ספה לא נוחה. מקלחת לא מאוד נוחה, הטמפרטורה של המים במקלחת לא יציבה. תאורה לבנה ולא נעימה בדירה.

Радует близость красивейших достопримечательностей Хайфы. Энергетика неповторимости города. Спасибо . דירות מרווחות ונעימות. כל מה שצריך לשהייה מרגיעה. סידור מעניין. נוחות. התשתית שמסביב היא שילוב של מודרניות ומבנים היסטוריים. הקרבה לאתרים היפים ביותר של חיפה היא תענוג. העיר משדרת אנרגיה ייחודית. תודה.
Есть небольшие замечания, но это мое видение, которым более рационально поделиться с владельцем апартаментов.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Очень хорошее расположение, чистый подъезд, чистая светлая квартира , много света, много больших окон. Хороший напор воды. Мазган на тепло работал хорошо. Вода горячая грелась быстро. Всё понравилось. Если надо будет остановиться в хайфе, однозначно вернусь сюда. Очень приятный хозяин. Заселил на 3 часа раньше, а вещи разрешил оставить с самого раннего утра. Останавливалась там на 2 ночи, уезжать не хотелось. Очень приятный и дружелюбный хозяин. Вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Всё в пешей доступности. Железнодорожная станция в 5 минутах ходьбы, автобусные остановки, фуникулер в минуте ходьбы. Елка и бахайские сады в нескольких минутах ходьбы.
Не хватало ещё пару дополнительных больших полотенец.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025המיקום ללא ספק מעולה! מזגן חימם טוב את הדירה טוב, אך במקלחת לא היה מפזר חום וחבל שכך חניה בתשלום מאוד קרובה למקום וזה מצויין!
חשוב לדעת שלא תצליחו לישון, חלון עם וילון לבן, אין תריסים. חדר שינה לגמרי מואר גם בלילה וגם ביום. רעש מאוד חזק מבחוץ. לא הצלחנו לנוח אחרי ימים עמוסים בכלל. בנוסף לכך - קומה שלישית ללא מעלית. חשוב לדעת את זה למי שזה חשוב. בעלי המקום לא כתבו את זה בשום מקום. על הדברים הקטנים לא רוצה להתקטנן.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Мне понравилась квартира, симпатичная. Мы не были туристами, но это очень мило, что на холодильнике были кьюар коды с популярными местами и ресторанами. Месторасположение хорошее, даже в шабат там ходит транспорт. Рядом бары и клубы, но я бы не сказала, что нам это как-то мешало. громко не было.
Чистота - среднечёк. Я бы не сказала, что грязно, но и не сказала бы, что сильно чисто. не было теплой воды 🫣

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025Clean and modern apartment near the Paris Square. It's located at the 2nd floor without elevator. A/c works a bit strange: i had switched it on 27* degrees in January, but I feeled it like +20*. The ceramic tiles are very cold in winter time. The apartment is equipped by the fridge, microwave, haif dryer and iron. The sleeping bed is around 160-180cm, very comfy.
The is no elevator, so if you travel with kids and trolleys, it will be uncomfortable to lift the trolleys. It's cold in the bathroom in January, and there is no any heater.

Reviewed May 31, 2023The apartment is large and comfortable. Quiet. Close to Haifa central train station and steps away from the underground train to Bahai Gardens and bus to central bus station. You can leave your luggage before check in and after check out. Very good communication with the host. Easy access to the key.
One of the burners of the cook top did not work. We could not operate the microwave oven. Instructions needed.

Reviewed May 18, 2023Nice apartment - definitively recommended. Central location. 30 seconds to the subway that goes up the mountain.
Due to it's central location, it can be a bit noisy until late at night. This only reflects on Booking.com: could make email communication with the hosts easier/ more transparent - unclear if our responses back to the hosts all got there in a timely fashion without the app - we don't want the app.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2022Gorgeous apartment. Sparkling clean. This apartment had everything we needed. It's located in a central area but was not too noisy at night. We were concerned about parking but found a spot nearby very quickly and also saw several parking lots in the area. The owner was helpful and available and she even left us a personalized note and chocolate. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Haifa.
The only suggestion I have is to add some hooks in the bathroom to hang up wet bath towels.
