Sri Lanka nous reviendrons ici avec certitude ! Encore merci !!

My favourite place throughout my Sri Lanka trip! I loved the house, the location, the hosts, the garden. It is basic, but absolutely great for the price. Only 5 minutes from the train station and the centre, but quiet and relaxing. Also great location for trips to the Nine Arch Bridge, Ella Rock and others. Tip: Ask Deev to tell you about the monastery and meditation. If he has time he’ll go there with you.

Es war eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastfamilie ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten und ist gut ausgestattet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

A lovely homestay a few minutes walk from downtown Ella. Idea location away from the street noise of Ella. Neil and he's family were helpful and informative. Always ready to assist and offer travel ideas. The room is a little compact, but great for our 3 night stay

I had a wonderful stay, the owners where very friendly, kind and helpful and went out of their way to help me when I needed it They room is very clean and a good size. It is a very good location close to the beach and restaurants. I loved my stay so much I stayed longer. I would highly recommend!.
