La situation géographique, pas trop loin de la gare à pied et du centre ville.

Rapport qualité-prix désastreux: payé presque 80.- pour 2 (2 lits pour 1 nuit) dans un grand dortoir avec lits à étage, à part les WC et douche, aucun équipement proposé: - pas de linge de toilette à disposition (pour le prix payé!!!) - pas de savon dans les douches - sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas - pas de lampe individuelle vers les lits, juste une grande lampe au plafond pour toute la chambre - pas de rideaux aux nombreuses fenêtres qui donnent directement sur une rue bruyante toute la nuit - literie trouée - pas de rangement disponible pour les affaires L'hostel tel quel n'est pas si mauvais et il serait tout à fait OK avec un prix adéquat moitié moins cher pour la nuit... ou alors pour 40.- la nuit il faudrait petit-déjeuner inclus! En résumé, manque d'équipements et ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix payé pour un lit en grand dortoir!

Muy bonita las instalaciones y enviaron claramente las instrucciones de ingreso.

Que las sábanas tuvieran hoyos, creo que es un descuido muy grande. Le hace falta aunque sea un hervidor de agua.

Nuestra experiencia fue lamentable y pésima. En prácticamente todas las camas, o al menos en la mayoría, encontramos chinches, además de chinches muertas por el suelo. La limpieza del alojamiento dejaba muchísimo que desear y las condiciones eran totalmente inaceptables para pasar la noche. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento en repetidas ocasiones, tanto por teléfono como por escrito, pero nada no nos dieron ninguna respuesta. Incluso contactamos con Booking para intentar solucionar la situación, pero nos informaron de que ellos tampoco conseguían contactar con el alojamiento. Evidentemente, nos negamos a dormir allí por motivos de higiene y seguridad. Lo más grave es que, a pesar de todo lo ocurrido, no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución ni un reembolso, simplemente porque nadie respondía a las llamadas. Una experiencia pésima de principio a fin. Encontrar chinches en las camas y que además no haya nadie que se haga responsable de la situación es completamente inaceptable. No recomendaríamos este alojamiento a nadie.

Lärm während der ganzen Nacht und nach Ende der Musik die Aufräumarbeiten auf der Strasse: Entsorgen Glas und Putzmaschinen. Mich wundern die guten Bewertungen hier. Diese auf tripadvisor.ch/ treffen den Nagel auf den Kopf

Location was ok

Poor check in process, the dorm had lots of older men hanging around NOT backpackers. Not a good vibe. Felt uncomfortable and checked out without staying overnight. Had to find a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable beds

No staff present (there is a number "in case of need", but that's not same as seeing someone). Had to clean 2 toilets myself, because I didn't know if other bathrooms were available. Bathroom difficult to use: no place to leave your stuff dry (but for a couple of hooks), neither for the showers nor for the sink. The air was very damp, at last in the bathroom.

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen.

Der Teppichboden und sein unangenehmer Geruch. Ein Parkettboden, Bodenfliesen oder Linoleum wären pflegeleichter und für das Personal schneller zu putzen. Es fehlte ein Schrank im Zimmer.

Extrem heiss. Keine Storen. Kein Ventilator. Zimmer mit Fenster nach Süden.

Ingen personal. Ingen air condition. Kändes inte lika fräscht som andra hostel jag varit på. Dyrt.

Konnte spontan am Abend noch buchen und Besitzer erklärte mir telefonisch die wichtigsten Sachen. Chur ist eine schöne Stadt und gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Zimmer ist mit 2 Doppestockbetten ausgerüstet, was aber auch so in der Beschreibung steht. Soweit okay.

