Die Wohnung war richtig heruntergekommen. Die Bilder laut Booking.com hatten überhaupt nichts mit der zugewiesenen Wohnung zu tun, sie zeigten eine komplett andere Wohnung. Unter rechtlichen Aspekten wäre der Verdacht der arglistigen Täuschung zu prüfen.

The night was unbearable. I had to spend the entire night in extremely hot conditions, as there was neither air conditioning nor even a fan available in the room. When I contacted the hotel’s customer support, their response was simply: “The hotel does not feature air conditioning or fans. We understand that the temperature can sometimes be uncomfortable, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.” This does not seem like a solution or an acceptable level of customer service. An apology alone cannot resolve the issue when a guest is unable to sleep properly due to the uncomfortable conditions. Unfortunately, the lack of proper rest significantly affected me the following day. I was feeling dizzy and unwell, and as a result, I had to cut short my important meeting. There is little value in staying at a hotel if the basic conditions do not allow a guest to rest and sleep properly. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the way the issue was handled.

Great, basic spot in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk form either the metro, or the city bus, and ride shares will pick you up at the hotel. Easy, self check in. Just type in your code at the key box. Some cool neighborhood restaurants, and bar in the area, and the downtown madness is only a few minutes away by car.

L'attico prenotato corrispondeva alla descrizione, ampio e spazioso. La cucina era dotata di forno a microonde, forno a gas, piano cottura elettrico e lavastoviglie. Inoltre c'erano pentole, piatti e bicchieri sufficienti per due persone.

Uno dei motivi per il quale abbiamo scelto questo appartamento, è il parcheggio, in quanto arrivando in macchina ne avremmo avuto bisogno, anche se non era incluso nel prezzo ma a pagamento a parte, solo che una volta effettuato il pagamento dell'attico, purtroppo la struttura ci ha comunicato che non era disponibile: fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una soluzione a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Inoltre per il bagno la pecca della doccia, nonostante fosse molto grande sono le tende: poco efficienti, il bagno si allagava tutte le volte...

Die erste Nacht war nicht sehr gut. Aber ich kontaktierte die Person, die für das Hosting zuständig war, und das Problem wurde gelöst. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

O primeiro quarto não foi muito bom. Muito barulhento. Ficava no térreo e a cada entrada de hóspedes eu ouvia a porta bater. Recebi um quarto na coberta que foi fantástico.

До вокзала 6 минут пешком до трамвая и 10 минут в трамвае. В отеле лифт, поэтому с вещами не таскались. Нам понравилось.

The location was nice.

The upper side of the bed seemed made of leather-looking plastic and they get dry and degenerate over time. There could be flip-flops provided (for after the shower). The smell of smoking weed from other rooms was not pleasant.

Very bad, no hot water for 2 days, Send many emails but not even one answer. Room was almost on fire because of old electricity material. Al documented, photo, film, also send to the host. I will be following this

I really liked that you could cook for urself and the self check in and check out was also really good and one lady helped me with the check in because my phone died, she was really kind I think she was one of the cleaning ladies

we did have a tv but no remote, there was no toilet paper, no dish nor hand soap, the times for the check in and check out were not so good, only one blanket for two people, some of the furniture was not very sturdy, we also could not ask for any of those things because there was no staff only when we arrived there were two cleaning ladies I think

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt und absolut unzureichender Service. ​Bei der Ankunft war das Türschloss defekt und ließ sich von außen nicht abschließen. Obwohl der Mangel umgehend gemeldet wurde, war der Schaden selbst um 22:30 Uhr noch nicht behoben. Erst nach 23:00 Uhr erschien ein Schlüsseldienst. Meine Mutter musste daher nach einer 11-stündigen Anreise die erste Nacht auf der Couch schlafen. ​Zudem waren die Zustände im Gebäude unzumutbar: Über drei Etagen lagen Lebensmittel im Flur verteilt und es gab erhebliche Lärmbelästigung. Wegen der mangelnden Hygiene musste auch die zweite Nacht anderweitig verbracht werden. ​Die Verwaltung zeigte sich extrem uneinsichtig, bot lediglich lächerliche 20 % Rabatt auf die erste Nacht an und reagierte danach auf keine weiteren Klärungsversuche oder Fristen mehr. Absolute Nicht-Empfehlung!

