Tangga Bungalows Gili Air

Très jolis bungalows assez spacieux en bois avec matelas et hamac sur la terrasse et frigo. Jolie piscine propre, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très sympa, joli jardin. Pas loin du front de mer, pas trop loin du port pour ceux qui arrivent à pied

Pas top niveau sonore car en bois et localisé au centre, on entend fort le muezzin et les autres si ils font du bruit la nuit (quelques bourrés qui sautaient dans la piscine et rigolaient m’ont réveillé dans la nuit, puis le muezzin le matin). Il faut descendre deux marches de la chambre à la salle de bains, pas adapté pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous n’avons pas apprécié le refus de notre demande de modification de dates de nôtre réservation, à cause d’un incident. Même si ils n’étaient pas obligés(cela faisait partie des conditions), il y avait possibilité d’accepter notre demande avec de la bonne volonté et bienveillance car les bungalows se sont remplis tous les jours, et l’établissement n’aurait rien perdu. Du coup nous avons perdu l’argent pour une nuit, alors que les deux autres que nous avons réservé après l’ont accepté sans aucun problème

El sitio es viejo, se escucha todo, y no está muy limpio, solo dan 2 sábanas pequeñas para taparte y no limpiaron en toda la estancia, encima estaban haciendo obra justo debajo de nuestro bungalow y parecía que estaban dentro por lo que si querías descansar por el día no podías.

Le bungalow numéro 6 est bien (après avoir passé une horrible nuit dans le numéro 5, nous avons changé pour aller dans le 6). La climatisation fonctionne bien et la salle de bain est grande. La literie est assez bonne. Les extérieurs sont jolis, avec une belle piscine. L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche de tout.

Ne surtout pas prendre le bungalow numéro 5, qui est imprégné d’une forte odeur de cigarette à l’intérieur. De plus, ils brûlent tous les déchets juste à côté, ce qui dégage une forte odeur de fumée. Le propriétaire n’est pas aimable et fume sur les terrasses des chambres pendant qu’il fait le ménage. Il n’y a pas de pression dans la douche.

Accueil agréable par notre hôte à l’arrivée, nos bungalows étaient propres. La piscine était propre et agréable, et le petit déjeuner était bon.

Les bungalows sont vieillots, avec des salles de bain sans confort, peu d’eau chaude et du moisi sur la robinetterie, cela manque clairement d’entretien. Les bungalows étaient prêts, mais nous avions demandé un lit supplémentaire pour mon fils qui s’est retrouvé être en fin de journée, un matelas au sol qui avait été rentré de la terrasse extérieure. L’isolation est totalement inexistante.

I due ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono di una gentilezza infinita: ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento. Arrivavamo da quattro giorni in barca e soggiornare qui è stato un vero toccasana. Il bungalow era pulitissimo e si percepisce chiaramente quanto i proprietari tengano alla cura della struttura: puliscono e sistemano continuamente tutto con grande attenzione. Il giardino è semplicemente stupendo, ricco di fiori e piante, e trasmette una sensazione di pace assoluta. È il posto ideale per staccare completamente la spina. Anche la posizione è ottima: la struttura si trova sulla costa est, a meno di 150 metri dalla spiaggia. Appena usciti dal complesso di bungalow ci si trova davanti a una spiaggia meravigliosa, con acqua limpida e la barriera corallina proprio di fronte. Noi lasciavamo tranquillamente tutto in camera e uscivamo semplicemente con pinne e maschera per andare a nuotare. Un’esperienza incredibile! Proprio davanti a questa spiaggia abbiamo visto tantissime tartarughe e una grandissima varietà di pesci. La colazione è semplice, ma davvero buonissima, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. Akita mi ha aiutata anche con il servizio lavanderia: le ho consegnato i miei vestiti sporchi e il giorno dopo erano già pronti, puliti e profumatissimi. Un servizio davvero comodo e apprezzatissimo! Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura: per noi è stata una bellissima sorpresa e un soggiorno davvero rilassante e piacevole. Ci torneremmo senza dubbio!

Excellent séjour au Tangga Bungalows Gili Air. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L'établissement est magnifique, très bien entretenu et offre un cadre paisible, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Gili Air. Les chambres sont confortables, impeccablement propres et l'atmosphère est très agréable. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible. On se sent accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur tout au long du séjour. Je n'ai absolument rien à redire. Tout a été à la hauteur de mes attentes, voire au-delà. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Gili Air.

Plus marrant qu'autre chose : le patron (?) ou le monsieur qui entretient les chambres, je ne sais pas, qui est un peu stone... il ne doit pas fumer que du tabac !!!

This is my second time staying with Tanggayuda and I will never stay anywhere else on Gili! Not only is it comfortable, clean and close to the beach but your hosts welcome you in like family.

The bungalow was stunning, the garden setting and pool area was beautiful and the staff were exceptional! It was my girlfriend’s birthday and so the room was decorated beautifully with flowers without request which made the occasion feel even more special. The breakfasts were delicious and great for socialising with other guests. The location is fantastic, being both close to the beach and the town centre. Overall we had a brilliant stay and I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be returning!

Labai nešvarūs baldakimai, nepatogios lovos, patalynė turėjo specifinį kvapą. Užsikloti duotos tik paklodės. Prie draugių namelio ištisai ir labai garsiai burzgė hidroforas, per kurį buvo sunku pailsėti.

The whole atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. We also really enjoyed the pool and that there was a hammock with the bungalows. Ika was a very friendly host and also the breakfast was really good!