אני מבקש מכם החזר כספי. הגענו למקום ואחרי 10 דקות ברחנו למלון אחר (מלון Ibis Chur). ברשותי חשבונית המעידה על כך. מדובר בתרמית- אין קשר בין התמונות המופיעות באתר שלכם (שהועלו לפני 10 שנים) לבין המציאות: מדובר במקום מלוכלך ומוזנח, אכסניית נוער מטונפת שאינה ראויה בכלל למגורי אנשים. שטיחים מלוכלכים. חדרים לוהטים, המאוורר לא פעל, התאורה חלשה. הסביבה שורצת מסוממים, הכניסה למקום חשוכה ולא ברורה ואין פקיד קבלה או מישהו שניתן לדבר איתו. התרשמתי שזהו עסק לא חוקי ואני מתכוון לפנות בעניין לשלטונות העיר. כיוון שהגענו לשם עייפים מאד בערב והצלחנו להיכנס לחדר רק ב-22:00 לא ראיתי טעם לנהל שיחה עם בעלי המקום. בעיקר כיוון שלא היה שם משהו יותר טוב להציע. לכן ברחנו משם מייד. הנה הביקורת שפרסמתי ב- Google maps, ניתן לצפות שם בוידאו שצילמתי במקום: ‏ https://goo.gl/maps/nc3BmiCxmvvzx3AM6?g_st=ac

Это был самый доступный Хостел в Куре для ночёвки перед поездом Бернина Экспресс. Самостоятельное заселение.

De enorme herrie op vrijdagavond en nacht, ik heb geen oog dicht gedaan. Tevens geen enkele privacy in de kamers en oud meubilair. Geen service zoals een magnetron of waterkoker.

Que las camas chillan con solo respirar todo muy débil la estructura de la cama.

Sono poche le cose che mi sono piaciute, la posizione ottima e il fatto di avere una card.

Molte cose, casino durante la notte, bagni mai puliti, comunicazione con lo staff che non c'era, avevo chiesto info per un parcheggio il nulla ho dovuto cercarlo da me e pure lontano, persone che stanno li da tempo ormai si erano inpossessate di tutto, difficile da individuare per la prima volta. Non ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Boendet ligger i direkt anslutning till nattklubb som håller igång hela natten. Främjar inte en god nattsömn. Heter man Hostel bör det oxå finnas någon typ av köksfacilitet, det gör det inte här. Allt är väldigt avskalat.

Gives you the ICK! Seedy side of town. Self managed check in which is fine until you have an issue and nothing gets done. Will never stay at self managed check in ever again.

Self managed check in, so no contact with actual person. Emergency number not working within critical timeframe. 2 single (unrelated guests) had same issue with a troublesome hostel dorm guest. Contacted hostel owner regarding our personal safety for a change of rooms, but no response. Then very dismissive of issue. Would NOT recommend Viva hostel under any circumstances.

Not much. Easy check in and clean bedsheets. Counts for something but is totally overshadowed by the downsides.

We were a family of five travelling through and didn't expect much. The first thing the hostel could mention in their marketing is that it is a hostel AND CLUB. The one night we slept there felt like sleeping at the CLUB DANCING FLOOR. We are heavy sleepers but the beats just hammered through the entire building and kept us awake until 03 at night. Cool if you are clubbing and staying there, not that suitable for us. It didn't make it better that one of the bedfoots on one of the beds were broken and one of us had to sleep with a tilt all night 😄 No hard feelings though, we got a good three-four hr sleep before trying to catch the train early the day after 😄

There was nothing to like about the hostel

Everything, first of all we were on the 3rd floor and only stairs and h to en there is no staff no kitchen or fridge to use,I don’t know how you call it a hostel when there is only a bedroom and a bathroom to use, even no bin in the bedroom. Nothing provided like soap shampoo or tea or coffee nor a kettle in the room. There is no staff at all at the property to ask anything, even if you contact the property asking for something to my reply back after 3 hours.This is the worst hostel I’ve stayed at

Veloraum nicht zugänglich (und kein strom) und es war unklar wo ich schlafen konnte (kein Personal und kein Info per Email). Darum Verlust genommen und anderes Hostel gebucht.

