Little bit hot as no aircon, however, with windows open and fans blowing it’s okay! We still loved it and the staff brought us an extra fan when we messaged them.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The apartment has everything we needed and has a portable aircon otherwise we would struggled with the heat.Cosy and clean.Everything working.We are looking to comeback in summer if the apartment you are going to book has an aircon.The team are very accomodating with our luggages if you want to stay in Lucerne until 3p.m. after check out.If you take public transport from Lucerne train station , 3-5 minutes walk to Bus B then take bus and another walk about 9-10 minutes to the apartment and within shopping central locatiion.Lucerne is a beautiful place to stay.Consider light travel.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Fijne locatie overal dichtbij. Wist allen via info bij boeken niet dat parkeren alleen veel verderop kon, dat is dan weer wel jammer. Verder prima ruimte in de kamer 'Londen' althans.
Erg warm in de kamer 29 graden. Alles zat dicht ook dus het was wat muf. De slaapbank had hele harde stukken (planken) wat niet heel comfortabel sliep. Luzern was prachtig en dan is het lekker dat je zo de stad inloopt..alleen de winkelstraat die bevoorraad moest worden dat was echt een herrie 's nachts. Dacht eigenlijk dat er steeds een tram onder het raam door kwam zetten ofzo.

Great communication from our hosts who were keen to know if we’d had a good time. They stored our luggage for a hour or two on the last day which was very helpful. We stayed in the “London” apartment. We thought the lift was perfectly adequate even though other reviews found it small.
Nothing worth mentioning. The photos are a good representation. Maybe worth checking which apartment you’re getting as there seemed to be a few in the building. A great base for a few days in Lucerne.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Location was fantastic and staff were great the entire time we were staying. As we were there when it was very hot the fans unfortunately didn't keep us cool but the staff were accommodating and gave us more fans which helped.
There was a lack of cutlery and plates, bowls etc. I think the place definitely needs a microwave especially if renting an apartment you will more than likely be cooking your own food.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Our KoBi Apartment was light and well planned and equipped. Our hostess Sam was prompt and helpful with assistance and check in. It is in a convenient location for access to Lucerne’s many highlights.
We’re not happy with having to deposit a night’s accommodation cost as a bond when we have already paid for the accommodation and have a history with Booking.com of being good clients. Now we have to keep checking for reimbursement. A chore not needed on a busy holiday.

Nuovo, pulito, silenzoso, con letti comodi se pur quello matrimoniale essendo alla Francese, risulta un pò piccolo.. Cucina dotata di tutti i confort. Gradita la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde omaggio.. Comodo l'ascensore se pur piccolino. Check in e Check out on line, molto agevole con la comunicazione dello staff, precisa, accorta, gentilissima e rapidissima nel fornire tutte le informazioni richieste. Super contentia di aver soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Apartamento grande muy céntrico y cómodo. Con ascensor. La comunicación fue siempre muy rápida y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pedíamos. Estaba muy limpio y era amplio. La cocina bien. Lo justo para poder hacerte algo y evitar alguna comidas. Te dejan cápsulas de café, y azúcar que se agradece mucho. No hay microondas.
Me faltaron algunos amenities. He estado en más apartamentos en Suiza algunos con nada y otros con todo. Se agradecen mucho. Las toallas son francamente pequeñas pero veo que en todo Suiza. La casa estaba súper bien ubicada pero en días laborables a las 7.00 ya hay un ruido excesivo.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Central location and very spacious with bedroom separate from living area and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is clean and functional. TV capable of loading Apple TV. Staff were very helpful and accommodating on all requests, with very prompt responses to WhatsApp messages.
We missed having a microwave. We were on the 4th floor and lift stops at the third but luckily staff helped us in and we managed coming out without any issues.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026My stay at this property was deeply disappointing on multiple levels, and I would not recommend it to anyone—especially at the price charged. Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. The sofa bed was short, unstable, and only suitable for children, not adults. The noise levels were unacceptable: street noise, a restaurant/bar downstairs, early‑morning street cleaning, trash trucks around 5:30 am, and church bells ringing every 15 minutes throughout the night made it nearly impossible to sleep. Reaching the property was also unnecessarily difficult. The address was confusing, there are multiple apartments with the same name, and no clear instructions were provided. We struggled to locate the correct building. Communication with the host, Christine, was unprofessional and unhelpful. When we asked for clarification, her responses were dismissive and easily irritated. Despite informing her of our arrival time and requesting early check‑in, we were left waiting outside in the cold for more than two hours before being allowed in around 1:30 pm. The lift was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to carry luggage to the 2nd floor. The apartment itself was very small and basic, with no mountain view as it is located in an alley. The toilet was not properly cleaned on arrival, and the facilities were minimal—no toiletries or slippers, only a basic combined shampoo/shower gel. There was no TV, no washing machine, and the curtains did not block light. Communication throughout the stay was inconsistent, including delays in explaining the deposit refund process. Before receiving the door code, we were asked to pay an additional tourist tax of CHF 4.50, despite having already paid the full room price. Overall, the price‑performance ratio is extremely poor, and the experience did not meet the standards expected for the rate charged.
