Environment was okay and rooms look good.

They gave a room without AC then we asked for a AC room for larger fee they gave us a room with AC but AC was not enough to cool the room. There were no kettle or jug to heat the water. Or any coffee or tea packets were not there. It was not comfortable to stay outside for us because there was a man outside. Room was not clean enough there were sand in the floor.

Es super centrico, al lado de la playa y con un montón de restaurantes buenos, bonito y, baratos muy cerca. Además, la habitación es amplia está bien equipada y el baño es bastante amplio, Esta muy limpio y el sitio es bonito y esta cuidado.

Las camas son bastante duras y los cojines incómodos. No tiene aire acondicionado. Creo ninguna de las habitaciones lo tiene. Otro problema es que hay muchísimos monos y si quieres comerte algo en la terraza tienes que tener cuidado porque te lo arrancan de las manos. La conexión Wi-Fi no era tal ya que te conectabas y no había servicio de internet.

Kwaliteit van de bedden zwaar onder de maat. Je voelde de veringen gewoon. Verdere staat van de kamer was ook slecht onderhouden.

No AC, only a small fan on the wall. There are big vents too to outside in the room above the windows and the door. Bathroom has a half wall out into a foresty area. We ended up with a lot of bugs in the bathroom

The villas are located very near the main road , in a quiet neighbourhood , room was very clean comfortable , good aircon , good WIFI , there are no negative comments whatsoever

The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, quiet, and in an incredible area. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and to our favourite restaurants in Hiriketiya. Nadeeka and the staff are wonderfully helpful, they are friendly and accomodating. I stayed here with 3 friends in two separate rooms and we all had a lovely experience, I know that we will all be back in the future and will recommend this place to anyone travelling in the area! Thank-you so much for this stay!

There is no AC - we were on very hot days, on the top floor - it can become quite the furnace and impossible to sleep

Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area. Comfortable rooms, outdoor shower, for the price I got more than enough. The location is perfect, and the staff was very helpful. Everything I needed, they were there for me.

It was so hot that you couldn't be in the room during the day.

The location was excellent

The rooms are insanely hot, there is no AC, only a fan on the ceiling (doesn’t help a lot). We had shoes marks on the wall (someone had a fight w a spider probably..:) ), and the toilet seat was basically grey. No 24/7 reception, the guy at the accomodation did not really care about us.

Everything..! Everything was perfect! Very, very close to the beach and the beach club and restaurants. Accommodation was very comfortable and the staff also very friendly.

Logement juste à côté de la plage, idéal pour aller voir le levé du soleil. La literie est confortable. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

We had no power for 3 hours one night which made for a hot room - and no response from staff on WhatsApp.

Only thing I would say is that having no AC is really difficult especially in the hotter months. The fan is really not enough.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, mit einem Balkon und auch das Bad mit offenem Fenster nach draußen ist echt cool. Auch der Strand sowie das Zentrum sind sehr leicht erreichbar.

Es ist nur ziemlich warm, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Très bon emplacement, le gérant est très gentil. La chambre est sympa, la douche est géniale ! Pas de clim mais le ventilo était largement suffisant!

Beautiful design of the room, very clean and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of AC and good ventilation, especially on a hot night, since the fan just doesn’t keep the room cool enough. That said, the location is incredible: it’s close to all the best spots in Hiriketiya, and you can also enjoy the beautiful, quiet garden and peaceful surroundings. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Thank you to the kind, attentive host for having us!

For the price paid, the property is exceptional. It’s quiet, peaceful, and so very close to the Hiriketiya beach.

No AC, so it was very hot. ALS, they only accept cash payment.

Locatie was goed, vriendelijk ontvangst, groot balkon en grote bedden. Wifi.

Er is geen airco, enkel een ventilator. Op zich geen groot probleem. Maar 's nachts werden we wakker gehouden door een bonkend geluid. Dit waren hoogstwaarschijnlijk leidingen die tegen constant tegen onze kamer kletterden. Hierdoor geen goede nachtrust gehad. Ook de douche was niet top.

