Al no tener recepción no habia control con los ruidos que formaban los otros apartamentos y por dos noches fue horrible dormir de tanto escandalo y ruido.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026La ubicación y lo íntimo que es. Solo 12 apartamentos. Si no te tocan al lado, jóvenes que quieres salir de fiesta estás en la gloria.
Que no tenga aire acondicionado. Sería perfecto que así fuera. Pasamos mucho calor, a pesar de los ventiladores.

Que pese a tener ventilador , hace mucho calor en esa zona de San Agustín, deberían tener aire acondicionado o similar … por otro lado , no hay servicio de cambios de ropa de cama o toallas , o al menos yo no lo tuve y estuve 3 noches con la mismas toallas

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Todo estaba perfecto para el precio. Muy limpio, tiene todo o que puedes necesitar en un fin de semana (menaje, toallas, jabón...), camas bastante cómodas y bien ubicado.
Podrían mejorar las almohadas y la comodidad del sofá. Si buscas mucha privacidad no es tu sitio (se oye demasiado a los clientes de los apartamentos de al lado, o a los que están en la pisicina, alguno puede incluso pasar por delante de tu terraza).

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment auf Gran Canaria. Die Unterkunft war klein, gemütlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und zuverlässige Reinigungspersonal, das stets für Ordnung gesorgt hat und immer hilfsbereit war. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können dieses Apartment gerne weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lo único que no me gusta que no tiene que ver con el alojamiento en si, es que tengo un hijo de 14, al reservar poniendo la edad real en Booking me aparecen varios alojamientos incluido este, hago el pago y luego el dueño me escribe diciendo que como el niño tiene más de 12 tiene que pagar como adulto, creo que habría que filtrar más desde el principio y no aparecer en los resultados

Offre una piscina piccola ma carina esposta al sole fino a tardo pomeriggio con lettini ed ombrelloni. A pochi metri c’è una bella spiaggia dove poter fare il bagno. Posizione ottima

Netoliese parduotuvės, restoranai ir kavinės tačiau bute pakankamai tylu. Puikus netoliese esantis paplūdimys. Jei yra galimybė, šeimininkas leidžia pasilikti ilgiau išsiregistravimo dieną už papildomą mokestį.
Duše galėtų būti įrengta lentynėlė pasidėti prausimosi priemonėms. Būtų puiku, jei apartamentų komplekso gyventojai galėtų pasinaudoti skalbimo mašina. Apartamentuose esančio televizoriaus garso kokybė ir kanalų pasirinkimas galėtų būti geresni.

No tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento pero en días muy buenos de sol y en temporada alta es complicado aparcar.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026All information som boendet givit booking var fel. Fel adress fel kontaktuppgifter som telefonnummer, resultat att första natten fick jag ta in på ett hotell. Boendet tog inget ansvar för alla felaktigheter och har vägrat ta del av hotellkostnaderna, riktigt dåligt beteende från boendet. Framkom inte att balkongen var ca 4 meter från tung trafikerad väg, turistbussar stannade precis utanför alla kunde titta in på vad du åt och drack, du var aldrig ensam.

Molto gradito anche la spugnetta e Detersivo piatti nuovi. La struttura era molto pulita e di buon gusto. Check in in autonomia, ma se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa il proprietario era sempre disponibile per telefono. Ci tornerei

Por ponerle una pega …. El wifi ha de mejorar es muy lento ( inexistente ) pero vaya que es un mal menor.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026El apartamento estaba muy completo y con detalles como agua o productos de limpieza. Además, la llegada fue muy fácil y hubo buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Cerca de la playa y de muchos comercios.
La habitación era tranquila aunque daba a la piscina. Puesto que fuimos en febrero no había nadie en la piscina pero si es tiempo de piscina, igual si puede ser ruidosa. La terraza también daba a la acera así que oías y veías a la gente pasar.

Dåligt internet. Hårda sängar. Utsikten från balkongen 10m ut mot en rondell. Knappt sol på balkongen (Hotell skymde). TV/Soffa/hall i samma trånga utrymme= där vill man inte sitta. Litet och trångt kök.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Uns hat alles gefallen - zuverlässiger Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per whats app - sehr modernes, sauberes Apartment mit sehr großem Balkon und guter Ausstattung, die nicht abgenutzt war. Nach drei Tagen wurde sogar gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht.
Fällt uns nichts ein.

Минусы: на балконе не было пепельницы. Стенам возможно уже требуется покраска

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025The location was good and to be fair, the apartment was fitted out to a reasonable standard.
The sofa was so uncomfortable, I would challenge anyone to sit on it for any length of time. The bed consisted of two small singles pushed together, every time you move you risk disappearing between the two. The mattresses were obviously made by the sofa company. As a self contained apartment, I would have expected an oven, there is a two ring electric hob and a small microwave. You are supplied with two towels every three days, this is inadequate There is a small pool, but during my stay it was constantly dirty, it didn't look like a pump/filter was working. Finally, there was a stench of cigarettes, initially I assumed that previous guests had been smokers, until I saw the cleaner arrive. I watched her open the linen cupboard and then light up and smoke all over the clean linen. She also walked in and out of one of the other apartments whilst puffing away. I had to close all of the windows while she was there to try and keep the stench out.
