This is a huge apartment with an amazing terrace view. Thank you everyone for a very comfortable stay.

Sometimes you hear the airplanes but not much in the bedrooms as they more inside and building seems that had been built with noise cancellation. More supplies in the restrooms.

The property is extremely spacious. Furniture is Morden, very perfect for self catering.

The flat was stunning and large , the stuff friendly, just didn’t like the fact that you have to pay for the swimming pool separate

Abdul Rahman was a very helpful man who tried to sort things but we were unable to reach owner. Beds & other amenities were good.

Booked & paid in full for 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment..got given 2 bedroom apartment with 2 towels for 3 people. No shower gel, hand was dispenser in bathroom & shower. Requested partial refund..not showing up yet. Owner agreed to partial refund but waiting currently.

A little bit late because the was cleaning the room from 2 o’clock until 3.30

Wonderfully organised. Easy check-in and check-out. Very spacious and neat intertior with Wifi and Netflix. Will recommend this for a short stay. Beds very very comfortable, clean and tidy. Enough pillows and blankets.

Clean apartment. Very close to the airport. Great lighting in the apartment. Huge TV. Lots of space. Pool available but in March it was way too cold. The owner (his representative) was available at checkin to help with bags and went out of his way to resolve a minor issue with the internet. He also graciously made change for us from USD so we could buy food. Be aware that if you want to order food you need to have an Egyptian number. That was inconvenient but not the fault of the owner. We would stay again. Walking distance to a bank machine, and a small grocery store. Also near the Sun City Mall which was great if you’re looking to visit a real world post apocalyptic environment!

All was good. The internet was not working when we checked in but the owner got it fixed through his representative and a tech guy.

Compound is located on Good location ,, all facilities is near with in 10 minutes distance by Car

There are some issues I faced 1. Security Behavior are not good they asked to much Question same like they are giving USA Visa 2. In Apartment Hands wash are very bad maybe 5 Year old 3. Lundary Machine also with bad Condition

Very convenient, close to the airport, very clean and large, the property manager is very nice and helpful, Uber driver at the place within 5 minutes.

The apartment was absolutely amazing! A full house with all necessity! Spacious, comfortable and convenient with 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 bathrooms and full kitchen.

We arrived late at night, between 11pm and midnight so I understand things can be different, but I did not appreciate the fact I was met by a staff member (but with nothing to show me it was a staff member—it had a backpack and jackets on, no uniform or name tag..) with no knowledge of English, asked me for documents (passports) and then left and returned a few minutes after to bring us to the apartment. So we were checked in from the sidewalk! Alter we were brought up to the apartment he demanded to take pictures of our passports but when asked why we could not explain and just demanded to shore the documents then left. It never happened to me in Egypt or anywhere else not to be down the concierge or checking in area and then after they took my passport asked for siriano pictures! As I was traveling by myself with my underage son in the middle of the night I didn’t feel like arguing too much for fear of consequences. We also later found out their sofa had bedbugs! My son who slept on the sofa walk up next morning full of itchy red dots all over his face and body! I did not have any problems sleeping in the actual bed and it was clean and comfortable.

Extremely Spacious. Very very comfortable beds. Comfortable furniture. Huge TV in the living room and in each room as well Very friendly staff. Special mention to Abdurahmaan and Khulood you were extremely helpful. Lovely view from the balcony. Very close to the airport. I'd recommend booking an apartment like this over a hotel room. Much more space and extremely modern furniture etc for a lower price.

The room wasn't extremely clean. (I'm talking about South African Indian Standard clean. We like things extremely extremely clean). Dusty in corners. Kitchen area a bit dusty and not cleaned to the highest level. Bathroom tub could also be a bit cleaner. Soap in the bathroom was gone off. Had a weird smell. Not enough towels. No toilet roll. No tea and coffee on arrival. If you use the delivery app Talabat (Mr D equivalent for South Africans) you need an Egyptian number and some places take extremely long to deliver or don't deliver at all. Use cash on delivery so you don't lose out on money. Mega is one place that delivers and quickly. Beef Shwarwarma was amazing.

