No fans in the room, unlike in other European cities they provide small table fans in the room during the summer, so the summer nights were really very uncomfortable to sleep

Das Gebäude machte einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Treppenhaus war dreckig, das Bett sehr durchgelegen, die Fensterstorre defekt, auf den Fenstern war eine wüst angeklebte Folie und auf der Innenseite der Zimmertüre fehlte der Türgriff (…)! Ich musste diesen von aussen rausziehen und von innen einstecken, damit ich die Türe am Morgen öffnen konnte.

It was a convenient spot, close to trams and to stores. It was super clean.

The WiFi wasn't accessible for our stay and the room had an odd smell but we kept the window open so it wasn't too much of a problem.

Everything was perfect 👌. The room was clean. We had all we needed. Location is wonderful, not far from the center.

Naja, ist wie immer....

Naja, sehr interessant das ich habe sonntag spät nachmittags gebucht, erst um 19 uhr einchecken. Und morgen früh um 6:30 polizei stand vor der tür das ich irgendwelchen schulden haben. Dann frage ich. Wann habt das apartman mit der polizei gesprochen??? Ich habe erst gewusst welchen zimmer bin, wenn ich angekommen bin. Polizei um 6:30 am früh, wusste welches etage Und zimmer.... Ich frage wie geht das? So, ich möchte wenn Swiss Star Apartments das für mich beantworten kann.... Oder arbeitet hír mit Polizei zusammen??? Danke sehr.

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Ich wollte irgendwo billig für 2 Nächte verweilen und das habe ich getan. Das Bett war in Ordnung, die Nächte waren so ruhig, wie man es am Rande einer Straße erwarten konnte.

Das Rollo am Fenster kann man nicht hochziehen, weshalb es im Zimmer konstant an Luft mangelt. Wenn man im Sommer reist oder vor hat, länger zu bleiben, könnte es gröbere gesundheitliche Probleme geben.

Guten Morgen, mein Freund hat uns eine E-Mail geschickt, da die Wohnung nicht in einem zufriedenstellenden Zustand war und wir deshalb nicht dort übernachtet haben. Sie hatten uns eine Rückerstattung zugesagt, da kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar war. Daraufhin hat er die E-Mail verfasst. Ich habe bisher keine Antwort erhalten und möchte gerne wissen, wann ich die Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzte Wohnung erhalte.

Is a drug house 🏠 😳 Very dirty. is being for junkies. I booked to stay for 6 days, but I left immediately. I arrived, that is how bad it was. I'm glad I already got my money back from the bank because the owner refused to refund money. Guys is a good location for the building is very, very dirty.

Die Matratze ist total durchgelegen, Federn spürt man unangenehm beim liegen. Das Reinigungspersonal unterhält sich schreiend auf dem Flur und grüsst nicht. Diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierter Self checkin

Das Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch gerochen, ein Wechsel des Zimmers wurde nicht ermöglicht. Sauberkeit nicht ausreichend, Flecken und Haar auf Bettwäsche.

The location is good, and when I didn't receive the code to get in and called, they were very helpful, even late at night.

The halls and room were quite dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. The fridge barely worked, the room doesn't have a lot (no glasses, kettle, extra cushion/blankets) For the self check in, I didn't receive the email with the code and couldn't access my room, but thankfully the receptionist who was working was very kind and helpful, even though it was almost midnight.

Das Zimmer war etwa 12 m2, an guter Lage im Hof, daher ruhig. Hatte TV, und kleines aber schönes WC mit Dusche, und Hotelkomfort. Mit etwas mehr House Keeping kann man das Preisleistungsverhältis an der Lage aktzeptieren.

Das Treppenhaus wurde schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt, und es liegt viel Werbepost vor den Briefkästen auf dem Boden verstreut. Das Self Checking war nicht sofort zugänglich, denn es war ein falscher Code für die Schlüssel. Der Code für die Schlüssel mussten einige wartende Gäste nochmals per e-mail separat anfordern. Der Service reagierte auf mein E-mail jedoch sehr schnell. Leider, funktionierte der Kühlschrank im Zimmer gar nicht, nicht mal mit dazu gekauftem Eurostecker. So, dass ich am nächsten Tag meine frisch gekauften Lebensmittel, insbesondere Fleisch und Milchprodukte weg schmeissen könnte. Fenster lässt sich nicht ankippen, daher wird es im Sommer entweder sehr warm im Zimmer oder Durchzug. Als Bettdecke gab es nur ein gefaltetes Leinentuch.

Det var generelt ikke særlig rent, og gulvet var meget klistret og ødelagt. Og så lugtede der underligt af røg. Og så lignede det ikke billederne

The place was disgusting, toilet seat was broken, no one came to fix it so I had to kick the toilet seat back in place, there was stuff all over the walls, the mattress was a bed spring not a real mattress, the place was not as advertised.

Al entrar en la habitación hay un olor muy desagradable y putrefacto que no desaparece. La cocina no cuenta con utensilios básicos, el baño estaba sucio y hay un fuerte olor a tabaco por todo el edificio. Además, la entrada del edificio estaba realmente sucia y descuidada, y el televisor nunca funcionó durante mi estancia. Ha h el colchón estaba totalmente viejo y dañado.

