Colazione ottima, abbondante e varia. La posizione è bellissima, tra i prati, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro della città. Camera molto confortevole.

Miejsce bardzo zadbane, czyste i schludne. Właściciele dbają o wszelkie detale oryginalności. Przepiękna okolica, kilka minut do Salzburga. Nasz synek był zachwycony zwierzątkami. Pyszne śniadania i przemiły gospodarz. Będziemy polecać innym i wrócimy😊

So ein schönes Gebäude und Zimmer, alles sauber und neu! Die kinder haben die Tiere und Fahrzeuge geliebt. Auch die Betreuung zum Frühstück war großartig und wir haben tolle Tipps für die Tagesgestaltung bekommen! Top!

Très belle déco, accueil sympa au petit déjeuner, qui est très bien, cadre verdoyant. C'est un peu à l'écart de Salzbourg mais cela permet d'être au calme. Les animaux.

The place is beautiful, located a few minutes from Salzburg and secluded to our liking. The room we had was very spacious, and the overall farm surrounding the place was a lovely place for the children to play in and pet the animals. The breakfast was excellent and the owner even got up an hour early to open it when we had to leave for our morning flight back home, to give us the complete experience and level of service instead of a packed lunch, which is truly admirable!

NOTHING that we didn't like. But if anything could make this place better, it's a sauna :)

Well located and very clean. The amenities were well-considered and generous. No Ac but fan provided. Lovely animals and magnificent scenery. Our car broke down in the middle of our stay, and they were very kind to let us extend our stay and help us explain the problem to the garage. We really appreciated their kindness and assistance during this unexpected situation. highly recommended and definitely stay again if we have chance to visit the area again.

Semplicemente bellissimo! Personale accogliente e cordiale, struttura pulita e studiata nei dettagli, sia in camera che per quanto riguarda le aree comuni. Spazio esterno con bel panorama montano e la possibilità di vedere gli animali. Colazione varia e buonissima. Insomma, lo consigliamo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, the property was lovely, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Nothing to dislike.

I came for the Salzburg festival and was taken aback by how expensive the hotels were. Well, Salzburg is small and there are a lot of people in town for the festival. Gut Mitterlehen feels like it is "out in the country" and yet it is only 15 minutes from downtown parking in Salzburg. So the location is excellent.

Noise travels easily - particularly screaming kids. But kids are kids. Nightime it was quiet though.

Lugar espectacular, todo impecable y moderno, parecía recién construido. En medio de las montañas, con vistas increíbles. El desayuno era bastante completo, con opciones dulces y saladas, todo muy rico. El staff muy amable y disponible para aconsejar paseos y actividades por la zona. Volvería sin dudas.

Schöne Unterkunft oberhalb von Salzburg, tolles Frühstück, schöne Umgebung, Wandern direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Toll fanden wir auch die Tiere (Ziegen, Esel, Schweine, Alpakas, Ponys, Kaninchen), die man im Stall besuchen konnte. Mit unseren E-Bikes konnten wir gut nach Salzburg und zurück (den Berg hoch) fahren. Wir kommen wieder!

Nichts, alles gut

Άνετη χώροι, καθαρό, έχει πλυντήριο που είναι σημαντικό, έχει πάρκινγκ δωρεάν που είναι σημαντικό, είναι μέσα στη φύση πάρα πολύ κοντά από την πόλη του Σάλτσμπουργκ.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα απλά μας φάνηκε λίγο ακριβό για κατάλυμα εκτός πόλης.

De B&B is rustig gelegen op een heuvel. Een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad Salzburg te verkennen, maar 's avonds te ontsnappen aan de drukte op deze landelijke plek. De aanwezige dieren (koeien, ezels, geiten, varkentjes, pony's en konijnen) dragen bij aan het landelijke gevoel. De accommodatie is ruim en heel schoon. De bedden zijn ruim en liggen heerlijk. De badkamer is ruim en heeft een fijne inloopdouche. 'S avonds hebben we de schaduw van het terras aangrenzend aan de ontbijtzaal opgezocht, waar we met uitzicht op de koeien tot rust konden komen. De host is gastvrij en zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Het ontbijt biedt voor ieder wat wils met yoghurt, fruit, broodjes en zoetigheden, inclusief op bestelling door de gastheer klaargemaakte eieren.

Location is great - nice and quiet, and our daughter loved the animals around the farm and the Bobbycars out in the courtyard. The flat itself was clean and very liveable. Pretty much had everything we needed for the kitchen and loved the shower.

Everything was great! This is definitely nothing negative at all, but just a tip for people driving out to Fuschlsee/Wolfgangsee etc to be prepared for quite a precarious single lane road out on the Schwaitl Landsstraße! We did get used to it after a couple of tries though!

