Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Bardzo polecam! Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj z mężem na tydzień wakacji (pierwszy tydzień września). Pracownicy obsługi, zarówno Państwo na recepcji, jak i Państwo sprzątający bardzo mili i pomocni. Po wejściu do pokoju zastał nas porządek i piękny zapach. Ogromne wrażenie zrobił na nas widok na ocean z balkonu 😍 Aneks kuchenny był wyposażony w podstawowe naczynia i garnki oraz sprzęty (płyta indukcyjna, ekspres kapsułkowy, toster, kuchenka mikrofalowa). W miseczce obok ekspresu było kilka sztuk kapsułek z kawą i saszetek z cukrem (warto zaopatrzyć się we własne, ponieważ ta ilość kapsułek i saszetek którą co dostajesz na start może nie wystarczyć na cały tygodniowy wyjazd 😉). Łazienka była czysta. Do dyspozycji jest suszarka do włosów ze zwykłą końcówką i z dyfuzorem👌 Łóżko wygodne, po obu stronach wyposażone w stoliki nocne i lampki. W pokoju jest wygodna kanapa, stolik kawowy i telewizor z dostępem do internetu (Netflix, YouTube itp.). Na balkonie znajdują się dwa fotele i stolik oraz suszarka na pranie. Co dwa dni wymieniane są ręczniki (po dwa na osobę) i dywanik do łazienki. Pokój jest codziennie sprzątany (wyrzucanie śmieci, mycie podłogi). Ok. 300 m od hotelu znajduje się sklep SPAR. Hotel posiada prywatny basen z fotelami i parasolami. Jest tutaj również prywatne zejście (po schodkach) na plażę. Widok z tych schodków na ocean i roślinność jest obłędny!🌴🌸Przy hotelu można za darmo zaparkować samochód na ogólnodostępnym parkingu, a gdyby nie było tam miejsca hotel posiada dodatkowy parking płatny. Naprawdę bardzo polecam!☀️

Sign to hang on the door saying ‘Do Not Disturb’/‘Please Clean my Room’ would be helpful for days when one doesn’t want to be disturbed in one’s room.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Estuvimos alojados este pasado fin de semana en los apartamentos Buganvilla, tienen una localización a pie de playa y una vista inmejorable al mar, a la Playa de San Agustín y a la Playa del Inglés. Están reformados y son súper cómodos y tranquilos, tanto los apartamentos cómo las instalaciones. El personal es muy amable y la limpieza estupenda también. Repetiré estancia seguro, muy recomendable.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026J'ai apprécié l'emplacement au calme avec possibilité de profiter de la piscine ou de la plage de sable fin. La vue sur l'océan est juste parfaite. Vous pouvez faire tourner une machine ou utiliser le sèche linge sur demande (2€ seulement par utilisation). Il y a un petit magasin SPAR à 3 minutes à pieds et un hyperdino à 10min (ils sont assez limités en choix et assez chers mais cela peut suffire pour des vacances). Pour les plus grands magasins, mieux être véhiculés sinon compter 25 minutes de marche.
Il est vrai que la clim faisait pas mal de bruit mais on a quand même fini par la mettre la nuit car la petite couette tenait trop chaud (sinon température supportable de 26°). A titre personnel, j'aurais aimé avoir un balai à disposition car même si nous avions le ménage qui était fait une fois par jour (à l'exception de deux jours par semaine), le sable et la nourriture salissaient très vite. Difficile de savoir quand la femme de ménage passait car cela se situait entre 10 et 16h mais on a toujours pu s'adapter pour la laisser faire. Pour les personnes souhaitant beaucoup sortir, je trouve que l'on était assez isolés car nous n'étions pas véhiculés. Quelques restaurants pas très goûteux mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir un endroit calme et nous n'avons pas regretté la localisation.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hat eine kleine Küche und nebst dem Bett eine Couch. Der Balkon mit Meeressicht ist sehr schön.
Es wird damit geworben dass man einen Parkplatz in nur 100m Entfernung dazumieten kann. Der Parkplatz ist zwar vorhanden. Aber es sind dann eher 250 m Entfernung. Ab Unterkunft 200m die Straße bergab, und dann nach dem Eingang 50m steil nach oben auf den Kiesplatz. Für Leute die nicht gut zu Fuß sind wäre das bereits eine Herausforderung.

El ascensor sólo llega hasta el tercer piso (la entrada está en el piso 6). Conviene que lo tenga en cuenta quien tenga dificultades con las escaleras.

Reviewed May 8, 2026A vacancy in this hotel was the reason why we finally decided to come to Gran Canaria. We hate crowded and noisy all inclusive hotels, but Buganvilla promised a piece of beauty and calm in an otherwise lively and touristy destination. We are glad that we came and enjoyed a beautiful week of quiet seawatching from our huge balcony. The hotel is perfectly clean, with friendly staff, and the other guests seemed to come for the same reason of enjoying a calm, quiet and civilized vacation. While the hotel is way from the noisy and lively parts of Maspalomas, it is incredibly easy to take a bus from nearby Clinica Roca station and cheaply and comfortably travel anywhere you need to. This also helps if you get carried away and walk too far on the beautiful coastal walk below the hotel, that takes you as far as behind the Maspalomas dunes (which you can see from your balcony). There is a Spar nearby and you can take a bus to Lidl, Eurospar or Mercadona hypermarkers (you have to try Iberico Belotta in Mercadona!!!). For our week, we walked a lot, we swam at the beach, we dined at the seaview balcony and life was good in Buganvilla :)

