Spacious and clean room.

Side alley, unpleasant street, building is dirty and deserted, no reception and no one to talk to. Feels scary.

De locatie viel tegen. Het was iets achteraf. Verder waren de liften ietwat gammel en had het geheel iets onpersoonlijk.

Comfortable studio flat for a short stay. Good location (walking distance to the Metro and 10 minutes walk to Ladadika), air conditioning (must have during heat wave), nice kitchenette adequately equipped. Fully renovated, it’s as it looks in the pictures.

WiFi was a hit on and off but I guess it didn’t bother us that much as we stayed there for about half a day on our return back to London

The location was very good, close to center. I was worried about parking but luckily we found it in the street close to the apartment

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Tessalonica. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in strada. Camera confortevole, arredata con cura e bagno comodo. Molto comodo e facile il check-in.

La camera è in una struttura con un ingresso sporco e non curato.

Ovo nam je drugi put da odsedamo u ovom apartmanu. Lokacija je odlična, gotovo u samom centru. Na pešačkoj udaljenosti od šetališta uz more. Metro stanica na minut od smeštaja. Posebno nas je obradovalo što su nas u apartmanu sačekale flašice sa vodom. Posle dugog puta i vrućine, osveženje nam je tako prijalo.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was clearly not properly maintained or cleaned. The light switches were dirty, the bathroom sink drain was in terrible condition with visible grime and damage, and the door was covered in stains and marks. The iron provided looked old, dirty, and barely usable. The bedding and fabric covers were covered in lint and debris, making them look unhygienic. To make things even worse, the curtains had multiple holes in them, giving the room a neglected and worn-out appearance. Overall, the hotel looked poorly maintained and did not meet even basic cleanliness and quality standards. I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options in Thessaloniki for the same price.

The accommodation was good quality for the money, the location is good taking into consideration that we only spent one night there to rest so we can go to another destination. The best part is that we could park for free on the street in front of the block. There is a store near by to buy a water or a beer and a lot of great coffee shops and pastry shops around the block. If you want a great restaurant near by there is "the rouga". The food is incredible.

La posizione

Le lenzuola erano non perfettamente pulite e la doccia poco pratica. L'accesso alla camera avviene attraverso un locker che rende impersonale l'esperienza. La hall della struttura è abbastanza trascurata.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με άμεση πρόσβαση σε παραλιακή, εστιατόρια και καφετέριες.

Το στρώμα ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση, τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν άσχημα. Οι πετσέτες ήταν επίσης φθαρμένες..

Lokalizacja jest bardzo mocnym atutem tego noclegu. Pokój mały, czysty, łóżko wygodne. Polecam.

Na minus bym dodał że trochę słychać z korytarza czy przez ściany.

Location is near the Centre. Everything else was just OK.

No soundproof at all. You could hear everything form the other rooms.

Çeşitli konularda ev sahibine ulaşmak istedim ancak ben tesisten çıkana kadar cevap alamadım. Acil durumlarda nasıl ve kimle muhatap olmam gerekiyordu bilmiyorum ama bu durum tesisin diğer özellikleri gölge düşürdü

Culorile inchise la prosoape iti da senzatia de murdar .Si inca o recomandare , vasul de toaleta sa se spele si pe sus pe unde curge apa fiindca era multa negreala de la apa

Πολύ σκόνη στο δωμάτιο φτερνιζόμασταν συνεχώς . Το νερό στο μπάνιο στο ντούζ είναι ή τέρμα κρύο ή τέρμα ζεστό ενδιάμεσο δεν υπήρχε

The property looked spacious and good looking

The bedsheets and pillow covers were so bad with too many dust. It’s very difficult if you have allergy as it will trigger sneezing for sure. Though I messaged the host via the app I received no response. In addition, the place of stay looked very shady and not so safe. Also the utensils were very few and not equipped to cook.

Staff easy to communicate with. Clean place, close to the city center. Has a great time. WiFi is fine

The outside of thw property looked sketchy but inside was like a hotel room. Everything you need, clean and comfortable.

Καλή τοποθεσία για τα δικά μου δεδομένα. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής, όμορφο δωμάτιο και εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Σε γενικές γραμμές δεν έχει κάποιο τρανταχτό αρνητικό.

Δεν έχει σίτες. Δεν έχει ούτε μια κρεμάστρα. Φασαρία από πολύ νωρίς το πρωί. Μηδέν ενδιαφέρον από τους οικοδεσπότες.

Good location, but the extra bed was unusable for three people, making our stay uncomfortable.

Πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο, κοντά στο κέντρο. Πραγματικά πάρα πολύ καθαρό! Και πολύ εύκολη η πρόσβαση, χωρίς την αγωνία του κλειδιού και χωρίς το αρχαίο σύστημα κωδικών.

