Automated key card dispenser worked fine. The process was longer than it should have been. But, it worked.

The listing referenced “housekeeping services”. There was none unless you count cleaning the unit between renters. Also, no soap or shampoo. The lobby, ingress/egress was filthy from construction. Work noise from construction started by 7:30am and security doors were regularly propped open by workers. We tried to call and did send a message through Booking.com asking for extra pillows and additional toilet paper (which ran out). We received no reply. The location is very good. The apartment is comfortable. But, you are on your own with no communication, no housekeeping, insufficient toilet paper and no amenities.

Il sistema di self check-in da rivedere. Il dispositivo richiede il cognome quando in realtà serve il solo nome, e questo crea disagio per il rilascio della chiave se la persona non ne è a conoscenza.. Inoltre la struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è come soggiornare in un cantiere.

Bei der Ankunft hat der Selbst check in Schalter Karten ausgegeben die die Türen nicht geöffnet haben. Der Service war nicht zu erreichen. Über booking com hat man uns Hilfe zugesagt aber die kam nie. Zum Glück kam nach einer Stunde zufällig jemand der die Türen öffnen konnte. Aber im Bett war nur ein Kissen für zwei Leute. Wir haben alles abgesucht aber es gab kein Kissen. Wieder versucht den Service zu erreichen aber keiner nahm das Telefon ab. Ca 10 mal angerufen. Ich habe mein Pulli zu einem Kissen gerollt und darauf geschlafen. Das ganze Haus wird Grundsaniert. Tagsüber ein Krach der nicht auszuhalten ist. Nie mehr

Location is good, room is clean. Getting the entrance card was very easy, the machine at the door worked without any problem. The rest is not satisfying. It was a bad experience. I will not stay here again.

There was construction work in the whole building. The room was cold. The internet was there but almost unusable because it kept disconnecting. TV channels were not working. The room was clean but neglected, with things that needed repair: nails on the wall without paintings, broken door threshold, no soap in the bathroom, and in general left in poor condition, probably because it will go into renovation. There was no information given about the building being under renovation. When entering the building, we had to walk around the whole building to find our room and couldn’t find it. Then someone working in the construction area helped us and that’s how we found it.

1) I liked that the heating was working, there was hot water, and that by some miracle, thank God, we managed to get inside the room. 2) It was clean inside, and the noise insulation worked fairly well. 3) The location.

Although late check-in is allowed (we had a late flight), during heavy rain we faced an unpleasant situation with the keys. The machine that issues the key cards works fine, but what do you do if the card doesn’t work afterward? Imagine this: it’s dark, freezing, and raining. We reach the building only to realize it’s still under construction! We got inside together with other guests, holding the door open until we received our card (just in case coz we just read a commets here). Later, when we tried to get in, we couldn’t figure out where to go next because all the upper floors were just bare walls and construction materials. It felt like a real-life horror movie. Then we noticed a printout with the room numbers on the ground floor, leading to an open corridor with door to enter. By the time we reached the room, the door behind us had closed, and the key card no longer worked to enter the accommodation or to go out from the building. It was a complete nightmare, especially since the hotline wasn’t working at that time to help us resolve the issue. Tip: If you find yourself in this situation – exit through the open balcony and generate a new card using the “lost key” option. Advice for the property owner: Write about this issue to your guests in advance, or provide clear instructions explaining the problem and how to solve it! Otherwise, we could have been left outside on the street after paying €120!

Viele Sachen sind kaputt und e war eine große Baustelle. Das Treppenhaus war nicht begehbar. Was hätten wir tun sollen in einem Notfall, bei einem Brand. Dies ist unverantwortlich!!!

Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft in Zürich und leider sehr unzufrieden. Es gab keine funktionierende Heizung, obwohl es abends sehr kalt war. Der Besitzer meinte nur, wir sollten uns direkt an Booking wenden, anstatt selbst eine Lösung anzubieten. Das Gebäude befindet sich außerdem im Umbau und wirkt daher insgesamt wenig einladend. Ein kleiner Heizkörper oder eine einfache Lösung wäre das Mindeste gewesen, aber auch das wurde uns nicht bereitgestellt. Wir haben die Unterkunft nur genutzt, weil wir keine andere Möglichkeit hatten. Insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Otomatik check-in var, sizi yönlendiriyor. Eski yorumlardan endişelerim vardı, ev sahipleri sürekli bilgilendirme mesajı gönderdi. Gayet ilgiliydiler.sorunsuz bir konaklama oldu.konum ve fiyat çok iyi.hemen merkezdesiniz.ev çok temiz , internet var, ve mutfak için gerekli ekipmanlar var. Bence kesinlikle tercih edilmeli, iki kişi için çok uygun bir ev.