The air conditioning was not very powerful, causing the bungalow to get very hot during the day. Our bed wasn't great either, as the mattress sagged in the middle. Because of that, and because the whole bungalow shook whenever someone went to the toilet, we didn't sleep very well.

It was a little noisy due to how close it was to the beach and the room was a little basic.

The staff / owners are so so friendly, super helpful with anything you need whether it be tours, bikes or general advice. Always offering free fruit and topping up your water, and a small bintang is only 25k - great to have one in your hammock or on your porch. Also a gorgeous little cat that you can make friends with!

The WiFi is a bit intermittent but you’re on an island, it happens.

It’s a bit of a walk down a narrow side path from the ocean so it can be kind of difficult to find the first time. Only other note I’d make is that it would be nice to have some shade umbrellas around the pool

Het is een leuke hut, maar de inrichting is wel onderling anders. Ik had 2 dezelfde kamers geboekt, maar qua luxe was het wel verschillend.

Vond de sfeer op de locatie zelf niet heel erg gezellig. Degene die het daar leidt vond ik een beetje apart; kon vrijwel geen Engels..

Authentieke Indonesische ervaring bij familie op het erf. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het exploiteren van 7 bungalows is nieuw voor ze. Niet alles is perfect, maar dat maakt de familie meer dan goed door alles te doen om je verblijf in Tete Batu tot een geweldige herinnering te maken.

The staff were great, really friendly & helpful. We enjoyed lounging in the hammock, drinking the local palm drink with the owner (and cat!) and listening to old rock music. The path entrance is next to Raja bar and very close to the beach but you are far enough away from the noise to not hear it. The owners organised bikes for us to rent which we used to get around and had free snorkelling gear for us to use. The breakfast was tasty, we mostly had the omlette with toast and a fruit juice. Great price for all you are given here, we extended our stay a few more nights than expected!

Un bel grande giardino verde con in mezzo i bungalow, a circa 100 metri dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti più turistici.

L acqua di doccia e rubinetti aveva un odore non proprio gradevole. La moschea non è troppo distante quindi dalle 4:30 am e per altre quattro volte al giorno tutti i giorni cantano molto forte, ma quando poi ci sono feste importanti cantano in continuo da circa le 9 pm alle 4:30am senza poter dormire. Tutto lo staff il giorno della nostra partenza non ci ha neppure saluti dopo essere stati da loro 15 giorni.

Loved the location, breakfast and the peacefulness of the place! Everyone who works there is fantastic and makes you feel like family. Will definitely be returning when I go back to Gili Air!

Расположение - чтобы попасть туда нужно пройти около 300 м по узкому проходу между заборами и кажется что он никогда не закончится. Кроме того, домики похожи на традиционную деревню сасаков. Они плетеные и на сваях, внутри полумрак и минимум мебели. Мы оттуда съехали в соседний отель.

Muhezin in the area is quite loud (but thats the case for the entire island). Powergrid a bit weak - fuse will blow if you use a hairdryer.

Die Lage war super. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, man konnte zwischen verschiedenen Dingen wählen. Man konnte sich ein Fahrrad direkt in der Unterkunft leihen für kleines Geld. Wasser konnte man sich jederzeit auffüllen. Die Besitzer waren sehr lieb und die Anlage war sehr sauber. Die Bungalows waren sehr gemütlich, vor allem die Hängematte draußen. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem.

De enorme vriendelijkheid, en behulpzaamheid van Ika en Setti. De villa's liggen in een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin. Het lijkt wat afgelegen, maar door een achterdeurtje ben je snel in het centrum van Gili Air. Ook ligt het verblijf op enkele tientalle meters van het strand.

Bungalow and garden were so beautiful and well maintained. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Big thanks to Ika and her family for their hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and refillable drink water was available. I enjoyed hummock on the deck. This place is so relaxing.

My favorite place I have stayed in Indonesia so far. If you love gardens, this place is for you. The property is a collection of private bungalows in a beautiful garden. The garden is very lush and the bungalows are a bit separated from each other, so it feels extremely private. Each bungalow has a porch with a hammock, which was a nice touch. The owners are very friendly and provide freshly cooked breakfast in the dining area each morning. There is also free snorkel gear and a little library in the dining area. The property is a few minutes from Turtle Beach, which has amazing snorkeling close to the shore. The entrances to the hotel are a bit hard to find on Google maps. From the beach side, there is a little lane right across from the ATM Mandiri sign next to the 3W dive shop, which has a "Tangga" sign above it. This lane leads directly to the property. On the inland side, there is a dirt path through a lot directly across from the Flower Bungalow sign. Note that the owners close the inland side entrance at night, but it is very convenient during the day that you can exit on the inland side to more quickly reach the west side of the island.

The wifi could be a bit spotty at times, but this was not an issue for me as I was on holiday. But if you are working remotely and need reliable internet all day it could be a problem.

Very nice and helpful owners, they are always available for advice and support. The bungalows are also very nice and the garden is a highlight. They provide bicycles and masks for the guests.

The way to enter the place might give a wrong impression of the place.

If you are a solo female traveler , avoid this place , The male worker is super creepy and he would harass you during your stay . He seems like he was on mushrooms when I arrived and was super irritated, asked me to cancel the reservation for no reason tell me to stay on the beach , I refused . Then the next day he asked “ did you have bad dream in your room ? The room is cursed ” Seems like he is trying to creep me out so I don’t stay there . It’s so weird and concerning
