- very welcoming and friendly family - helped with ferry booking - nice food in the restaurant - in 15 minutes to the beaches - very local life. I liked to sit on the peer and watch the scenery - everything is very affordable - they offer tours if needed

On Cham Island you join the local life so dont expect the standards of a five star hotel. But in my opinion it is absolute worth it.

La amabilidad de la chica que lo llevaba, nos sentimos como en casa. Nos ofrecieron los tours cuando se los pedimos, tanto uno en moto para ver amanecer como un tour de snorkel. Todo perfectamente planificado por ellos . Cuando perdimos una lancha para volver al continente, nos ayudaron. Nos llevaron en moto al barco de nuevo para que no perdiéramos tiempo. La descripción de estas personas es empatía y cuidado. Magnífica gente en una magnífica isla. Gracias

Amazing Homestay with the BEST family 🫶🏼 thank you so so much to Bee and her family for being so welcoming & friendly! We wish we had stayed much longer! The room was fantastic - AC worked great! Hot shower & even great WiFi! The view from our room was just beautiful & loved the terrace overlooking the sea! We are all our meals at the home stay & everything was SO YUMMY! Also hired a scooter from them & it was perfect! Honestly cannot recommend enough we will definitely book again!! Thank you again ❤️

We loved our time here, it’s such a lovely spot, and you’re really made to feel at home by the hosts. They’re so helpful and friendly, and really can’t do enough for you. We had a tour of the island with the host and it was such a great trip! We’d love to return back one day. :) also they do the best food on the island !

After booking, Tuan Thanh Homestay made it so easy for us to get there by organising our hotel pickup from Hoi An and transfer to the ferry. We were kept well informed and knew exactly what to expect. The room was simple but functional and had a lovely view of the harbour. It was clean with an efficient airconditioning unit. We very much enjoyed our stay and lingering over cocktails and delicious salted coffee at their downstairs verandah.

There was nothing that we could complain about.

Homestay très bien situé , devant l’embarcadère. Chambre petite mais équipée correctement. Un accueil fabuleux, une famille aux petits soins pour apporter des conseils sur les endroit à visiter , répondre aux questions, louer des scooters et même nous réserver en avance les billets du speed boat ! Possibilité de laisser les bagages et de se changer en attendant la chambre.

La signora che ci ha accolto è stata di una gentilezza e dolcezza incredibile, come tutta la sua famiglia. Ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili per l'isola e poi, essendoci stato un' problema con i traghetti per il ritorno, lei e tutta la sua famiglia si sono preoccupati in ogni modo possibile per farci tornare e cercarci un traghetto. Inoltre la camera era davvero pulita, la cucina superba,abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Consiglierò questo posto a tutti.

The family was incredibly warm and welcoming and their home was incredible. I extended my stay as I loved it so much and was sad to leave! The room is extremely clean and spacious and the balcony upstairs is great to relax.

Absolutely everything! From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we felt welcome, cared for, and looked after. Bi and her family are just the most wonderful family you will ever meet, and we couldn't help but smile. The rooms were great (we had the Seaview ones which were amazing), the beds comfortable, and the food so tasty we ate all of our meals here. They helped us with a scooter rental, and provided a taxi service for the 3rd member of our family. They also organised the speedboat return tickets for us, which made getting there so easy. All the home stays on the island are simple in nature, but this family makes theirs a luxury experience

Les repas étaient généreux, simples et délicieux. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits mais nous aurions aimé rester au moins 1 nuit de plus.

Tout !!! L'accueil de Bi est incroyable ! Toute sa famille est présente toute la journée avec le sourire et avec une réelle envie de satisfaire !!! Un homestay comme on les aime !!! L ile est magnifique avec de superbes plages et nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Emplacement très pratique à côté de l'embarcadère et possibilité de Location de scooter et hop on découvre des endroits incroyables. Merci pour tout si on revient au Vietnam un jour on revient ici c'est sûr !!!