Nothing! Horrible place and terrible service !

The self-check-in machine gave me a badge/card that didn’t work!!! The hotline only gave automated replies — I called dozens of times and left several messages, but no one called me back. If not for kind people, I would have spent the night on the street. The room was so cold that I got sick by morning. Horrible place and terrible service — the worst experience I’ve ever had. I absolutely do NOT recommend!

It's not what we booked. It's a construction site (noisy), and there was a very constant smell of pot. So much so that my allergies flared. There were also no cleaning products, not extra toilet paper, extra towls etc

The property is comfortable and very well located. The automated check in was particularly easy and handy.

The property was less cosy than it looked in the pictures. The wifi was very unstable for work meetings. Having soap and other essential items available would have also improved my experience.

Koniecznie wentylacja pomieszczeń, odmalowanie ścian, bardziej dokładne sprzątanie, nie wynajmowanie obiektu w trakcie wszechobecnego remontu bo podczas mojego pobytu wszędzie był kurz i syf.

Problemas ingreso puerta principal: * error registro del apellido, ingresaron el nombre, y el sistema solicita apellido. Luego de probar 15 veces, el sistema habilitó la apertura del check in. * El sistema de ingreso entregó 2 tarjetas magneticas, de las cuales una no funciona. De haber solicitado una tarjeta y fuese la que no funcionaba me quedaba sin ingresar. * Ninguna respuesta al reclamo en el momento del check in, jueves 3/9/2025. 2 llamados y el contestador. Un email y hasta el 11/09 ninguna respuesta. Conclusión: NO LO RECOMIENDO Main entrance issues: * Last name registration error. First name entered, and the system prompts for last name. After 15 attempts, the system enabled check-in. * The entry system issued two magnetic cards, one of which doesn't work. If I had requested a card and it was the one that didn't work, I wouldn't have been able to log in. * No response to the complaint at check-in, Thursday, September 3, 2025. Two calls and an answering machine. One email, and no response until September 11. Conclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Das war Unterkunft auf eigene Gefahr: 1. Der Zugang zum Apartment war ungewiss. Wir standen über 1 h vor verschlossener Tür, die Türschließkarte funktionierte nicht. Die Gastgeber-Hotline war unbesetzt (mehrere Anrufe, nur Anrufbeantworter). Meine Hilfesuche-E-Mail an den Gastgeber wurde von diesem erst am nächsten (!) Tag beantwortet (dass Hilfe komme). Ein Nachbar konnte uns zum Glück noch am selben Tag aushelfen. 2. Brandschutz nicht gegeben. In anderen Städten wäre es unzulässig, diese Apartments zu vermieten. Denn das Haus befindet sich im Umbau; das Treppenhaus ist verriegelt; der Zugang erfolgt über einen Lift, der im Brandfall nicht genutzt werden darf; ein zweiter Fluchtweg ist nicht sichtbar. 3. Low-cost-Ausstattung. Der Fön ging beim Anstecken ans Stromnetz in Flammen auf.

Schimmel im Badezimmer

The room has all very basic stuff, also in the kitchen. It's ok to stay there for 2-3 days Unfortunately, even the soap was not provided( Generally, nothing bad to say, apart from that it was a bit too hot and we needed to regulate open/closed windows

The studio was conveniently located near the Wiedikon station and close to many restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The furnishing was simple but practical.

