The parking was fine but there were a lot of clamping signs for non residents so I was nervous. The TV did not work there was no access to Serview and the TV just had lines across it. No hand soap in the ensuite or downstairs toilet

Reviewed Apr 25, 2025Very spacious. All rooms a good size. Beds very comfortable. Property was well heated. Host left a lovely, unexpected welcome basket. Area was quiet although minutes away from town. Host was very accommodating as weather was wet we were allowed check in early which was much appreciated.
Nothing. - A minor problem where a door handle was broken. This was brought to hosts attention so am sure it will be fixed for next occupants.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025The location was great, very spacious, lovely welcome pack and a bottle of wine!! Towels provided too. fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery, pots , and pans, although we didn't use it has a washing machine too!
Unfortunately, the main shower was freezing after the first person has showered, so others couldn't shower!! couldn't get the TV working and very creeky floorboards

Reviewed Sep 1, 2024This was a very nice townhouse located within walking distance of the Ennis Town Center. The host had fantastic communication before, during, and after the stay. We were welcomed by a friendly cat (a definite plus for me) on the front steps. The atmosphere was light and airy, with plenty of room for family/friend groups. There is a bedroom on the ground floor if steps or carrying luggage is an issue for anyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we appreciated the welcome basket and staples left for us in the fridge. Showers had plenty of hot water. Wifi worked well. Host is available to arrange transportation and tours, although we did not use those services they might be helpful for others. Gerry is a very connected host.
There were no downsides to this lovely town home. There are some steps to get into the home, which might be of concern to those with limited mobility. But we are late 50s and 60s and had no problems.

It would be really useful to have some towel hooks and a shelf for toiletries in the en suite. There is an odd musty smell that builds up in the en suite as well which is a shame.

Clean but in need of updating, one room with en-suite, shared bathroom for rest to share sadly shower didn’t work. Didn’t realise that two flights of stairs to get to front door bit of a problem for us in our seventies.

Basic, all needs a serious update. Smelly drain in en-suite. Old heating system not disconnected. Not even a complete or matching set of cups in kitchen. Balcony furniture green, weeds and not swept. Old uncomfortable sofa in lounge. Emailed owner, no reply as yet.

It's very easy to park which is really convenient after a long journey. Idealy situated close to the city center to enjoy by walk shoping, restaurants and...pubs (;-) !

Reviewed Feb 12, 2024Location to town was great. We were attending a 90th birthday party nearby and group included 2 couples and 2 sisters and 2 brother's so 8 in total and double beds for couples and singles for individuals worked out perfectly.
Smoking wasn't allowed including out on balcony but when we arrived the balcony was already littered with cigarette butt's. I took a video just in case we were held responsible

Reviewed Jun 24, 2023Mary met us at the property to give us the keys. It was nice to have a 4 bedroom house with full kitchen. Fresh fruit, milk and juice were left by the host. Location was great to walk into city center.
Washing machine was great to have, but was hard to figure out how to use. Maybe written instructions would be helpful for guests not use to this type of washing machine.
