Reviewed Sep 18, 2026It was so central to everything.a double bed and single bed in one room. Small balcony was great to sit and watch. You can't get to the homestay by car , but is is a short walk if you use Lau Tailoring on the main street as your drop off point.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Good size room with space to put your bags, sit down and hang clothes. Good shower - hot water and good pressure. The pool - small but so appreciated in the heat! Really good breakfast place next door.
The pool needed a clean (leaves etc)- the host was away when we stayed so I think this was overlooked by the cover staff.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Staff are super friendly, helpful. They staff will text you first asking what time is your arrival. They are not at the check in counter all the time. But they are very helpful. They will also provide many local foods places. We booked transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang. Cheaper than Grab. 270K Dong for one way. Bed is comfortable, toilet is clean, room is clean. Blanket is not very much breathable. Location is small alley, next to this homestay you can local foods, nice cafe for coffee.
If they can serve for breakfirst like coffee would be nice.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Clean, big room ( we were 3 ), big shower, close to the old town (5 min walk). The owner was super nice and gave us a lot of places to visit shop and eat. He even asked us if we wanted to leave him our luggages while waiting for our bus on the last day.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026I absolutely love the location. It’s down one of those little narrow alleyways that still has business along it. Like a great coffee shop and a couple massage places. But the location makes it so quiet. The little pool at the bottom is adorable though I didn’t use it. Next time I definitely would. My Host was very kind and helpful and made a lot of great recommendations for food, etc..

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026The host and staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, basically as close as you can get to the ancient town area of Hoi An. It was ideal for tour pickups and for walking anywhere we wanted. Also located next door to a great coffee shop and such a wonderful and affordable spa. The room was very spacious and clean, with ample toiletries and towels provided. The views of the nearby rooftops and the building design were lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Superschoon kamers van alle gemakken voorzien (WiFi, airco, koelkast, balkon) met oog voor alle details, toiletartikelen en dagelijkse schoonmaakservice.. als je binnenkomt wordt je al vrolijk van de frisse kleuren, de schilderingen, de plantjes. Vanuit de homestay loop je zo de oude stad in. Prima restaurants in de buurt En Khoa is een supergastheer!

Il m’avait contacté au préalable pour organiser notre transport d’arrivé et il nous a très bien conseillé tout au long du séjour. Le lieu est incroyable : propre, spacieux et calme. De plus, il est très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Petit bonus de qualité : la piscine qui permet de se baigner ou de tremper ses pieds, c’est très agréable au vu des températures. Très bon rapport qualités prix! Encore merci à Khoa pour son accueil et à sa famille pour leur aide

They recommended best places for coffee and food which did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had the best shower.