There is renovation ongoing in the house so there was a low humming sound present most of the day which switched off in the evening. Due to the works also the fire escape was sealed off making the elevator the only exit option creating a safety hazard. There could have been some soap in the bathroom and salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Ich konnte die Unterkunft gar nicht beziehen, weil der Check-In-Automat nicht funktioniert hat. Ich stand bestimmt eine dreiviertel Stunde mitten in der Nacht vor dem Apparat, und er hat meine (schon bezahlte!) Buchung nicht gefunden. Trotz bezahlter Unterkunft musste ich mir um Mitternacht noch ein Hotel suchen. Als ich am nächsten Abend nochmals an Elisa 6 ankam, hatte ich wieder eine halbe Stunde Probleme mit dem Kartenautomat, weil dieser zwar die Buchung fand, aber keine Karte ausgeben konnte, welche die Haustür geöffnet hat. Erst die vierte (!) Karte hat dann funktioniert. Mit der Karte öffnete ich die Haustür und ging zum Appartment. Dort öffnete ich die Wohnungstür, musste aber feststellen, dass dort bereits jemand anders wohnte, ein junger vietnamesischer Student, der weder Deutsch noch englisch sprach. Angesichts dessen habe ich das Appartment wieder verlassen und mir anderweitig ein Hotel gesucht. Eine Frechheit sondergleichen. ich bestehe auf der Erstattung meiner bereits im Voraus gezahlten Miete!

We requested an hour earlier check in time which was approved but when we went to check in, it wouldn’t allow us. Several outlets/lights didn’t work (the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work so we had to move the appliances to the bedroom floor to use. Definitely get what you pay for.

Lamps near the bed could be a worthy addition. There was no garbage bin. Hand soap in the bathroom would be appreciated

Ich konnte gar nicht in mein Zi 311 !!!

Ich konnte mit der Schlüsselkarte welche nach meinem elektroischen Eincheck raus kam , die Eingangstüre NICHT öffnen. Da kam ein anderer Gast.. seine Schlüsselkarte funktionierte. Er, der junge Mann aus Rom liess mich rein , als ich ihm meine Handyquittung zeigte. Er half mir drinnen meine Schlüsselkarte 311 suchen. Im Kasten 311 war sie nicht… auch in allen anderen nummerierten Kästen NICHT. Ich rief mehrere Telnummern an…. Sandte IMail …. Alles ohne Erfolg. Nach 11/2 Std … musste ich mir ein Hotel suchen : Trip inn für Fr 185 1 Na 1 Pers und 1 Taxi für 20 Fr kam auch noch dazu. Ich bin 76 Jahre und nach diesem Stress total erschöpft!!! …also für den 1. Sept 2025 wo ich aber schon im gaesthaus Elisa 6 gebucht und per Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte. Heute 2. September bis jetzt 22:20h keine Reaktion von Elisa 6 !!! Obwohl ich gestern Abend/ Nacht tel auf den Beantworter und per Mail Hilfe gesucht habe. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden. So kann man einen Gast , welcher schon bezahlt hat und NICHT dafür kekam,behanden !!!! Jetzt warte ich auf die Rückzahlung meines Geldes und eine Beteiligung an meinen zusätzlichen Kosten und dies morgen 3. Sept 2025 Maria Sutter

Sehr gute Lage, Preis für Zürich gut, sauber geputzt, unkomplizierter Check in

Leider hat es wirklich stark gerochen, ich denke der Geruch kam von den Abflüssen. Trotz durchgehendem Lüften ist der Geruch geblieben. Nachts war es leider sehr laut. Eine Glühbirne im Flur war kaputt, an der Dusche war das Umschaltventil kaputt.

Einfacher Checkin/out; ideal für Kurzaufenthalte (Kochgelegenheit); sehr gut gelegen.

Location

When I arrived to check in the key card from the kiosk did not work (which was an onerous process to begin with). I called, emailed, and messaged via WhatsApp multiple times each but received no communication back (including from Booking) After about 45 minutes another guest came back and told me I could use the "Lost Key" option on the kiosk until I got one that worked. They said they had figured this out after 2 hours themselves and after making two extra key cards. The host never replied to any of these messages throughout my stay nor did Booking. There were lots of red ants in the room. One of them (or something else) bit me on my leg and the bite is still badly swollen 4-5 days later. The shower did not drain, but eventually I figured that out as well. Also be aware, there are towels but no soap or other amenities of any kind in the apartment unless you count a few sugar packets. The walls were very thin and I could constantly hear other rooms nearby of people snoring, tv, etc. as well as ongoing construction in the morning. Be aware the building is under significant construction; there is a dumpster out front, plastic walls, and a dusty/dirty lobby. I regret booking this apartment and wish I had paid slightly more to get a much better experience as many of my colleagues had. Lesson learned. If something is significantly discounted there is a likely a reason. Please also look at this property at Google reviews, I also wish I had done this as part of my research. The Booking reviews actually looked good, which was not accurate to my experience.