Meseszép környék, csendes, nyugodt. Saltzburg mégis 10 percre van. A szállás gyönyörűen felújított, fantasztikus fa burkolatok, ízléses berendezés. Nagyon tiszta, igényes szoba. Az ágy kifejezetten kényelmes, a párnák különösen (ami ritka). Tetszett az online bejelentkezés és a kulcsdobozos megoldás.

Ferienwohnung sehr sauber... Schön geräumig. Mit Balkon super Ausblick. Trotzdem schnell in Salzburg.... In wenigen Minuten kann man problemlos in Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel umsteigen.... Sehr gute Taktung.... S-Bahn. O-Bus fahren regelmäßig und lange.... Durch das Salzburger Guest Mobility Ticket sogar Kostenlos....Familie Steindl hat es vorab gesendet. Danke !! Für Familien mit Kindern sind natürlich die Tiere, der Spielplatz, und der Kinder Fuhrpark spannend.... Außerdem Tischtennisplatte und Spiele verfügbar... Frühstücks-/Aufenthaltsraum mit Terrasse auch super .... Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.... können es nur empfehlen!!!!

We liked everything!! The location is majestic, the rooms beautiful and clean and comfy, the host was so nice and met all our requests with politeness and a smile!

Wir waren zwei Nächte dort (Durchreise). Ein sehr schöner und gepflegter Hof mit Tieren (Alpakas, Ziegen, Hasen,Schweine, Esel und Pferden). Sehr nette Gastgeber, 1A Frühstück. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteter Frühstücksraum. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und Top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach herrlich, ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Salzburg. Tolle Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excelente. Pousada nova, familiar, quarto enorme e confortável, toalhas macias, chuveiro maravilhoso, TV com canais sortidos, , camas muito boas, café da manhã sortidos e farto. Quanto a localização não fica próximo ao centro de salzburgo mas fica próximo a um estacionamento com fácil acesso ao transporte público.

La posizione molto tranquilla

Ero stato in questa struttura circa dieci anni fa e da allora non é cambiata molto. Secondo me dovrebbe aggiornarsi offrendo comodità maggiori. Ad esempio avere TV nelle camere secondo me serve a poco mentre servirebbe nella zona giorno. Inoltre offrire canali solo in tedesco ne rende l'utilizzo soprattutto la sera nullo. Inoltre bisognerebbe isolare meglio gli appartamenti sia dai rumori degli altri appartamenti sia dai continui insetti all'interno dell'abitazione. Infine andrebbe utilizzato meglio lo spazio destinato agli animali permettendo agli ospiti di interagire con loro non solo osservandoli.

정성껏 관리하는 친구네 집 같은 곳, 도심 스트레스 같은 건 전혀 없음. 가족단위 투숙객이 많아 아침마다 아이들이 동물들과 교감하는 걸 볼 수 있음. 호스트가 옆에 거주하면 문의사항에 대해 바로 답변 및 해결해 줌.

욕실에 물비누만 구비되어 있고. 기본 양념이 전혀 없어 구입하거나 준비해 가야 함.

Ganz tolle Location, einfach traumhaft. Sehr schöne Zimmer, mit Holzausstattung, Bad mit Regendusche und alles sauber. Gute Frühstück und die Gastgeber super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Kinder finde ich ganz toll die Tiere am Hof, Schaukel, Rutsche und Bobby Car, also für die Kinder ein kleines Paradies. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank ☺️

Das Gut liegt sehr zentral, nur etwa 5 km von der Stadt entfernt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und besonders für Kinder hervorragend geeignet. Die Tiere auf dem Gut waren ein großes Highlight. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Gastgeber außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen, davon 4 Kinder, und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche schöne Wanderungen und viele attraktive Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin total beeindruckt gewesen von dem Wohlfühl-Ambiente, dass alle meine Sinne berührt hat. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr einladend und es gab alles, was ich benötigt habe. Sogar die Tiere hießen mich willkommen :-) Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, mit Vorliebe für Regionales...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Gut Mitterlehen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von den Tieren auf dem Hof. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, und dennoch ist Salzburg schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer und großes Bad mit wunderschöner Holzausstattung. Grosszügiger Frühstücksraum und alles sehr schön.

Die Lage war traumhaft und auch in der Unterkunft war alles ein Traum.

Zimmer waren sehr groß, Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster. Lage etwas abgelegen aber dafür sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, auch vorab unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Höchstens dass das Bett etwas weich war.

