We like the view from the balcony. It was near the centre. The room was fine and check in was easy.

There has to be some refreshing of the room. We couldn't use the kettle because the adapter.

Beautiful view, good location (close to metro and shopping center), well equipped kitchen and easy check-in.

The whole apartment and balcony could have been cleaner. Bed was uncomfortable and small for 2 people. Still good value for the money.

A pesar de estar ubicada cerca del centro la zona donde está no es linda, tiene mal ambiente. Además no todo estaba limpio, las instalaciones son muy viejas y todas las paredes y el piso tienen manchas

Не понравилось только одно,-кровать очень маленькая и узкая! Мой муж 192 м ростом и с пузиком. Так вот, мы падали с кровати ночью. В остальном мы довольны, даже очень!

Nothing awfull experience

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious issue with my accommodation booking and to request a full refund for the accommodation that was not provided to me as booked. After I had completed the check-in process, the property changed both my assigned accommodation and the access code. This change was made while I was travelling to the property, and I was therefore unaware of it at the time. When I arrived at approximately 10:30 p.m., I proceeded to the apartment originally assigned to me and used the access code that had been provided. To my considerable surprise and concern, I discovered that the apartment was already occupied by another guest. I subsequently learned that my booking had been changed, without my prior knowledge or agreement, to a lower-category apartment. In addition to being of a lower standard than the accommodation I had booked and paid for, the replacement apartment was also dirty and not in an acceptable condition for a guest. It was therefore clearly not a suitable or equivalent alternative. Given the late hour, the downgrade in the standard of accommodation, and the unacceptable cleanliness of the apartment, I had no reasonable option other than to leave the property and arrange alternative accommodation elsewhere at my own expense. The following day, the manager acknowledged that there had been a problem with my booking. Despite acknowledging the issue, the manager refused to reimburse me for the accommodation that I had paid for but did not receive. I consider this entirely unacceptable. I paid for a specific category and standard of accommodation, which the property failed to provide. Instead, my accommodation was changed after check-in without my agreement, I was sent to a lower-category and inadequately cleaned apartment, and I was ultimately forced to find alternative accommodation late at night. In view of these circumstances, I formally request a full refund of the amount paid. As the accommodation provided

El millor sens dubte és la situació.

Ja sabia que no hi havia recepció, però teòricament disposàvem d'un telèfon de contacte i un mail. Al mail, on vàrem demanar per avançar una mica el check in, ni ens contestaren; i a la consulta feta pet telèfon sobre la tarjeta per al transport gratuït, que teòricament havia de enviar-nos l'establiment, com fan habitualment quan estàs en hotels o apartaments de Suïssa, ens varen contestar que no l'enviaven, sense més explicació.

Tout il y avait des fourmilles et cafards 🪳 partout et je ne comprends pas comment Booking me l'a recommandé en disant qu'il a 3 étoilés Booking. C'est ma plus horrible expérience en terme d'hôtel.

We found cockroaches in the room. Fan was not working. Curtain windows were not working. We requested to fix them and the next night were exactly the same.

L'appartement n'était pas propre avec de la moisissures dans la douche, des taches sur les murs et plan de travail, la porte de la salle de bain ne tenait qu'à un fil... je parle pas de la mauvaise insonorisation, on entendait tout même les gens qui le soir se mettait en bas de l'immeuble pour boire, fumer, parler fort, se batter... très mauvaise expérience et le service téléphonique ne parle pas français

Très bon emplacement, facile d’accès, avec une belle vue sur les toits et sur le lac.

J’aurais apprécié la présence d’un verrou intérieur. Avec le système d’accès par code, je ne me suis pas sentie totalement en sécurité, d’autant plus que je voyageais seule. De plus, un balai aurait également été utile. Enfin, la télévision était vraiment petite.

Location was good

When I arrived the place was not clean, the shower did not drain and the shutters on the window did not work. I asked for them to be fixed which could not be done during my 5 night stay. There was no solution offered at all making it an extremely unacceptable place to stay as it was during the heatwave and there was no way to avoid the hot sun. Very disappointed in how the staff handled this. The bed was not comfortable either. Do not recommend staying here

Lavandino e bidet della camera non funzionavano correttamente e sono stati aggiustati solo dopo un paio di pressioni al personale, che comunque non è particolarmente simpatico e cordiale. La struttura tendenzialmente non risponde nemmeno ai messaggi se cercate di contattarla. Non è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Boa noite , já me hospedei nesse hotel por varias vezes , sempre tive uma excelente hospedagem , quanto as acomoda€oes e tudo impecável , Limpeza , e as camareiras muito gentis e educadas , mais dessa vez não foi assim tão agradável , o gerente da recepção e muito arrogante , sem educação , nada de simpatica , eu estou na Suiça legalmente sou uma pessoa que viajo fazendo meus cursos em vários cantoes , me hospedo sempre em vários hoteis por toda a Suiça e sou sempre uma excelente hospede , não fumo , não bebo , deixo sempre tudo em ordem por onde passo , tenho nivel e qualifica€ao profissional ! Gostaria de relatar esse acontecido ! Acho que a administração deveria qualificar melhor e escolher mais detalhado quem coloca na recepção , a Sra parece que esta mal humorada , sempre c cigarro na mao , demostrando algum tipo de frustra€ao pessoal ! Que o seus proprietarios possam ver melhor essa questao antes que venha a perder seus bons hospedes que passam sempre pelo hotel ! O fato acontecido foi no vision da rue Caroline 23 ! E que p mim foi muito constragedor como hospede !

