Il fut extrêmement complexe de passer une commande pour la livraison d'un repas. Adresse du logement incompatible avec le système de commande en ligne du restaurateur. Nous avons du passer par le service de l'Hôtel qui nous ont bien accompagné.

Living and kitchen area is quite small. Not set up well for cooking your own meals.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Ocean Blue studios it's great!! The location is easy to find it's a 10 minute drive from Cairo airport. Studio was huge and clean. Comes with a full kitchen living room area 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms has a/c in both rooms and the living room. Studio has all the necessary things you need for a very comfortable stay. The area it's also pretty quiet by day and night and there's a few shops supermarket and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Overall these Studios offer a great value If you need a place close to the airport when you arrive or are leaving Cairo. I only booked two night on the first week of April so not many guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone if you're just passing by on your way to downtown Cairo.

After we arrived, we were brought to the reception where we had to wait for 30min until our room was ready. Overall, it was okay, but the communication with the staff was a little strange.

They wouldn't allow anyone to visit me and I had an urgent online work meeting so I had to do it outside the house , The sofa was not clean and the internet was weak and sometimes shut down.

Absolutely horrific experience. NEVER in my life we had such a bad experience, super confusing management purely dishonest. To start off, when they said this was a one-bedroom apt, it was studio. Also, they false advertised what they had. They took us to a different property which was fine. But initially, they said they could not find our reservation, it would take 5 mins. Then it took 35mins until they took us to a different property nearby. Then, they say it would take another 20mins for the room to be ready. 40mins passed, nothing. I finally lost it and asked for our refund and was told they were sorry for what happened then they went on talking about they needed to do maintenance blah blah. Then after multiple complaints they finally promised I would get a room in 5mins. Then it was another 40mins. They just kept on figuring out new paperwork for us to do including asked to copy our passport twice which I refused. Fill in some application form, which I did again. Every time we were promised a room if I finish them. The whole freaking time, no one offered us any help or even a cup of water. The management just kept on saying we needed to understand how difficult their situation was. Then after another 20mins they avoided issuing me a refund. We were finally led half way to a room but were asked to wait one floor down. When we finally went upstairs and tried to see what was happening the room was still being prepared! Finally, we decided enough was enough and just left. What a nightmare! I probably forgot to mention, we arrived at the property late PM WAY past check-in time but aligned with what I communicated to the hotel earlier. Ocean blue studios and Sheraton Air they were all the same group of folks. Had I known this is what was waiting for me, we would have just asked for an extension of our previous hotel booking vs having to through all this! The management did get me the refund in the end but this put such serious damp on our otherwise great trip.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025The picture of the pool is false advertising - it is part of the hotel next to the rental unit . Do not confuse this with “Sheraton Hotels” it’s a single unit off to the side of this complex. There is no airport shuttle or WiFi even though it is listed.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025The apartment was equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board and good kitchen facilities.
First of all, it's difficult to find. The link sent, wasn't working and I circled around for 20 min. In the end I had to pay the Uber driver double. The staff who gave me the key didn't speak English and I speak no Arabic; communication was therefore difficult and not exactly friendly. During check-in, I felt like I was a nuisance to him. I was given a WhatsApp number in case of problems. When I texted on the second day I got no answer for hours. Later I called, with absolutely no response at all! The problem was that I couldn't turn off the AC, as the remote control batteries were empty and there was no switch to turn off the device itself. Due to no reply, the whole apartment was extremely cold and in the end I put 4 layers on and jumped into bed. Spare batteries would do the job!

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Great service from the staff, especially the welcoming of Mario. The booking was upgraded to an apartment which was very big, spacious and well arranged and with the needed amenities. There is proximity to airport and a good supermarket is close by too.
The gas canister in the kitchen with a bit of smell.

NO INCLUYE PISCINA, aunque pone tick verde NO incluye, solo es para propietarios y gente de hotel pero para apartamentos NO. Tampoco nos dieron opción de pagar algo aparte para poder disfrutarla, directamente no te dejaban, y mareándote de persona en persona para dar alguna explicación. Por otro lado estuvimos toda la mañana pidiendo una toalla ya que solo habían dejado una en la habitación y hasta que a la 4a vez la pedimos y dijimos que le acompañábamos a buscarla no nos la dieron, eso sí las dos toallas con manchas, la que había en el suelo del baño también y la alfombra del pasillo con manchas también. Está cerca del aeropuerto pero te venden algo que no es

عند الخروج عدم تجاوب المسئوله احلام في الاتصال لتسجيل الخروج واضطررنا تنزيل الشنط لوحدنا مع الدرج لعدم توفر موظفين لذالك وعدم تجاوب احلام للاتصال والمكان بعيد عن الخدمات ولا يوجد اي وسيلة للترفيه داخله حتى المسابح مغلقه ولا مطاعم والكفي مغلق سكن للعوايل فقط ويكون برفقة سائق غير كذا الوضع متعب جداً

When i came to drop my bags the staff didnt allow my friend to enter the car area and they kept on asking show us the booking and my phone was loading , and when i showed them the booking he said its for only one, my friend was so mad he said we know its for one but let me drop her bags in the parking area! That was so rude from the staff and unprofessional

Super nice and always willing to help and do anything to make your stay a great time. I will come back with my family in August and definitely will be looking to Stat at Ocean blue again.
