Location was great. Easy walk from train station and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Could only see the building close next door from the window. No hob so a bit more difficult to cook.

The location is excellent, we couldn’t have asked for a more central spot. The apartment was clean and as pictured, and the kitchenette was well stocked with supplies/utensils. I would choose to stay here again.

There was no ac and it happened to be quite hot when we were there. We asked for an extra fan which they were able to accommodate, though the building is mostly unstaffed except for the cleaners who come by. We were able to leave our luggage there after checking out however they don’t have a designated storage room so it wasn’t the most secure.

The location was fabulous! The room was spacious, and the architecture was unique. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the shower pressure was good with lots of hot water.

The 55 steps up a narrow stairwell to get to our room was a challenge with our luggage. We were on the very top floor. There is no elevator as it is a heritage building. The staff were helpful getting our luggage to our room, but we were on our own when we left. There are just basic kitchen facilities, and the stove is difficult to operate. They do provide a comprehensive instruction manual to answer any questions. Be sure to check out the amazing bakery that is just downstairs!

Location was excellent. Easy to get to train station and lots of restaurants and shops all around. It was very spacious and nice to have the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable.

My only comment to the management team was to put another mirror outside the bathroom.

Le studio est correct (taille, équipements...) et vraiment très bien situé ! C'est super pour quelques nuits et visiter Lucerne. Consignes pour l'arrivée très claires, tout s'est bien passé

Le manque de lumière, une fenêtre donne sur un mur et l'autre était condamnée avec la clim mobile. Il faisait chaud fin août, le fait d'être dans un petit studio pas très bien éclairé ni ventilé n'était pas très agréable mais nous avons été tout le temps dehors, pour un court séjour c'est OK. Attention pas de plaque de cuisson me semble t-il, uniquement four et micro ondes.

Możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Pokój- bardzo mały, wręcz klaustrofobiczny, wyposażony dodatkowo w zlew, piekarnik, żelazko oraz bardzo głośny klimatyzator (w upalne dni odczuwalny brak klimatyzacji !!!!!!). Wspaniała baza wypadowa.

Prima appartement op een hele centrale locatie in Luzern. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf is aanwezig, alles is schoon en netjes en de communicatie met de host verliep heel soepel en netjes. Ook fijn dat je automatisch een Luzern Visitors kaart krijgt waarmee je gratis met het OV kan reizen en diverse kortingen krijgt op bezienswaardigheden.

Wij zaten op de 2e verdieping aan de achterkant, appartement was iets kleiner dan verwacht en keer uit op een blinde muur, de volgende keer zouden we een kamer aan de voorkant vragen. Tevens kan je het appartement niet met de auto bereiken. Wij hebbe in de parkeergrage Altstad geparkeerd die op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het appartement zit. Maar verder alles prima en de locatie is echt top.

I've booked the Standard Studio, it was very small . Has 2 windows but 1 window has a wall of next building view, 1 meter distance and the other window was covered/closed due to aircon instalations. You need to wash the dishes and empty the garbage :(

Riesiges modernes Dachstudio. Hat alles, was man benötigt. Fantastisch zentrale Lage. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Personal (ohne persönlichen Kontakt). Wir lieben Luzern und würden hier auf jeden Fall nochmal unterkommen!

Es war extrem heiß während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Unterkunft hat zwar einen Standventilator als auch eine mobile Klimaanlage zur Verfügung gestellt, doch die Fensterabdichtung hat sich gelöst und die Kühlleistung unseres Erachtens erheblich beeinträchtigt. Man muss dazusagen, dass uns ein Handwerk angeboten wurde, doch für die eine Nacht hat sich das bei uns nicht mehr gelohnt, da unser Kind dann schon geschlafen hat. Parken ist etwas eingeschränkt bzw. Ziemlich teuer in den umliegenden Parkhäusern.

Die Lage ist top, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber

Drei Fenster mit Sicht direkt auf eine graue Wand in 1m Entfernung… das ist nicht sehr heimelig und lässt das Zimmer ziemlich trostlos wirken…

When we checked into our room, our smoke detector in our room was covered in clingfilm, which is incredibly unsafe as it inactivates the smoke detector, meaning that it will not go off in the instance of a fire. Apparently this was the cleaner during the cleaning process, but if you stay here, watch out that your smoke detector is not covered in clingfilm as it is highly dangerous. They also tried to stop us removing it that evening saying that they would remove it in the morning, but were not comfortable sleeping in a room with an inactivated smoke detector so removed it ourselves. There are signs up in the room about preventing burning food due to fire brigade call outs, and threatening fines. This would not be a problem if rooms were adequately ventilated. In our room there was no ventilation system and windows could not be opened. The Kitchenette is only a microwave oven, with not even any trays to cook food on. There is also no toaster or hobs, options for cooking are very limited.