Que no haya personas físicas atendiendo. Todo se maneja por mail, nunca contestan el wasap, te mandan un mail y arréglate como puedas. Tuve que pedir ayuda a un huésped del hotel que ingresaba para que me explique cómo hacer para el ingreso. Encima, te contestan el mail de mala gana, y con un que problema tiene? Cómo si no tuvieran obligación de atender al huésped. Una experiencia horrible! Mandé un mail a través de Booking solicitando el ingreso a las 13 porque 13.30 tenía programada una excursión, nunca contestaron, y como no supe cómo ingresar, tuve que dejar las valijas en depósito en la estación de tren, lo que me costó 15 francos suizos. Una vergüenza la atención al cliente. No sé los recomiendo!!!

Good location close to old town and only 15 mins walk from the station. We were there mid week so it was quiet, but there seem to be a lot of bar/nightclubs on the street so it may get loud on the weekends. Towels provided and communal bathroom facilities clean. Generally not a bad more affordable option in Chur, especially if a bit more cooler weather.

Although it indicated on Booking.com that it had a microwave and a fridge, these were not present at all. There was also no communal space to sit or be outside of your room. There was also no aircon, we were provided a stand alone fan, on which the turn function did not work. This meant that it was very hot (granted we were there during a heatwave) but it was very very warm! Just to note there were quite a few stairs to get to the top level, with no lift access, not an issues for us, but to be aware of if booking.

Good location, easy check in, very clean, nice and quiet, good ablusions.

Nice basic accommodation, we had a room to ourselves on the third floor ( no lift). Shared bathrooms were very clean. Right next to cable car station for mountain biking.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, fajny pokój, czysto, wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobra opcja na krótki pobyt.

Troszkę brakowało nam jakiegoś czajnika, czy miejsca do zrobienia sobie kawy z rana, ale poradziliśmy sobie, odwiedzając cudne lokalne kawiarnie otwarte od samego rana i oferujące pyszne przekąski, kawę i przemiłą obsługę

Ich war da um 21:09 Uhr und die Tür blieb geschlossen und niemand beantwortete meine ständigen Anrufen (Notrufnummer). Ich habe immer die Code eingegeben und die Tür (auf Rechte Seite des Gebäude), war immer geschlossen. Ich musste mich anders organisieren. Besten Dank

Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire del servizio di questo hostel in quanto la cassetta automatica all'ingresso della struttura non mi ha rilasciato la tessera per entrare. Era presente un numero di telefono per le emergenze ma non avendo copertura telefonica, non parlando tedesco ed essendo già notte inoltrata ho lasciato la struttura in cerca di un'altra sistemazione all'ultimo minuto. Peccato, perché avevo già pernottato al Viva Hostel due anni fa senza inconvenienti, probabilmente un gusto tecnico della macchinetta per l'ingresso in struttura

Room dirty and not clean due to cleaner forget to cleanup

Ik had geluk , het laatste bed onder.

Geen personeel gezien, als er mij niemand had geholpen kon ik niet binnen. Er was mij ook een verkeerde code doorgegeven. Je slaapt boven een bar. Dus de bassen zijn tot boven te horen. Als er dan ook nog 2 vrienden tot laat naar tv kijken , niet stilletjes , dan is van rust geen of weinig sprake.

Unkomplizierter Zugang über Schlüsselkarte.

Im Erdgeschoss/Keller des Gebäudes ist ein Technoclub. Selbst mit Ohrstöpseln war ein schlafen nicht möglich. Zimmereinrichtung ziemlich runtergekommen und fleckig. Etagenbetten sind wackelig und die Leitern zum Teil lose. Parkplatzsituation angespannt.

The accomodation was cheap for the area and on good proximity to the train station..which is what we needed.

The hostel was connected to a night club. And surrounded by many bars. We came as a family with two children. Thankfully for us it was a Tuesday so the club wasn't open. However if it had been Thursday to Sunday you might want to reconsider this location if clubbing isn't your goal. We found no kitchen facilities.