the common stairs and the area directly outside my apartment door are extremely dirty. There is a significant amount of spilled material, dust, leaves, and other debris on the stairs and around the entrance to my apartment. This is also causing a bad smell and attracting mosquitoes, which is unacceptable from a hygiene and accommodation-quality perspective. I expected the property to be clean and properly maintained upon arrival. The current condition is unpleasant and makes me concerned about the overall hygiene of the property. Other subjects to report is the kitchenware, I was not able to prepare a meal because there was no cooking dishes and no detergent to clean the dishes . IN addition the windows curtains were very like worn out and torn

Me robaron comida del refrigerador ( afortunadamente, fue solo eso). Las ventanas no tienen cortinas. Mucho calor, ya que el sol entra directo a la habitación. No recomendable para ir en verano.

Nothing the worst experience ever

• The towels were dirty. • The bed sheets were dirty and had visible hair on them. • There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the room. • There were no proper curtains or blinds, meaning people outside could see directly into the room. There was essentially no basic privacy. • There was no air conditioning. • There were not even basic toilet paper supplies available in the bathroom. • The overall cleanliness and hygiene were completely unacceptable.

The neighbourhood is good and not far away from center. Very walkable

They didn’t finish the cleaning, so we had to wait for 40 minutes more. The room and bathroom are dirty, the bed and bathtub. The sink got stuck and we had to use bathtub instead. The cutlery wasn’t enough for two people: only one big spoon, no little spoons and only one mug

Il y a des places de parking attribuées en face de l'hôtel. Le quartier est bien placé, proche du centre en voiture. Les prix sont abordables même si ce n'est pas du tout rentable.

Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre à 14h30 (check-in disponible qu'à partir de 14h ) la chambre ne correspondait AUCUNEMENT aux photos et n'était même pas nettoyée: aspirateur pas fait, pas de draps sur le lit, linges sales jetés au sol, murs et rebord de fenêtre abimés. Equipements non fournis: pas de climatisation, une télévision sans télécommande, qui est donc inutile, pas de savon ni de shampoing, coiffeuse cassée dans la salle de bain murs fins, on entends tous les bruits de dehors et des chambres voisines. Le personnel était tout autant désagréable. Je n'ai pas pour habitude de mettre des avis mais là c'est de loin le pire hôtel que j'aie vu de ma vie, on pourrait presque croire que c'est une blague, c'est INACCEPTABLE.

Die Unterkunft hat grundsätzlich eine gute Lage.

Der Zustand der Unterkunft war leider äußerst enttäuschend und entspricht aus meiner Sicht keinesfalls dem, was man bei einer vermieteten Unterkunft erwarten darf. Besonders gravierend war der deutlich sichtbare Schimmel im Bereich der Fenster und Fensterdichtungen. Hinzu kamen zahlreiche weitere Mängel: Das Eisfach des Kühlschranks war komplett zugefroren, an mehreren Stellen fehlten Blenden bzw. Abdeckungen und im Badezimmer hing die Duschabtrennung herunter. Die Matratze war nur teilweise mit einem Bettlaken bedeckt und auch der Zustand bzw. die Sauberkeit des Bodens war mangelhaft. Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft einen stark abgewohnten und vernachlässigten Eindruck. Es besteht ein erheblicher Renovierungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reinigungsbedarf. Insbesondere der Schimmel ist für mich bei einer Unterkunft ein absolutes No-Go. Aufgrund des Gesamtzustands und der hygienischen Mängel ist eine Bewertung von 2/10 für mich leider angemessen. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr hellhörig, sodass man mit Lärm aus anderen Wohnungen belästigt wird.

Vi förväntade oss inte så mycket efter att ha läst recensionerna, men det var OK för det priset. Städningen var ok, huset är ju gammalt.

