Je souhaite porter à votre attention plusieurs dysfonctionnements constatés lors de notre séjour. Tout d’abord, aucun petit-déjeuner n’a été proposé, alors qu’il était pourtant mentionné comme inclus dans la réservation. Par ailleurs, l’appartement était dans un état de propreté insuffisant : une quantité importante de poussière était présente, le couvercle ainsi que l’intérieur de la poubelle étaient sales, et une odeur particulièrement désagréable persistait dans le logement. Nous avons d’ailleurs été contraints d’acheter un désodorisant. Le lit était également très inconfortable. Les draps n’étaient pas à la bonne taille et les ressorts du matelas étaient clairement perceptibles. De plus, à notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre environ trente minutes avant de recevoir le code d’accès de la box. Cette attente a été particulièrement éprouvante après cinq heures de vol, suivies d’une heure de route, d’autant plus que nous voyagions avec un bébé et que notre seul souhait était de pouvoir nous reposer. Concernant le ménage, j’ai demandé une nouvelle intervention, l’état général du logement laissant penser qu’il n’avait pas été effectué depuis un certain temps. Lors de cette intervention, trois personnes se sont présentées. L’une d’elles me demandait ce qu’il convenait de nettoyer, tandis que les deux autres nous observaient, mon épouse et moi, tout en discutant entre elles. Ce comportement nous a semblé particulièrement peu professionnel. Le seul point positif de ce séjour reste la vue ainsi que la proximité immédiate de la plage, située à seulement deux minutes à pied. Toutefois, au vu de l’ensemble de ces désagréments, cette expérience nous a malheureusement confortés dans notre décision de ne plus recourir à ce type d’appart-hôtel.

Schlüsselsafe Code war falsch jedoch kam relativ zügig ein Mitarbeiter der uns dann mit dem richtigen Code öffnete.

I came to check in at 3pm it wasn’t ready !!! No one to communicate on the phone only what’s app no call and it takes a bit to answer. I waited one hour to check in later and i had to wait another half for someone to come to give the insurance after they told me several time sorry for the wait only one minute ! Bad communication ! The 2nd bathroom had a really bad smell and didn’t go away . Pillows really uncomfortable too .

Reviewed Nov 28, 2023Best location and a very quiet place without many tourist. I came for kitesurfing and my favorite kitesurf club is within 5mins walk. The apartment is very cute, sweet and clean.
Very thing is perfect except for the checkin I didn’t receive the code of lockbox and it took me a while to get connected to the company and receive instructions. Turned out that I need to pay deposit first to get code but it was not communicated in anyway. But it’s just a small issue. I will definitely come live with Xuru again

Reviewed Feb 26, 2023The apartment is very cozy and clean. We truly appreciate the attention to detail regarding everything. The service is impressive, and they respond almost in mins. The furniture and the kitchen equipment are new and easy to operate. The balconies have pleasant views overlooking the lagoon and the sea. Furthermore, the apartment's location is fascinating - almost 5 mins from the Marina! Thank you for making our stay exceptional.

Maybe the towels and bed sheets could have been changed half way through my stay or at least this service to have been offered.
