No tengo prácticamente nada que añadir, solo que si cocináis algo no lo dejéis sin supervisión! Hay un par de gatos bastante hábiles ;)

בצד ימין היה רעש של בנייה מהבוקר והיה קשה לישון (בחדרים מצד שמאל זה לא הפריע).

Arlene nous a aidé à organiser le tour des tri Island. Elle était super gentille ! L’emplacement est cool, à 5 min de la plage et pas très loin des restaurants

Des dizaines et des dizaines de moustiques dans le logement alors qu’on a tout laissé fermé, sûrement qu’ils passent par le plancher. Douche franchement pas très propre, étagères sales, difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude. Pour le lit c’est un petit matelas sur des planches en bois.

Estuvimos en una de las habitaciones de arriba y todo muy bien, cómodo y limpio, además teníamos aire acondicionado y estábamos tan a gusto que pudimos alargar nuestra estancia 3 noches más.

Si tuviera que decir algo, diría que está algo lejos del centro y el camino de tierra por el que hay que pasar esta siempre encharcado y embarrado.

Very big clean room with your own deck to chill out at the end of the day. The whole place was kept immaculately clean and a unique lovely stay like a beach house, tree house. Also hired a scooter from them which was great

El lugar es bonito, me tocó arriba, parecía una cabaña de árbol. La mujer que cuidaba el lugar siempre estaba barriendo para que no estuviera el suelo sucio y con una sonrisa.

El lugar está lleno de ratas, cada día vi alguna, así que si tienes problemas con eso no es tu lugar. La puerta de nuestra habitación estaba rota y era un problema para cerrar siempre. Los baños no estaban especialmente limpios.

La ubicación en un sitio tranquilo entre la vegetación. La atención del personal y la habitación tanto por dentro como por fuera. También se agradece que tenga ducha de agua caliente, sobre todo en época de lluvias.

El camino para llegar es super pantanoso. Y la limpieza del baño y la ducha es bastante mejorable.

L'accueil est agréable et l'aide d'Arlene qui nous a apporté de nouveaux draps quand nous avons eu une invasion de fourmis dedans. La localisation est parfaite et c'est joli La possibilité de se faire livrer un scooter sur place ( mais ils sont en mauvais état ) Accès à une cuisine même si les équipements pour cuisiner sont très abîmés.

La propreté des lieux communs mériterait un grand nettoyage en détail de temps en temps. Mettre à disposition une lampe de chevet serait agréable

Super friendly staff!! The beds were really comfortable, the room clean and sufficient space to put your belongings (especially if you’re staying more than a few days). Brilliant location so you can walk to cloud 9 really easily, but also quite enough at night. The kitchen had great facilities (everything you could need), and a free water fill up station as well.

The only downside was that the bathroom (one of the shared ones) had very low water pressure so the shower did not work very well and was not very warm. However we just used one of the other bathrooms which was super warm water and good pressure!

It’s so beautiful and the location is very close to the main area (better if you have a scooter) where all the restaurants and bars are, and because it’s not exactly on that spot you can rest without noises and chill.

Loved our stay- very lovely staff and facilities! One thing I would suggest is to update the bicycles as they are very old and rusty!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The place is peaceful and quiet—perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. An ideal spot to relax and unwind.

We had a comfortable little room with nice amenities. Hot shower and well equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Lots of insects also in the rooms but you can ask for a mosquito net The rubbish in the kitchen can smell very bad.

Place felt very homey, and the pets are so cute! At times, I felt like I wanted to stay in all day cause the bed was comfy.

The large room with a private balcony where you can relax. It is in walking distance to restaurants and some shops. It has a nice and well equiped kitchen. I loved the rustic athmosfere.

The dirt path to the villa can be muddy when it has rained hard. But by moped no problem.

Place is super cute, well located and quiet. Just the amenities are a little old school.

Beautiful hidden accommodation in busy General Luna. Quiet place where you can relax, it's nice to sit front of your room. Drinking water refill station, kitchen and large bright room.

Staff, Ate Arlene was very accomodating and welcoming. Location, quiet, close to nice restaurants and perfect for getting to different surf breaks. Big bed, air conditioning and fan were amazing.

Love that it is quiet and secluded from the crowd. Room is spacious and clean. Just hope the room had AC as well but otherwise, everything was good.

Really nice place to stay for a long time, away from the party hostels but close to everything!

I personally liked the approachable staff (the official ones and their friends too) and the close proximity to my surf school which was just down the street.

Bed isn’t as comfy as I would’ve wanted, but I guess that’s the price you pay. Also it wasn’t clear to me as I was booking through this website that the bathroom was communal even for the room we got.

