Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Couldn’t have been better, very large spacious rooms, and the bed was so comfy. Lovely close walk to the centre of town. Pool and balcony areas are stunning. What made the stay the best was the staff, Minty’s recommendations for a tailor and leather store were both great. They also did our laundry for us which was very convenient, and were so kind to give us a gift on check-out.

Its not super clean. Not well maintained either. There are broken things in the room (furniture, the hanger of the bathroom's door) and the water in the swimming pool is not clean.

i had a corner room, the exterior windows had a tin roof section. So when it rained a little in the early morning, it would drip pretty loudly on that section of roof, and that was like 1 meter from my head when i sleep 🤣🤣 funny thing, but i did wake up very early confused what that sound is

Lamentablemente, durante toda nuestra estancia vimos muy poco al personal, ya que casi nunca encontrábamos a nadie en recepción. Es cierto que contactábamos por WhatsApp y intentaban solucionar todas nuestras situaciones/ dudas, pero creo que es importante tener alguien disponible en el edificio siempre.

The biggest issue was the manager's behavior. Instead of being helpful and respectful, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in resolving customer concerns. Good hospitality starts with how guests are treated, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that regard.

Our teenagers extremely enjoyed the pool and bathtub and the bathroom, toilets, washing bowl are very well-organised. We really like this place and highly recommend. Everything was great here and all the staff were very helpful, helping us arrange travel to our next destination and laundry service was very quick too. Rooms were spacious and clean with good AC. 櫃檯人員不會一直都在，幫我們叫車後，車子到了不過櫃檯不在，雙方都不太確定是不是對方~另外，房間香味太重了，聞久有點不舒服...

Reviewed May 10, 2026喜歡離古城很近，我們每天早起都會去逛古城跟吃早餐，早上時段是最安靜的時候，很適合拍照。如果早起不知道要幹嘛，8:00游泳池就開放了，喜歡游泳的人可以去體驗。有大廚房，買了泡麵可以在廚房吃完再離開，如果怕在房間吃會有螞蟻。櫃台人員很有活力，告訴我們食物跟按摩店推薦的地方，房間每天都有人打掃得很乾淨，回到家又是一個乾淨的房間。
由於營業有幾年了，所以並沒有像照片一樣，有些物品跟環境已經有些歲月的痕跡，雖然資訊有寫24小時服務，感覺他們一人需要接待很久的時間，所以他們如果沒有客人會用空檔休息，如果櫃台找不到人，需要用網頁或社群聯繫。如使用booking訂房，他們不會用信用卡扣款，會在最後一天收取住房費用，會由飯店跟銀行公司收取3%收手續費，各位不想收手續費的人多帶一點錢。

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Está bien ubicado. Se puede llegar caminando al Old town. Todos los días tienden la cama, cambian toallas. Y las dos hermanas que atienden son amables y te ayudan con el transporte aeropuerto/hotel, es un poco costoso pero garantizas que si lleguen por ti a tiempo.
No es como las fotos. La habitación que nos dieron tenía muchas humedades, la cortina del baño en muy mal estado, la tetera para calentar el agua oxidada, la piscina no provocaba y siempre desordenada la recepción. Casi nunca encuentras a alguien en la recepción.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Die Unterkunft erscheint auf den Bildern besser als sie ist. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Der Pool ist wenig einladend. Zudem gibt es nur zwei alte Holzliegen. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, gleichwohl die Nebenstraßen weniger schön sind.
Die Inhaberin war stets bemüht, doch leider hat die Unterkunft mehr Probleme verursacht als gelöst. Wir haben einen Roller gemietet. Der erste der kam war gänzlich hinüber. Die Hupe war kaputt, das Licht war kaputt und die Handyhalterung war gebrochen. Im Tank war kaum annähernd genug Benzin, um es zur Tankstelle zu schaffen. Wir haben dann darum gebeten, einen Ersatzroller zu bekommen. Hier funktionierte immerhin da Licht und die Hupe. Die Händyhalterung war wieder gebrochen, der Tank stand auf Null - und blieb es auch. Denn die Tankanzeige war kaputt. Statt 125 ccm bekamen wir nur 50 ccm. Weiterhin bietet die Unterkunft einen Wäscheservice. Die neue Leinenkleidung ist danach komplett eingelaufen. Zudem wurde mit roter Farbe unsere weißen T-Schirts verdreckt. Trotz erneutem Waschen ging die Farbe noch immer nicht raus. Die Kleidung ist jetzt hin. Mehr als eine Entschuldigung und den Erlass das Wäschekosten von ein paar Eure hat es nicht gegeben.

Um die Ecke sind zwei tolle coole Cafés zum Frühstücken: Demo Café und Ellie’s Café. Fahrräder können günstig gemietet werden und die Ausgangsposition ist klasse! In ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt und am Fluss.
