Long walk from the train station

El departamento está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad vieja. Se llega caminado de la estación de tren en 17 minutos. Atención que el GPS marca que has llegado a destino, pero en realidad la calle Arca está atrás del lugar que te marca. Hay que seguir derecho, doblar a la izquierda y luego a la izquierda nuevamente. Habría que probar de poner en el destino del GPS Plaza Arca, para ver si lo resuelve mejor. Al principio me costo ubicar el lugar. El depto tiene dos camas single y está bien equipado. Hay un super mercado COOP a 5 cuadras enorme. Nosotros pasamos una noche y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. A la noche no pudimos prender los dos artefactos para iluminar la mesa para la cena. Seguramente estaban quemadas las lamparas. El baño está en desnivel, y hay que bajar 4 escalones y tiene lavarropas.

Bueno...no puede prender la lámpara para iluminar la.mesa para la cena.

Great location, 10 minutes from the staion. It is right by the Old Town, but tucked away in a quiet square. Very comfortable and clean.

The dishwasher was out of service and the plug in the sink didn’t work, which made washing up difficult - in addition, there was a note saying we’d be charged CHF35 if we left the washing up - not the worst issue but inconvenient as it was difficult to wash up with no plug. The shower didn’t drain so flooded. The lighting in the bedroom was very poor and there were wires hanging out of the ceiling. Had to move the microwave off the work top in order to safely use the hob. If we’d been staying any length of time these things would have been more inconvenient. And for CHF200 for one night was disappointing.

Situated in old town, super cute area. The apartment was very nice and comfortable! And even though it was 35 degrees outside and the apartment does not have air condition, it stayed pretty cool (there were also fans) which was nice.

Fantastic apartment, good location, good communication from owner. Large apartment, very clean and comfortable.

予定時間に到着する前に、鍵のコード番号が送られて来なかった。電話で連絡しても、留守電の応答のみで、担当からの返答がなかった。 仕方なく、別の宿を探し、緊急に宿泊を依頼して、路頭に迷わなかったのが、不幸中の幸い。 当日になっても、コード番号の案内の無い宿です。

Location was great but you sometimes heard the cafe and street noise below.

Stairs for us was an issue but that was a minor detractor. It is advised as 5mins from the train station but in reality it is between 10-15 mins. 5 is not doable unless you run.

Beautifully styled, spacious apartment in gorgeous area of Chur.

Dishwasher did not work and discovering this late at night after cooking for family and fully filling it was frustrating and disappointing. Please fix this for next guests.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our one-night stay in Chur. The bathroom was nice and very spacious. While we did not use the kitchen, you are able to cook your own meals there.

There is not a lot of lighting so at night it is not very bright in the apartment.

The place was very clean and location was perfect but the only issue was the fan was broken and it was very hot during the day.

The property has great potential but it’s not well take care of. The mattresses and pillows are pretty old and uncomfortable. The kitchen hood has one broken light.

Location was in the old town which was good. Room was clean.

Only had sheer lace on windows that didnt fit windows. No blinds or curtains for privacy. There was railing for blinds but the blinds had been removed. After contacting owner we were told to close outside shutters. This is awkward and not appropriate. Given 2 single beds for a couple-why werent these pushed together??? Also 11 minute walk from train station- not the 5 minute walk claimed. It is a lie from some other reviews that you can see the station from the apartment. The view is directly into other buildings. There is no city or mountain views as claimed!

This is not a one bedroom apartment, it is more like a hotel room. 2 very small single beds instead of a double. There was a room adjoining the room with light coming into the room all night. Suspect it's part of the same apartment that they close off to get 2 lots of guests.

A neat little apartment in the nicest part of Chur, instructions for check in were clear and timely.

Lots of noisy construction going on around the building. It was a 12-15 min walk to the station, not 5 as suggested.

Trudno trafić bez nawigacji

Large room that was warm and cosy. Cute decor. In a really pretty area. Instructions on how to get in was clear and it was handy to be able to check in when we wanted to. Bathroom had a lot of mirrors and the hairdryer was surprisingly strong.

Accommodation is not as close to train station as stated - more like double the walking time and the streets are cobbled and slightly uphill. Upon arrival, la suite is up two flights of stairs which is a pain if you have luggage. Bathroom is also only accessible via stairs. Bedding was lacking, the windows had no proper curtains, and a long black hair was found in one of the beds - so cleaning subpar also. No info on how to regulate the temperature, but there was a passive aggressive note about cleaning the kitchen after use or else you'll be charged a fee. Wasn't sure what I was booking, has an Airbnb feel - if there were more accommodation options in Chur I wouldn't have stayed here.

Difficult to get exact location. Sent message to owner via WhatsApp but husband wandered around and found it before we got a reply. We were trying to enter the code to getvthe keys from the awkward lock box when we were approached by a man asking for money. This was annoying and gave a bad impression of the location. The apartment is located in a residential building, kids shoes and bikes in hallway. The apartment had two single beds set up in the kitchen dining room.Bathroom located down a few steps from there. There was another room ( (double bed) but a sign in red on door stating do not enter as for staff only! This is clearly someone's home and they rent it out and don't want strangers using their bedroom. The advertisements on booking .com states guests have use of entire apartment but that is not the case. The double bedroom is off limits. We felt uncomfortable in this property as it was decorated in feminine style and clearly someone's home. Kitchen clean, well equipped with signs requesting to leave tidy or pay a fee for a cleaner. Shower had very little water pressure.

Location in old town, clean, comfy had all we needed for our stay

Nothing really. Single beds maybe, but they were comfy and slept well

A good place to stay for a couple of nights in the old part of town. Key was easy to pick up from lockbox. The kitchen was well equipped although a little dark. Bathroom has a washing machine which is a bonus. It would be good to have curtains to keep the light out of the lounge/bedroom. There are good coffee shops within 1 min of the flat and it takes about 10 mins to walk from the station. There are lots of beautiful buildings in the area and it is quiet as no traffic travels through.

The bedroom had too much light, the duvet covers were nylon.

Trying to find it! The entrance is not on the road but through an archway to a square behind. Lots of stone stairs up,to the 4th floor. Clock tower in the square chimes through out the night . Towels very scratchy.

The sofa bed in second room was not a proper bed - NOT suitable for adults or anyone - it was uneven, hard and there were no sheets or duvet . The linen throughout property appeared old and bobbling. TV did not work on normal channels

It was well set out and beautiful, and in a lovely area of the city. And it had a washing machine.

We suffered in the heat of the apartment. We didn’t really know how to turn the heating down, and it was winter outside, but we are not accustomed to that level of heat inside. Also, though the windows looked very pretty the way they were we would have liked some blackout curtains on them, as there was too much light coming in at night, and we would have liked a little more privacy at night.

Great location in an old traditional building. Lovely big room. Nice and cosy. Comfy bed and huge tv!

Shower not very powerful. Couldn’t close one of the shutters so a little street light at night but not too bad. Bedding could have been better.

Chur is beautiful, La suite met our needs, great base for trip on Bernina Express. The housemaid was lovely and kind, she ran to find me when she found my glasses that i had left

We liked everything about this property - the location which was an easy few minutes walk from the station, the size of the studio apartment, the bathroom, the room facilities (clothes washer, kitchen) the cleanliness, and the staff, they were exceptional - communication, check in instructions, friendliness, helpfulness ie with our TV, advice on the local area, they were great.