In Palazzo si fanno dei lavori polvere da per tutto e alle 7 di mattina i lavoratori cominciava a lavorare, piati sporchi,sapone al bagno non ci stava,il letto come ti movevi faceva rumore,ferro da stiro non ci stava aveva solo il tavolo da stiro, vicino al water sul pavimento ci stava un pezzo di carta igienica.......

Everything is much nicer in the photos. In reality the place is not cosy. There were no soap and the entrance card was not working at first. I needed to make another one.

NEVER stay in this place, because they simply DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is a guesthouse with self check-in and lots of problems, and they DONT HAVE PEOPLE to help issues such as if the KEY DOESN'T WORK! Before making the booking i called them to ask if they had people available in the night i would arrive, because my flight would arrive 21:30 in Zurich and they said FOR SURE i could reach them if needed! However i arrived there and the key did not work and THERE WAS NOBODY to help! I called booking.com and they ALSO COULD NOT DO ANYTHING! SO I HAD TO STAY OUTSIDE until the morning! Only in the next day around 12:00 the cleaners called someone who came and passed by and put a key for me in the mail box, however this key ALSO DID NOT WORK! Can you imagine someone came and left a key that he did not even TEST if worked? I waited more 2 hours until a new key was brought. During the days i stayed there i saw other guests arriving and having the same problem and also not being able to reach the administration by phone! Unbelievable! They know something is not working and still they don't have anybody reachable! I did not get any apologies from them, they also did not answer any emails i sent, nothing. The owner simply does not care about the clients, i wonder how is he still in business! After 1 week i still did not get any REFUND! So once again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten 2h warten bis der selfcheckin funktioniert hat, die Vermieter haben nicht auf Anrufe reagiert und der Booking Kundenservice hat auch nicht geholfen. Es gab eine Baustelle mit Lärm im Haus.

WLAN hat gut funktioniert, die Größe des Apartments war gut, die Lage war gut.

Es war leider nicht ganz sauber, hatte noch Geschirr was dreckig war. Jeden Abend musste ich das Fenster schließen, weil jemand draußen Gras geraucht hat. Es war von morgens bis abends um 20 Uhr sehr laut wegen dem Baulärm (hatte keine Info über eine Baustelle vor meiner Anreise, vorab Info wäre nett gewesen). Das Treppenhaus konnte gar nicht genutzt werden, nur der Lift. Das Apartment selbst hat sich gestunken nach irgendwas, kann aber nicht definieren, was es war.

Afortunadamente, al llegar sobre las 3:45pm no tuvimos inconveniente... Es un pequeño estudio, tienes una pequeña cocina, el cuarto de baño (no shampoo, no jabón) y lugares para almacenar y guardar tus pertenencias. En cuanto a nuestra habitación estábamos cómodos. Puedes entrar a cualquier hora porque tienes una tarjeta que te da la máquina. También está a 15/20 minutos de la estación del tren. Lo cual te ayuda a llegar pronto a descansar

Desafortunadamente, si llegas en horas de la tarde/noche puedes correr el riesgo de tener problemas al hacer el ingreso o no entrar a tu habitación literalmente. Y puede que tengas que buscar alojamiento a última hora en otro lugar, ya que atención al cliente no funciona fuera de horario. Durante nuestra estancia nos encontramos, con huéspedes que tuvieron problemas al ingresar a la habitación, ya que tienes que registrarte en una máquina. ( Porque está, te da las tarjetas y el número de habitación) y si no funciona, no puedes hacer el check-in. Tuvimos que ayudar a una pareja que estuvo varias horas intentando ingresar su nombre en la máquina y tras varios intentos y llamadas a atención al cliente sin éxito, se dieron por vencidos y tuvieron que buscar alojamiento a última hora de la noche y tener que regresar al día siguiente a ver si alguien les podía ayudar para continuar con la reserva. Mientras ayudábamos a esta pareja encontramos a otro huésped que había tenido una situación similar. La verdad, si vienes de viaje y cansado en la noche, y pasar por este tipo de problemas es bastante estresante.