Zentral, nah an der Tram, viele Restaurants und Supermärkte vor der Tür.

Dreckige Wände, kaputte Jalousie, komischer Geruch.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und es hat einen Lift.

Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man die Kühlschranktüre und weitere Sachen wie Dusche, Strom-Steckdosen (wackelten praktisch alle) auf Vordermann bringen. TV war sehr klein. 2 WLAN-Passworter waren von Hand auf die Türe geschrieben - eins gut lesbar, was nicht ging und das andere, kaum lesbar, war das, was ging- ich habe zumindest eine kleine Hand-Seife vermisst (ist ja nicht so teuer...bei einer "Hotel-Kette") und Sauberkeit war eher im unteren Bewertungsbereich. Sofa war wegen dein vielen Flecken eher unbrauchbar....

Terribile puzza di fumo in tutta la stanza, compreso cuscino, coperte, materasso, bagno. Quando ho chiesto ai titolari (via mail, non e' stato possibile contattarli per telefono) di cambiare stanza , mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero fatto il giorno successivo. Il giorno successivo non si sono fatti piu' sentire ed io, dovendo uscire presto dall'albergo, non avevo tempo per rintracciarli. Purtroppo sono stato quattro notti a dormire in quella puzza. Ci sono persone con problemi di salute a cui quella puzza avrebbe recato gravi danni, e tutto cio' va a discapito della credibilita' e professionalita' di Booking! Al mio check in inoltre ho trovato la stanza sporca in quanto non era stata pulita dall'ospite precedente. Hanno poi mandato la cameriera in un ora ( non rispondevano a telefono, dopo un po' ho capito che dovevo contattarli via mail). Non c'era una tapparella alla finestra, per cui alle sei del mattino entrava la luce ed ero costretto a svegliarmi.

Comfy bed. Minimalist room with simple bathroom. Good point is that doors don’t make noise when closing, no noise in the hallways. Try to ask for rooms on high floors, because if your room is towards the main street, you may be disturbed by the noisy tramway.

Some hallways were utterly disgusting, with sorts of hairs?!? lying around or what looked like dried vomit.

Everything was perfect, the location, the number, comfortable, not far from the center! 👌

Die Tage war das Wetter so heiss, dass das Zimmer welches zur Badenerstrasse sich erstreckt eine Grundraumtemperatur hatte, und es nachts nicht abkühlte, so Schwitze Mann/Frau sich ohne sich selbst zu Bewegen einen ab.

No soap in the room. After several times of asking to bring soap - just "apologies" and promises "to bring as soon as possible", "we told the cleaning services", "we bring it in the morning". At the checkout there was still no soap and no shower for me in the two days that the room was booked. Awful experience. The room is old and with no reparation, no conditioning, quite dirty. Don't recommend

La struttura è fatiscente, sporca. Al nostro arrivo all'entrata c'era una donna sporca in stato confusionale seduta a terra con oggetti sparsi, l'inserviente non ha fatto nulla.

Soggiorno scandaloso da horror! La stanza (al piano terra) era impregnata di fumo (seppur vietato), sporca, con armadio con unica anta rotta e specchio spaccato, le finestre che davano sul parcheggio e sui secchi dell'immondizia erano coperte da strati di carta alluminio, un misero ventilatore da tavolo con filo e spina rotti coperti da nastro isolante, pensile con sportello rotto, bollitore inutilizzabile poiché senza riduttore, stoviglie sporche, una sedia sola per due persone., senza ferro e set da stiro. Una vergogna!

en ce moment de chaleur nous avons besoin de ventilateur nous rafraîchir le problème c'est qu'ils n'ont pas de ventilateur, le reste tout va bien j'adore ces appartements et studio et chambre d'hôtel.

La posizione

Pessima esperienza. Siamo 6 amiche ed abbiamo preso 6 stanze. Nessuna dignitosa! Le tende sostituite con carta argentata incollata sul vetro(in più stanze), mobili rotti e vecchi(in più stanze), il tubo della doccia con acqua che spruzza ovunque(stanza 16), il bidone della spazzatura sotto la stanza 7 dava un odore sgradevole unito al rumore di chi gettava l'immondizia e bisognava stare chiusi dentro sia per l'odore e per le mosche attirate dalla spazzatura, sia perché a piano terra, senza alcuna protezione per eventuali furti, non ci si sentiva tranquilli. A coronamento di tutto ciò, un caldo allucinante e su 6 stanze c'era un solo ventilatore minuscolo nella 7. Capisco che il caldo non sia causato dalla gestione degli appartamenti, ma siccome ormai è un' eventualità prevedibile, almeno un ventilatore per stanza sarebbe gradito. Per non parlare della pulizia delle parti comuni:inesistente ! Inoltre non si poteva comunicare con nessuno per chiedere qualcosa. È giusto e pratico il self Chek in, ma abbandonare completamente i propri ospiti è poco professionale. L'unico aspetto positivo, che non dipende dalla gestione, è la posizione dell'edificio, a 100 metri da tram e autobus. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Purtroppo non posso dare giudizi positivi, la camera era in condizioni mediocre, il bagno perdeva acqua dalla doccia, la finestra rotta e per avere le chiavi mis figli ha chiesto ad l numero indicato istruzioni, solo in tedesco...
