Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Nagyon jo helyen helyezkedik el, szep a kilátás, hatalmas fedett terasz, tágas szobák-hatalmas ágyakkal, fedett parkoló es kerékpár tároló. a környék önmagában nem nyuszgő.Amire szükség lehet az ott lét alatt 5 percen belül kocsival elérhető, gondolok itt bevásárló központra éttermekre szórakozó helyre.
Talán egy zárt csukható szekrény hiányzott a szimpla ruhás állvány helyett, egy baba ágy ami hiányzott, hogy kérésre se tudnak biztosítani, de azt vittünk magunkkal egy hordozhatót. Így kora ősszel nem volt ra szükség de meleg nyári napon biztos hiányozna a klima az apartmanból.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and we especially appreciated that they allowed us to leave our cars in the parking area for several extra days while we were away on a cycling tour. The accommodation was clean, tidy and easy to access. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the apartment was very well equipped. Everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können dieses Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – besonders das Schlafzimmer ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gemütlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt: Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden, was sehr praktisch war. Der überdachte Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft war ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über den herzlichen Empfang mit einer Flasche Prosecco – eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Krasny apartmán, dvě ložnice, postele pohodlné, prostorný apartmán. Měli jsme pokoj v prvním patře a hned před dveřmi parkování. S dvěma dětmi bylo vynášení kufrů jednoduché, příjemné. Mohli jsme dovnitř do apartmánu i s kočárem. Dobrá lokalita na sjezdu z dálnice na cestě do Itálie.. Prosecco na přivítanou ceníme :) udělá to radost.
Nenašli jsme nic..

Нет кондиционера, очень жарко, открытые окна не помогают и летят, летят комарики. Диван в гостиной для двоих неудобный, продавлен матрац. Утром убили прусака, были очень удивлены.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Für mindesten 220 € pro Nacht bekommt man ein Apartment ohne Klimaanlage, ohne Kleiderschränke und mit abgenutzten Kissen. Eine Kreditkarte ist beim Check-in erforderlich. Das Apartment liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße, deren Lärm sehr störend ist, und eines Bauernhofs, der für viele Fliegen und einen unerträglichen Geruch sorgt. Uns wurde ein Apartment im ersten Stock zugewiesen, von dem aus wir den nur wenige Meter entfernten Hühnerstall des Nachbarn sehen konnten. Die Nutzung von Terrasse oder Balkon war daher unmöglich – der Geruch und die Fliegen waren unerträglich. Außerdem war die Terrasse schmutzig und voller Vogelkot. Der Anblick war zum Anbeißen. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass das Nachbargebäude und -grundstück nur zwei Meter entfernt sind, sodass man weder Aussicht noch Privatsphäre hat. Bei der Buchung erhielten wir eine lange Nachricht von der Unterkunft, in der als erste Regel eine zusätzliche Gebühr für zu starke Verschmutzung des Apartments genannt wurde. Hallo??? Solche Mitteilungen erwartet man eher von Billigunterkünften als von Luxushotels! Man sucht also in der Nachricht nach wichtigen Informationen wie Adresse und Code. Im Titel steht „nahe Atrio und Therme“, man sollte schreiben: „ohne Klimaanlage und neben dem Hühnerstall“! Es waren bereits 26 Grad in der Wohnung, und es gibt nur zwei Ventilatoren. Ist Jahr 2026, Neubau, und die Wohnung hat weder Klimaanlage noch Kleiderschrank? Im Ernst?! Und dafür verlangt man mindestens 220 € pro Nacht? Als wir den Gastgeber wegen der Kühlung der Wohnung kontaktierten, bekamen wir Anweisungen zur Bedienung der Jalousien und Fenster! Nachts sollen wir die Fenster öffnen und tagsüber bei 27 Grad kochen! Und wer die Fenster wirklich selbst öffnen möchte, kann das nicht, da sie verriegelt sind! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit einer Liste, was alles ist und wie viel sich in den Schubladen befindet.

Było bardzo czysto, wygodnie, w mieszkaniu były wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, miły poczęstunek powitalny (wino, czekoladki) od gospodarzy, do tego zestaw kawy i herbaty. Świetny dojazd, dostępny parking w cenie. Naprawdę komfortowo. Na pewno nie raz jeszcze skorzystamy i polecimy znajomym.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Very nice apartments. Modern, clean, well designed and fully equipped for cooking. Easy to find, keys are collected from the box, several covered parking spaces. It was perfect for a one-night stopover. Sparkling wine and small chocolates were presented as a welcome gift.
Apartment had dishwasher and even washing machine, but we didn’t find any washing detergents.

Le camere sono grandi e dispongono di tutto il necessario, così come il bagno e la cucina, super attrezzata per colazione, pranzo e cena. Il divano letto super funzionale! L’host è stato disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi nostro dubbio.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The apartment is spacious, feels brand new and very clean. The beds are super sized and the kitchen is fully equipped. It's a great place for families, with 2 separate bedrooms.
For a fully functional kitchen we were missing the small things: some oil and some salt. Also there is a dishwasher but no tablets for it. It's small things but I don't think they would be very expensive and would provide a more satisfactory experience. The location is on the outskirts so you need a car or bus (15min) to reach the city centre.