Half the building is being renovated luckily I was there on the weekend with no work but Friday afternoon was noisy and my key card didn't work and was standing outside with luggage 40 minutes before could get in contact with anyone

Die Lage war gut. In der Umgebung hat es einige Restaurannts und Cafes.

Wir waren zu zweit, hatten aber nur ein Kissen zur Verfügung. Auf unsere Frage per Mail, ob wir noch ein zweites erhalten können, haben wir bis jetzt leider keine Antwort erhalten. Dementsprechend war die Nacht nicht ganz so komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen (es riecht nach Schimmel), und der Haartrockner macht zwar noch Geräusche, funktioniert aber nicht mehr. Fazit: Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht mehr.

Es hatte leider eine Baustelle gehabt und um 7h morgens gingen die Baumaschinen an.

Apartment location, Apartment is cute with small kitchen and a bathroom with bathe tub and a big living room/bed room + dining space. Kitchen facilities like a regular Apartment was the best thing for us.

Entrance with graffiti walls and a big garbage or construction container was there which felt spooky at the beginning. Bathroom shower was leaking needs to be fixed.

Geschirr Ausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Posizione ottima.

Abbiamo avuto problemi ad entrare in camera siccome l'accesso è consentito con una carta che viene consegnata da un computer al check-in, ma la carta una volta davanti alla camera non apriva la porta. L'assistenza è stata comunque buona. Le foto dell'annuncio non corrispondono esattamente alla camera, gli arredi presenti nelle foto non sono presenti nella camera.

Das Self-Check-In System war super einfach und die Lage war recht gut.

Es waren Ameisen in der Unterkunft (Koffer war bei der Abreise voller Ameisen). Es war keine Seife vorhanden, das Wasser lief sowohl in der Dusche als auch im Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. Warmes Wasser in der Dusche war nur bedingt möglich.

We didn't get access to the building itself, the self check-in was broken, no one was there to help us!! HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE, we had to find another place at 12 am at night, we were two solo travelers! just imagine, never book this place

La posizione, il quartiere.

La casa purtroppo è deludente. Spoglia dal punto di vista dell'arredamento: non c'è nemmeno un comodino vicino al letto con una lucetta, un'anta dell'armadietto assente, scatola elettrica della presa della tv fuori dal muro, anche abbastanza pericolosa. Gli utensili in cucina sono meno dell'essenziale, per esempio non c'é una pezzetta per lavare i piatti e purtroppo c'era la presenza insistente di formiche, non abbiamo trovato nemmeno un po' di sale. In bagno è assente ogni tipo di sapone.Nello stabile stanno facendo lavori di ristrutturazione che determinano molto rumore sin dalle 7 di mattina. Buono per chi si accontenta di molto poco.

Appartamento semplice, spazioso per due persone, bagno ottimo con vasca da bagno grossa. Dista circa 1.7 km dal centro, ci sono supermercati vicino a 200 metri, e anche dei ristoranti.

Non ci sono parcheggi per soste più di 2 ore nelle vicinanze, quindi si è costretti a parcheggiare verso il centro, nei parcheggi apposta ma molto cari, il più vicino è a 1 km e costa 40fr al giorno

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Wasserkocher hatte klebrige Flecken. Decke war unten dreckig. An der Badetür klebte einen grossen Haarbüschel. Keine Vorhänge, alle Nachbaren können am Tag ins Zimmer schauen.

Мені абсолютно нічого не сподобалося, бо цей готель не відповідає навіть найнижчим вимогам.

Я не міг отримати карту щоб відкрити мою кімнату. Звʼязатися з ким небуть, щоб вирішити проблему, неможливо.

Nota per chi verrà dopo di noi. Al Check in automatico la macchina chiederà cognome di chi ha fatto la prenotazione e data di check out. Ci abbiamo messo un pò per capire che l'apostrofo non viene considerato dal software ma al suo posto bisogna inserirvi uno spazio vuoto. A parte questo piccolo momento di difficoltà (che ci ha richiesto un bel pò di tentativi) nessun problema.
