At night I could hear the street pretty well

I loved the location, easy key access, very well organized apt., tidy, cozy, all amenities, responsive owners. It was exactly what I needed for a work related overnight and wonderful location - close to train station, close to port, resaurants, cafes.

The shower really needs to be improved - after 40 minutes of the timer, the hot water stopped suddenly after 3-4 minutes, but even in that short time, the shower flooded the whole bathroom floor & took a while to wipe it down. Dishes in the drainer area were washed but not very well. These are small things that can be fixed and if so, it would be just right for the cost.

בתמונות יש מרפסת, מסתבר שיש גם חדרים בלי מרפסת וזה לא מצויין בשום מקום. הבניין בשיפוצים, אתר בניה ממש וגם זה לא מצוין בשום מקום. היחידה היא למעשה דירה שמחולקת ל3 יחידות שונות. באחת מהיחידות עושים שיפוץ! התעוררנו ב6 בבוקר מצעקות של פועלים קדיחות ודפיקות מכל כיוון!!

Very good place to stay for a few days or even more. Located in the centre of Haifa, close to everything - including the train station. It has fully equiped kitchen and everything what you need to live and rest. The contact with the host is on-line but very good. The place is clean and cozy.

I contacted them because I had a special situation and I did not see any response from them☹️

The location was great, the apartments located in Haifa downtown area, near the railway station, metroit, German colony. Not far away from cafes, shops and 24/7 am:pm.

Very helpful staff - all requests and responded very quickly. Near central railway station and many cozy restaurants and cafes.

No elevator - with heavy suitcases it’s not convenient. Poor/no ventilation in a bathroom.

Open space.

Dirty floors and bathroom. Lots of mosquitos and bugs. Only 1 pillow for each person. Shallow curtains which allow sunlight into the room immediatly forcing you to wake up. Horrible location. We heard noises and people fighting all night and even gunshots. Not worth the charge per night at all.

It was near to the train station and restaurant.

There is no elevator

Nice apartment and excellent location, Close to everything: Supermarket, coffee shops, public transport.. Also Great customer service. Shay Handles any problem quickly and kindly!

The only thing that bothered me is that the stairwell in the building is dirty and dusty

The property is located below Wadi Alnisnas, close to he Hashmona train station (about 8-10 minute walk from the train station). Is located next to an amazing cafe and a delicious felafel place, in addition to several other restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. It is a short walk to Ben Gurion, Houri St, etc., where all the great food and bus stops are. The studio itself is newly renovated. I appreciated the clean and minimalist interior. It is equipped with a poortable cooktop, a mini fridge, and a microwave, with enough plates and cutlery for a party of 2 (for the specific room that we had - not sure about the other!). Our studio also had a small balcony with two little stools. I appreciated the airconditioning, as Haifa can get quite hot and humid. The owners were kind to leave a hairdryer for us, and also provided an additional set of towels when asked.

The room can get quite sunny in the morning, and it does not have blackout shades. If you're sensitive to light in the moring, make sure to pack your sleeping mask! Also, the property itself is a building with several stories - the Laura studios are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and there are no elevators. That was not an issue for us, but keep that in mind as you identify whether you want the first or second level of the studio (which are the second and third floors in the building).

Location is excellent. The room is new , very nice and good equipped.