Πολύ κακη ηχομόνωση και άβολο μαξιλάρι. Το δωμάτιο ήταν απέναντι από το ασανσέρ και άκουγα διαρκώς συζητήσεις από το διάδρομο,τα γύρω δωμάτια και τα τακούνια της από πάνω. Για 100 ευρώ τη βραδιά θέλεις περισσότερη ησυχία

Το δωμάτιο που είχα ήταν πολύ ωραίο , ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Τα σεντόνια - παπλώματα - μαξιλάρια μύριζαν φρεσκάδα. Καθαρότητα και δωμάτιο 10/10

Δυστυχώς δεν είχε ζεστό νερό για να κάνω μπάνιο , ευτυχώς όμως έμεινα μόνο για μια διανυκτέρευση. Πιστεύω ότι αν έμενα παραπάνω θα λυνόταν αυτό το θεματάκι

Έχω ξανά μείνει στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα φοβερό σαν πρώτη εμπειρία πολύ ωραίο καθαρό δωμάτιο είχαμε μείνει 3 μέρες μας εξυπηρετούσε και στην περιοχή έχει κοντά μεγάλο 24 ώρα πάρκινγκ

Μείναμε πρόσφατα μια διανυκτέρευση το δωμάτιο πολύ πρόχειρο ήταν σαν να μας έβαλαν επειδή θα μείνουμε 1 βράδυ το μπάνιο αίσχος όλο το μπάνιο γεμίζει νερά η πόρτα φουσκωμένη από τα πολλά νερά

It was cold the room the air-condition doesn't work at all.

Ήσυχο αρκετά σε πολύ καλή περιοχή, μου έκανε εντύπωση η ασφάλεια που παρέχει με τις ηλεκτρονικές κλειδαριές.

Przeciekający prysznic, OKROPNA KLATKA SCHODOWA BEZ ŚWIATŁA! popsuta klamka od okna… jednej nocy nie było ciepłej wody….

Κεντρικό σημείο, καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.

Σεντόνι με λεκέ. Επίσης μετά από διακοπή νερού στη Θεσσαλονίκη, δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό όταν αυτό επανήλθε.

Καθαριότητα

Δεν συνηθίζω να κάνω αρνητικές κριτικές ούτε σχόλια. Αλλά για ένα πράγμα που οφείλει κάθε ενοικιαζόμενο δωμάτιο η ξενοδοχείο είναι να έχει ζεστό νερό. Ε λοιπόν το συγκεκριμένο δεν είχε από αργά το απόγευμα μέχρι και νωρίς το πρωί που αποχώρησα απ' το δωμάτιο. Μετέπειτα είδα στα σχόλια και άλλα παράπονα για το ίδιο θέμα. Σε μνμ μέσα από την εφαρμογή της booking δεν απαντήθηκε ποτέ η ερώτηση μου για το νερό. Δεν θα ξανά πάω και δεν το συνιστώ μιας και είναι πολύ σημαντικό για οποίο λόγο και να χρειαστείς κατάλυμα,πρέπει να υπάρχει ζεστό νερό.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή.

Το βασικό είναι ότι το δωμάτιο που κλείσαμε βάσει φωτογραφιών, ήταν άλλο από αυτό που μείναμε τελικά και αυτό είναι αρνητικό γιατί περιμέναμε ένα άλλο πιο όμορφο και άνετο δωμάτιο. Επιπλέον, μια ημέρα δεν είχε καθόλου ζεστό νερό με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κάνουμε ένα μπάνιο έπειτα από μια κουραστική και κρύα ημέρα. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν η ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση, ακούγαμε τα πάντα από το διπλανό δωμάτιο και γενικά θορύβους από το ασανσέρ συνεχώς. Η φασαρία από το διπλανό δωμάτιο όλη τη μέρα παλευόταν αλλά το τελευταίο βράδυ η κατάσταση ξέφυγε, φωνές, φασαρία, γέλια και μουσική μέχρι τις 02:30 τη νύχτα, αναγκαστήκαμε να ενημερώσουμε ότι η κατάσταση είναι απελπιστική και δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε και ευτυχώς μετά από κάποια ώρα σταμάτησαν. είμασταν έτοιμοι να καλέσουμε αστυνομία καθώς η φασαρία ήταν πάρα πολύ και καμία ενσυναίσθηση από τους διπλανούς και η ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση συνέβαλε στο να ακούμε τα πάντα λες και ήταν μέσα στο δωμάτιό μας.

隔音效果特别差。靠近马路的那面特别吵！ 出水马龙整晚吵死。 而且没有提供耳塞，让人无法入眠。 还不提供牙刷和牙膏等用具。 也没有拖鞋。 水龙头很脏打开水的时候污渍会出现。 有很多小虫子

Η άμεση και ανθρώπινη εξυπηρέτηση από τους υπεύθυνους, χωρίς καν να βρεθούμε από κοντά. Χρειάστηκα κάτι και η ανταπόκριση ήταν άριστη και άμεση.

Room was fine.locatiom terrible I thought i was going to be attacked Once in room I felt safe. I did wake up with bed lights bite ing me I suggest to get room treated better locat

Better location

Location is good, one of the few appartments where if you are lucky you can find free parking, all the restaurants are on a 5-10 mins walk. The self check in experience is one od the best ones.

You can feel cold air coming through the window even if its closed, floor was far away from clean and the shower cabin was way too small even for average person size.

It was very dirty and old building also i found pieces of bread on the bed and the floor and hair from others