Everything was really lovely. The problem we had was very poor Internet which made contact with people very difficult and caused a few problems

The property was clean, tidy, elegantly decorated, very tasteful, well equipped with all appliances and wonderful value for money. The host responded immediately to my emails and was most cooperative. My family will definitely use this property again when travelling to Cairo.

Only the fact that the cost of the pool is additional. I can understand that an extra charge is applied by Sheraton for use of the pool, we just felt it was a bit expensive.

Great location, only 10mins from airport

The house was very clean and the host kholood was over and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and made sure we had everything we need and she offered her help at anytime if we needed any help in the city.

The place was very clean and like brand new flat and equipments are the best brand in the market also with very nice balcony with swimming pool view

Clean, local to airport and hypermarket. Felt very safe. Netflix available was a bonus for kids

No complaints

The unit is spacious and super clean. The beds are comfortable. The place is gated, and every time I order food or groceries a security guy will escort the delivery guy to the unit and then escort him out. The pool is clean. There's an adult time for the pool. Mamdouh and Kholoud were super helpful and very attentive any time day or night. The Internet is poor. The master bedroom's TV couldn't connect to the internet. The cellular network was awful. You gotta stay by the porch to make a phone call. Kids were so happy they were able to watch their favorite shows on NETFLIX and Disney. The porch is very good size with great pool view. The location is perfect and close to almost everything! It was amazing and I totally recommend it.

Owners are very helpful and gentle. Beautiful apartment.

Breakfast is not easy to setup. A small cafe is only right around the corner but of really poor quality and not enough croissants available in the morning. So you need to grab some stuff beforehand.

The property was massive with great views, very clean and in a very safe area of Cairo. Ideal, for the travelers that also want to be close to the airport. Amhed, the host, was super friendly and we had an excellent communication before and during the stay! I would definitely revisit this property if I’m back in Cairo!

Excellent place , furniture , decoration , security , helpful stuff specially Mrs Kholoud which was very helpful and available at any time

The property was very dusty and fingerprints everywhere, only the floor was just mopped when we arrived although we arrived very late to our check in time, we had a problem with the gas leaking and we called the owner multiple times he answered once then ignored us completely and someone turned up the following day to say that's normal but the smell was very strong and we had to turn all the cooker off. It was very disappointing as we paid that money to use all the facilities in the flat and cook good food but we ended up spending money everyday on food delivery. The fridge was as leaking water as well the lady that came to say the gas is normal she said she will send someone in 1 or 2 days to fix it but till we left no body turned up. There was a lot of noise as they were working next door every day. When it came to checking out our flight was departing at 17:55 and the day before I called him to ask if we can stay a bit more he said let me check and I will let you know. He didn't let us know till the following day a woman knocked and said you got 30 minutes to leave. The lady in the reception refused that we stay down and called the security to kick us out, she was very rude she is far to be a receptionist she literally doesn't know how to smile. When my wife asked to use the toilet she went and locked it after so no one uses it anymore. It's very very disappointing as this was my first time there, as long as they take their money upfront they don't care after and the staff downstairs don't help because we rented from the owner not them. It's wasn't worth the money at all and we could have stayed in a 5 starts hotel with less money but we wanted to get everyone together. It's an experience that I don't want to remember Egypt with. Unprofessional.

very welcoming hosts. Ahmed and kheloud were absolutely fantastic. very good communication and very hospitable. whatever we asked for they tried their best to accommodate it for us. very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. will definitely go back there again.

having to take 2 lifts to get to the apartment but that’s the design of the compound so nothing to do about that. it was just difficult sometimes with 2 toddlers and the suitcases.

The place was amazing, clean and tidy, its location was perfect and near to malls and entertainment places. Great thanks to Ahmed Mamdoh who hosted us during our stay. He always reply and take actions when we ask him about anything, he was very helpful overall and available 24/7. I recommend this appartement for families who want to spend nice days with low budget. The amount of money is reasonable compared to hotels in Cairo. Sure we’ll repeat this experience again.

A luxurious apartment that have all the basic necessities to make it a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and the host is very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the apartment’s balcony is amazing and the pool is huge!

There was a problem with the wifi on our last day. And the phone signal was bad in the compound. Wish there were more towels

I like the architecture and design of the structure it’s also always cleaned daily and has a cityscape view with a big pool
