Rooms could be cleaner. Beds for kids not very comfortable . The location is very close to the beach, but nothing interesting near by. Should walk a few minutes to the cliff to enjoy Varkala atmosphere.

Très bon emplacement: vue sur mer, plage toute proche, restaurants juste à côté et ville de Varkala accessible à pied via un sentier le long de la côte. Grande chambre familiale. Le personnel est disponible et prêt à aider pour trouver des transports et activités. Petit déjeuner offert le premier matin :-)

The location was amazing. It had really good views of the beach and the sunset. It was close to the cliff and made everything accessible. Azad, the host was very friendly and helped us with an itinerary. The rooms were fancy and cozy.

We were provided with delicious breakfast which was complimentary. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with all basic amenities available. The staff members were very cordial and helpful and gave all the necessary information to plan our trip. Since we were new there, they helped us in arranging for transportation also.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient service. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable since I was traveling with my family. A mere minute’s walk away, the beach is a haven of peace and tranquility. My stay at this hotel was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Its close proximity to the beach, coupled with its excellent service and comfortable accommodations, make it a perfect choice for anyone seeking a peaceful beachside retreat.

not particularly clean, especially bathroom, despite being only 3 months old. facilities listed on booking.Com list swimming pool and private beach area. it had neither.

The property was walkable distance from the beach. The rooms were like shown in the website. The rooms wre clean and Spacious. The host was too polite and kind and helpful. Nice place to chill.

The price was bit higher imo.

The best thing is view. Eve tym we can experience the sunset and also play around the beach. The room was also clean and well maintained and the person in villa was very helpful. He arranged vehicle and gave tym to refresh and get ready for the train even after the checkout time. Overall it was a great experience.

The room and washroom were clean as it was a newly constructed building. Staff was courteous, and there were no restrictions from their side. AC worked fine, and one can hear tides sound if one comes out of room. The sea view from the room is one thing people will remember. The location was somewhat far from varkala Cliff - walkabale in 15-30 mins, but close to beach - walkable in 5 mins time. There are 2-3 restaurants nearby. Location is subjective - as some prefer happening place or quiet place. This comes under quiet place.

There could have been a small hotel within premises to get breakfast minimum or tea.