Buena ubicación. La lavadora comunitaria estaba bien.

Había bichos (como cucarachas pequeñas y otros) cerca de la parte donde está la papelera, incluso el día de mi llegada. Deberían de usar insecticida al limpiar. Hacía mucho calor y lo único que había era un ventilador que hacía más ruido que otra cosa. Al tener que dormir con las abiertas por el calor entraba mucho ruido de la calle.

On confort, pas de climatisation, un simple petit ventilateur qui ventilé sur lui même, Porte de salle de bain cassé et risquait de tomber à t tout moment et qui bien évidement ne ferme pas. Et surtout que le technicien le savais mais il ne trouvait pas le temps pour le faire....pas important donc... Equpemenrs cuisine c'est vraiment au minimum...j'aurais apprécié à mon arrivée d'avoir une capsule ou deux de café in peu de sel un peu de sucre etc...des choses de bases pour une cuisine et bien il n'y avais rien ...il fallait attendre le lendemain pour aller faire des courses ....

The balcony had a beautiful view of the city and the kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked.

The fan they gave barely worked, the counters and walls were stained and dirty looking, the shower head didn’t work only the faucet for the bath so I couldn’t properly shower and the pillows were not good.

L’appartamento è ampio, luminoso e accogliente. Ottima la pulizia all’arrivo, tutto funzionava a dovere. La posizione ottima e la vista eccezionale (solo le camere lato ovest offrono la vista lago).

La pulizia degli spazi comuni, compreso uno dei due ascensori, potrebbe essere migliore. La struttura, all’esterno, ha sicuramente visto giorni migliori. Per il resto nulla di grave da segnalare.

The room was really big and could easily accommodate a family. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. I found a coffee machine, but unfortunately there was no coffee. Although the apartment has no reception, there is some staff attendance during the daytime. She was very helpful. You just need to write a message or make a phone call and they respond quickly to your request. The room was clean, though some of the furniture seemed broken. I didn't disturb it, though. I really enjoyed the fresh, pure, cold Swiss water (from the Alps), as I was visiting in the summer. The metro station and supermarket (Coop) are very close to the apartment, within a 200-meter walk. I really enjoyed my stay.

I personally found the bathroom too small, although it was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The room's windows faced the main road, so it was noisy there, even late at night and early in the morning. I'm just mentioning this in my review; otherwise, the noise didn't disturb me too much. One more thing: the lift can only fit two people, especially if you have a big backpack or suitcase. Overall, I had a very nice, peaceful stay.

Parking sous terrain payant , avec ascenseur 50 mètres plus bas , à l'entrée du centre commercial et (alimentation rdc , boissons alcool 1er étages et restaurant dernier étages avec vue sur la cathédrale qui se trouve à quelquesmètres ) . Quartier animé et bien servis en restauration.pensez à visiter le Lac et si restaurés . Magnifique

I liked the location. I was eventually moved to another room but it was after a whole lot of trouble-see comment below. The face to face staff were friendly but really hard to get a hold of and the second person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful.

There were bugs in the room- and plenty of them, crawling and flying. There were a lot of hooning - almost every night between ~11:30-1 am with a lot of cars and bikes going in circles hooting- so that made it feel very unsafe. The bugs were disturbing and the fact that I couldn’t call on WhatsApp or over the wifi meant I had to use my roaming cost to call the help line. The lady I spoke to twice was so poor at helping me- it ended up costing me €45 roaming fees to keep calling back. She had no solution for me and just said there were no rooms available but that I need to send her a photo of evidence and that she will get back to me. Hours passed before I had to call again. I only finally got a hold of a man who was quite helpful and put me in another room. Only at 12:30 am was I able to get into the other room. In that room the shutters were broken so I couldn’t close it and so it was so bright in the morning and then I couldn’t actually open a window or go onto the balcony. The building and facilities are very old and it is just really sad to have had a really terrible experience- especially for the cost as it was really expensive. It also cost me to miss 2 massive sessions on the first and second day having to come back to try and sort my room out and not knowing where to leave my bags after being in the second room. Never mind the fact that once I was put back into my room. There were still bugs. After I asked to please spray something as simply cleaning it will not help. So the communication was also really poor.

It was very good value for the money. It was clean, and nice on the 7th flour. A window look to the church and can be see the lake and mountains as well 🙂 only downside is that its very hot, no AC.

No AC so it become really hot in the room even during the night.

L'accès est facile grâce au code. Le logement est bien situé, près du centre-ville et du métro.

La rue est bruyante et les fenêtres n'isolent pas bien, ni du bruit ni de la chaleur.