Der Zustand der Wohnung. Es sind überall Flecken nicht richtig sauber die Griffe von den den Schränken kleben. Überall sind Beschädigungen. Duschen kann man auch nicht vernünftig da das Wasser nur rausläuft ohne druck. Das Bett hat so eine weichen Matratze das man gefühle auf dem Lattenrost schläft. Die Decke ist das beste 1,3mx2m Decke für 2 Personen zum glück war es am dem Tag warm das wir keine gebraucht haben. Preis Leistung ist es nicht wert und auf den Bildern sieht es absolut nicht so aus

The light in the bathroom didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, the stove didn’t work. Pretty much nothing worked in the room

War ziemlich schmuddelig/dreckig. Es hatte einen teekocher aber man konnte ihn nicht benutzen da der umstecket fehlte. Die Matratze war ziemlich unbequem, das Kissen aus zerflederter Watte. Das Fenster zum Hinterhof - sehr laut wegen unachtsamer Nachbschaft.

the apartment was very tight and deep dirty, everything was in a very bad condition, even hair dryer was moldy, I've never seen any place like this ! The sinks were not functional, toilet papers were disgusting, the stairs were always full of trash like it there is no management available at all at these apartments. A lot of spiders were on the ceiling of the bed and everywhere was so dusty. i would say booking.com should ban this place because it does not have the bare minumum requirements.

Kaikki oli pielessä. Majoitus oli todella epäsiisti. Kuvat eivät vastanneen asunnon tämän hetkisestä kunnosta. Keittiönkaapit olivat lähes irrallaan. Keittiövälineitä ei oikeastaan ollut tai jos oli niin todella huonossa ja likaisessa kunnossa. Ei pesuaineita keittiössä tai kylpyhuoneessa. Asunto oli todella lämmin. En voi suositella kenellekään majoitusta. Hintalaatu-suhde oli todella huono.

Do not go here... it was very dirty... The shower curtain was very sticky & full of grime, trash left in the bathroom & hallway, grime in every corner, the oven & fridge were full of crumbs & oil, hair on the bed, stains on every wall & door, and the worst part was that the mattress & pillows & blanket smelled like OLD SWEAT very very intensely, I could barely sleep. I stayed it here 5 years ago and it has changed a lot, I was very disappointed to see this.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung und die Bilder auf Booking vermittelt werden. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Mehrere Mängel haben den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt: * Die Eingangstür schließt nicht von selbst und bleibt ohne Schlüssel offen. Man muss sie jedes Mal mit dem Schlüssel abschließen, was aus unserer Sicht ein Sicherheitsproblem darstellt. * Der Boden quietscht bei fast jedem Schritt. * Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig – man hört sogar die Nachbarn beim Duschen. * Die Küche war nicht wirklich sauber. Beim Öffnen der Schubladen kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, und auch der Backofen war verschmutzt. * An einer Steckdose sowie am Lichtschalter fehlen die Abdeckungen, was nicht nur ungepflegt aussieht, sondern auch ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen kann. * Das Zimmer war unangenehm warm und ließ sich kaum ausreichend abkühlen. * In der Dusche ist der Wasserdruck extrem schwach. * Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens funktioniert nicht richtig; das Wasser läuft nur sehr langsam ab. Insgesamt hatten wir leider den Eindruck, dass das Hotel nicht dem Standard entspricht, den die Anzeige verspricht. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Mängel können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nous sommes arrivés dans le logement à 23h30 et avons découvert un appartement dans un état de propreté catastrophique. Nous avons immédiatement contacté Booking puis le propriétaire afin de trouver une solution. Après plusieurs échanges, un second appartement nous a été proposé. Malheureusement, celui-ci était encore plus sale que le premier : sol collant dans la pièce principale, traces de pas sur les montants des fenêtres, canapé très sale et traces sur la porte de la salle de bain. Malgré nos appels pour essayer de trouver une solution, aucune alternative ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons finalement dû rendre les clés à 1h23 du matin et passer la nuit dans notre voiture, dans un pays étranger, sans aucun hébergement malgré une réservation confirmée. Cette situation est inacceptable, surtout après un long trajet et une arrivée tardive. Un logement peut avoir des défauts, mais proposer deux appartements dans cet état et ne pas être capable d’apporter une solution en pleine nuit est un réel problème. Nous déconseillons fortement cet hébergement tant que des améliorations majeures concernant la propreté et la gestion des problèmes clients ne sont pas réalisées.
