Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Das Apartment hatte einfach alles: viel Platz, eine komplette Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine (!), Wäscheständer, Fön, vollständige Küchenausstattung, großem Kühlschrank, Rollläden zur Verdunklung, einstellbare Klimaanlage und vieles mehr. Es liegt zentral an der Carmelitbahn.
Alles war bestens.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026מיקום אליפות, וגם תקשורת מאוד ברורה ופשוטה מול המארח. החדר אמנם בסיסי, אבל הולם ביחס למחיר המאוד זול. סהכ היה בסדר - חדר נקי, מיטה מאוד נוחה שזה תכלס העיקר, ויש אפילו מכונת קפה.
הטלויזיה לא ממש עבדה, לזכות המארח אגיד שכתבתי לו על הבעיה ב11 בלילה והוא הגיע תוך 10 דקות לבדוק מה ניתן לעשות. ראוי להערכה. כאמור חדר טוב ובסיסי - אם אתם מחפשים מקום להניח את הראש, זה מתאים בול. אבל אם אתם מחפשים חדר רומנטי או עם שאר-רוח, אז זה פחות כזה.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025The host is very kind and responsive. We forgot a charger, so she brought us one! The room itself is cozy, has everything you may need (even the tea and coffee capsules). The location is a plus and at the same time minus (very loud in the evening).
The noise from the outside..but it's not the apartment's fault🤷♀️

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025The place was excellent for our needs. It is one room with a double bed, a kitchen and a shower. Everything is very compact and simple but nothing was missing - even a small fridge and an espresso machine. We got there late in the evening and left early in the morning, so we didn't mind that the place was small. It was clean and tidy. There is a nice cafe a few steps from the place. The location is superb for those interested in downtown nightlife, with lots of restaurants and bars. We parked our car on the street. Value for money was great. Easy self-check-in.
Old building, and downtown neighborhood - for some it might be unpleasant (depending on your age and interests). The place is very small, but it is priced accordingly.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025Great location, right next to the carmelita and metronita stop. lots of cafes, restaurants and bars around. perfect cleanliness inside. stylish design. all amenities in the room. everything was great, no complaints.
I recommend that owners send information on moving in and attach a video - door, combination locks and how to get the key. There were difficulties with this, because it was not clear where and how to press the safe. The owners are in touch, so then I managed to get in, but a video instruction would be very useful!

Reviewed Apr 24, 2024A beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment in an excellent location - there is a metro station, a train station and a metronite stop nearby, the apartment has absolutely everything you need from an iron to a coffee machine. We are glad that we chose this cozy apartment, the only small drawback is that it can be a little noisy in the evenings, but this is an inevitable price to pay for the location in the Center. Thanks to the owner Yara!

Reviewed Apr 21, 2023Great apartment, bigger than I expected. Everything was super clean, and it was well equipped. Yara was wonderful, kind and helpful. The location is awesome, a few minutes walk from the train station and very close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Also, it's a walking distance from Talpiyot market, the German colony and Wadi Nisnas. Highly recommend, we hope to come back!