A sensor light or switch on the top landing on floor 3. When we closed our door as we left, there was no lights at all. They only came on when we got half way down the first flight of stairs.

The room was well equipped, very clean, and more than comfortable enough for a one-week stay. There was lots of hot water ++. The room was ideally located for us, close to shopping and restaurants, and a short walk from the train station for day trips around the country. The photos accurately represent the apartment. The hosts were very responsive, except they didn't follow up when we mentioned the lack of internet connectivity. Value for money was better than average; that said, we would not stay here again. Air conditioning and internet functionality were the reasons.

The wifi was pathetic, full stop. Technically, it existed ... early in the morning or (as my wife did occasionally for downloads) sitting on the floor by the one window in the evening. We used data. There was no air conditioning. Several reviews refer to portable air conditioning units. There are no portable air conditioning units. There is a fan. It was hot. And lastly, there are signs telling you to be careful when cooking, as the fire alarm goes off easily and, if the fire department comes, the cost is between 400 and 1000 CHF. Photos of all of this are included, as is the state of the smoke detector throughout our stay. This is as we found it - we did not touch it. Lastly, the hood fan over the stove did not work. Cook at your own risk.

Nichts, es war alles perfekt!

Die Lage war optimal. Ruhig. Schönes Badezimmer. Durften früher anreisen, das war sehr hilfreich!

Die Wohnung ist unglaublich heiß und lässt sich mit den vorhandenen Geräten nicht kühlen, da die Abwärme der Geräte die Kühlung aufhebt. Ein fest installiertes Gerät wäre hier hilfreich. Der Boden ist schlecht verlegt und ein Verkleidungsbrett der Küche ist nicht fest montiert. Bei dem Übernachtungspreis sollte alles tipptopp sein.

不太满意的是，床上的被子只有被芯，这肯定不是每天换吧。在我要被罩之后，给了我一个床单[石化R]我只好用床单把我自己和被子芯隔开。可寄存。

Le Wi-Fi n'est pas assez performant. S'agissant de la vaisselle, il serait bien d'ajouter un couteau à pain ainsi que deux bols pour le petit déjeuner.

More clothes hooks needed, some type of prep area for food. Both items minor issue. Beware of heavy luggage as the stairs are narrow and windy.

It’s in a great central location but really it’s a glorified youth hostel. If you’re over the age of 20 I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I know Switzerland is very expensive but for £190 for 1 night I did expect better. It had a great shower. The “kitchen “ is a sink and an oven/microwave covered in warnings about how sensitive the smoke detectors are and how much you’ll be fined if fire brigade alerted. Also didn’t appreciate the 7am text to tell me to do our dishes, put rubbish in bin and get out by 11am at latest but suspect they’ve had to do this for their presumably much younger clientele. We also couldn’t get the air con to work so a very warm night.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, close to everything. Modern, well designed, large bathroom... really well soundproofed... highly recommended.

It was in a good location.

We were told that there were no elevators, we were not told which of the properties we had rented until the day before we arrived and it happened to be on the 3rd floor with very steep steps. When I looked at booking.com’s web site, the pictures that were shown (the first 8-10 photos )were not the property that we were placed in, so we were very surprised when we arrived and saw the property. The furniture was cheap IKEA, there was very limited space to store your items and the room was very warm. The windows were very difficult to operate, there were no screens, so bugs could fly in.There was very limited silverware, one item that was missing (a corkscrew) was delivered sometime the next day when we were out, it is quite evident that no inventory was done prior to our arrival. The property was nonrefundable!

The location was amazing just a short walk to the station and even shorter to Charles Bridge. The staff were amazing with their communication and were very friendly, kind and attentive.

We liked it all we knew we booked a studio apartment and whilst it was cosy was what we expected.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem kein störender Lärm. Funktionelle Ausstattung. Schnelle Erstattung der Kaution. Schnelle Antwort per WhatsApp, als wir ein Problem mit der Dusche hatten.

Wir hatten eigentlich so etwas wie eine Rezeption erwartet, es lief aber alles online, aber problemlos. Vereistes Eisfach, Kapselkaffeemaschine, naja.

Very convenient location. 10mins walk from the train station. Lucky to got a room at the second floor so it is not hard to bring the luggage up without elevator. The room is clean and cozy. The room had microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher and fridge. Also have full set of kitchenware. So people can do simple cooking. The host is very nice and friendly. We helped to keep the luggage after check out for free until 3pm. Highly recommended!