Posto comodissimo a due passi dal molo di arrivo, stanze pulite e confortevoli. La proprietaria che gestisce la locanda è una persona dolcissima e super disponibile, come il resto del personale, ci siamo trovati benissimo e consiglio vivamente di mangiare al ristorante annesso. Ci abbia fatto colazione pranzo e cena e era tutto buonissimo. Piacevole anche intrattenersi nel terrazzino con vista mare. Abbiamo noleggiato lo scooter da loro e siamo andati nelle varie spiagge consigliate dalla proprietaria,tutte a pochi minuti. Consigliatissimo

aria condizionata silenziosa ma poco potente quindi abbiamo acceso anche il ventilatore, più rumoroso quindi consiglio sempre i tappi per le orecchie. Tempi del servizio per il ristorante un pò lenti ma ne vale la pena!

We spent six wonderful days at Tuan Thanh Homestay, and leaving was one of the hardest parts of our trip through Vietnam. The room was clean and comfortable, the shared terrace on the upper floor offered a beautiful view directly over the sea. Downstairs, the family lives in the house and runs both the homestay and a seaside restaurant. The food, lovingly prepared by Tuan's mother and the famly, was among the best we had in Vietnam. We ended up eating there again and again. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast there with delicious mango or avocado smoothies and banana pancakes while watching the village wake up—fishermen selling their catch, local people having breakfast, vendors passing by... long before the island filled with daily tourists. Those peaceful mornings are memories we'll always cherish. What truly makes this place unforgettable, however, is the family. Pi speaks excellent English and is incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help. Tuan helped us organize transportation, gave us great recommendations, and patiently explained many aspects of local life and culture. They are both wonderfully knowledgeable, educated and thoughtful people, and every conversation was a pleasure. The whole family made us feel less like guests and more like friends. One evening they even invited us to have dinner with them and experience dishes that were not on the menu. It was a special moment that we will never forget. During our journey we visited many beautiful places across Vietnam, but we often found ourselves thinking about Tuan, Pi, and their family with a sense of nostalgia. We genuinely missed them. My wife even cried when it was time to say goodbye, which says more than words ever could. If you are looking not only for a place to stay, but for a place where you will feel truly welcomed and experience genuine hospitality, this is it.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious with big comfortable beds. The WiFi was really good - amazing for a small island. The people who run this place are just wonderful, they helped us with everything. They booked the boat for us, met us from the pier, we rented a scooter and snorkel from them. We also ate breakfast and lunch here - so good. I ordered the fish with lemongrass and chilli and it was the best I’ve ever had! We went to a restaurant nearby for dinner and I ordered the same - it was nowhere near as good. My husband was also obsessed with the honey and garlic pork. Thank you so much!

Прекрасное место. На первой линии. Здесь же на первом этаже есть кафе. Номер чистый, все необходимое есть. Можно у них же записаться на снорклинг или снять байк. Невероятно радушные владельцы, рассказали о местных пляжах, куда и в какое время лучше пойти, и даже подвезли на пляж.

Great island for a few days rest with lovely beaches within 20-30 minutes walk of the homestay. Tried snorkeling at one of the beaches but little to be seen except a few colourful corals. no large fish. Downtown area quiet most nights.

A peine arrivés nous avons été accueillis comme des rois. Cette famille gère son homestay avec le coeur et ça fait réellement la différence. Nous avons passés 2 nuits et 3 jours et avions l'impression d'être en famille à la maison. C'est avec le coeur gros et les yeux remplis de larme que nous avons quitté cette famille extraordinaire tant par sa gentillesse que pour l'accueil et le service qui nous a été apporté. We loved our stay. Disclaimer for those who don't know: the only village on this island is tiny, with practically only one street to hang around and host tourists (this street is the seafront). This seafront is where all the business are located, and it's about short of a mile long. There are no hotels on the island, only homestays. These are little, 2-story buildings where at the ground floor lives the family-owner and where the restaurant is; top floor is for guest rooms. They are all family business so they do their best with the resources and the infrastructure they had. These are rustic, genuine accommodation that throw you into the life of a local. We never had any problem of any sort. The room was clean and comfortable although it would only just fit the two us; wifi, hot water and aircon worked perfectly. The food was good and genuinely home-made. Pi, the owner, was really helpful with everything and made us feel at home; she also rented us her husband's motorbike. They are a lovely family and made sure that our stay was perfect in everything.