The only good thing it was that property was near the beach

The accomodation was awful I had to leave earlierand book something else because I wasn't able to sleep at this place at all... The bed was a joke , cockroaches everywhere mosquitoes everywhere it was completely open above door and windows and the noise there was construction right next to my room Tuk tuks and you could hear everything! Also it wasn't that cheap for what it offers..Horrible if you want to have nice time in hirikiteya don't go to this place.

sehr viele insekten und geckos durch offenes badezimmer, nachts sehr laut, da das zimmer nicht dicht ist (wir haben leute direkt vor unserem schlafzimmer gehört als wären wir dabei…)

Locatie is top, 50 meter van het strand en allerlei eet plekken. Personeel is behulpzaam.

Geen waterkoker, veel apen rondom je plek. Wij maakten een pakje tuc open en meteen werden we aangevallen en volgende ochtend ook terwijl we alleen de deur open deden. Personeel hielp hier wel goed bij.

El cuarto es cómodo, las instalaciones están bonitas en medio de la naturaleza y en una ubicación conveniente, muy cerca de la playa y de buenos restaurantes locales. El personal es muy atento y flexible, nosotros quisimos quedarnos unas noches más y buscaron la manera de acomodarnos.

En Booking se mencionaba la opción de pagar un adicional para tener desayuno pero este servicio ya no está disponible.

El lugar tiene un encanto especial, seguro y amable. Me hubiera quedado más días, pero iba bookeando al mismo día. Los encargados, agradables y buena gente

J'ai adoré cette chambre. Très propre, salle de bain en extérieur très agréable à utiliser. Pas de climatisation, mais un bon ventilateur. L'emplacement est incroyable ! Excellent wifi.

no me gustó que el dueño del alojamiento delega en un ayudante que no se comunica muy bien, le pedí servicio de taxi (porque en la puerta del alojamiento hay un cartel que lo ofrecen) y me dijo que mejor buscase en una app. Si te tocan unas vecinos ruidosos como a mí, se escucha absolutamente todo. Cuando abría el grifo del lavamanos caía agua por los laterales de la pica.

The only good thing about this property is that it’s a 2-minute walk from the beach. Beyond that, my stay was a sheer disappointment. The bathroom is open-air, and I found frogs and lizards inside, which was extremely uncomfortable. Lots of mosquitoes at night as the bathroom is open air and creepy crawlies can enter the room. The rooms have no AC, only a very slow wall fan, so it was unbearably hot at night. The beds were uncomfortable, there were no proper blankets, and bathroom essentials were barely provided. What bothered me most was the staff entering my room without permission while I was away and only informing me later this is completely unacceptable. Another big issue was payment. They only accept cash, no cards and no payments through Booking.com. I was not informed of this policy in advance. Instead of taking payment at check-in, they demanded it only at checkout, which caused a huge hassle and delayed me when I had somewhere important to be. They made me run around the town to organise for cash last minute Overall, this property lacks basic comfort, transparency, and professionalism. I would not recommend staying here.

Lovely, central room with a beautiful view over the jungle.

It’s literally less than 100 meters to the Hiriketyia beach, so you can leave your key somewhere and go directly surfing barefoot. It’s simple and cosy, I had the little room with shower, with some openings in the wall for air circulation and fan. I saw jungle through my windows and heard the sea behind it. I really loved staying there, it felt like being home. If I come back to Hiriketyia one day, I don’t want any other accommodation. Staff was very nice. Also, the price is unbeatable.

The kitchen was not top, but at least it had a knife to cut and peel the fruits and an electric kettle to warm up a tea

Location was excellent, very close to the beach. It was lush and leafy, with an open toilet design, felt very close to nature but the room was well sealed so there were no insects inside the room. Very close to the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance.
