The host did not inform us previously that we would require marriage certificates to check in. My husband is originally from Syria but holds a German passport and we were informed, at check-in, that a marriage certificate is needed. After many discussions the solution the host offered was to reimburse us for the booking. However, this was not an option, as we did not have another place to stay. Luckily we had a contact in the government that helped us with the situation. Additionally, there was not enough toilet paper, no material to do the dishes and the bathrooms were not very clean.

Internet didn’t work and host pretended like he tried to fix it but ended up ignoring my messages when I told him it was still not working. The walls are thin and you can hear everything outside… dogs barking, people walking upstairs… we couldn’t sleep at all with all the noise.

Only problem is no swabs or dish cloths...would be nice if there was some tea coffee sugar and milk...

Reviewed Jan 3, 2023Super close to airport. Our flight was delayed & owner waited until 1am to show us the apartment. We were only there overnight for a long layover but it's super nice & have everything you need. Don't let a cab charge more than 60 - 80 pounds! Better to use uber.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2022The site allowed us to arrive early and the owner came across town to give us the keys early, she was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend staying here, idea place to get to airport, pool was great and shops close by. The front desk staff were great and very helpful.