De Homestay ligt aan de haven, je hoort de golven en kan vanaf het gezamenlijke balkon genieten van het uitzicht. De familie is zo vreselijk lief en behulpzaam, heeft ons gelijk alle mooie plekjes om te bezoeken laten zien en het eten was heerlijk.

Er was werkelijk niets wat tegengevallen is, het is de perfecte accommodatie.

Eigentlich alles. Die Lage ist super und direkt am Hafen, man hat nur wenig Gehminuten zum Strand. Zum einen kommt man einfach, da es recht flach ist, zum anderen geht man schon eher bergauf und bergab. Bei der Ankunft gibt Pi einem eine ausführliche Beschreibung darüber, was man wo und wann am besten auf der Insel machen kann und auch das Essen vor Ort ist top! Im allgemeinen habe ich hier in Vietnam noch keinen so tollen und liebevollen Homestay gehabt wie hier. Pi bemüht sich enorm, ist aufmerksam und versucht sich von allen Gästen den Namen zu merken. Obwohl man nur 2min zum Hafen geht, versuchen sie die Gäste mit dem Roller abzuholen und dort abzusetzen. Dazu konnte ich mein Speedboat Ticket über sie buchen und musste mich um nichts kümmern. Ganz großes Lob! Ich würde es immer wieder buchen ♥️

The property was so central with beautiful hosts! We hired a moped and snorkelling gear from them and they instructed us on the best quiet beaches to explore

Les hôtes Thuan et pi et leurs parents nous ont réservé un accueil vraiment exceptionnel. Aide pour la location de scooter qui même sans permis international ne risque pas grand chose sur l’île et est franchement indispensable (6€ par jour😉). La nourriture est tout simplement extraordinaire, la sœur a la cuisine qui est aussi très sympathique,oursins cuits 😋, fruits de mer excellents, j’en passe et des meilleurs….. Mangez sur place c.est le meilleur spot sur l’ile. Pour les amateurs de plongée, des fonds avec des coraux de toutes les couleurs. Exceptionnel et pourtant on a voyagé….

Le logement est parfait pour un séjour sur l’île, les lits sont confortables et les propriétaires sont adorables et aident pour tout !

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die uns sogar noch zur Fähre begleitet haben. Optimale Lage direkt am Hafen und mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Strände und andere Ziele auf der Insel sind durch die zentrale Lage gut zu erreichen Sehr leckeres Essen.

Wenn wir irgendetwas nennen müsste, dann die recht einfache Ausstattung im Zimmer.

Essendo casa sua, quando si entra bisogna togliersi le scarpe, ma questo fa parte dell'atmosfera informale del posto. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. La posizione, al porto , è ottima. La colazione che si paga a parte, è semplice ma gradevole.

This homestay was the absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam 🇻🇳 the family were the most amazing hosts ! In fact it felt like after 3 days stay we felt like part of thier beautiful family . It is a trip we won't forget . Everything was fantastic the rooms the food was delicious prices were great we rented a scooter from them toured the island . The people on cham island we all great ! Everything is clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully arranged, but what really stands out is the human side. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived — comfortable, at ease, and genuinely looked after. There’s a level of trust with the hosts that is rare, and it turns the whole experience into something much more meaningful than a typical stay. It wasn’t the most luxurious place we stayed in — but it was, without a doubt, the best. And that’s what stays with you.

Man fühlt sich gleich bei der Ankunft wie „zu Hause“. Die Familie ist so warmherzig, freundlich und lustig, dass wir direkt einen Tag länger blieben. Richtige Herzensmenschen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber, das Essen ist richtig lecker ! Pi spricht sehr gut englisch, und mit Google-Translate kann man sich auch mit der restlichen Familie unterhalten. Sie kümmern sich non stop um die Wünsche ihrer Gäste und versuchen stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen
