House Of Comfort Delhi

L’hôtel est extrêmement calme: absolument aucun bruit de circulation ou de klaxons (les autorités indiennes feraient bien d’agir contre ce fléau insupportable et dangereux pour la santé). C’est très rare! Les chambres donnent sur un parc silencieux. En dix minutes à travers cet écrin de verdure, on arrive à la station de métro Nehru Place, très bien connectée au reste de la ville. Au sein du mall qui se trouve au même endroit se trouvent d’excellents restaurants. Ravinder et Ranjit ont été aux petits soins durant notre séjour. Excellent service. Notre chambre était propre, il y avait de l’eau chaude, l’air conditionné fonctionnait bien, le purificateur d’air aussi, le lit était grand et confortable. Merci! Nous reviendrons

The location was great. Its a little hard to get to with the cab and the really tight lanes, but the whole team there is really helpful.

The rooms have too much furniture - but that is a personal preference. Overall it was fantastic.

Накануне приезда запросили ранний заезд, получили согласие. В 7 утра заспаный управляющий с недовольным видом сообщил что у них заселение в 11, показали сообщение от отеля с согласием. Поселить согласились, но завтраком кормить не будут. Ну вроде договорились, т.к. в день отъезда мы позавтракать не успеваем, а он уже включён в стоимость. В момент оплаты сумма неожиданно увеличилась на 1000 рупий. Объяснил это курсом рупий к руб., что совершенно непонятно как получилось, сдачи с полученной налички не нашлось, что увеличилось оплату ещё на 80 рупий. Спорить с управляющим уже не было сил после 12 часового переезда, хотелось просто спать. Комната маленькая, без окон. Предложили большую, но там нет кондиционера. В душе только жидкое мыло, туалетную бумагу принесли после обращения. Это было бы норм для хостела или 3 звезд, но мы всё таки говорим про 4 звезды и цена у отеля на 4 звезды. Попросили заказать нам такси в аэропорт, уезжали ночью. Такси приехало во время и мы долго не могли понять, что не так. Таксист говорил только на хинди. Через 15 минут выяснилось, что при заказе такси в аэропорт на телефон приходит код по которому надо выезжать на территорию аэропорта. Пришлось будить управляющего, который даже и не думал провожать гостей, из персонала присутствовал только охранник около двери. Отель без сомнений не 4 звезды, слабая 3. Порадовала только чистота и расположение.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, nah zur Metro, Restaurants, Baha’i Temple an einem wunderschönen Park. Ich habe schon vergessen dass ich in einer Giganten Stadt bin! Das Personal war sehr zu vorkommend und freundlich. Randit and Sumil sind ein gutes Beispiel für Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Zimmer. Vielen Dank und gerne kommen wir wieder!

I stayed here for work as it was located near my place of business, it was an amazing stay! Amazing place! Very clean and really helpful and kind people run the place!

The location is good

Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The owner allowed us to stay until 6PM on the day of our checkout before our red-eye at no extra cost. Breakfast was affordable and tasty. Rooms are clean and very functional; the bathroom felt recently renovated and nice. Good WiFi.

The room was advertised with a "courtyard window," but in reality the window simply opened onto the hallway. This mean that the curtains basically had to be closed while we were in the room or folks walking by could look in. The location overall in Delhi is great, but the house itself is located at the very back end of a closed development area, meaning that getting from the main road to the front door is kind of a hassle. The hotel backs onto a nice park, though, which you can walk through to get to a bigger street for faster ride pickups.

Vorrei rivolgere un grande ringraziamento a Ranjeet e Karan, che ci hanno assistito con grande disponibilità in ogni momento. La colazione era perfetta, davvero eccellente! L’appartamento si trova in un quartiere vicino al Tempio di Loto: non è in pieno centro a Delhi, ma grazie alla metropolitana si raggiunge qualsiasi zona della città in pochissimo tempo. Consigliatissimo, andateci se potete.

L’hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Unica nota da segnalare: abbiamo riscontrato qualche difficoltà con il pagamento tramite carta e abbiamo quindi optato per il pagamento in contanti.

It’s a great , quiet and clean guest house with excellent location. It is in the posh residential area of South Delhi. Best advantage is location. If you are looking for a cozy place with a great location and a genuine comfortable and secure atmosphere, I highly recommend House Of Comfort. Extremely value for money.

I would really recommend House of Comfort Delhi if you are looking for a very comfortable spot in the centre of the city yet pin drop silent that is amazingly clean and with great facilities. We stayed here for a few nights in total , it was beautifully decorated in what felt like a traditional wooden style beds. More than anything else, the room and the rest of the building was spotlessly clean, as were the bathrooms. We have been staying in a lot of hostels and Guest Houses and this was by far the cleanest. The AC was super powerful - we kept turning it off because the room got so cold. I would say the only downsides of the place is taxi people try to fool you the way is narrow.The location is super excellent. The owners are so delightful - made sure to always turn a fan on when we were sat down. We had a lovely stay overall

la calidez de quienes atienden. ranjeet das, Asok y Sulim muy atentos en todo momento quienes preparaban un desayuno tipico indio con dedicacion. Los dueños tambien fueron muy buenos anfitriones. Al estar al lado de un parque es un buen refugio para descansar despues de estar en la ruidosa ciudad.

Aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereites Personal. Vom Besitzer über Ravindra, den Manager, bis hin zu Ranjit und dem Security-Wächter des Hauses kümmerten sich alle um mein Wohl. Der Security-Wächter begleitete mich zur nächsten ATM-Maschine und zur nahegelegenen Metrostation. Das feine Morgenessen wurde auf dem schönen Rooftop mit Blick über den Park serviert. Ich hatte ein grösseres Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Park gebucht. Das Zimmer war mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet: Mit Kühlschrank, Luftreinigungsmaschine, Van, Klimaanlage, frischem, sauberem Wasser, das man jederzeit selber nachfüllen konnte. Die Dusche mit warmem Wasser und das WC funktionierten einwandfrei. Eine Waschmaschine steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ich bin begeistert. Die Pension liegt direkt neben dem Park, wo die Vögel zwitschern und die Eichhörnchen herumschwirren, und dies mitten in Delhi. Die Metrostation ist in 5 Minuten über den Park erreichbar. In der Nacht ist ein Umweg empfehlenswert. Ansonsten fühlte ich mich sehr sicher. Des Öfteren ging ich nach Einbrechen der Dunkelheit in unserer Strasse noch etwas Kleines zum Essen einkaufen.

Da die Pension für Delhi ausserordentlich ruhig gelegen ist, ist die Musik der Disco am Wochenende auf der anderen Seite des Parkes leider gut zu hören.

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place. The location is excellent — the metro station is only about 5 minutes away, and the walk to it goes through a park, which makes it even more enjoyable and relaxing. The owner and staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a TV, and a large bed. It was clean, spacious, and offered a nice terrace, which was a great bonus. Check-in and check-out were flexible, which added a lot of convenience. There is also 24/7 security, and the neighborhood feels very safe. Overall, a great stay with a very good balance between comfort, location, and hospitality.

Tenía algunas dudas y no me gustó que nadie me atendiera mis llamadas y mensajes antes de acudir al Hotel. El dueño, a pesar de recibir mis mensajes en WhatsApp, nunca me respondió a mis dudas, por tanto, una vez que llegué al Hotel, y pagar todo el dinero por adelantado, tuve que soportar todas las cosas que no me gustaban. Si me hubiera contestado a tiempo, no habría habido sorpresas. No hay ascensor, así que prepárate a subir escalones. Hay una puerta principal externa de la que no te dan llave, por tanto no puedes salir y entrar del Hotel a partir de las 11:00 de la noche. Y si lo haces tendrás que molestar a alguien para que te abra. Fue algo molesto llevar visitas a la habitación. Demasiado control de quién entra y sale. La calefacción era inexistente, pero me prestaron un calefactor. Cosas positivas: El personal fue amable y trataron de ayudar. Me dieron la posibilidad de cambiar moneda a rupias locales. El dueño fue amable y me ayudó mientras duró mi estancia.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the park. The staff was really helpful and serviceminded. All in all we had a great stay. The rooms are quite good value price for south delhi.

The hostel is a bit cut off from Nehru Place at night, since it is probably not safe to walk through the park when it is dark (no problem in the daytime). Still not a big issue since it was very easy and quick to get rickshaws on Uber at any time.

The host and staff were wonderful. Very attentive and responsive. The breakfast in the morning was great and it felt like we were a part of the family.

Our room was very nice, but I didn't expect it to be in a basement with no windows. I think making that a little more clear would help with expectations.

Nice vibe, comfortable rooms and the helpful staff seemed to have address almost every complaint I have read for this place (other than the location), as long as you understand it is a self serviced guesthouse style hotel and not a normal hotel you will enjoy things.

Whoever operates the booking phoneline, they just hang up on you mid sentence every time you ring, which ever idiot is running this phoneline almost cost them business, and should be kept away from the customers, because it had me considering cancelling an otherwise good booking. Rating would be 8-9 without this interaction. Also others have said, the location is a big headache for taxi drivers, better to walk to the main road yourself,

The team, breakfast, the rooftop !! Next metro station (Nehru place) is close. You can easily buy delicious food in the area, which is calm and very different from the Old Delhi or Paharganj. One of my favorite are the birds in the park next to the house. I'll come back, sure.