Of the 8 places we stayed in the Philipenes this was our favourite. Great size room, flawless kitchen facilities, fantastic balcony area with comfy seating. Multiple fans inside and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Towels included. Strong Wi-Fi.

Our stay in The Broken Board was really good, we had a nice room and the outdoor area is also cozy and good to relax away from the hustle and bustle from Cloud 9. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff is very hospitable and generous. Though its obvious that they are catering tourist and guest for the past years they still did not fail to welcome everyone as if its their first guest.❤️

It feels like home.

A home away from home. We simply love this place! Super internet, good showers and a kitchen facility. Amazingly quiet and in the middle of a lush, green garden. Arlene is so nice!

A backup generator would be great for when there are power cuts

It’s well located and spacious. There was free water included and there are cooking facilities, albeit basic. The host was responsive and Ate was helpful when required.

Bugs. Loads of them and no matter how much spray you use they will be in your bed and on your stuff. We didn’t sit on the indoor sofa once due to the bugs and we still got bitten to shreds. The whole place needs a good clean as it smelt really bad when we were there, we had to clean a few things ourselves and ask for towels, bins etc to be changed on our first day due to the smell - power cuts and the fridge don’t help with this and the kitchen is missing some basic equipment. There were also rats running around the roof space which is not what you want to see when you’re sitting on the balcony. With a bit of love it could be a good place but, at the moment, I wouldn’t go back

Tim and Ate Arlene were very hospitable and takes the extra mile to make us feel at home in their place.

The property was in a nice central location. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We recommend the motorbike rental place, safe helmets with appropriate paperwork. Shower pressure was good.

The bathroom and kitchen (including fridge) could do with a more thorough clean, but otherwise the facilities were sufficient. The room had no AC, which we didn’t realise but our fault. It was very hot being upstairs with only fans. The downstairs rooms have AC and I would suggest you book those.

We stayed for one night because our flight was leaving later than we booked. It was really nice, they already had the room ready for an early check in and the host was extremely friendly and helpful! She organized the airport shuttle for us in the morning and even got up at 5 to walk us to where we needed to be! Really appreciate it and next time we will definitely stay all our nights here :)

We loved our stay and wished we could've stayed longer. An absolute gem. The staff were really friendly and the facilities were good. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were cozy and clean. Even the shared bathroom was in great condition.

Everything, the room was incredibly comfortable and the shared bathroom was algo fantastic! In our 4 days we have never wait for it, and it also was very big. We could use a fridge to keep our food fresh and the location was in the middle of General luna! The highlight of the hotel was the staff working there, Arlene was so king and helped us with absolutely EVERYTHING, including moto-rental. It was a great experience!

Perfect location- close to everything but tucked away so very peaceful. Kitchenette and space outside to sit was a big positive for us. Beds were comfy. Definitely recommend!

Its really disapointing, because the room was nice, but we had some big fat rats in our room and they destroyed our bags. We could hardly sleep because they where so loud and my girlfriend was really scared, that they ran all around the room, while we where sleeping. When I texted the landlord about it, there was no understanding or accommodation on his part. There are so many nice houses in General Luna, so I cant recomend this one.

The staff (Ate Arlyn) are very attentive, kind, and helpful. I love how spacious the room is and the balcony outside. It's the perfect space to practice yoga in the morning. The surrounding views is amazing. It's also pretty quiet! I would go back again and definitely recommend.

The shared bathroom has the shower and toilet in the same big area, but it does not have a divider. A curtain in between would be nice to keep the floor dry in the toilet area.

The location is far from the busy places, the ambiance is so relaxing and comfy. It is a good place for such a long vacation where you want to just have a peaceful moment. A place to just chill and hear the wind blowing and birds singing!

We had a brownout but I know it is not the owner's fault. This is something they cannot control. Luckily I am off for an island tour when I get back - power is back!

Had an extremely pleasant time during my 5 days of stay. Ate Arlyn helped me with the tours. It was peaceful and quiet even though it's near the major locations in the town.

I just wish they had a safe to put the valuables in.

I love this place. Whenever I go to Siargao, I stay here. Near to the beach and assist from ate was pleasure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Broken board. Away from the noise and close to everything you need. The whole property is very nice and Arlene the manager and her partner couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The rooms are minimalistic and clean, the bathroom is spacious, has hot water (even though you don't need it and it is the best to use bucket shower that is also available), the kitchen has all you need for cooking, even rice cooker, the terrace is very pleasant to spend your mornings and evenings. Arlene arranges the motor bike for rent as also the very early tuk tuk ride we needed to the port when leaving with a ferry. We stayed with our daughter and if we come back we would book again.
