The shower is very small, but it works well, good amount of pressure and hot water, they supply body wash which is nice.

When we got there the toilet was broken and you had to flush the toilet with a bucket.

Good location for port approx 10-15 mins away. Spotlessly clean with fresh towels and bedding . Excellent communication from host. Will visit again if I am ever in Rafina

Plenty of space in apartment for 2 people and luggage. Good amenities including air con and washing machine (with soap and pegs provided)
Bathroom wasn’t super clean, otherwise the rest of the apartment was good

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Behalve de prima locatie (vlak bij de ferry haven, dichtbij restaurants en centrale plein), is het appartement verrassend compleet. De keukenfasciliteten zijn ronduit goed. Goed bed, balkon met goede stoelen en tafel. Prijs/kwaliteit was top!
Keuken en badkamer klein, maar voor een kort verblijf groot genoeg. Verder weinig op aan te merken.

Included Coffees, filters, creamers, butter, jam and fresh fruit and a bottle of cold water. How nice 👍 Best of all was the bed and pillows. Very comphy 😊 5 stars! Easy key box access.
Just remember to flip hot water switch a few minutes before you shower.

The host kindly leaves ground coffee and filter papers for the machine. Fruit bowl and water. Easy check in. A great stop over prior to and after ferry journeys. Good value.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Ideally situated 5 minutes walk from the port. Easy check in with clear instructions. Quiet location with a balcony for fresh sea air. Very comfy bed. Small kitchen area, amazingly well equipped! There was even a washing machine, full electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, iron etc. The owner had very kindly left filter papers and filter coffee. Good WiFi. There are lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Great bakery Filippos just around the corner, deli, fruit and veg shops, 2 pharmacies. Mini market on the main strip sells fresh milk. We’re looking forward to staying again on our return to Rafina.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Renovated studio in an older building. Very good Price/Quality. Large bedroom but very small kitchen and bathroom, typical for this kind of appartment. WiFi, wasching machine, fridge, oven cooking plates and large amount of dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils are available. 5 minutes walk to the ferries. I've just stayed one night but the owner contacted me couple of times to check if everything was alright. The entire studio shows his interest to offer his guests a stressles stay.

Even some lovely fresh fruit and a nice selection of tea + coffee and some other useful bits and pieces. There's a little balcony with side sea view where you can have a coffee in the morning.
Nothing to complain about really...the shower is a little dated but is functional and hot water is available.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026We only stayed here for one night but Harry took care of us as if we were staying for a whole week. He helped us arrange a taxi from the airport at a very reasonable price, sent all the instructions clearly and in advance and was always available in case we had any questions. The location is perfect if you’re taking a ferry from Rafina as it’s literally just a few steps from the port. The apartment itself was great as well: very cozy and clean -it had everything we needed :)

The host is very communicative and flexible, they let me put my bag in the place before check in time. It was very clean and comfortable. In the tiny kitchen you have everything you need, even 3 or 4 different ways to make coffee, and enough coffee and tea included. Bottle of water provided and even butter and different kinds of marmelade. Comfy bed, small but good shower. Perfect for my needs.

They were flexible with a little extra check out time. They have everything you need for a short stay. Walkable. Thanks for our first night in Greece. Very easy to deal with.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025La proximité du port , le calme du quartier, l'appartement est absolument parfait, propre , décoration charmante, confortable et bien conçu et hyper bien équipé avec en plus de quoi se restaurer (fruits , thé, café etc ....). Le propriétaire Harry, est réactif et disponible , c'est une adresse que je recommande vivement. A mon prochain passage à Rafina , je réserverai de nouveau l'appartement.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The location of the apartment was perfect for us. We arrived on the ferry from Naxos with an overnight stay until our flight back to the UK the next day. There is an uphill walk from the ferry to the apartment but it was less than 10 mins. The apartment is clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. We were there for such a short amount of time that we didn't really use any of the facilities other than the wifi which worked perfectly. Once we'd freshened up, we walked back down to the harbour where the ferries came in and had a lovely dinner and drinks and "people watched" all the tourists getting on and off the ferries. There's a large choice of restaurants/tavernas in the surrounding area so the apartment really is ideally located. The next day, our taxi picked us up for transfer to the airport and he found the address easily.