Regardless if you are already a bit familiar with India or not the place is just the perfect spot to stay in Dehli. Location is fantastic, walking distance to Lotus temple or Iskcon through public garden, 2 mn. walking distance to Dehli metro taking you to all major places ! and the team is so kind, Aso is preparing delicious breakfast with parata and eggs, Ravinda is helping you for all you need to make your stay confortable and Sahil will kindly provide you with ready to use metro pass. Nothing to add, just very good stay, very clean and large rooms, we will definitly come back for sure.

The receptionist Ravindra is helpful to introduce the facilities when we arrive. The location is great right next to the park which is rare in Delhi. Nearby there’s also metro.

I really liked staying here. It is a peaceful enclave with little traffic, small shops and temples around, and close to the metro. If you're a solo woman walking back through the park do so before sunset. The vibe of the guest house is upbeat and positive, and the staff are kind, attentive and good humoured. Ravinder especially goes above and beyond, and both he and Sahil the owner regularly check in to see that all is okay. This gives a feeling of safety and comfort which I really appreciate. The bed was quite comfortable (not as hard as others), and I was very happy to be able to use the kitchen to boil my vegetables in the evenings, thank you!

For those sensitive to sound, the Delhi sky reverberates with music some nights, and the guest room doors are quite clangy (people tend to bang them shut; the white noise of fan and earplugs help).

Location was amazing, right behind the hotel is a big garden park and it’s possible to walk to ISKCON and Lotus temple through the park. I was also very happy to see that there was an air purifier filter in the room which is so good because Delhi air quality is very unhealthy. The air filter was very appreciated. Everything was very clean and the staff was super kind and helpful

Check-in took ages, the room was very dirty including: hair from another person on the shower wall, slippers that were not ours in the bathroom, dirty towels, and the bed did not feel clean at all. Also the staff sleeps in the common area during the night.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was great! Highly recommend having the tasty breakfast on the rooftop terras while enjoying the view over the park and the sounds of all its birds.

The location was great in terms of neighborhood and distance to other parts of the city, but some Uber drivers refused to drive into the neighborhood or canceled pick ups. Pre-booking a cab when you e.g. need to go to the airport is advisable.

The place was amazing! Support was great! The staff was super helpful. Ravindra made sure we had everything. We had a late flight and they stored our luggage and let us take a shower. When we’re back ib Délhi Will definetely stay here again. We slept very well.

Staff were very accommodating of us showing up earlier than our planned check in time and helped us take our bags up to our room, which was very much appreciated! There was also a lot of chai on tap, which was nice too. The room was basic and clean - RO water was provided and you could help yourself to more supplied downstairs if needed. The roof terrace also had a great view.

House of Comfort is down a narrow residential street in a neighbourhood of Delhi - we had some issues with taxi drivers who didn't want to take us right down to the end, particularly larger cabs. This is offset by closeness to the metro station and main roads through the park but worth bearing in mind for travellers.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The location is at the end of a road so it was very quiet and peaceful! The owner checked in with us multiple times during our stay. He provided some local spots for dinner. We were greeted by lovely staff and offered chai.

There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the price of the room but this was sorted very amicably so still a 10 rated stay for us.

Great location, near the park away from the street which provides peace and quiet in noisy Dehli. Rooms very clean with refrigerator, air conditioner and air purifier. Access to essentials like towels, hair dryer, soap, water, coffee and snacks. Very comfortable large bed. Staff friendly and helpful, willing to give tips on how to get around Dehli, what to see and where to eat well. I would choose this hotel again without a second thought. I recommend!

I was a bit skeptical about booking at the House of Comfort near Nehru Place. However, I took the plunge to book there and can really state that I am very glad I did so. And in future, when visiting Delhi, I already know where to stay. The room was very nice and tidy and comfortable. The service was excellent … two gentlemen by the names of Ranjit (Bengali) and Abdesh (Bechand) were very helpful and always ready to help with a smile. There is coffee and tea and water available 24 hours and another little surprise and great thought was there were basic snacks available free of charge in the little reception area. I also happened to meet the owner, Sahil, who turned out to be nice charming host. All in all, if looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in the heart of Delhi, this is the place - absolutely brilliant for budget travellers. Nehru Place Metro Station is also close by. Glad I made the decision to stay there for 3 nights at the end of March 2025.

We spent most of our trip in the hotel because of food poisoning (not from the hotel). The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel owner provided electrolytes and medication. There is a lovely view from the balcony and it feels like a very peaceful spot.