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026We stayed for a week in April 2026 and were delighted with these apartments. We had a two person apartment comprising a combined bedroom/sitting room/kitchen, plus a separate bathroom with shower and loo. We also had a balcony large enough for a table and chairs, where we could sit and look out over the sea and beach below (we were on level 3). The kitchen was well equipped and one could cook most things, perhaps not oven baked meals, although we didn’t investigate this properly. There was something that looked like a microwave, which may also have had baking functions. There are two rings, so things like pasta are easy to prepare. The place is “adults only” and noise was not a problem for us. Even on the balcony at night, conversation from adjacent apartments was always muffled by the sound of the sea below. There is a small pool and sunbed area, which we did not really use. We liked the rules, which you are also reminded in the lift, e.g. about not reserving sunbeds with towels (not adhered to by all residents, we have to say), but it never appeared busy down there, perhaps different in the summer. Access to the beach was excellent. You are given a key fob to buzz in and out through a gate at the bottom of the steps from the apartments, which leads straight onto San Agustín beach. This is good for swimming, with sand and sunbeds, but not too crowded (when we went anyway). The staff and arrangements were really very good indeed. The lady on reception was efficient and helpful, sorting out a taxi to the airport for us and reassuring us that arriving late was no problem (a security guard comes to let you in). The desk also sells wine and water, and each day two bread rolls appear hanging in a bag on your door. You also get regular cleaning and towel changes. This was our first “hot” holiday despite being in our 60s and it suited us well – the apartment was excellent and the area was quiet, but still with enough places to eat.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The Buganvilla Apartments were outstanding. The location was quiet and peaceful. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and answered all the questions with care. I never had trouble finding a good place at the pool to sunbathe. The apartment itself had a gorgeous view and was immaculately clean and organized. I travelled alone, and as a single woman, I felt completely safe in the area and in the apartment. There were many lovely options for beaches and dining in the area that I visited. There were surprising little touches at the Buganvilla that made the experience extra special. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Nothing. The only thing I would say is that it is important to book your taxi with reception (which I did without issue) in advance because the airport is small and there are not many taxis at the airport rush hour.

Apartment für Selbstversorger ! vielleicht Gewürze und Kaffee von zu Hause mitnehmen, wenn man Kochen möchte, genug gute Restaurant zum schlemmen fußläufig vorhanden. Es gehen Steinstufen vom Apartment zum Pool und mehr Meer, muss man wissen !!!! Das Apartment hat seinen Preis !!!! aber dieser lohnt sich wirklich. lg

Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre, oczywiście piekarnik w kuchni byłby idealnym uzupełnieniem. Winda dojeżdża do 3 piętra, więc zejście i wejście na okolicę basenu i do promenady gwarantują trening cardio :). Apartament tak jak opisują inni wymagałby już remontu, ale wyjście na taras powoduje że o tym zapominamy. Cisza i spokój w strefie basenowej. Hotel udostępnia torbę plażową i ręczniki plażowe. Idealna lokalizacja do długich spacerów aż do Dunes of Maspalomas. W pobliżu kilka restauracji i świetnie zaopatrzony sklep. Codziennie około 9 rano zawieszano na drzwiach torbę z zawartością 2 bułeczek.
Zimny basen i brak materaców na leżaki przy basenie.

Klein minpuntje. Het terras aan studio was in de namiddag zeer warm. Je kon op dat ogenblik wel de schaduw aan zwembad opzoeken. Voor personen die moeilijk trappen kunnen doen, is dit een minder geschikt appartement.

I liked the fresh bread delivered at the door every morning and the Nespresso machine with welcome coffee cups. The cleaning lady is very good! There is private parking and it's not expensive.
It can be a bit chilly in the morning as the sun reaches the lower apartments only around midday.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La terraza era increíble, con unas vistas inmejorables. El apartamento era muy bonito. La piscina muy tranquila. El personal de recepción era muy amable. Tenía relativamente cerca supermercados y paradas de autobús, pero había que subir y bajar muchas cuestas. La playa de arena fina, a un minuto andando del apartamento.
Solo había ascensor hasta la tercera planta, así que para ir a la playa había que bajar 99 escalones. Subirlos después se hacía complicado. Para ir a la piscina, también había que subir y bajar varios escalones. Lo peor fue el personal de limpieza. Vinieron a limpiar, les dijimos que no era necesario porque todavía no íbamos a irnos, y nos dijeron que las 10 de la mañana era una hora más que decente para estar fuera del apartamento. Los días siguientes, llamaban a las 3 de la tarde para limpiar, cuando ya les dijimos que no hacía falta. Como no les abríamos la puerta, nos llamaban desde recepción. Nos despertaron en varias ocasiones, y cuando te vas de vacaciones a desconectar es bastante molesto.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Wundervoller Ort: Aus allen Fenstern hat man Meerblick, auf der eigenen Terrasse kann man den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegen. Die Apartments sind sehr komfortabel, man hört die Nachbarn nicht. Die Anlage ist von viel Grün umgeben, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich – alles war perfekt.
