Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Appartamento pulito e ben organizzato con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Host pronto, gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è a pochi passi dalla metro e da molti servizi, negozi e monumenti.
L'appartamento è situato al 4° piano raggiungibile in ascensore dopo una rampa di circa 20 scalini piuttosto ripida e stretta; le finestre affacciano su una stradina molto frequentata, sia di giorno che di notte e i rumori arrivano fino al 4° piano.

The towels smelled like smoke. The room was very hot. We had to keep the windows open all the time and there was a church nearby that rang bells for 5 min every morning at 7am.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sauber und ruhig. Vor allem gefällt mir die Umgebung sehr – sie ist wirklich wunderschön und auch die Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Der Bahnhof und verschiedene Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe. Ich vermisse die schöne Straße und den wunderschönen Ausblick jetzt schon. Ich hoffe, dass ich diese schöne Zeit bald wieder genießen kann.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter le centre historique, immeuble de charme. Appartement très spacieux et parfaitement équipé.
C'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de la Lausanne Transport Card comme spécifié dans le guide. A noter l'escalier raide pour accéder à l'ascenseur mais qui ne nous a pas posé de pb.

Inside it is absolutely 5 Star Hotel feelings. -Miss.Mercie was very helpful to help us take the bags up & assisting us during our stay. I meet the owner Mr.George, he was very welcoming person. Very easy to communicate via “Message Property” option and they responded fast. They helped us to check in 2 hrs early as our train timing was early. -Apartment is equipped with upgraded modular kitchen, fancy high quality appliances like 4 burner cooktop, grill, microwave, mid size refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Enough utensils and enough cutlery - crockery - glassware. -High quality bathroom fittings with hot & cold water. -There no Air Conditioning but they provided 2 fans in each apartment which was good enough. -Upto 1st floor no elevators, need to climb around 25 step, 1st floor to top floor elevator is there. -Apartments were neat and clean with clean bed linen and towels. -Great WiFi network. Note: Property did not advertise of Washing Machine and Air Conditioning and yes it is not there in the apartments. -Supermarket like Manor, Coop City, Migros and small Asian Grocery Stores are close by for rice like Basmati, Jasmine, Indian spices, vegetables etc. This area has market day on Wednesday & Saturday. -Highly recommend place.
Surroundings: From station apartment is uphill, don’t even think of walking with bags. Try public transport as much as possible. Metro to “Riponne M.Bejart” is a good options, there is connection between train & metro station, no need to go outside. Elevators are available in Train & Metro stations. People carry big suitcase, bicycle & electric scooters in metro. Lausanne Center is uphill & down hill with old town style stone surface road.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Die Lage ist prima und bis auf kleinere Mängel war eigentlich alles prima. Die Ausstattung der Küche kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich dort nichts verwendet habe.
Das Bügeleisen war solala. Man kann damit nicht wirklich gut bügeln. Ansonsten hatte es kleinere Mängel. Auch der Abfluss hat etwas gestunken, aber ich denke das ist - gerade in einer Altstadt und bei der Hitze - nicht zu vermeiden. Unsauber und unnötig fand ich die Plastikblumen auf dem FensterSims

집이 찜통이었음. 오히려 밖보다 집 안이 더 더웠음. 에어컨은 없었고, 창문이 있지만 바로 앞에 다른 건물이 있어서 바람이 전혀 통하지 않음. 35도의 날씨에 선풍기를 제공해줬지만, 제대로 동작하지 않아서 있으나마나였음. 원룸이어서 4명이 쓰기엔 너무 좁았음. 1층에서 2층까지는 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 캐리어 이동하기 정말 힘들었음. 2층부터는 작은 엘리베이터가 존재하긴함

Wir waren zu 4. Das Zimmer ist dementsprechend etwas klein. Es ist auch etwas dunkel, da es in einen Hinterhof geht. Dafür ist es relativ ruhig, ausser den Kirchenglocken um 6 oder 7 Uhr in der Früh!!!! Für 2 Personen ist es perfekt!

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación, porque está en el centro y al lado de una parada de metro. El acceso al parking también es muy sencillo, y está muy cerca del apartamento.
Escogimos este apartamento guiados por los comentarios positivos y las fotografías. Pero las fotografías no se ajustan a la realidad del apartamento, por varias razones. En primer lugar, aunque para nosotros no fue un problema, estaría bien informar sobre las escaleras de acceso. Otro aspecto negativo es la falta de luz, ya que el apartamento da a un patio interior cuyo estado deja mucho que desear. Notamos bastante la humedad del baño, sobre todo en las toallas. Y quizás el aspecto más negativo es la altura de los techos, que dudo que superen los 2mt, algo de lo que debería informarse, porque nosotros somos bajitos, pero alguien de 1,85 o más creo que se sentiría bastante agobiado. El ruido proveniente del piso superior tampoco ayuda a la valoración. Por otro lado, se nos pidió que pagásemos las tasas turísticas a través de un mensaje de Booking, cuando ya las habíamos pagado al hacer la reserva. Quizás fuese un mensaje automático, pero debería controlarse ese aspecto, porque si no hubiésemos revisado la reserva, hubiésemos pagado doble.

Ein paar Hänger an der Wand für die Handtücher sowie noch zwei kleinere Handtücher und nicht nur eins. Die Frauen brauchen immer ein zweites für sie Haare :)

Reviewed May 19, 2026Nous étions nombreux, donc la possibilité de louer plusieurs appartements au même endroit était parfait. La localisation était idéale aussi, juste à coté d'un parking dans le centre et à 15 min de la gare à pied, à 2 min de la cathédrale.
Attention pour les très grands, le plafond est bas aux 2eme et 3eme etage.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Pulizia superlativa. Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro, zona pedonale e letteralmente a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Nonostante sia in pieno centro, di notte è super silenzioso.
I 24 gradini molto ripidi per accedere all'ascensore. Impegnativi per le persone anziane o con problemi di deambulazione.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Appartamento situato al centro di Losanna, posizione strategica per passeggiare e visitare i punti più belli di Losanna. Propietaria molto gentile. Letto comodo abbiamo dormito bene.
Arrivando di sera tra le 19.00 e le 20.00 avremmo gradito trovare una bottiglia di acqua e 2 capsule per il caffè per l’indomani mattina dato che i negozi alle 19.00 chiudono. Mancava anche un pentolino piccolo per cucinare un po’ di pastina, c’era solo una pentola molto grande.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and well located — close to many shops, the market, the cathedral, and within walking distance to Lausanne city center. The M2 metro station is also nearby, making it very easy to reach the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Appartement confortable, bien équipé, bien chauffé (en janvier) et bien situé dans la vieille ville un peu en hauteur par rapport à la gare (quand on voyage en train). Très bon point de départ pour découvrir à pieds la ville et ses lieux culturels. L'hôte est très accueillante et disponible pour rendre service : garder votre bagage quelques heures ou vous trouver un adaptateur pour brancher votre ordinateur (prise française) dans une prise murale suisse. J'y retournerais avec plaisir et recommande sans hésiter.
RAS J'ajoute juste que l'appartement n'est pas du tout accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il y a des marches à franchir.

La escalera me pareció muy alta y empinada, si bien sabía que había una, no pensé que sería así. Con valijas fue todo un desafío, y no hay nadie para ayudarte. El baño es frío y cuando me bañaba con agua caliente, no llegaba a calentarse el cuarto. Quizás por el extractor.
