Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Great location, 10 steps to sea and center. Anastasia was very friendly and helpful host. Hospitality was great. Room was more than enough. Clean and cozy. Terrace was great. There is no parking problem, you can find empty lot easily on back street and see your car from terrace.

Aerul condiționat făcea zgomot la turație redusa, nu puteai dormi cu el pornit și ce se vedea în jur de pe terasa.

Gazda ne-a oferit foarte multe informatii cu privire la plaje, restaurante, baruri, etc. Noi am avut un sejur de 6 nopti, iar la fiecare 2 zile ne-a contactat si ne-a intrebat daca este in regula sa vina pentru curatenie in absenta noastra. Cu siguranta daca mai venim in Neos Marmaras aici ne vom caza, a fost de vis!🥰

Hosts are very kind and upon arrival they will send you recommendations for restaurants, beaches and other places to visit nearby. We tried 2 of the restaurants and everything was great. The room was not only clean and modern but also offered an excellent view of the sea, making our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. All the necessary facilities were available, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind and friendly, always willing to share helpful suggestions and tips for exploring the stunning area around Neos Marmaras. Their local insights added great value to our trip. A delightful bonus was the deli located on the ground floor of the building. It was a convenient and delicious option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they served excellent coffee. It truly enhanced our overall experience. We look forward to returning in the future :)
Finding a parking spot in Neos Marmaras was a bit challenging in the evenings.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2024We had the room with the back view and a big terrace, which was very fine and quiet. Perfect for a family with children. The room has anything you need, from microwave, a small induction hob, hair dryer to iron and even a small ironing board. We didn't expect, but highly appreciated, that the room was cleaned once a couple of days. The host was very nice and kind. We highly recommend the accommodation!

Landlords are there for you anytime, so kind and friendly. Their restaurant is a must, great options for breakfast and dinner. As I was saying - perfect.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2022This was a lovely apartment, clean, comfortable, and quiet even though in the centre of Neos Marmaras. In 10 /15 minutes walk you can be at the beach. The owner Nicholas was a great guy and gave us lots of good recommendations for local beaches and places to eat. They also own the cafe downstairs, run by the wonderful Anna and team, where you can get a great breakfast, lunch (the pancakes were wonderful) or you can enjoy a glass of greek wine or beer. Lovely people and we really enjoyed our stay there.

The hosts helped us in every possible way - have us extra blankets when it was cold, or helped us when we lost our phone in the taxi. The host also provides us with the list of best places to eat and best beaches! that was really cute and helpful.