Alles top, wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

The apartment and its location are absolutely amazing! It is brand new, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. ​The complex features farm animals and a playground, which was a fantastic bonus and kept the kids completely entertained. ​Maria and Christian are wonderful hosts—incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed, even before we arrived. Breakfast was also excellent. ​We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation! A huge thank you to Maria and Christian for a wonderful experience and great hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Gut Mitterlehen. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was included with our room and was cooked fresh every morning by Christian. The surrounding area is stunning and it was lovely to be out of the city. Bonus donkey and goats pats were lovely 🥰

All was great. Just note that there are stairs if you’re not very mobile.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Lage und sehr freundliches familiengeführtes Anwesen.

Das schöne Haus und die Zimmer sind bestens gepflegt, gefällt mir. Idealer Ausgangsort für Wanderungen (liegt direkt beim Ausgangspunkt zum Gaisberg). Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Dom jest bardo piękny i funkcjonalny. Piękne widoki z okien. Wokół domu dużo przestrzeni dla dzieci. Zwierzęta w gospodarstwie są dodatkową atrakcją . Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. W pobliżu domu piękne trasy do krótkich spacerów. Cisza i spokój. Chętnie wrócimy ponownie. Dziękujemy

Toto místo je dokonalé. Strávili jsme tu pár nocí s dětma (5,6 let). Lokalita absolutně top, apartmán čistý, pohodlné postele, vše moc pěkné. Snídaně byla fantastická. Přímo u apartmánů je mini farma se zvířátky. Rozhodně doporučujeme a nebyli jsme tu naposled 😊

Egy dolog nem tetszett, hogy nincs a fürdőszobaablakon semmilyen sötétítő, ezért aki sötétben fürdik annak kicsit kellemetlen, hogyan oldja meg, mert belátni.

A very low wi-fi connection.

Kenyelmes nagy apartman, kiváló ágyakkal, vadonatúj fürdővel. Az apartman mérete pont jó volt négyüknek. Nagyon tetszett, hogy kint egy farm várta a gyerekeket: voltak alpakák, nyulak, szamarak, lovak, kis malacok! A gyerekek nagyon élvezték!! Igazi osztrák táj vett minket körbe, de Salzburg mégis pár perc alatt elérhető volt!!! Ennél jobb helyet el sem tudnék képzelni!!!

A hangszigetelés nem bombabiztos, így mindig figyelnem kellett a gyerekekre hogy ne legyenek túl hangosak.

Heerlijke grote kamers. Op een heerlijke locatie. Voor de kinderen waren er verschillende dieren te bewonderen.

Helaas verliep alles via Email en de eigenaar pas na 3 dagen gezien en dat was eigenlijk niet de bedoeling had ik het idee. Het zou prettig zijn als er wst schoonmaak atributen waren zoals een bezem en een stoffer en blik en evt een emmer.

Everything was excellent. The apartment is very well taken care of (we traveled with 2 small kids and non creaky door handles and floors made a difference to us), very clean, kitchen is well equipped, mattresses are comfortable. Salzburg is a short drive away. Animals right outside the property and a small playground provided great experience for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

Das Haus und unsere Zimmer waren sehr schön. Das viel Holz verwendet wurde hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sehr großzügig bzw. weitläufig. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett.

9.5/10 wird diesem Ort einfach nicht gerecht. Die Atmosphäre hier ist absolut unglaublich – jedes einzelne Detail wurde mit viel Sorgfalt durchdacht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und unglaublich lecker, und die Tiere waren liebenswert und sehr freundlich zu den Kindern. Die Aussicht in der Umgebung wirkt wie aus einem Märchen. Der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert, der Gastgeber war wunderbar, und das Apartment selbst war sehr schön – top sauber und mit sehr bequemen Betten. Absolut empfehlenswert! ❤️

Die Lage war super schön und beim Frühstück hatten wir einen Tollen Blick auf die Berge. Zimmer war ein Traum mit Regendusche und sehr sauber, bzw. gut eingerichetet. Die Gastgeber waren immer Ansprechbar und bei allem Behilflich und sehr Freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

War alles bestens

We liked the location, the silence, the proximity with nature, farm animals and options for children to play. The room was very nice, clean, with an equipped kitchen and the beds were very comfortable.

The shower drain clogged up on the second day, and the soap dispenser on the bathroom was not working, there were no amenities in the bathroom as well. It would have been nice to have a follow-up message or a person to come by and check if everything was okay. We came in and left without seen a single representative from the property.

Everything was so clean and nice. We loved the animals and the beds were soft and comfortable!

Wow! What a beautiful place! Just 5 minutes from Salzburg, yet far enough to be entirely immersed in the mountains. Amazing host, excellent facilities, amazing animals and playground for the kids. We had a great weekend, we wish it could have lasted longer. Would definitely recommend it and definitely return!
